The source of a business competition is man and the core of a business success depends on people's ability, efforts and cooperation. Therefore, modern managers are making varied efforts to perform the ethical management for the organization immersion and job satisfaction of the employees. The managers of the financial agencies including the enterprises competing in the global market, face numerous ethical issues and problems. Considering the reality that financial institutions are actively asked to perform the responsibility and duties sincerely, the tasks how the head of financial agency will accept the social study of the level of ethics and change the level of recognition, and how he will settle it as the natural feature in the institution, become an important management target. In addition, it is necessary to figure out how the ethical management of the head of the financial agency will affect the organizational immersion of the employees. Based on the objective of this study, we attempted to confirm how the ethical management will of the head of the financial institution would affect the organizational immersion, the employees' mental result variables. Through this study, it became necessary for the directors of the financial institutions to search for the methods to improve the system of management and enhance the observance will of the business ethics so that they may not cause the disposition of the violation of the business ethics owing to the enforcement to achieve the target of the results of the business or the error recognition of the norm. Further, the heads of banks will have to set a management policy focused on the democratic management and the ethical justice based on the participating methods to induce the cooperative commitment of the stock company employees not to be shifted from the globalization and the competitive society.
This empirical study is to verify the moderating effects of environmental education on pro-environmental consumers. For this purpose, we used Value-Attitude-Behaviro Model(VAB). In addition, as an environmental education method, the environmental education method using 7 environmental movies by the multimedia with excellent learning effect in order to increase the interest and educational commitment of the learners was utilized. A total of 116 subjects were divided into experimental group and control group, and the experiment was designed based on Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design to grasp the effect of environmental education after conducting environmental education to the experiment group. The results of the analysis showed that environmental education had no effect on environmental values but it had a positive effect on improving the attitude and the pro-environmental behavior. This study proved that the sustainable environmental education could form pro-environmental behavior, even though the environmental sense of values had not been formed in adolescence, and furthermore, the earlier researches had been mainly focused on the effect of the environmental education for the adolescent.
Organizational culture provides organizational members with identity, homogeneity and behavioral guidance, and promotes organizational commitment and enhances the stability of social systems. What organizational culture positively influences organizational performance? In this study, we tried to categorize organizational culture as creativity, change, cooperation, trust and knowledge sharing for specific public institutions and to diagnose the organizational culture by examining the level of recognition of the organizational members. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on organizational culture. The result of this study shows that the degree of future - oriented and cooperative culture of the public institutions that are the subject of research is not so high. In order to improve the performance of the organization, it is necessary to create a futuristic and cooperative culture. In order to create such a culture, various efforts must be made to continuously communicate and build trust among the members of the organization. In particular, leadership efforts to distribute, transfer, and trust authority to subordinates are a priority. In other words, it is very difficult to build a future-oriented, collaborative culture successfully without the efforts of managers.
The purpose of this study is to examine the patterns of the keywords in journals in the field of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify the knowledge structure of CBT studies in Korea. To compare CBT studies from Korea and abroad, 234 articles (2008-2019) published on "Cognitive Behavior Therapy in Korea" and 2,316 articles (1977-2019) published on "Cognitive Therapy and Research" were collected. The data were analyzed using NetMiner 4.3. The co-word analysis was done by calculating the cosine similarity matrix of major keywords, followed by visualizing the network. The results of this study identified the main interests of Korean CBT scholars, and categorized the knowledge structure of CBT in Korea into 9 research areas: "scale validation"; "perfectionism and entrapment"; "cognitive, emotional, and relationship characteristics of schizophrenic patients"; "cognitive characteristics and treatment of borderline personality disorder and depression/bipolar disorder patients"; "adaptation and psychological health"; "cognitive characteristics and treatment of patients with social anxiety disorder"; "causes and co-morbidities of depression"; "acceptance and commitment therapy"; and "understanding and the treatment of binge eating disorder patients." This study is meaningful in that it has reviewed the accumulated knowledge in the CBT field in Korea for the past 11 years, and suggests future tasks for development to improve the standards of CBT practice.

Stress has become one of the largest health risk to shorten the life time of health. Accordingly, in order to increase the life time of health, stress relief can be very important. Many social expenses and economic commitment have been inputted for this purpose, but their effectiveness compared to the current situation is not very high. In this paper, we carried out an identification work of rain sound which is similar to the white noise that can stabilize the body and mind of the person by analyzing the variations of 3rd formant frequency bandwidth. Also, for relieving stress, the sounds of rain that is easily accessible at a relatively among the sounds of nature instead of consuming a lot of money and time were selected for solving these problems. In addition, we identified the effectiveness of the stress relief about the sound of rain and research on whether there is a difference between men and women in their 20's or not was performed. Finally, we discussed the personal - adjusted rain making to maximize the effectiveness of stress relief.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the properties of previous studies related to vocations in the construction field. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, The paper has not been published at the beginning of the establishment of the academic foundation for vocational studies, but there was a marked increase over the next 15 years. Second, research related to vocations in the construction field has been more active in engineering than in social science. Third, the primary data method was used much more than the secondary data method, and the quantitative research method through a questionnaire was the most common research method. Fourth, human objects showed the highest frequency as 78.9%, and among them, technicians was the most. Fifth, as the research topic, psychological and behavioral aspects such as job satisfaction, job stress, turnover intention, and organizational commitment were dealt with most, and structural and environmental aspects such as national job competency standards, job analysis, construction accidents, and career development. It was also found that the topic of the research was actively being dealt with.
