본 연구의 목적은 한국의 제도권 사회복지실천의 한계점을 극복하기 위해 급진사회운동가들의 실천 경험을 통해 균형 잡힌 실천에 대한 통찰과 함의를 얻고자 한다. 급진사회운동가들의 사회복지실천 경험에 대한 구체적인 경험과 의미 그리고 본질을 살펴보기 위해 Giorgi(2004)의 기술적 현상학으로 접근했다. 본 연구에서는 주로 비제도권 사회복지 관련 분야에서 거시적 실천을 하고 있는 급진사회운동가 9명이 참여했다. 자료는 심층면담을 통해 84개의 의미단위와 24개의 드러난 주제, 7개의 본질적 주제가 구성되었다. 연구 참여자들의 경험을 아우르는 본질적 주제는 '준비된 변화의 빗장열기', '숙명처럼 다가온 일', '아래로부터의 개혁모색', '소수자들의 결집된 힘', '소수자들을 억압하는 법과 제도를 우호적으로 바꾸기', '새가 알을 깨고 나오기 위해서는 고통과 기다림이 필요함', '사회복지실천의 주체적 재구성'으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 한국 사회복지실천의 시사점을 논의했다.

The objective of this study is to investigate the process of development of social work and divide it historically during the Korean Modern Times. At first, I investigated this period's "societal" situation (political, economical, social situation) which is closely related to social work and made a historical division. And I wrote down the social welfare policy and social services concretely and I interpreted this period's historical meaning. At the end of the Cho-Sun dynasty, although a modern social work movement had come about naturally in the Korean peninsula, it was nearly destroyed by the Japanese aggression. However, it could have expanded consistently and come to maturity because of a national self-awakening and peoples' vigorous participation after the 3 1 national movement. But unfortunately, as the social work come to be exploited by the Japanese Imperialist powers, it lost its purity its essential purpose and was changed. After World War II, no one was made to take responsibility for those historical facts, and under the name of Social Welfare many ordinary citizens became scapegoats, and passed silently over to the period of American military occupation which was another time of transition in the Korean peninsula. There have been few studies undertaken concerning social welfare during the Japanese occupation. These studies will help to indicate what influence the Japanese had on the development of Korean social welfare after the Japanese occupation. I anticipate many studies on this subject will follow.

The purpose of this study was to introduce major contents and examine the feminist social work practice. Feminist social work practice has never been introduced and applied to social work fields in Korea. By contrast, it has been developed and expanded in advanced Western countries. Feminist social work was emerged under the influence of worldwide Women's Movement on the end of 1960's. After the time, there were critics of existing social work practice by feminist, increase in interest of women's issues, development of principles and methods in feminist social work practice. Feminist social work practice brought, transformative change, application of gender perspectives to social work practice. Also, it offered the visions for 'integrative practice', accepted the alternative principles and methods, and enriched 'theory-practice'. As the result, feminist social work practice contributed to solving or alleviating the problems of many clients, especially women clients. These evidences suggest that feminist social work practice has the possibility of holding an position as a new alternative social work practice.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 복지의 제공자 중심의 서비스를 극복하기 위해 새로운 대안으로 부상하고 있는 소비자주의에 대한 사회복지사들의 주관적 개념화를 파악하기 위한 것이다. Q 방법론을 통해 사회복지사들의 소비자주의에 대한 주관적 개념은 임파워먼트형, 시장기제형, 다중개방형, 전통가치형 등 4가지 유형으로 도출되었다. 이들은 각각 소비자주의에 대한 특정적 확장적 차원에 의해, 전통적 개혁적 차원에 의해, 수단적 목적적 차원에 의해 인식되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리 사회에서 모호하게 이해되고 있는 소비자주의 개념을 구체화함으로써 소비자 친화적인 정책 및 실천 프로그램과 전문가 교육 프로그램 개발에, 그리고 소비자주의를 지향하는 장애인복지의 정책, 실천현장, 이론, 운동 등 제 영역들 간의 명확한 의사소통을 원활히 하는데 기여할 것이다.

이 연구는 급증하고 있는 청소년의 사이버범죄를 예방하고 이들 청소년의 재활을 위해 필요한 자료를 확보하기 위해 청소년이 사이버범죄에 빠지는 과정을 알아보는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구는 스트라우스와 코빈이 제시한 근거이론방법을 적용하였고, 인터넷사기에 가담했던 청소년 5명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 진행했다. 이들과 면접하여 얻은 자료를 분석한 결과를 토대로 인터넷사기에 가담한 청소년을 위한 사회복지학적 개입 방안을 위해 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 인터넷사기를 예방하거나 인터넷사기에 빠진 청소년을 위한 개입은 사회환경을 개선하고 이들 청소년의 비뚤어진 사고를 변화시키는 데 중점을 두어야 한다. 둘째, 인터넷사기에 가담한 것을 뉘우치지 못하거나 다시 가담하려고 망설이는 청소년들에게는 자신의 잘못을 분명히 돌아보고 깊이 뉘우칠 수 있도록 이끌어나가야 한다. 셋째, 청소년의 인터넷사기 예방은 사회운동 차원에서 이루어질 필요가 있고, 사회복지실천 현장은 이를 위한 구체적인 개입 방안을 교정 당국과 연계하여 모색할 필요가 있다.

