A Study on the Relationship between the Self-Leadership and the Level of Career Maturity of the Fostered Adolescents at Youth Shelter : Mediating effect of Career Decision Self-Efficacy (시설보호 청소년의 셀프리더십과 진로성숙도의 관계: 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The study was carried out by surveying 500 fostered teenagers at youth shelters in the Capital area via onsite visit over about three weeks from April 17 to May 10, 2018; 487 samples out of 500 questioned subjects were used for the final analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the career decision self-efficacy was verified to have a partial mediating effect between all of self-leadership variables and the career maturity of the fostered adolescents at youth shelters. Second, the career decision self-efficacy was verified to have a partial mediating effect between the action-oriented strategy, which is one of the self-leadership variables, and the career maturity of the fostered adolescents at youth shelters. Third, the career decision self-efficacy was verified to have a partial mediating effect between the natural compensation strategy, which is one of the self-leadership variables, and the career maturity of the fostered adolescents at youth shelters. Fourth, the career decision self-efficacy was verified to have a full mediating effect between the constructive thinking strategy, which is one of the self-leadership variables, and the career maturity of the fostered adolescents at youth shelters.

  • Purpose - The study aims to analyze the VMD(Visual Merchandising) perception factors in recent sporting goods store and clarify the effect of each VMD perception factors on brand image, satisfaction, and customer revisit intention. The VMD perception factors play an important role in attracting and actually inducing sales to the visiting customers. It has investigated the effect of VMD perception on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. It is expected that the company's marketing strategy with VMD will be differentiated and competitive in sports item stores, brand image enhancement, customer retention, and acquisition. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to verify the hypotheses of this study, a total of 380 questionnaires had been distributed. 360 respondents were used in the final analysis excluding 20 respondents' incomplete answers. The SPSS 18.0 program was used and the data analysis was conducted for the demographic characteristics and distribution behavior. Principal Components Analysis was used for the common factor extraction for validity analysis, and factor analysis was conducted to verify such as validity in brand image or brand attitude. As for Multiple regression analysis, was performed to verify and in the research model, and in and , the mediation was defined through the Sobel Test in order to verify the brand image mediating effects on VMD, store satisfaction, and revisit inquiry of sports store. Results - Qualitative research shows that VMD sub-variables such as aesthetic, fitness, and functional convenience influence store satisfaction and revisit intention. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect of the brand image, the more VMD is strengthened, the more brand image is improved and store satisfaction is also increased. Conclusions - VMD enhancement requires a VMD strategy aligned with the company's management policies and objectives, a visual directing and consistent concept that delivers a strong message to customers. The customer actual purchasing behavior is a combination of various factors such as sports item stores' interior design, display, advertisement promotion like POP(Point of Purchase), salespersons and their service quality, so that the VMD image and the brand image must be consistent and a unique strategic plan is required.

  • In this paper, we propose a robust pre-processing module for camera-based Optical Music Score Recognition (OMR) on mobile device. The captured images likely suffer for recognition from many distortions such as illumination, blur, low resolution, etc. Especially, the complex background music sheets recognition are difficult. Through any symbol recognition system, the staff line height and staff line space are used many times and have a big impact on recognition module. A robust and accurate staff line height and staff line space are essential. Some staff line height and staff line space are proposed for binary image. But in case of complex background music sheet image, the binarization results from common binarization algorithm are not satisfactory. It can cause incorrect staff line height and staff line space estimation. We propose a robust staff line height and staff line space estimation by using run-length encoding technique on edge image. Proposed method is composed of two steps, first step, we conducted the staff line height and staff line space estimation based on edge image using by Sobel operator on image blocks. Each column of edge image is encoded by run-length encoding algorithm Second step, we detect the staff line using by Stable Path algorithm and removal the staff line using by adaptive Line Track Height algorithm which is to track the staff lines positions. The result has shown that robust and accurate estimation is possible even in complex background cases.

