  • Social networking services have changed the way people communicate. Rapid growth of information generated by social networking services requires effective search methods to give useful results. Over the last decade, social search methods have rapidly evolved. Traditional techniques become unqualified because they ignore social relation data. Existing social recommendation approaches consider social network structure, but social context has not been fully considered. Especially, the friend recommendation is an important feature of SNSs. People tend to trust the opinions of friends they know rather than the opinions of strangers. In this paper, we propose a levelized data processing method for social search in ubiquitous environment. We study previous researches about social search methods in ubiquitous environment. Our method is a new paradigm of levelelized data processing method which can utilize information in social networks, using location and friendship weight. Several experiments are performed and the results verify that the proposed method's performance is better than other existing method.

  • This research investigates how loneliness affects people's preferences for products that appear in social media ads. Four studies examine the impact of loneliness that is both measured in an established scale and situationally induced via a recall task. Individuals who experience higher levels of loneliness evaluate the same products more highly when they are advertised in a social (i.e., Instagram) compared to non-social (i.e., brand website) media platform. This effect occurs because loneliness increases people's attention to others' social evaluation of a product, and social media ads provide this information via social cues such as "likes" embedded in the ads. When the social cues are absent, the advantage of advertising on social compared to non-social media for people with high (vs. low) loneliness disappears. The findings suggest that social media ads have a unique appeal for individuals experiencing loneliness and highlight the role of social cues in shaping product evaluations.

This study focuses on the supporting service programs for social enterprises and job creation how it affects the performance of social value creation of KODIT. There is currently no detailed research of the social value in terms of the business and management academic agenda. Therefore, the present study describes the importance of social value creation on the policy financial institution. This study conducted in-depth case study for social value performance. • This paper focuses on how Singapore has adopted the 'Marriage Promotion Policy' for resolving the low birthrate and how it has been using the Social Development Network (SDN) to cope with the problem of low fertility. Social Development Network is an organization that shows Singapore's national stewardship to marriage, and has developed from the beginning to the social phenomenon of increasing number of highly educated women and decreasing fertility. The predecessor of Social Development Network is 'Social Development Unit' (SDU), absorbed the 'Social Development Service' (SDS) that was launched later, and reborn as Social Development Network in 2009. At its inception, Social Development Network has been recruiting and organizing its own memberships without the help of commercial marriage agencies, and since 2006 has been dedicated to delegating dating and matchmaking services to private companies and supporting projects. The purpose of this paper using literature analysis is to analyze the status and role of Social Development Network from the theoretical point of view of marital stewardship to the present, and to suggest meaningful implications for Korea which has the same social experience.
