Context-Aware Security System for the Smart Phone-based M2M Service Environment

  • The number of smart phone users is rapidly growing due to recent increase in wireless Internet usage, development of a wide variety of applications, and activation of M2M (Machine to machine) services. Although the smart phone offers benefits of mobility and convenience, it also has serious security problems. To utilize M2M services in the smart phone, a flexible integrated authentication and access control facility is an essential requirement. To solve these problems, we propose a context-aware single sign-on and access control system that uses context-awareness, integrated authentication, access control, and an OSGi service platform in the smart phone environment. In addition, we recommend Fuzzy Logic and MAUT (Multi-Attribute Utility Theory) in handling diverse contexts properly as well as in determining the appropriate security level. We also propose a security system whose properties are flexible and convenient through a typical scenario in the smart phone environment. The proposed context-aware security system can provide a flexible, secure and seamless security service by adopting diverse contexts in the smart phone environment.

  • 미래사회는 점차 도시화되고 있으며 이에 따라 전 세계적으로 자원 및 인프라 부족, 교통 혼잡, 에너지 부족 등 각종 도시문제가 점차 심화될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 도시에 신기술을 접목하여 각종 도시문제를 해결하고 삶의 질을 개선할 수 있는 도시모델, 도시 인프라 활용을 통한 저비용으로 도시 문제를 해결하는 스마트시티 접근 방식이 주목받고 있다. 스마트시티는 정보통신기술(Information and Communication Technologies, ICTs)을 이용하여 언제 어디서나 다양한 디바이스를 통해 이용자가 원하는 서비스를 제공하는 미래 첨단 도시를 뜻한다. 이용자가 원하는 스마트시티 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 무엇보다 사용자 중심의 디자인 개념이 기반되어야 한다. 디자인 및 개발 프로세스를 위해서는 이와 관련된 모든 사람의 의견과 요구를 바탕으로 이루어져야하며, 모든 단계에서 사용자, 설계자 및 이해 관계자를 포함한 모든 사용자 정보와 피드백을 이상적으로 반영할 필요가 있다. 참여적 설계 접근법은 실제 사용자를 더 잘 이해하고 참여시키려는 시도로 볼 수 있으며, 보다 적절하고 사용자 친화적인 스마트시티 서비스를 만드는 데 필수적이며 중요하다. 본 연구는 사용자 중심 디자인 관점의 스마트시티 서비스 개발의 중요성을 인지하고, 스마트시티 서비스 개발을 위한 디자인씽킹과 서비스디자인 프로세스에 관한 방법론을 고찰하였다. 스마트시티 서비스 디자인을 위한 사용자 중심 디자인 개념을 설계하고, 이를 기반으로 개발된 서비스 디자인 사례를 통해 활용성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 연구는 스마트러닝 시스템을 조기 구축하고 임직원 교육을 위해 활용 중인 국내 IT Service 전문기업을 대상으로 스마트기기를 활용한 혼합학습(Blended Learning)이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 측정하였다. 구체적으로 기술수용모형을 적용하여 스마트기기를 이용한 학습태도인 자기효능감, 개인혁신성, 인지된 유용성, 인지된 용이성이 혼합학습에서 선행학습인 스마트러닝의 수용과 오프라인 면대면 학습의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 스마트러닝의 학습태도는 스마트러닝의 수용에 정의 영향을 주었으며, 스마트러닝의 수용은 오프라인 교육의 학습 만족도에 정의 영향을 주었다. 추가로 스마트러닝의 학습태도는 스마트러닝의 수용뿐만 아니라 오프라이 교육의 학습 만족도에도 정의 영향을 주었다. 이는 스마트러닝 학습태도의 변인들이 자기 주도적 학습과 긍정적인 학습만족도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 시사한다.

경기ㆍ인천지역 학교급식 조리종사원의 스마트 HACCP 사용의 직무수행도, 직무만족도, 및 직무스트레스에 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors Affecting Smart HACCP Utilization: Job Performance, Job Satisfaction, and Job Stress among School Food Service Employees in Gyeonggi-do and Incheon)

  • The Smart Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) management system, which integrates information technology (IT) to automate and analyze big data, has been introduced into school food services. This study investigated the job performance, job satisfaction, and job stress of employees in school food services using Smart HACCP. Data were collected via questionnaires from 350 employees in school food services who utilized Smart HACCP and worked in Gyeonggi-do or Incheon. The questionnaire included general information, workplace characteristics, HACCP education status, job performance, and job satisfaction according to the use of Smart HACCP, and general job stress. The responses showed that 92.3% of the participants had received HACCP education in the workplace, and 66.6% understood the content of the education. Among the HACCP process stages, CCP2 (Food Handling and Cooking) and CCP3 (Cooking Completion and Distribution) were the stages at which all participants were using Smart HACCP. CCP3 had the highest percentage (61.4%) of participants who experienced feeling the maximum reduction in their tasks by using Smart HACCP. The Smart HACCP job performance at CCP1 (Inspection) and Smart HACCP job satisfaction were higher in workplaces with 6~10 employees, compared to those with 10≤ employees (both P<0.05). The Smart HACCP job performances at of CP1 (Refrigeration and Freezer Temperature Management) and CP2 (Cleaning and Disinfection of Food Contact Surfaces) were significantly affected by the work area. General job stress was significantly higher in cooks than in cook practitioners, higher in employees with cook certification than in those without it, and higher in employees with work experience (<1 year), compared to those with 5~10 years or 10~15 years' experience. In conclusion, employees' job performance and satisfaction with Smart HACCP need to be enhanced to improve hygiene in school food service. This requires the effective management of their job stress.

