The government and the Korea Occupational safety & Health Agency have continuously carried out safety activities such as supervision, inspection, technical guidance and financial support in order to reduce safety accidents at the construction site. However, the number of disasters at construction sites is increasing every year. So analyze the results of the supervision and inspection of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the projects related to the small-scale construction work of the Safety and Health Corporation, and the technical guidance project of the disaster prevention technology guidance organization. It is also necessary to establish an improvement plan for the disaster reduction of the small-scale construction work site for this project.

This paper discusses how to develop a comprehensive performance evaluation framework and measure Quantitative and Qualitative benefits of 'Small Business Networking Project' which has been supported by Korean Government since September 2001. Employing BSC framework to identify various benefits realized from the project, we suggest specific procedure and method of deriving ROI (return on investment) for analyzing the benefits against the costs associated with the project, where we restrict our attention to the government investment. From the study, we show that ROI analysis can be served as a useful means to validate government projects as well as uncover specific problem areas to handle in the course of implementing them. Moreover. the ROI analysis we present in this paper can also be applied to pre-evaluate similar government investments.

최근 국내 대형건설기업들의 해외 수주급감과 사업손실은 산업체뿐만 아니라 학술기관에도 큰 이슈가 되어왔다. 반면에, 중소 중견건설기업은 대형건설기업보다 수주 기업수나 건수면에서 해외사업에 더 많이 노출되어 있음에도 불구하고, 그동안 많은 연구가 있지 못해왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소 중견건설기업의 해외 하도급 사업에 특화된 리스크에 대하여 사업특성에 따른 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해서 실제 수행된 프로젝트를 조사하여 입찰 전 예측 리스크와 실제 발생한 리스크의 수준을 비교하여 리스크 중요도와 사업성과를 분석하였다. 또한 해외사업 계약조건과 사업의 수익성에 대한 특성에 따른 리스크 중요도와 관리 성과도 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 해외사업에서 국내 중소 중견건설기업이 직접시공을 할 때, 보다 나은 수익성과를 창출하기 위하여 입찰 전 어떠한 리스크 예측을 주의해야 하고, 수주 후 어떠한 리스크를 최소화하기 위해 노력해야 하는지에 대한 정보를 지원해주고 있다.

Real-time information on the construction project required by the owner make the project's transparency and overall productivity will be improved. This study analyzes domestic and foreign patents for construction project management to identify trends in technology development, construct cloud-based construction project management system solution UI, and proposes functions and services for each module. Trend research is conducted through patent search, and the analysis is divided into quantitative analysis which means quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis which means the technical contents of each patent. The construction project management system solution is based on smart devices at small and medium-sized sites, allowing both the owner and the construction personnel to share information.

OECD countries including Korea positively adopt performance-based budget systems which convert an input-centered system to an output-centered system to solve two baffling problems: public expense retrenchment and efficiency recovery of government management. Output management of IT project propelled in public sector becomes a prominent figure influenced by these keynote of policy. However, it is placed in difficult circumstances to develop a performance index and the methodology to cover characteristics of IT project, measuring the goal achievement of business and the customer contentment according to the phases of business progress. Existing studies of IT project accomplishment measurement have been fulfilled on the subject of business targeting on IT technology application, administrative information network business and national base of information network construction. Most of the studies have been executed using BSC or AHP to reflect synthetically business specifics of IT project from a methodological point of view. In this study, we propose a structural equation model (SEM) to develop a performance index which measures the outcome of IT project according to the phases of business progress, avoiding a simple presentation of project outcome or conceptual frame. The proposed SEM is applied to the survey results of "IT support project for Small and medium business". Based on the fitted model, we apply ACSI concept to develop an Information Technologization Success Index (ITSI). This index allows us comparison of several IT vendors as well as feedback information for further improvement.

본 논문에서는 물류 중소 IT기업과 학부 프로젝트 교과목을 연계하여 기업 실무 주제인 로컬 푸드 재고관리시스템을 공동개발하고 솔루션화하는 프로젝트 중심 교육사례를 연구하였다. 기존 이론 및 텀 프로젝트 진행방식에 탈피하여 기업의 실무 프로젝트를 대상으로 기업의 실무자가 멘토로 참여하여 프로젝트 주제를 제시하고 학생들이 그 주제의 시스템을 개발하였고 기업 실무자와 토의하는 과정에서 실무적인 지식을 습득하게 유도하였다. 이러한 방식을 통하여 상호 최신기술을 공유하고 물류 비즈니스 도메인을 이해하는 기회가 되었으며 프로젝트 수행을 위해 필요한 비용, 품질, 납기에 대하여 학생 스스로 이해하고 해결해 가는 경험을 하였으며 자신감을 얻을 수 있었다. 기업은 시제품 개발을 위한 비용절감과 우수인력을 교류할 수 있는 기회가 되었다.

건설 산업의 전반적인 생산성 향상을 위하여 시설물의 전 생애주기에 걸쳐 정보의 시스템화가 요구되고 있다. 정보를 시스템화하는 방법의 하나로 3차원 정보모델을 기반으로 정보 관리하는 기술인 BIM(Building Information Modeling)이 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 하지만 BIM 연구의 초점은 대형 사업장에 맞추어져 있으며 중소규모 사업장을 위한 BIM 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 중소규모 사업장의 경우 대형 사업장보다 정보 손실이 더욱 심각하지만, 투자 자원의 부족으로 인해 BIM을 도입하기에는 힘든 실정이다. 따라서 이 논문에는 과도한 투자 없이 BIM의 효과를 얻을 수 있는 중소규모 사업장 대상 맞춤형 BIM 시스템 개발을 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 Pseudo BIM(이하, 의사BIM)이라 정의하였다. 그리고 의사 BIM의 개념과 구축방법에 따라 PLIB Part 42, 건설정보분류체계 등을 활용하여 의사 BIM의 엔진 구조를 담당하는 데이터 사전 구축 방법을 제시하고 Pilot test를 실시하여 의사 BIM의 유효성을 검증하였다.

SMEs are experiencing difficulties in doing sales promotion due to the low awareness of the image of the company and the products produced by them in the global market. Therefore, the Government should seek ways to raise awareness of SMEs' image and products. SMEs have to carry out global innovation activities needed to develop new products or new technologies, but they are exposed to limitations of these innovative activities due to the limit of their available resources. Therefore, as a national project, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small and Medium Business Corporation are doing project for fostering and constructing global shopping mall (independent mall) so that SMEs can strengthen their global innovation activities. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to succeeding in the project for fostering and constructing global shopping mall (independent mall) by studying the case of Zungle Incorporation which operates a global shopping mall and greatly increases exports by participating in this project, and identifying success factors of Zungle Incorporation in doing this project.

실적공사비 제도는 2004년부터 도입된 제도로서, 과거의 유사 공사의 계약단가를 토대로 공종별 단가를 파악하여 예정가격을 결정하는 방식이다. 이러한 실적공사비 단가는 매년 2회 한국건설기술연구원에서 발표하고 있다. 소규모 공사의 공사비 단가는 작업단위당 생산비용 증가, 장비 및 노무비 등 상승으로 인해 대규모 공사보다 높을 수밖에 없는 것이 건설공사의 특성이다. 그러나 실적공사비 단가가 공사의 규모와 무관하게 일률적으로 적용되고 있어 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 실적공사비 제도의 문제점을 파악하기 위해서 대 소규모 토목공사의 실적공사비를 비교 분석하였으며, 소규모 토목공사의 실적공사비가 대규모 토목공사에 비해 21.8% 높은 결과가 도출되었다.