The Effect of Trust and Justice on Relation Satisfaction and Long-term Commitment in Franchise Business (가맹본부에 대한 신뢰와 공정성이 관계만족과 장기적 결속에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose - This study examines the adverse press coverage that has increased in proportion to the remarkable growth of various kinds of franchise businesses in the food service industry. Today, the trust of franchisees in relation to their franchisor, and the maintenance of good relations between the two, has become a significant social issue. This study investigates relationship satisfaction and the long-term commitment between the franchisor and franchisee. Research design, data, methodology - We used a path analysis to investigate the relationship between justice and trust, trust and relationship satisfaction, justice and relationship satisfaction, trust and long-term commitment, and relationship satisfaction and long-term commitment. Structural Equation Modeling and a Sobel test were used to investigate the mediating effects of trust and relationship satisfaction. Data were collected from 237 Food Franchisees in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province in order to test the theoretical model and its hypotheses. Two research methodologies are generally used in the distribution management field. For this study, an empirical method was used. Results - A causal analysis was carried out to test if the research model has a sufficient fit index (for instance, χ2 = 46.694, df = 10, p = .000, GFI = 0.946, AGFI = 0.850, RMR = 0.034, NFI = 0.966, CFI = 0.973), and the results showed that the model was sufficient, thus demonstrating the suitability of the research model. Each hypothesis had a positive influence, both on long-term commitment and relationship satisfaction. Justice with the franchisor had a positive influence on trust. Relation satisfaction cognized by franchisees was found to positively influence long-term commitment. The franchisee perception of justice in relation to the franchisor had no significant influence on long-term commitment. The study investigated the hypothesis that trust could mediate justice and long-term commitment, and that relationship satisfaction could also mediate long-term commitment Both trust and relationship satisfaction were found to be important for long-term commitment. Specifically, trust sub-factors and justice sub-factors influenced long-term commitment. Identification-based and knowledge-based trust were more important than calculus-based trust. Distributive justice was deemed more important than procedural justice; distributive justice should thus be strengthened. Conclusions - Both franchisor and franchisee were independent businesses. Evidently however, the franchisor could not ensure profit without long-term commitment from the franchisee. As for the success of the franchise business, the franchisor should carry out appropriate strategies leading to a satisfactory relationship. For example, transparency makes it possible to maintain and enhance trust and to improve relationship satisfaction. Just relations between franchisor and franchisee should make it possible to maintain and enhance the franchisee's trust. The franchisor should provide a variety of information with respect to the franchisee's business success. Finally, in order to improve the franchisee's long-term commitment, the franchisor should ensure a just approach with trust and relationship satisfaction among their strategies.

Fast Image Pre-processing Algorithms Using SSE Instructions (SSE 명령어를 이용한 영상의 고속 전처리 알고리즘)

  • This paper proposes fast image processing algorithms using SSE (Streaming SIMD Extensions) instructions. The CPU's supporting SSE instructions have 128bit XMM registers; data included in these registers are processed at the same time with the SIMD (Single Instruction Multiple Data) mode. This paper develops new SIMD image processing algorithms for Mean filter, Sobel horizontal edge detector, and Morphological erosion operation which are most widely used in automated optical inspection systems and compares their processing times. In order to objectively evaluate the processing time, the developed algorithms are compared with OpenCV 1.0 operated in SISD (Single Instruction Single Data) mode, Intel's IPP 5.2 and MIL 8.0 which are fast image processing libraries supporting SIMD mode. The experimental result shows that the proposed algorithms on average are 8 times faster than the SISD mode image processing library and 1.4 times faster than the SIMD fast image processing libraries. The proposed algorithms demonstrate their applicability to practical image processing systems at high speed without commercial image processing libraries or additional hardwares.

Mediating effect of self-control in the relationship between internet addiction and internet ethics awareness in healthcare-related college students (보건계열 대학생이 지각하는 인터넷 윤리의식과 인터넷 중독성향과 관계에서 자기 통제력의 매개효과)

  • This research aims to investigate how healthcare professionals can control their behaviors in the internet and the status of their Internet addiction, thus emphasizing appropriate internet ethics awareness of students majoring in healthcare-related field, the future healthcare professionals. The goal of this research is to verify the mediating effect of self-control between the status of internet addiction of healthcare-related college students and their internet ethical awareness. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 236 students majoring in healthcare-related fields in 5 universities located in D city from March to April, 2016. The result of analyzing correlation of Internet addiction, internet ethics awareness, and self-control shows that self-control is negatively correlated with internet addiction but positively correlated with internet ethics awareness. The result of research suggests that self-control does have partial mediation effect on internet addiction and internet ethical awareness. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop mediator program that enhances self-control in order to improve internet ethical awareness of healthcare-related college students and develops measures to prevent addition to the internet, one of the primary cause of decline in internet ethics awareness.

