This study focused on analyzing the contents of social big data produced in the online space, dealing with issues related to food in the community in the context of COVID-19. First, this study analyzed food-related issues that spread through regional websites and online community(cafes) after social distancing was implemented due to COVID-19. Next, this study analyzed the contents of food-related issues that spread through media news, SNS, and portals. As a result, there were more food-related posts on the homepages of other regions compared to the metropolitan areas such as Seoul and Gyeonggi, but in the case of online communities, there were more food-related issues in online communities registered in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions. Food-related keywords in regional online communities mainly contained content related to the local economy. In the media articles, SNS, and search portal issues, content that can be discussed in the consumption process of local community food-related policies, information, and products mainly appeared. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there is no specialized information sharing system for each community, that online communities can contribute to providing food information applicable to reality, and that it is possible to verify the performance of regional food policies through social media.

With the development of web, amount of information are generated in social web. Then many researchers are focused on the extracting and analyzing social issues from various social data. The proposed approach performed gathering the science data and analyzing with LDA algorithm. It generated the clusters which represent the social topics related to 'health'. As a result, we could deduce the relationship between science data and social issues.

Recently, many users frequently share their opinions on diverse issues using various social media. Therefore, many governments have attempted to establish or improve national policies according to the public opinions captured from the various social media. In this paper, we indicate several limitations of traditional approaches for analyzing public opinions about science and technology and provide an alternative methodology to overcome the limitations. First of all, we distinguish science and technology analysis phase and social issue analysis phase to reflect the fact that public opinion can be formed only when a certain science and technology is applied to a specific social issue. Next, we apply a start list and a stop list successively to acquire clarified and interesting results. Finally, to identify most appropriate documents fitting to a given subject, we develop a new concept of logical filter that consists of not only mere keywords but also a logical relationship among keywords. This study then analyzes the possibilities for the practical use of the proposed methodology thorough its application to discovering core issues and public opinions from 1,700,886 documents comprising SNS, blog, news, and discussion.

The development of information and communication technology like SNS, blogs, and bulletin boards, was provided a variety of places where you can express your thoughts and comments and allowing Big Data to grow, many people reveal the opinion of the social issues in SNS such as Twitter. In this study, we would like to pre-built sentimental dictionary about social issues and conduct a sentimental analysis with structured dictionary, to gather opinions on social issues that are created on twitter. The data that I used is "bikini", "nakkomsu" including tweet. As the result of analysis, precision is 61% and F1- score is 74%. This study expect to suggest the standard of dictionary construction allowing you to classify positive/negative opinion on specific social issues.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the issues concerning feminine forms of nouns which indicates occupations in French. In distinguishing the French masculine and feminine forms, many linguistic issues about feminizing occupational nouns became a hot issue among scholars. However, reasonably logical and effective methods to solve such issues are not suggested yet. The first part is focused on how the feminine forms were historically altered to investigate changing process of nouns representing jobs. Through this, we found that the occupational nouns' feminization is quite related to the social big changes, the woman's social condition and reality reflecting on languages periodically. We discussed the important factors deciding such changes, such as semantic, linguistic and sociolinguistic causes, in the second part of the study. And we mentioned issues which can be suggested in investigating grammatical rules of the feminine form of occupational nouns. The last part is on plans to learn the feminine form of occupations in an effective way. The language is being developed while it is closely related with social and cultural environment of people who use the languages. In this meaning, occupational nouns' feminization is a good example which can reflect chronological and social changes. Through the thesis, we know that it is not enough to provide explanation of changes of feminine occupational nouns about the woman's social roles' alteration. We just hope it can be at least a small help in doing more systematic and deeper analysis which can show the fact that languages reflect the phenomenon of social changes.

