Factor analysis, F-test, Pearson correlation, and multiple-analysis of variance were conducted. Sibling sociability and peer sociability were affected by sibling status. Maternal attitude and sibling sociability were positively correlated. The important family-demographic variables for both sibling sociability and peer sociability were maternal affective attitudes and sex of child.

  • Although there have been studies regarding the influence of customer reviews on consumer decision making at online shopping sites, research on factors affecting the perceived customer review quality for online shopping sites is limited. This study posits that sociability, which is one of the environmental factors of an online shopping site, can affect the quality of customer reviews. Sociability is a key factor in building a collaborative environment online, but studies have been limited to applying sociability to customer reviews that are the result of a collaborative environment. This study expects that sociability affects the performance of online shopping sites through the perceived information quality of customer reviews, and customers' efficacy. More specifically this study investigates the structural relationship between sociability, self-efficacy, collective efficacy, and the perceived information quality of the reviews in an online shopping context, regarding the patronage intention of customers. This study was conducted using a survey of 361 college students. The structural equation model results indicate that user perception of sociability increases self-efficacy and collective efficacy. The improved efficacy enhances the perceived information quality of reviews for online shopping sites, which increases patronage intention of customers. This study found that online shopping sites require a platform for customers to engage in social interaction to enhance their customers' loyalty and lifetime value.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the emotion effects on academic achievement for university students. The results are as follows. Resulting on the each emotions difference by the statistical variables, anxiety scores by gender showed a significant difference in the p<.01 level(F=7.685). The males anxiety(2.478, standard deviation: 0.180) had significantly lower scores than females(3.076, standard deviation: 0.168). But fear, anger, activity, and sociability scores were not significantly different respectively between male and female students. To see the emotions effect of academic achievement, the analysis method of the linear regression line was used. As the result, anxiety, fear, anger, activity, and sociability did not significantly influence academic achievement. And so unlike previous methods, the analysis method of the quadratic regression curve was used. As the result, anxiety, fear, anger, activity, and sociability showed did significantly influence academic achievement respectively within 5% of statistical significance level, to more than F=3.06. Therefore, the values on academic achievement of the each anxiety, fear, anger, activity, and sociability showed a quadratic regression curve. That is, [Academic achievement]=$-0.9685{\times}[Anxiety]^2+5.1342{\times}[Anxiety]+8.2679$,[Academic achievement]=$-1.0638{\times}[Fear]^2+5.5694{\times}[Fear]+7.5635$,[Academic achievement]=$-1.3497{\times}[Anger]^2+9.1284{\times}[Anger]+0.6720$,[Academic achievement]=$-1.0589{\times}[Activity]^2+7.4386{\times}[Activity]+1.8272$,[Academic achievement]=$-1.6830{\times}[Sociability]^2+11.2325{\times}[Sociability]-3.8258$. Therefore, we were able to determine the following conclusions. First, we were able to predict the degree of academic achievement by the each emotions scale. Second, when the each emotion scores of students was a moderate, the academic achievement was most excellent. So, in order for the students to become higher academic achievement, the maintenance of medium degree of the each emotions scores is required.

  • Sociability is an inherent part of human life and also possesses an important value as a comprehensive ability. While the lack of sociability has been pointed out as a representative problem of game use in general, this paper analyzed studies on the relationship between online video games and social competence. In this field, the view that the relationship in the online game may replace or complement the actual relationship and will potentially hinder the development of sociability currently faces a conflict with the opinion that online video games may not directly have a negative effect on sociability but rather result in a positive outcome by providing a social learning space. In a large scale survey that measured the use of online games, psychological characteristics, and social competence, no distinct relationship between game use and degradation of sociability was observed. Based on this analysis, we suggest that efforts are necessary to break away from the stereotype that online game play may cause a decline in sociability and to improve the validity of related research.

Then x2 test, One-way ANOVA, Scheff Test, and Pearson Correlation worked on the data using SPSS program. Results: On the result, 6th grade students have been perceived less on their overweight and obesity than the actual. On the research, 38.6% of the girls and 19.7% of the boys were actually obesity on their weight. • The purpose of this study was to examine children's sociability as a function of sex of child, number and sex of sibling, and birth order. Children's responses were compared with mothers' responses on social participation and interpersonal adjustment. Subjects were 506 4th and 5th grade children and their mothers. Results showed that mothers' perceptions of their child's sociability were different from those of the children. 'Number of sibling' differences between only children and others were found, with onlies being most likely to show lower scores in interpersonal adjustment. Sex differences in sociability were clearly demonstrated by both children and mothers; that is, boy's interpersonal adjustment scores were lower than girls' scores. Two-way ANOVA data revealed that second-born boys and first-born girls were most likely to obtain higher scores. For siblings, elder sisters showed the highest interpersonal adjustment scores, regardless of sex of younger sibling.