Previous research on creativity mainly investigated the characteristics of creative individuals and environments. In this study, those factors were also investigated in art by critically reviewing various documents on 5 creative artists: Nam June Paik, Isang Yun, Marcel Duchamp, John Cage and Pina Bausch. The results of the study showed that creativity in art developed through three different developmental stages with the changes of artist's self or self-consciousness: the discovering self, strengthening self-consciousness, and refining self-consciousness stages. The first stage of discovering self is the period during which the creative artists discovered their talents in the area of art and decided to pursue their career in art. During this stage, creative artists expressed a strong curiosity, tried to learn the world of art with intense efforts, and established a good foundation of knowledge. During the second stage of strengthening self-consciousness, creative artists built up their own aesthetic worlds. They tried to slake their thirst for the novelty in the field and made a strong commitment to the field they belong to. Finally, during the refining self-consciousness stage, they expressed their aesthetic worlds with refined self and expanded their aesthetics from personal to social dimensions. And they pursued an integration of various domains to produce a new artistic genre and shared their creative aesthetics with members outside of their field. The main implication of the findings of this study was that creativity could be defined and understood meaningfully by the perspective of self or self-consciousness in the area of art.
The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the Psychological Difficulties Scale of Working Moms(PDSWM). In the first study, 69items and 17 factors of the inventory were obtained based on interview, open-ended questionnaires. In the second study, the on-line surveys from 306 working mom was carried to analyze factor structure of the PDSWM. The final result showed that the 12 factor model with 64 items was appropriate. The third study was collected from 638 working mom and in order to make certain the cross-validity of the inventory, the group was divided into two groups (each group with 319 employees). The results of exploratory factor analyses using data of group 1 showed that the 8 factor structure with 48 items was appropriate. Also the results of confirmatory factor analysis using data of group 2 showed that the 8 factor structure indicated a satisfactory fit. Final 8 factors were as follows: 1) Feeling Apologetic to family members 2) Discrimination at workplace 3) burnt-out: both body and mind 4) Unequal distribution of child-rearing and house chore labor 5) Conflict with the babysitter/grandparents 6) Limit in further strengthening work competency 7) Social prejudice 8) Difficulty being on time for work. The PDSWM was significantly correlated with various criteria such as organizational commitment, life satisfaction, and work engagement. Based on such findings, implications, limitations, and the suggestions for future study were discussed.
Inje University, a nonprofit-oriented educational institution, was ranked second in the nation and first in all the local universities in the 2001 Comprehensive Evaluation of the Universities in 25 years since it was founded. In order to find out the reason for this high reputation, we had an interview with the chairman and an in-depth interview with other school authorities, interviewed the students and the residents in the community, and collected related data for the second time. We revealed that Inje University had been performing public marketing in the areas of its management philosophy, function, form, and performance. Our interview with the chairman confirmed that Inje University's management philosophy is the frontier spirits that 'contribute to the moor, attracting nobody's attention, in the name of public interest.' It was also revealed that this management philosophy made the function of the university differ from that of the others. Inje University had been focusing on forming a public network for its community, the nation, and the world, not just for its students. Furthermore, we also found out that the university had its unique separate organizations to take care of this business. An excellent on-campus network for the student and the school, a network between off-campus industries, and an international Inje exchange network had been formed. We have concluded that Inje University is a strong nonprofit-oriented hidden champion. The healing art, easily ignored but essential to human beings, and its commitment to education with all its property invested have contributed to Inje University's social status, reputation, and achievements today.
This study was conducted to classify 601 Korean adults into latent classes according to their love types and identify the differences in depression and find variables that affect the latent classes classification. As a result of the latent class analysis, the latent group for love types of Korean adults were classified into the L-H (7.7%) group, which showed the highest level of all three factors of intimacy, passion, and commitment, and the L-MH (33.6%) group, which all three factors were higher than the average, the L-M (39.8%) group with the mean of all three factors, the L-ML (14.6%) group with all three factors lower than the mean, and the L-L (4.3%) group with the lowest all three factors. Also, as a result of ANOVA, the L-MH group was psychologically healthier and more adaptive than the L-ML group. As a result of multinomial logistic analysis, females were more likely to belong to L-M, L-ML and L-L groups than males. In addition, singles were more likely to belong to the L-M and L-ML groups than those who were married. Also, the higher the anxiety attachment level, the higher the likelihood of belonging to the L-M, L-ML, and L-L groups than the L-H and L-MH groups, the L-ML and L-L groups than the L-M groups, and the L-L group rather than the L-ML groups. However, age, neuroticism, and emotional regulation did not affect the classification of latent classes. This study is meaningful in that it identified the various latent classes for the love types of Korean adults more three-dimensionally and suggested the possibility of differential interventions according to the characteristics of each group.