자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘을 이용한 컨테이너 식별자 인식

  • 본 논문에서는 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘을 이용한 운송 컨테이너 식별자 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 일반적으로 운송 컨테이너의 식별자들은 글자의 색이 검정색 또는 흰색으로 이루어져 있는 특정이 있다. 이러한 특성을 고려하여 원 컨테이너 영상에 대해 검은색과 흰색을 제외하고는 모든 부분을 잡음으로 처리하기 위해 퍼지 추론 방법을 이용하여 식별자 영역과 바탕영역을 구별한다. 식별자 영역으로 구분 된 영역은 그대로 두고, 바탕 영역으로 구분된 영역 은 전체 영상의 평균 픽셀 값으로 대체시킨다. 그리고 Sobel 마스크를 이용하여 에지를 검출하고, 추출된 에지를 이용하여 수직 블록과 수평 블록을 검출 하여 컨테이너의 식별자 영역을 추출하고 이진화한다. 이진화 된 식별자 영역에 대해 검정색의 빈도수를 이용하여 흰바탕과 민바탕을 구분하고 4 방향 윤곽선 추적 알고리즘을 적용하여 개별 식별자를 추출 한다. 개별 식별자 인식을 위해 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘을 제안하여 개별 식별자 인식에 적용한다. 제안된 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘은 입력층과 은닉층 사이의 구조를 ART-l을 개선하여 적용하고 은닉층과 출력층 사이에는 일반화된 델타 학습 방법과 Delta-bar-Delta 알고리즘을 적용하여 학습 및 인식 성능을 개선한다. 실제 80 개의 컨테이너 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안된 식별자 추출 방법이 이전의 개별 추출 방법보다 추출률이 개선되었고 FCM 기반 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘보다 제안된 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘이 컨테이너 식별자의 학습 및 인식에 있어서 개선된 것을 확인하였다.색 문제를 해결하고자 하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 정보추출은 사용자의 관심사에 적합한 문서들로부터 어떤 구체적인 사실이나 관계를 정확히 추출하는 작업을 가리킨다.앞으로 e-메일, 매신저, 전자결재, 지식관리시스템, 인터넷 방송 시스템의 기반 구조 역할을 할 수 있다. 현재 오픈웨어에 적용하기 위한 P2P 기반의 지능형 BPM(Business Process Management)에 관한 연구와 X인터넷 기술을 이용한 RIA (Rich Internet Application) 기반 웹인터페이스 연구를 진행하고 있다.태도와 유아의 창의성간에는 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났고, 일반 유아의 아버지 양육태도와 유아의 창의성간의 상관에서는 아버지 양육태도의 성취-비성취 요인에서와 창의성제목의 추상성요인에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 창의성이 높은 아동의 아버지의 양육태도는 일반 유아의 아버지와 보다 더 애정적이며 자율성이 높지만 창의성이 높은 아동의 집단내에서 창의성에 특별한 영향을 더 미치는 아버지의 양육방식은 발견되지 않았다. 반면 일반 유아의 경우 아버지의 성취지향성이 낮을 때 자녀의 창의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상에서 자녀의 창의성을 향상시키는 중요한 양육차원은 애정성이나 비성취지향성으로 나타나고 있어 정서적인 측면의 지원인 것으로 밝혀졌다.징에서 나타나는 AD-SR맥락의 반성적 탐구가 자주 나타났다. 반성적 탐구 척도 두 그룹을 비교 했을 때 CON 상호작용의 특징이 낮게 나타나는 N그룹이 양적으로 그리고 내용적으로 더 의미 있는 반성적 탐구를 했다용을 지원하는 홈페이지를 만들어 자료

