UCC 서비스 사용자의 참여수준 결정요인분석 (Determinants of participation in UCC services)

  • 본 연구는 웹2.0으로 대변되는 UCC 서비스 참여에 영향 미치는 중요 변수를 규명하고자 개인의 심리적 변수로서 사회적실재감, 자기표현감, 환기와 도전감 변수를, 그리고 웹사이트 특성변수로는 미디어 편의성, 컨텐츠 유용성과 속도가치가 부여된 즉시성 변수를 도출하여 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 표본은 설문조사를 통한 260명의 인터넷 사용자를 분석대상으로 하였으며, Windows SPSS/PC 12.0패키지를 통해 상관관계분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. UCC 서비스 참여에 영향을 미치는 심리적 변수인 사회적실재감, 자기표현감, 환기와 도전감 모두 정적으로 유의한 영향력을 나타냈다. 사이트 특성변수에서는 웹 구조의 편의성, 이용자 편의성과 개인화된 서비스를 포괄하는 웹의 미디어 편의성 변수와 즉시성 변수가 UCC 서비스 참여에 정적으로 유의한 영향력을 보였다.

MZ세대에게 가상모델 인플루언서의 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안 연구:의료기관을 중심으로 (A Study on Ways to Increase the Effectiveness of Virtual Models as Influencers for the MZ Generation: Focusing on Medical Institutions)

  • 본 연구는 MZ세대를 중심으로 가상모델의 인플루언서의 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안 연구로 전문 서비스 산업군인 의료기관을 중심으로 변수들간의 영향관계를 조사하고자 하였다. 연구 방법으로는 MZ세대를 대상으로 국내 대표 가상 인플루언서인 '로지'에 대한 인지여부를 스크리닝 한 뒤 '로지'에 대해 인지가 된 응답자들을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 목적 및 결과로는 첫째, 병원을 홍보하는 가상 인플루언서의 팔로우 동기를 인지적 동기와 감정적 동기로 구분하여 가상 인플루언서 팬쉽형성과 매력도에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고, 가상 인플루언서의 팔로우의 동기의 중요성은 성별에 따라 차이가 있는지 조절효과를 검정하고자 한다. 연구 결과 인지적 동기와 감정적 동기 모두 가상 인플루언서에 대한 팬쉽 형성과 매력도에는 긍정적인 영향관계를 가지고 있었으나 성별에 따라 남성의 경우 인지적동기가 감성적 동기보다 중요하였고 여성은 감성적 동기가 인지적 동기보다 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 병원을 홍보하는 가상 인플루언서의 팔로우 동기인 인지적 동기와 감정적 동기는 병원 방문의도와의 영향관계를 검정하였다. 그 결과 의료서비스산업군인 병원의 방문의도로 이끌어 내기 위해서는 가상 인플루언서의 컨텐츠 내용이 유용하고 신뢰성 있으며 소비자에게 도움이 될 만한 정보를 가진 인지적 동기만이 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 통해 특정 전문산업 군인 의료서비스 분야에서의 가상 인플루언서의 마케팅전략방안을 제시함으로써 이론적·실무적인 시사점을 제안하였다.

The Impact of Service Quality, Satisfaction, Trust on Customer Loyalty for Mobile Operators in Nigeria

  • Purpose - This paper examines the major antecedents of customer loyalty for mobile operators in a developing country in Africa especially in Nigeria. This study tests 5 hypotheses about the relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, trust, and customer loyalty. Research design and methodology - In order to collect the sample data, online survey was conducted via email and social media network. The samples were collected from 415 random respondents. The statistical analyses were done for both assessing the reliability and the validity and testing 5 hypotheses of this study. SPSS version 21 was used for empirical analysis. Results - Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and service quality has a significant effect on trust also. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on trust and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty also. Trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty. All of 5 hypotheses were supported. Conclusions - The results of the study show that it is important for marketing managers to manage service quality, customer satisfaction, and trust for improving customer loyalty in mobile service industry. This study also provides some implications for mobile service managers about the importance of customer retention and customer loyalty.