Both in Korea and internationally, many know and appreciate Daesoon Jinrihoe for its social work in the three main areas of education, social welfare and health care, and charity aid. The article surveys Daesoon Jinrihoe's activities in these three areas and proposes a comparison with the charitable and ecological work performed by the Taiwanese Buddhist charity (and new religious movement) Tzu Chi, the peace activities of Soka Gakkai, and the projects developed in Bhutan to implement the policy of Gross National Happiness. Tzu Chi is mostly known for its massive recycling activities, but in fact its view of charity and ecology is based on a specific Buddhist theology. Soka Gakkai's vision of peace relates to its interpretation of Nichiren Buddhism. Gross National Happiness in Bhutan is a project promoted by the government, but scholars who have studied it have concluded that it is deeply rooted in Drukpa Kagyu, the dominant school in Bhutanese Buddhism. Similarities are noted, as well as differences with the Western Christian and post-Christian approach to charity, which is largely based on an affirmation of the self. Daesoon Jinrihoe's social work shares with the Buddhist cases studied in the article the idea that the self may deceive (self-deception) but appears to be inspired by the unique principle of Sangsaeng, and by the idea that the root causes of social problems are grievances accumulated through thousands of years and in need of being resolved.

최근 동물권 운동은 사회적 약자를 위한 사회운동 중 하나로서 인정받기 시작하였으며, 우리 사회의 새로운 사회적 정치적 관점을 형성하고 있다. 이 연구는 액티비즘 아카이브의 관점에서 동물권 운동 아카이브를 탐구한다. 동물권 운동 아카이브에 적용할 수 있는 공동체 아카이브의 원리를 네 가지로 정리하여, 아카이브의 유형에 따라 그 원리들이 어떻게 작동하는지 검토하였다. 그 유형들 중 액티비즘 아카이브를 선택하여, 동물권 아카이브가 갖는 사회적 의미와 쟁점을 검토하였다. (사)동물보호시민단체카라의 사례에서 액티비즘 아카이브의 쟁점을 살펴보았다.

The following thesis has been composed with the inspiration attained from Paul Ardenne's conception on Contextual Art. In Europe and in the United States, there is a group of artists who emphasize in the importance of artist's participation in social, political, economical, environmental and moral issues. Since the 1960's, these artists have pondered on Modernism's ideas where art is contextually separated from humanly issues whereas the manners of such artists put on emphasis in the intent to participate in the real human social and ethical issues. Forerunner in this field of art such as Wolfgang Leib display hybrid or meta style in their work. His work displays a quadrilateral form of pollen which represents the simultaneous blending of two mixed ideas such as the abstract from the real. Thus heterogeneous style and philosophy which includes a range of medias and today's trend is observed in Contextual Art. Such art form is also found in landscapes where it is not seen as an observable object but rather an interactive object. It is correlated to Arte Povera of the Italian Art Movement, Support-Surface of the French Art Movement and lastly to the Fluxus. Through these art movements, we find a mutual antipathy towards putting art for sales in the capitalism market and reflect the social role of art in postmodern era.

The purpose of the study is to examine a new paradigm of Korea labor movement so that Korea labor union may adapt itself to change of labor environment and raise its organizing rate. Examining assignments to have to practice for a new paradigm of a labor union in the 21st century. First, common industrial relations should be constructed. To achieve it, it is necessary that labor and management have a strong partnership as a group sharing common destiny on the basis of mutual confidence. Second, unionism in the side of social reform should be settled down. Labor and capital should grope coexistence and co-prosperity through conversation and negotiation, escaping from opposition and fighting. Third, service function of a labor union should be strengthened. A labor union should offer service as pursuit of diversity, self-management and autonomy in work for laborers. Fourth, labor and management should try to stabilize industrial relations followed by industrial-level negotiations. Fifth, labor and management should try to develop human resources in cooperation between the two. Labor and management should participate in developing human resources on the basis of cooperation. If a labor union has a positive practice for a new paradigm of labor movement as above and recognition about a labor union is changed, industrial relations will realize more developmental relation.

Recently, much attention is paid on the office design be-cause the real world of work has undergone substantial changes, in both spatial and temporal aspects, due to the in-troduction of data processing technologies and new types of production. Today's renewed objectives of office are to define new physical space for work, to deal with economic and organizational changes. In the period of information, the purpose of an office is to improve the productivity for employers employees the comfort and vitality. Today's intellecture resources are necessary for the development in the modern business. The Hypid office, as an alternative in order to correspond the rapid changes, is proposed to give the space for satisfy-ing the basic desires of a human being-eating, resting and working. Accompanying with flexibility and comfortability, this office should include the space for personal purpose and the space for social purpose. Applying the concept of comfort like at home leads to re-lease a worker's stress from the society of information. The future office which is to enhance the quality of culture by in-tegrating indivisual, domestic and social life should commu-nicate efficiency, movement, energy, transformation.
