This study was to explore the meanings and follow-up tasks for enactment of Act on Supply and Utilization Promotion of Assistive Technology Devices for People with Disabilities and Seniors(Assistive Technology Act) in Korea. I conducted analysis about contents and establishment process of the Act. The study found meaningful effects ; it provided the basis for supporting assistive technology devices based on the social model, it led to an Implementation of the national obligations such as UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, it provided terms related to assistive technology. It is suggested to conduct follow-up studies and to put the efforts to strengthen additional laws for backing up the effective policy for extended support of assistive technology devices and for security of budget, for establishing regional service centers, for phasing of professional qualification, for controlling quality, for establishing an information system, and for promoting industries.

In this paper, we suggest the Measures to improve the Act Bill for establishing the Game User Committee. The Act Bill has a lot of problems which are violations of criminal legalism due to unclear terms in administrative punishment and violations of The Human Right enjoying freedom of occupation and guaranting property due to not defining provisisons about The Duty of Confidentiality or The Legal Fiction as Public Officials for Purposes of Applying Penalty Provisions. also the duplicate regulations in the Act Bill disrupt game industry development. we have three results that were derived through analysis of Prior studies and precedents. The First is to define details of special reasons in enforcement ordinance and enforcement regulations. The Second is to define The Duty of Confidentiality or The Legal Fiction as Public Officials for Purposes of Applying Penalty Provisions in the act bill. The Third is to address managing the random reward items in the Game Rating and Administration Committee or is to give game user advance notice about the Comntent Dispute Mediation system.

The military of the Republic of Korea has had the world's strongest combat powers through systematic training and has been preparing for future wars with advanced arms. As the arms have been developed for the future, the medicine also has made so much progress that the average life expectancy has increased about 30-40years compared to the past. Even though different problems about professional soldiers who have relatively lower retirement age, have come the surface, there seems to be no particular measures for them. Although they try to apply their ability and experiences obtained by the life in the military to the social life, they feel a great sense of loss when they realize that there is not many thing to apply. The job as a professional soldier has been everything for them, but the time to be discharged has come. However, this is the second act of their life, and also they have much longer social life than that in the military. Strong determination is needed to prepare wisely and rigorously for that and then to live a happy life as a member of society.

This article aims to find Karl Marx's views on the social policy and to reorganize them into a systematic social policy theory. His views on the welfare state are scattered in diverse works including Capital and Communist Manifesto, and are very complicated and sometimes contradictory. This article further aims to reinterpret his contradictory views on social policy and to attempt to show what he really meant on social policy. By so doing, this article will contribute to re-establishing Karl Marx's status in the field of social policy study. Karl Marx's social policy theory is one of the least researched area in social policy, although several Western scholars introduce and evaluate his views on the welfare state in social policy textbooks and articles. In particular, it is very difficult to find a work attempting to reorganize and reinterpret Karl Marx's contradictory views on social policy. In this regard, this article deserves a significant academic concern.

A smart platform is defined as an evolved platform that realizes physical and virtual space into a hyper-connected environment by combining the existing platform and advanced IT technology. In this busy world actually stress is continuously grow up in research and monitoring social websites. The social interaction is a process by which people act and react in relation with each other like play, fight, dance we can find social interactions. Because relationships established on expectations of every one involve depending on social network. There is lot of difference between emotional pain and physical pain. When you feel stress on physical body we all feel with tensions, stress on physical consequences, physical effects on our health. When we work on social network websites, developments or any research related information retrieving etc. our brain is going into stress. Actually by social network interactions like watching movies, online shopping, online marketing, online business here we observe sentiment analysis of movie reviews and feedback of customers either positive/negative. In movies there we can observe peoples reaction with each other it depends on actions in film like fights, dances, dialogues, content. Here we can analysis of stress on brain different actions of movie reviews. All these movie review analysis and stress on brain can calculated by machine learning techniques. Actually in target oriented business, the persons who are working in marketing always their brain in stress condition their emotional conditions are different at different times. In this paper how does brain deal with stress management. In software industries when developers are work at home, connected with clients in online work they gone under stress. And their emotional levels and stress levels always changes regarding work communication. In this paper we represent emotional intelligence with stress based analysis using machine learning techniques in social networks. Korea's social health insurance system was introduced in 1977, which has made a universal coverage possibly by July 1989. Korean government had pursued a single objective for the last decade to put the whole population under the coverage of medical security, and the objective was achieved within 12 years. The rapid accomplishment is primarily due to such factors as limited benefits, high copayment rate, low contributions as well as rapid economic growth. There are several sources of pressure for the implementation of social health insurance such as health professional group, labor unions, politicians, international organizations etc.. However it is important to look at the feasibility of social health insurance. Among other things, it is necessary to identify the administrative infrastructure of insurance system and to assess income for source of fund. As many developed countries, Korea began to apply health insurance to the employees of the large firms, and the expansion based on employment status. Thus the several funds system was inevitable according to the gradual expansion strategy. However many persons had criticized several funds system in respect with equity and efficiency aspects. In the short history of the Korean health insurance, whether one fund or sever or funds had been the most controversial issue. In Febrary 1999, the National Assembly passed the act of one fund system. From July 2000 separate funds will be unifed under new health insurance scheme. In this study we will analyze the policy making process on implementation, expansion and integration of health insurance system of Korea. And also analyse problems related to policy making.

Defamation is one of the most frequently occurring daily legal violation because it can easily be done by words. In the internet generation with flooding internet forum websites and social network services, internet defamation is becoming one of the most serious problems in many leading IT countries including Korea and the United States. Being such a critical issue that can lead to a suicide, Korean policy makers has undertaken efforts to prevent the internet defamation by defining the liabilities of internet users and internet service providers. Many of the policies and laws including "the Telecommunication Information Usage Promotion and Security Protection Act of 2007" are modeled after that of the United States. Thus, the study aims to explore American defamation law and internet defamation law analyzing "the Communications Decency Act of 1996" and a recently decided precedent, "Brodie" case, in Maryland state court.