The Reaction of Vietnam's Generation Z to Online TV Advertising

  • The paper examines the reaction of the Z-Vietnam generation to online TV advertising (TVC), which elements of online TV advertising has a positive influence, which factors do not affect or negatively affect their consumption decisions for the advertised goods. Data for the study was collected from 300 Vietnam's Generation Z in Ho Chi Minh City through live interviews or questionnaires through Google Docs Forms, with over 30 questions. The six basic factors that influence the reactions of Generation Z consumers are information, entertainment, irritation, credibility, interaction, and advertising value. The research results show that, due to the influence of social media and generational characteristics, most consumers of the Generation Z in Vietnam have a favorable attitude towards online TV advertising, and they appreciate this form of advertising. Information element, irritation, credibility and entertainment have a strong and positive impact on TVC. The other two factors are advertising value and interaction, which does not significantly affect the reaction of this generation. This study needs to be checked and reviewed by subsequent studies on a larger scale and in a wider scope because the study only conducted random sampling on a small scale, did not meet the requirements for representation and generality.

Effects of Green Self-Expressive Motive and Fit on Intent to Purchase Bundle Product with Green Premium

  • Purpose - This study aimed at investigating the process of inducing the effect of green self-expressive motive and the fit between green premium and product on consumer's intent to purchase the bundle product with the green premium. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire for on-line survey built at Google Forms was spread out via popular social media sites. 243 responses from the on-line survey were used for testing the hypotheses. Structural equation model of Amos 21.0 was used to verify hypotheses. Results and Conclusions - Green self-expressive motive positively influenced on not only the perceived value for green premium but also attitude toward the bundle. However, the fit between green premium and product had positive impact only on the perceived value for green premium. The perceived value was proved to positively influence on the attitude toward the bundle, which in turn increased the purchase intention, even with the positive effects of the product attitude as covariate on the intention. Therefore, marketers should choose target customers who have high level of green self-expressive motive and feel the fit, and pay attention to the green premium to help the customers perceive more values for the green premium. They should develop green premium product for conducting marketing effectively.

The Role of Narrative Transportation in Web Series as Branded Entertainment

  • The dynamics of communications powered by the Internet, specifically from the increased use of social media, has led marketers to find creative channels to engage with the customers. One of the recent channels, "branded entertainment", is becoming familiar as an advertising strategy in which the content presented is a marketing tool for the advertising of certain brands. The current study examined the case of a branded-entertainment channel and the mechanism of the advertising instrument that leads to purchase intention. The specific purpose of this research is to investigate whether there is evidence of the role of narrative transportation and the fantasy proneness leading towards purchase of the brand advertised. To arrive at the conclusion, the study using web series sponsored by an artificial sweetener brand and employs a quantitative survey to question the audience. The findings contribute toward the understanding of how consumers respond to branded entertainment via video-sharing platforms. It is indicated that the stories presented in the web series can stimulate the audience to fantasize. Thus, the advertising message conveyed through narrative persuasion can form a favorable attitude toward the brand, which leads to intention to purchase. Practical elements are identified along with limitations and future research suggestions.

E-girl과 E-boy 패션 이미지에 나타난 디지털 페르소나 (Digital persona in E-girl and E-boy fashion images)

  • The aim of this study is to select MLMA and Noen Eubanks as representatives of Gen Z's unique subculture 'E-girl' and 'E-boy' to analyze fashion images and determine their meaning through the perspective of persona. To conduct this study, a literature review and case studies were combined and fashion images of E-girl and E-boy appearing on social media were analyzed to identify the personas they expressed. A case study of MLMA and Noen Eubanks' Instagram and TikTok account posts showed that grotesque, kitsch, and gender-related images stand out. The digital personae demonstrated by E-girl and E-boy fashion images were demonstrated to be a strange persona that reject perfect beauty and a playful persona escaping from reality and anxiety. Lastly persona of individual identity was shown to be formed. This study provides a basis for understanding and interpreting Gen Z's culture and aesthetics that will lead to future trends. Based on this study, I hope that various studies on E-girl and E-boy apparel will be conducted, and that by understanding the importance of E-girl and E-boy culture for Gen Z (which is paying attention to fashion trends), this can be used as a marketing strategy to consider their characteristics, with data used to inform design development.

