The purpose of this study is to define the concept of community based on the residential area and to review the issues on the research of community in related discipline area. The discourse about community has been developed in the field of social psychology, regional planning and architecture, housing studies, and research results by NGO. These studies of community has been dealt with social interaction and norm as well as the physical aspects of community. The research on community has been studied with the approach of structure and functionalist, systems theory approach, conflict theory approach, ecological approach, microsociological approach, and social construction approach. However, these approaches have not integrated together, but recognized community in a social or personal context. The social construction approach among these approaches suggest a useful conceptual framework for studying community in the point of view that social condition changes according to the autonomic individual. Understanding of community will influence to establishing a community norm, to planning a communal space, and to developing strategies of community. And it also takes a Important role t\ulcorner change the housing policy, institution and life style.

The construction noise and vibration is a serious social problem in the downtown. This results in many expenses and delays of construction process because of the satisfactory settlement of popular complaints. In this study, we analyze the dispute mediation cases on the damages of construction noise and vibration and the noise and vibration condition in construction sites by using questionnaire surveys.

본 연구에서는 사회공헌활동에 대한 건설기업들의 인지도를 분석하고, 대기업과 중소 건설기업의 사회공헌활동을 비교해 보았다. 이를 위해 국내 사회공헌활동에 대한 설문조사와 전문가 조사를 통해 비교·분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 분석결과 건설기업들은 대체로 사회공헌활동의 필요성을 절감하고 있었는데, 중소 건설기업들은 대규모 기업들에 비해 필요성의 인식 정도가 낮았다. 중소 건설업체 CEO 및 경영진의 사회공헌 관심도는 아직은 부족했다. 사회공헌활동의 추진형태는 전문성과 네트워크 때문에 모두 직접사업 보다 NGO와 파트너십이 많았다. 향후 사회공헌활동 활성화를 위한 전략은 다음과 같이 요약된다. 먼저, 중소기업 CEO들에 대한 인지도 제고와 사회공헌활동 참여를 독려할 필요가 있다. 사회공헌활동의 필요성은 대체로 공감하고 있지만, 대기업을 제외한 중소기업의 경우 참여한 적이 없는 경우도 굉장히 높게 나타나기 때문이다. 둘째, 사회공헌활동을 위해 NGO와의 유대 및 정보 등을 공유할 필요가 있다. 많은 건설기업들이 NGO의 전문성, 전담인력 부족 등으로 NGO와의 파트너십을 선호했는데, NGO의 건설기업에 대한 생리 이해부족, NGO 관련 정보을 얻을 수 있는 인프라 부족 등을 문제로 지적하였다. 이는 특히 중소규모 건설기업에서 두드러졌다. 셋째, 원활한 사회공헌 활동을 위해서는 예산지원이 필요하고 전담인력이 확보되어야 한다. 그리고 외부적으로 정부의 제도적인 지원도 마련되어야 한다. 마지막으로, 건설기업의 사회공헌활동에 대한 홍보가 강화되어야 하고 벤치마킹할 수 있는 사회공헌활동 프로그램 등을 개발해야 한다. 특히 중소 건설업체들은 이러한 여유와 능력이 부족하므로 건설산업 사회공헌재단의 역할이 강조된다.

노후 고층아파트의 재고 확대로 이에 대한 대안으로 재건축과 리모델링이 제시되었다. 재건축사업은 물리적인 노후화보다 기능적, 사회적, 경제적 노후화를 이유로 실시되어 주택의 조기 멸실에 따른 사회적 비용 증대 등 여러 가지 문제점이 제시되었다. 이에 재건축에 대한 규제는 강화되고 리모델링 관련 제도가 개선될 예정이다. 리모델링 사업의 경제성 분석에 대한 기존의 연구가 강남과 잠실 등 개발이익이 큰 곳에 편중되어 있었다. 본 연구에서는 비도심지 아파트 소유자의 입장에서 재건축과 리모델링 시 경제성 검토에 대한 하나의 안을 제시해보고자 한다.