In today's digital world, smartphones and web-based applications have gained remarkable importance throughout the globe. These smart applications are playing a very significant role in maintaining a powerful business. As well as, they are helping a lot to expand these businesses via social networks. Social media networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn are playing a prominent role to promote the companies. In the hospitality sector, most of the companies are running their hotel booking systems by utilizing mobile applications and a web-based infrastructure, but usability issues still exist. This study has been conducted specifically to tackle the usability issues of hotel booking systems and the best utilization of social networks to promote the business. TripAdvisor was selected as an authentic source for selecting those systems and two international hotels are selected for this study. The first step is to identify different hotel booking systems. In the second step, the user's satisfaction level was measured for the selected systems by performing the System Usability Scale (SUS, Quick & Dirty) approach. Additionally, by which source (social media or personal relations) they found these hotels. It is found that the SUS rating for both systems is below the acceptable level of usability. The Mean SUS for hotel 1 is found at 55.25 and 51.2 for hotel 2. The third step was to identify the user interface (UI) issues, and heuristic evaluation is performed for this. The experts identified the UI issues on the basis of their experience. The major issues were related to the visibility of system status, error prevention, flexibility and efficiency of use. Depending upon the identified issues, an interactive UI (prototype) for the selected web-based applications was proposed. This prototype is mainly based on the user's perspective. This prototype can be used for improving the UI of the selected systems which is based on the user's perspective. During the process of verifying the satisfaction level, it is revealed that the targeted audience is not able to use these systems efficiently and effectively. The reason behind this is the negligence of usability guidelines throughout the process of design and development of these hotel booking systems. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the usability of these systems should be evaluated and redesigned, based on expert opinions. It has also been observed that the reviews/ feedback of customers has spread a negative impact through social networks.

Nuclear energy issues such as safety and social acceptance can not only influence the production costs of generating nuclear power, but also the external costs that are not reflected in market prices. Consequently, the social issues affiliated with nuclear power, beyond a severe accident, require some form of financial expense. The external social issues considered here are accident risk and realization, regulatory costs, and nuclear energy policy costs. Through several calculations and analyses of these external costs for nuclear power generation, it is concluded that these costs range from 7 to 27 \/kWh. Considering external costs are required for making energy plans, it could have an influence on generation costs.

The wave of the 4th Industrial Revolution was announced by Schwab Klaus at the 2016 World Economic Forum in Davos, and prospects and measures with the future society in mind have been put in place. With the launch of the Moon Jae-in administration in May 2017, Korea has shifted all of its interest to Big Data, which is one of the most important features of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In this regard, this study focuses on the role of the public sector, explores related issues, and identifies an agenda for determining the demand for ways to foster Big Data ecosystem, from an objective perspective. Furthermore, this study seeks to establish priorities for key Big Data issues from various areas based on importance and urgency using a Delphi analysis. It also specifies the agenda by which Korea should exert national and social efforts based on these priorities in order to demonstrate the role of the public sector in reinforcing the Big Data ecosystem.

As the industry develops, the amount of wastes is increasing in the economic system with various needs. As a result, the environmental problems are emerging as serious social issues and all the parties are required to make their best efforts. Among the issues proposed as the environmental issues, the logistics-related issues are exhaustion of the resources, global warming, environmental pollution, and acidification and so on. In order to respond to the environmental issues of the earth, the advanced countries are setting retrenched goals, reduction of the new greenhouse gases and accomplishment of retrenched goals by cooperation between the nations. Economic activities inevitably bring environmental problems and logistics is implementing those activities. The companies should perform the roles to resolve the environmental problems as the main cause of environmental pollution. Therefore, along with spreading recognition of social demand, the companies are required to establish policies regarding the environment and they should approach the issues from the perspective of resource circulation. These environment-friendly activities are emerging as the new source of competitiveness in the logistics field. Therefore, this study analyzes the effects of environment-friendly logistics activities on the reduction of logistics cost to reduce and resolve the environmental issues such as environment preservation, recycling and so on.

Also military leadership must to seek the principle in the citizen mind like citizenship. Another charactristics of present day military is influence of high technogy. For the high-tech war military need the transition about science and technology from the whole society. In the context of above the development of military leadership are suggested as follows. First, the development of military control leadership must besought to the context of cooperation between government and military. Government must provide the system to strengthen military professionals in the process of policy-making about national security Second, military leadership must embody the important social values through the advanced military making, Third, military leadership must provide the adaptability to the society through the military education of their soldiers Forth, military leadership must be contributed to the social integration and to the growing up individual soldiers like their socialization and their achievement.
