The Han Dynasty was the great unification dynasty in history after the Qin Dynasty. Since the Han Dynasty inherited the Qin system, the seal script of the Han Dynasty developed continuously based on inheriting the Qin Small Seal Script. With the progress of social productivity, the Official Script gradually replaced the Seal Script in the Han Dynasty, but the Seal Script did not disappear completely; instead, a special line of development arose under the influence of the Official Script. Through the study of seal script of Han Dynasty inscriptions, this paper understands that the practical function of seal script of inscriptions has been weakening under the influence of clerical script, but the aesthetic value has been increasing day by day. Moreover, there were new artistic innovations in the context of the development of the diversification of inscriptional forms, and its emphasis on social role, cultural status, and the presentation of an aesthetic style that had a profound impact on later generations are worth studying.

The study sought to find out the actual process of adapting to social life through interviews with college students and adult women living as defectors in the South, and to find out how it would be desirable to move forward in terms of education in order for all of our lives to be happy. The method of research consisted of semi-structured interviews. The interview period was four months. Based on the results of the interview, the following conclusions are given. First, it is necessary to establish a direction for strengthening cooperation rather than conflict in education, and restoring homogeneity of the same people. It is also true that real challenges are not easy at a time when the fratricidal war like the 6.25 conflict has deepened the conflict. However, at this point, 65 years later, the nation cannot stay only in the past. Second, the perception that they disapprove of economic aid to North Korean defectors also exists in part among adults. Third, negative thoughts about reunification among South Koreans also appear relatively high. This is believed to be due to the argument that the growth of social welfare and economic growth is offset by the increase in unification costs. Fourth, the content of living in real life such as culture and art, along with knowledge-oriented education in school education, should be treated with the same weight. This should create an environment in which North Korean defectors can enjoy the same happiness as South Koreans.

This study aims to analyze quantitatively changes of forest and cropland landscape due to cropland increase toward higher mountain slope during 9 years from 1993 to 2002, using Landsat images and field survey in the vicinity of Manpo and Gangae cities, Jagang Province, Northwest Korea, During 9 years, cropland has increased as 49.9%, forest area decreased as 16%. The spatial characteristics of cropland changes present that average elevation of cropland are increased from 381m of 1993 year to 412m of 2002 year, and average gradient increased from $10^{\circ}$ to $13^{\circ}$. In increased area of cropland during 9 years, the average elevation is 455m, and average gradient is $15^{\circ}$ with maximum gradient $70^{\circ}$. Analysis of the patch phenomena by fragmentation of vegetation landscape show that number of patch increased from 394 to 1,241 and also values of shape index, and fractal dimension of vegetation are increased slightly, during 9 years. Croplands have developed mainly in mountain slopes of elevation between 450 to 750m. For improvement of agricultural productivity, it should be required political and social stabilization, international and South Korea's assistance, and restoration of mountain forest.

This study was started to suggest the direction of Christian educational development to revitalize North Korea's 'education' research. Since the two Koreas have experienced heterogeneity in almost all elements of society, such as politics, economy, society, culture, and education, during the period of division in 1977, true unification depends on laying the foundation for social integration that can overcome the sense of heterogeneity between the two Koreas. This is why North Korea's "education" research is needed. Education is the foundation for transferring culture and history, and for bringing about the survival, transformation, and community of society and since it is the mission of Korean churches and Christian educators to establish the direction of North Korean "education" research, North Korean "education" research is very important. Despite this importance, 'North Korean research' in the field of Christian education has not been properly conducted. Research on the "Christian Unification Education Program" that can be used in churches is actively taking place, but research on the macro level of presenting post-unification education blueprints is rare. This study was started to suggest the direction of Christian educational development to revitalize North Korea's 'education' research. For the study, the characteristics of 'North Korea Research' were analyzed according to generational classification. As a result of the study, recent research on North Korea has been expanding in research topics and methodologies, and recent studies have been differentiated into microscopic studies that deviate from existing research trends at a macro level and view North Korea's daily life. The characteristics of 'North Korean education research' are summarized by period. The research on North Korean education, which began in earnest in the 1970s, was divided into the period of start(70s), transition(80s), leap(90s), expansion(2000s), and development(2010s~). and research characteristics for each period were analyzed. Through this, early North Korean education research was also conducted in the policy aspect of the country, and the characteristics of political and social studies were strong, but recent studies have confirmed that the subjects and contents are diversifying. Based on these studies, the pending issues and issues of North Korean education research in the field of Christian education were analyzed. The study of North Korea in the field of Christian education, which began in the 1980s, has been conducted in the engineering aspect of 'development of unification education programs for churches'. However, studies on Christian unification education and North Korean education itself, which can be used in public education sites including Christian schools, have yet to be sufficient. Nevertheless, the diversification of research in the field of Christian education can be evaluated as a positive change. Based on these studies, it was proposed to establish a de-ideological research foundation, secure primary research data(Raw Data), activate research topics and research methodologies, and strengthen research capabilities in the direction of development to revitalize North Korean research in the field of Christian education. I hope this study will trigger various follow-up studies and help Korean churches that must achieve unification.