스마트 헬스케어 서비스를 위한 통계학적 개인 맞춤형 질병예측 기법의 개선 (An Improvement of Personalized Computer Aided Diagnosis Probability for Smart Healthcare Service System)

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트 헬스케어 서비스 시스템의 바이오 데이터 분석 과정을 프로세스로 해석하기 위하여, 온톨로지 기반 통계학적 개인 맞춤형 질병예측 기법인 PCADP(Personalized Computer Aided Diagnosis Probability)를 제안하였다. 또한 이러한 개인 맞춤형 질병예측 기법을 바탕으로 스마트 헬스케어 데이터 및 헬스케어 서비스 명세의 의미 있는 표현을 위하여 헬스케어 온톨로지 프레임워크를 시맨틱스형으로 모델링하였다. PCADP 기법은 스마트 헬스케어 환경에서 개인 맞춤형 판별 기법이 갖추어야 할 조건인 실시간 처리, 유연한 구조, 판별과정의 모니터링, 지속적인 개선 등에 부합하는 통계학적 질병예측 기법임을 확인하였다.

  • 본 서비스는 스마트폰 앱을 통해서 그리고 아시아 문화전당에서 외국인의 언어로 방송내용을 들을 수 있는 목적을 가진다. 본 논문은 비콘의 신호로 외국인을 인식하는 방법을 설명하고 IoT 게이트웨이는 AllJoyn 프로토콜 접속 기능을 사용하여 선택된 외국인 언어로 음성서비스를 제공한다. IoT 서비스 플랫폼은 외국인의 인식자 관련 등록 받아들여서, 모든 장치들로 메시지들을 보내고, 그것들은 모든 IoT 게이트웨이들이고, IoT 게이트웨이는 외국인의 스마트폰 앱에 연결되어서 방송내용들을 들을 수 있다. 만일 외국인이 비콘의 관리 거리를 벗어난다면, 음성 앱 서비스는 해제된다.

  • This study aims to configure what dimensions make up for smart phone after service quality, and how this service quality affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Smart phone market is a market of the device leading the digital convergence as well as positioning itself as one of the national growth driving industry. To survive in this matured market, companies should have to respond actively to radical changes and customers needs in the so-called Smart Revolution environment. Lately, however, the smart phone market is prospected to move from growth phase to mature phase by the scholars. In order to proactively respond to the change in such market condition, companies need to provide absolute advantage in customer loyalty over their competitors by revolutionizing the after-sales service quality. Qualified A/S will lead to service satisfaction and achieve customer loyalty. The empirical analysis results obtained through A/S quality are as follows : First, human quality (attitude, expertise, problem-solvability), environment quality (handling agility, convenience, comfort), service policy quality (quality guarantee, additional service operation) are dimensions that make up for A/S quality. Second, A/S quality dimension showed a significant positive influence on service satisfaction and A/S satisfaction showed a positive influence on customer loyalty as well. Based on this empirical study, we propose some implications for A/S quality improvement. First, human quality dimension has relatively higher influence on A/S satisfaction in case of free A/S, so companies need to solve the product problem completely when consumer's first visit by continual employee education. Second, in case of paid A/S, the service policy quality-especially A/S Warranty period- has higher influence on A/S satisfaction.

사용자 편익과 맞춤화가 스마트뱅킹 이용에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the affecting factors of Smart banking usage in terms of user's benefits and personalization)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the user's attitude and usage of smart banking application in terms of user's benefits and personalization. While the prior researches on mobile banking adoption focus on the characteristics of service itself, this paper intends to investigate the smart banking application in terms of user's benefits, which are personal value consumers attach to the product or service attributes. Based on prior studies functional benefits, social benefits, experiential benefits, and personalization are identified as affecting factors of the user's attitude and usage of smart banking application. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, all benefit factors(functional benefit, experimental benefit, social benefit) and personalization were found to be significantly related to the user's attitude. Users' attitude on smart banking was found to be significantly related to the real usage as well. This paper has value in that it investigates the attitude and usage of smart banking in terms of benefits.

Periodic Biometric Information Collection Interface Method for Wearable Vulnerable Users

  • Recently, wearable computers equipped with various biosensors such as smart watches, smart bands, and smart patches that support daily health management of users as well as patients have been released. Users of wearable computers such as smart watches face various difficulties in performing biometric information processes such as data sensing, collection, transmission, real-time analysis, and feedback in a weak wireless and mobile biometric information service environment. In particular, the biometric information collection interface is an important basic process that determines the quality and performance of the entire biometric information service. So far, research has focused on sensing hardware and logic. This study intensively considers the interface method for effectively sensing and collecting raw biometric information. In particular, the process of collecting biometric information is designed and analyzed from the perspective of periodicity. Therefore, we propose an efficient and stable periodic collection method.

Framework for Multimedia Service using Multicast in CVCN Network

  • Vehicle communication networks have some deficient network resources to support a vast multimedia service including safety driving information, video, news and some broadcast relayed from the playgrounds such as professional baseball games for autonomous vehicles. This paper deals with the framework for providing seamless multimedia service including safety driving information using multicast in cooperated-connected vehicle communication network (CVCN). It adopts smart-switch (SS) and smart intelligent multicast agent(SIMA) to support the seamless multimedia service. The SS manages and switches multimedia streams through SIMA in CVCN network. The SIMA to operate as an access point, is composed of multicast supporting part and control part of mobile devices/autonomous vehicles in CVCN network. Therefore this proposed technique using SS and SIMA within CVCN network is a new framework for multimedia service that can disperse the load of server.