Among various joint ventures, International Construction Joint Ventures (ICJVs) have emerged as a popular approach worldwide to developing large scale projects through international participation. A model, based on economic analysis and represented by several hypotheses obtained from the analysis, will be developed. Furthermore, we will empirically test the hypotheses/model using Structural Equation Model (SEM). This research is expected to explain why there exist different organizational forms for ICJVs, and to develop a framework for choosing appropriate forms with respect to various characteristics of ICJVs.

현대에 들어 노동시장이 더 유연화 되고 있기 때문에 고용의 형태가 다양해지고 있고, 이에 따라 비정규직 일자리가 두드러지게 증가하고 있다. 비정규직 근로자는 고용 불안정과 열악한 근무 여건 때문에, 사회적 배제를 겪을 가능성이 크다. 그리고 비정규직 근로자가 사회적 배제를 겪을 경우에는 정신건강 문제를 경험할 가능성이 커진다. 이중에서 우울은 음주, 자살, 장애 등을 유발하는 증상이므로 관심을 가져야 할 정신건강 문제이다. 그러나 우리나라에서 비정규직 근로자의 사회적 배제와 정신건강 문제를 다룬 연구는 없다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 대표적인 비정규직 근로자인 건설직 일용근로자를 대상으로 사회적 배제와 우울 사이의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 조사 결과, 일용근로자의 사회적 배제는 우울에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.

이 논문은 대표적인 불안정 노동자 직군에 속하는 건설 노동자에 대한 호주의 어워드 임금 체계와 사회보장제도를 분석하고 한국에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 호주는 19세기 후반 격렬한 노사분쟁을 겪은 후 노사갈등을 예방, 해결하기 위한 노사정 중심의 중재위원회를 구축하고 이를 토대로 어워드라는 고유한 임금 체계 및 사회보장제도를 운용하고 있다. 어워드는 공정노동위원회라는 중재위원회에서 결정되는 임금 체계로서 전후 자본주의의 황금기에 고임금을 유지하고 경제성장을 견인해 내는데 중요한 요소로 작용했다. 신자유주의 개혁 이후 그 역할이 축소되었지만, 호주의 건설 노동자들은 여전히 높은 수준의 최저임금을 유지하고 있고 어워드 임금 체계가 직업교육훈련과 숙련 관리체계와 연계되어 있다는 점에서 시사하는 바가 크다. 신자유주의 개혁과정에서 시장경쟁을 이유로 고임금=유효수요창출이라는 전통적 케인스주의적 정책적 목표가 수정되었고 그에 대한 반발을 누그러뜨리려 의무 퇴직연금과 공공 건강보험과 같은 보편적 복지제도가 도입되었다. 한편, 건설 노동자와 같이 이동성과 불안정성이 높은 노동자들을 위해 어워드 임금 체계를 통해 장기근속 유급휴가와 퇴직급여라는 이동식 급부가 제공되고 있다. 호주의 숙련 수준이 낮은 건설 노동자의 사회보장 부담률은 우리나라의 평균 건설 노동자의 사회보장 부담률과 비슷한데 노후소득의 소득 대체율이 월등히 높다는 점에서 우리에게 주는 시사점이 있다.

With the social demands for tall building, the level of techniques for construction become high and there are various building materials. Also, the construction system become very complicated with the increase of worker. In spite of above facts, the method of construction management depends on the experimental capacity of a construction manager, and there are many unreasonable elements. These elements prevent well-going in construction process. To solve this problem, it is necessary to make a new system of construction management which is adequate for the condition of company and the contents of construction. In this study, the characteristic of production system and the present condition of construction management were investigated with the help of survey. Thus, the new method of construction management which can clear the previous problems was proposed.

With the recent advancement of the construction industry, interest in it is growing as the accident rate in the construction industry continues to increase due to the enlargement and complexity of the construction scale. These social issues are focused on the safety of construction work, and research on construction industrial accidents is continuously being conducted, but research on measures to reduce construction industrial accidents is surprisingly insufficient. Therefore, in this study, research on reduction measures to increase the safety of construction industrial accidents conducted for 5 years from 2017 to 2021 is investigated and compared, and it is intended to be used as basic data for future construction industrial accident reduction measures.