The Effect of Message Construal Level, Temporal Distance and Consumer's SNS Self-efficacy on Consumers' Attitude Toward SNS Fashion Advertisements

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the construal level and temporal distance of a message and consumer's Social Network Service (SNS) self-efficacy on consumers' attitudes toward SNS fashion advertising. This study employed a 2 (message configuration: high construal level/low construal level) ${\times}$ 2 (temporal distance: distant future/near future) ${\times}$ 2 (SNS self-efficacy: high/low) between-subject factorial design. The survey was conducted on Facebook users in their twenties (N=216). The results are as follows: First, attitude toward SNS fashion advertising and purchase intention was higher when the message construal level was lower and when the temporal distance was closer. Second, no interactions between temporal distance and message construal level for attitude toward SNS advertising and purchase intention were found in this study. However, interactions between temporal distance and SNS self-efficacy for attitude toward SNS advertising and purchase intention were found. When the SNS self-efficacy was high, message with the low construal level reacted significantly positive in terms of attitude toward the ad as well as purchase intention. It is expected that this study will provide insight for apparel makers or retailers to use SNS as a new advertising media for fashion marketing. Practical implications and limitations are discussed.

미국 고급 패션백화점의 페이스북 페이지 커뮤니케이션 전략 (The Facebook page communication strategy of high-end fashion department stores in the United States)

  • The purpose of this study is 1) to investigate the types of upscale fashion department stores' Facebook page contents, 2) to compare the types of Facebook page contents with the department stores, and 3) to explore the dimensions of the Facebook page components and their relations. For the study, three preeminent department stores in social media marketing were chosen: Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys New York, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Three hundred sixty five contents of these department stores' pages were investigated, which were uploaded from February 1st to March 31st of 2013. Content analysis, correspondence analysis, and categorical principal component analysis were used for the research. The result showed that there are four important types of contents in pages: product-related contents, fashion-related contents, department stores-related contents, and the contents of communicating with users. And these components of contents were related with department stores distinctively. The two dimensions of the page components were revealed: the basic components (contents, 'like', 'share', and 'comments') and the additional components (links and photos). Among contents, the introduction of products was appealed but news and events were not liked by users; the contents without a photo were not linked to additional information either.

일본 여대생의 라이프스타일과 의류구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Japanese University Students' Clothing Buying Behavior according to Their Lifestyle)

  • The Main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between lifestyle and clothing buying behavior of college female students in Japan. A questionnaire was developed to measure clothing urchasing motives, fashion information sources, evaluation criteria of clothing, store attribute and lifestyle, The questionnaire was administered to 131 female college students in Tokyo of Japan. the data was analyzed using percentage, frequency, mean, factor analysis, Cluster Analysis and ANOVA, Duncan Multiple Range test. The results of the study were as follows : 1. The female college students were classified into fourth subdivisions by the cluster analysis; rational group, economic group, progressive group, fashion-oriented group. 2. The clothing purchasing motives o consumers were significantly different according to lifestyle subdivision in social, personal. 3. In the case of fshion information sources, significant differences were found according to lifestyle subdivision in mass media information, information by marketer, information by consumer. 4. The evaluation criteria of clothing were significantly different depending on lifestyle subdivision in esthetic, quality and management, external criterion. 5. The store attribute were significantly different depending on lifestyle subdivision in convenience, service and atmosphere of store.
