The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the introduction of modern management technologies into the security system in the context of socio-economic development and digitalization of the economy. Socio-economic development and a high level of security include growth in income, labor productivity, production volumes, increased competitiveness, changes in the institutional environment, consciousness, activity, social security, the quality of the education system, healthcare, etc. Despite the root cause of economic development, it is not an end in itself, but a tool for ensuring social development. Gaining access for citizens to education, health care, observance of the principles of equality and justice, ensuring protection are directly dependent on the level of economic well-being, the level of economic potential of the country or regions. The research methodology involved the use of both theoretical and practical methods. As a result of the study, the key elements of the introduction of modern management technologies into the security system in the context of socio-economic development and digitalization of the economy were identified.

이 연구는 복지국가의 제도적 맥락에 기초하여 '사회의 질(social quality)' 하위영역 중 사회경제적 안전성의 영역과 사회적 응집성의 영역의 관계를 파악하고자 하는 목적에서 출발한다. 복지국가의 제도적 맥락을 포착하기 위한 틀로 복지지위론을 채택하여 각 개인이 가지는 사회경제적 자원을 복지수급자의 지위와 복지납세자의 지위로 측정하였으며, 사회경제적 안전성의 영역이 사회적 응집성의 영역에 영향을 미친다는 이론적 가설을 설정하였다. 가설 검증을 위해 사회적 응집성의 핵심지표로 사회신뢰 인식을 투입하여, 2008년에 실시된 사회조사자료를 대상으로 복지지위, 사회경제적 안전성 인식, 사회신뢰 인식에 이르는 구조방정식모형(SEM) 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 복지수급의 권리 차원에서의 자원의 양은 사회경제적 안전성에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나, 복지공급의 의무 차원에서의 자원의 양은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 복지수급의 권리 차원과 의무 차원 모두 사회신뢰 인식에는 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회경제적 안전성에 대한 인식은 사회신뢰에 대한 인식에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 결론적으로, 사회의 질 하위영역 들 중에서 사회경제적 안전성 분면이 사회적 응집성 분면에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 이런 결과들은 향후 한국사회의 사회적 응집 수준을 높이기 위해서는 보다 정교한 수준의 복지제도 배치가 필요함을 암시한다.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main features of the socio-economic development of the countries of the world under the influence of the digital economy and COVID-19. The modern world has already taken the first step towards a fundamentally new technological, economic and social reality. However, the challenges facing the modern industrial society cannot be overestimated. We are talking about changing the global socio-technological order, the consequence of which is a complete reformatting of the systems familiar to us, the formation of new social and economic strategies. the technological paradigm is immediately changing, management models and social norms are changing, large-scale demographic shifts are taking place. The innovative process of digitalization and creation of innovation from an idea to its commercialization requires certain financial costs, labor and mental efforts. The amount of investment (corporate and public) is the most important imperative to enhance innovation and is traditionally considered as the main "input" indicators of the development of innovation infrastructure, in this case, the financial infrastructure of innovation. At the same time, the modern theory of innovation development assumes a systematic approach to the organization of innovation activity, which provides for the close interaction of several subsystems: human (including intellectual) potential, financial and technological capital, as well as relevant institutions and methods of regulation.. Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the features of investment support for the process of digitalization of socio-economic systems in the context of strengthening international economic relations. The article proves the relevance of developing conceptual frameworks for managing the quality assurance of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants. It is established that the fundamental difference of the logistic approach in management from traditional approaches is the allocation of a single management function of previously separated, disparate material flows, as well as economic, technological, information integration of chain links into a single system capable of effective management of these flows. It is substantiated that the functioning of the enterprise as a logistics system can be represented in the form of a triad of logistics components, namely: supply logistics, production logistics, sales logistics. Management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants is a functional component of the entire logistics system due to the quality of work and interaction of all participants in the implementation of certain activities. The quality of logistics activities will affect the level of economic potential, rationalization and optimization of all logistics flows. It is proved that the management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants involves the following main areas: the introduction of a quality system of logistics processes; development and implementation of the general strategy of quality improvement at the enterprise; internal integration; controlling. Management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of its participants requires compliance with the following requirements: systematic and comprehensive management of all flow processes; coordination of criteria and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the entire logistics system; dissemination of the use and application of information technology; ensuring partnerships and close interaction of all participants in sales networks.

The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. The main purpose of the study is to determine the main factors influencing the economic environment of the region and its financial and economic security. Ukraine aspires to become a full member of the European Union, but the events of 2022 have changed everything. Full-scale military operations on the territory of Ukraine significantly affect its socio-economic situation Today, the issue of studying the negative impact of military operations on the economic environment is very relevant. Purpose - As globalization progresses, complexity also increases, and various factors that threaten port functions are emerging. Accordingly, the demand for port security to prevent the crisis and resilience that quickly recovers its original function after the crisis is also increasing in port operations. However, few studies have examined how to ensure the port security and how the resilience affects operation performance of port and sustainability performance as well. So the study aims to find out how port security affects port resilience and port operational performance, and consequently, this two factors affect socioeconomic and environmental sustainability performance respectively and synthetically. Design/methodology - Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was first performed to determine the validity of the factors of model and hypothesis test was performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyze the Port Performance Model, which show the perception logic among port security level, port resilience, operation performance, and sustainability performance. In order to empirically analyze this model, total 264 respondents from port security operators, shipping companies in South Korea were surveyed. Findings - As result of SEM, First, port security level positively affected the resilience (H1) and cargo operational performance (H2) but not in both of the sustainability performances (H3, H4). Second, resilience positively affected only cargo operational performance (H5) and socio-economic sustainability performance (H7). Last, cargo operation performance positively affects the both of sustainability performances (H8, H9). Originality/value - It was confirmed that port security could improve cargo operational performance through ensuring port resilience and eventually increase the socio-economic sustainability. Therefore the study implies that careful integration and management of port security, port resilience, and sustainability are required, along with compromise on sustainable development goals in the social, economic, and environmental area among all stakeholders.