The Effects of Preparation for Old Age of the past on Activity of the elderly: The mediating effect of Psycho-Social resources (과거 노후준비가 노년기의 활동성에 미치는 영향 : 심리사회적 자원의 매개효과)

  • There has neither been enough research on how to approach the concept of active aging through an integrated view nor an examination to verify the relationship between preparation for old age and active aging in later life. Therefore, this research aims to verify that the elderly, who have prepared for their later life, affected their active aged life. In addition, by setting up self-efficacy and social support as mediator in the research model, this paper looks into the psycho-social resource mechanism of the relationship in depth. In order to verify the correlation of two variables, the Seoul welfare panel data, a mediating model structured by psycho-social resources created by Seoul welfare foundation in 2010, was used. The total sample size was a group of 1,492 elders aged over 65. When it came to our research methods, structured equation analysis was applied to verify the mediating effect and theoretical background. The results revealed that physical preparation, financial preparation, social preparation and leisure preparation directly affected their active aging level positively, thus, psycho-social resources showed a partial mediating effect between preparation for old age of the past and active aging level. The research implications are as follows. First, this research makes an effort to approach the concept of preparation for old age with an integrated perspective through making a construct by entire preparation types. Second, it will attempt to verify the relationship between preparation for old age in the past and active aging in terms of multi-dimension is meaningful. Third, this research reveals the function of psycho-social resource, self-efficacy and social support within the relationship. As far as the partial mediating effect is concerned, preparation for old age education for the middle-aged class should be modified as a decent field to enhance of the elderly.

Effect of Relational Aggression on Depression of Nursing Home Residents -Focusing on Low-income Elderly- (시설거주 노인의 관계적 공격성이 우울감에 미치는 영향 -기초생활수급권자 입소노인을 중심으로-)

  • This study analyzes the effect on depression of mutual relational aggression experienced by elderly residents at charity nursing home. It also verifies the mediated effect of adaption by the residents to the nursing home. For this end, the researchers conduct a survey for 182 elderly residents in 7 charity nursing homes in Seoul and Kyonggi Province. The statistical methods for the analysis were SPSS version 18.0 and AMOS 7.0program. Following are the findings. First, there turns out to be no statistical significant effect between mutual relational aggression and depression. Second, elderly residents' adaption to the nursing home is proved to serve as a mediated effect between mutual relational aggression and depression. In other words, the more the relational aggression, the more difficult it is for residents to be adapted to the nursing home, and the more depressed the residents are prone to be. Following are suggestions based on the findings. First, nursing home staffs need to establish a system in consideration both of relational aggression and of resident's adaption, to reduce its elderly residents' consequential depression. Second, nursing home staffs need to take measures to help adaption of new residents to prevent or reduce their depression. For example, new residents can be allowed to bring their belongings to the nursing home as much as they want and the nursing home can stand. Third, nursing homes also need to develop programs to prevent or reduce any negative relation, including bullying or casting out, among peer residents in the nursing home.

Mediating Effect of Corporate Welfare Satisfaction in the Relationship between Retirement Pension System's Income Security and Job Commitment (퇴직연금제도의 노후소득보장성과 직무몰입의 관계에서 기업복지만족도의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the retirement pension system on workers' retirement income security and job commitment, and to verify the mediating effect of corporate welfare satisfaction in the relationship between the retirement pension system's retirement income security and job commitment. Employees of domestic K-company, which have been implementing the retirement pension system since 2011, were surveyed, and 403 copies of the final data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The analysis results are as follows. First, as the sub-factors of the retirement income security, the guarantee of the retirement benefits right and the income replacement rate had a significant positive(+) effect on job commitment. Second, as sub-factors of the retirement income security, the income replacement rate and customized retirement design had a significant positive(+) effect on corporate welfare satisfaction. Third, corporate welfare satisfaction had a significant positive(+) effect on job commitment. Fourth, it was found that the relationship between the income replacement rate and job commitment, which are sub-factors of retirement income security, is mediated by diversity and the level of benefits, sub-factors of corporate welfare satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that the implementation of the retirement pension system enhances the employee's job commitment and corporate welfare satisfaction, and is also important for corporate management.