This paper studies changes in people's social security awareness during Lee Myung-Bak government, and based on the result, suggests future Park Geun-Hye government's social-security-related administration management plan. In specific, the changes in people's social security awareness in the period of 2008 ~ 2012 have been analyzed, and the result has been utilized to draw suggestions on the future social-security-related administration management plan The result is as the following: First, comprehensive social-security-related policy must be continuously pushed. In terms of the fact that social security is closely related to people's daily lives and life itself, every major component of social security cannot be overlooked. Therefore, comprehensive administration management and policies on each of those components are necessary. Second, social security policies must be reinforced enough for people to actually witness. In case of crime rate, 57.1% of people are pointing it as one of the main causes of social unrest; therefore, this national anxiety must be met with focusing awareness on the subject nation-widely and with thorough national defense preparedness. Third, mutual cooperation between social-security-related branches, and systematic management within the each branches are required. In order to systematically manage every aspect of social security, not only the big agencies - such as Ministry of Security and Public Administration, Ministry of National Defense, Prosecution Service, or National Police Agency -, but most of other parts of administration must cooperate as well. Fourth, consistency in social security policies is necessary. As Park Geun-Hye government's administrative slogans are, "secure and integrated society," "establishing a foundation for happy unification era," which are similar to that of previous administration, the administration should be consistent on its social-security-related politics, rather than differentiating themselves from the previous administration.

The factors to limit interior circumstance and the expression of the space start In the point how to provide the order in the interior space according to the intention of design. The controlling of the natural and artificial surroundings should be focused by synthesizing and analyzing the condition of circumstance, function, and emotion to provide the comfortable room to a customer in a fitness center. A fitness center aiming at the future requires various function according to it's role depending on the change of the social values. In addition, the fitness center reflecting the various regional culture according to the change of values requires the expansion of the cultural and life space. The characteristics of fitness space like this affects the mental effect of a customer with the color and quality of the materials suitable for the characteristics of grouping, continuity, symbolism, and generation as well as the unification in the total design and the simplicity of maintenance and management. The paper aims to extract factors related to the circumstance plan of the interior and to suggest it's application in the interior design. The design applicable to the circumstance plan of the interior will keep changing according to the social change and the change of the understanding along with the factors. The continuous research on the interior circumstance planning of a fitness center could be approach to develop in a systematic method and the paper will be expected to be a little step toward it.

Recently, there has been inter-Korean exchanges are active, in company with an assertive international activity with North Korea and inter-Korean Summits. Thus, there is a growing possibility of Korean reunification. However, when the unification situation occurs, population inflow by North Korean residents will be expected, and it will be necessary to prepare a housing supply strategy. In addition, even if North Koreans are prevented from entering, a plan is necessary to ensure structural safety since most buildings in North Korea are aging and a recent natural disaster occurs frequently. In this research, we will try to present a temporary housing supply strategy and a short-term structural reinforcement plan based on analysis of the standard housing conditions in North Korea. In this research, we represent the analysis result of the existing construction level, supply status and structural performance of North Korea. When we consider the reinforcement period and social costs, a short-term reinforcement plan is recommended rather than the full reinforcement of the aged housing in North Korea. Furthermore, we examine the ways to secure the residential safety of North Koreans through a case study of domestic and overseas temporary residential facilities, until the permanent residential facilities were supplied. According to the analysis, the tent houses were used as a form of relief housing in overseas frequently. However, the tent house is difficult to apply for domestic country with clear seasons due to insulation and heating problems. Therefore, it is appropriate to develop a residential supply strategy as focusing on the temporary housing facilities in assembled or container from, in preparation for the future population inflow.

The definition of the national security is that the lives of its people and the property of the country must be kept from the enemies. The people in the country must have the awareness of national security in their mind, and the fate of the country relies on the security awareness of the people. Most of college students are to have their own goals trying to fulfil in their life. If the national security is not guaranteed, it will not be possible to achieve their dreams and goals. Currently, most of college students have been trained only for passing college entrance exams in their growth processes, and some of them are confused with political, social, and cultural identity. College students are spending most of time on the preparation for getting employment, so they are indifferent to the national security of their country. After the seminar for college student's unification and security, we will survey how much they could be changed and propose the guidelines for college student's security awareness.

This study focused on difference of the nation's concept between Ko un's Baekdusan and Lee uk's Gohyangsaramdul, Pungungi. These works are epics restructure nation's history. A epic's story provides framework of recognition to social members. An individual and community accept their story and then stories construct pesonal identity and community's identity. So we can say a epic configurates national identity by story nation history and nation territory. The nation's concept is understood steadfast and very pure as like a blood relationship in Korea. This is aspects of Korean nationalism. But the Nation is modern, social and historical concept. That is different from ethnic identity. This way throws open the door to analyze nation identity. Ko un's Baekdusan narrates permanence and sacralization of the nation for emphasizing the unification of North Korea and South Korea. Baekdusan expresses the social desire of Korea in the 1980s. In comparison, Lee uk's Gohyangsaramdul representate ambivalent attitude. One is a position as a settler and the other is a new master of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. So Gohyangsaramdul narrates and remembers their motherland Chosun. But Pungungi exclude recognition of Chosun as motherland. This work's narration focuses on association with struggle of classes and anti-Japanese Movement during the Japanese colonial period. Because these events are able to unity Korean and Chines. Three works deal with same history and same background, but those show defferent recognition about the Nation. Because each society has different social desire and expect different future. The present desire and future prospect construct nation identity.

The basic legislations regulating the private security in Korea are Private Security Business Act and Private Policeman Act. But this dualistic system of private security causes difficulties in unity and efficiency of private security operation and makes it complicated to supervise each personnel with effect. Besides despite similar service and duty, there is all the difference between private security guard and private policeman in regard of social position, pay, authority, and so on. Therefore it is suggested that the two Acts should be unified and the united private security act should be enacted. Legislating new private security act will lead to considering the detail legislative definition on qualification of personnels and business range.
