콘크리트믹서트럭운전자의 산재보험 적용과 산업재해 (Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Coverage and Industrial Accidents among Concrete Mixer Truck Drivers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to analyze industrial accident compensation insurance coverage and industrial accidents among concrete mixer truck drivers. Methods: Original data on industrial accidents from 2012 to 2017 were analyzed through descriptive statistics. Results: Industrial accident compensation insurance coverage was 44.6% in 2017. Most concrete mixer truck drivers were affiliated with small businesses. A total of 61 industrial accidents occurred in 2012, 65 in 2014, and 80 in 2017. The major types of industrial accident were falls, slips, and crushes. Conclusion: Because concrete mixer truck drivers are at high risk for industrial accidents, industrial accident compensation insurance coverage and industrial accident prevention should be strongly enforced.

  • This paper deals with a methodology of the dynamic voltage stability analysis. The several physical power system constraints e.q upper and lower lomit of SVC and OLTC are considered. The proposed equivalent load model is the combination induction motor and impedance load. The variation of System voltages and equivalent induction motor slips for actual power systems are simulated and plotted in this paper.

  • High-Speed Centrifugal Compaction Process is one of slip-using compacting method originally developed for processing of oxide ceramics. In this study, we apply the HCP to ultra-fine (0.1 micron) WC powder. Organic liquid of heptane was chosen as dispersing media to avoid possible oxidation of WC. The mixing apparatus was a key to obtain dense compacts. Only the slips mixed by high energy planetary ball mill were packed up to 55% by the HCP, and sintered to almost full density at 1673 K without any sintering aids. This sintered compact marked Vickers hardness of Hv 2750 at maximum.

미끄러져 넘어짐의 생체학적 연구에 있어서 부하이동이 끼치는 영향 (Load Carrying Effect on the Biomechanical Parameters of Slips and Falls)

  • The biomechanical analysis of the load carrying effect on different floor surfaces has been conducted. Four different floor surfaces were prepared for ten subjects with each walking at a fixed velocity(1.33 m/sec) while carrying five different loads. The results showed that because of the significant interaction effect between floor slipperiness and the load carrying task, the load carrying effect should be analyzed according to different levels of the floor slipperiness, especially contaminant floors. On oily surfaces, slip distance(SD) and heel velocity (HV) increased whereas stride length(SL) decreased as load increased. In other words, significantly longer SD, faster HV, and no normal gait were found as load increased. As a result, a different protocol should be applied to measure floor slipperiness on oily floors as compared to dry surfaces for tribological approach.

  • In this Study, as the structure of smart phone display becomes thin to catch up with slim product trend, the reliability of display module is on the rise as a issue for product design. Especially, almost part of cellular phone should undergo drop test when they fall 1.5m above ground. Thus many manufacturers have considered design guide line using CAE and simulation for more efficive usage of limited resources om the martket. This test simulates the case when cellular phone slips through user's flingers while he is talking on the phone. This paper studies a drop simulation of glass for display in smart phone. This design for reliability improvements are suggested on the basis of the results of FE Analysis and display of smart phone design.

  • 폭설로 인한 도로 미끄러짐과 기온이 0도 이하로 낮아졌을 때, 도로와 차량 통행용 다리, 터널 출입구 쪽에서 주로 발생하는 블랙아이스는 운전자의 시야에서는 아스팔트의 이미지가 투과되어 보이기에 인식되지 않아서 자동차들이 미끄러지는 상황(슬립 현상)이 발생하고, 이로 인하여 대형 교통사고로 이어져 인명 물적 손실이 대량으로 발생하기에 적외선 카메라를 이용하여 도로 상태를 확인하고 딥러닝을 통하여 블랙아이스를 판별하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

Untrapped: bilateral hypoplasia of the trapezius muscle

  • Agenesis or congenital hypoplasia of skeletal muscles occurs infrequently but may occur with specific conditions such as Poland syndrome. The trapezius muscle can vary in the extent of its bony attachments or may have additional slips, however congenital absence or hypoplasia is extremely rare. There are only a few reports of partial or complete absence of the trapezius muscle. Two cases of bilateral absence of the trapezius were both in males and were accompanied by the absence of additional muscle in the pectoral girdle. Herein, we describe a case of a 56-year-old male cadaver with bilateral hypoplasia of the trapezius. The muscle was largely represented by atrophied muscle fibers with an abundance of fibrotic or fatty connective tissue. This subject had very minor hypoplasia of the left pectoralis major muscle, but the remaining muscles of the pectoral girdle were normal. The spinal accessory nerve terminated in the sternocleidomastoid muscle on both sides, failing to reach the trapezius. We interpret these findings to be consistent with a minor variant of Poland syndrome.

上海博物館蔵戦国楚竹書 《容成氏》 の古帝王帝位継承説話研究 (A Critical Study of the Legend on the Chinese Ancient Dynasty's Succession before Yao-Shun Era : Focusing on the Rongchengshi in the Shanghai Bowuguan zang Zhanguo Chuzhushu(II))

  • The respective history of the Chinese Ancient Dynasties from the era of the ancient Emperors to the revolutionary era of Yin-Zhou殷周 was described in the Rongchengshi容成氏, one of the texts in Shanghai Bowuguan zang Zhanguo Chuzhushu(II)上海博物館藏戰國楚竹書(二) discovered in 1994 at an antique market in Hong Kong. Drawn from the historical explanations expressed in it, the anonymous author's own views on history could be observed as largely being composed of 'resignation'禪讓, 'usurpation'簒奪, and 'banishment/smite'放伐. Following the advent of the recently excavated bamboo slips of Rongchengshi, a careful reconsideration is urgently needed to the established interpretation on the origin of the ritual of resignation in the relevant academic circles. Because it shows us that the ritual of resignation as a way of the succession, judging from my analysis, was already realized by Nine Emperors('Rongchengshi', Zunlushi尊盧氏, Hexushi赫胥氏, Gaoxinshi高辛氏, Cangjieshi倉頡氏, Xuanyuanshi軒轅氏, Shennongshi神農氏, 渾沌氏, and Baoxishi包羲氏 and maybe the more) before the era of 'Yao-Shun'堯舜. Accordingly, the aforementioned fact, which has never been elaborated in the previous texts including the first Chinese historiography Shiji史記, is the only peculiar feature to the Rongchengshi itself. Thus, a simple but empirically important question could be raised here: Was this way of description an exceptional case, even as unaccepted in Warring States Period at that time? If then, the Rongchengshi could not but help being evaluated merely as a buried historical texts, without any influence on the ancient Chinese, along with its author. The Chu bamboo slips Tangyu zhi dao唐虞之道 from Guodian Chujian郭店 excavated in 1993, however, has a very similar content to the Rongchengshi in relevance to the historical existence of the ritual of resignation. From the sentence, expressed in Tangyu zhi dao, that "the sudden rise of 'Six Emperors'六帝 was due to the practice of resignation like the period of Yao-Shun", it could be easily presumed that the 'Six Emperors' was closely connected to the 'Nine Emperors' and maybe the more at that time. Comparing with the related extant literary texts and the excavated materials in a vigorous way, in this paper, I explore four significant questions from a more critical stand to the conventional studies. First of all, I explicate the distinctiveness of the Rongchengshi as an academically very precious materials. Secondly, and closely related to the above, I evaluate its status or significance in the history of the Chinese ancient thoughts. And thirdly, I make an endeavor to trace back to the date of its transcription. Finally, and the most crucially, I attempt to show what Schools it was originated from and what connections it had with the Schools in the acient China. In sum, some concluding remarks, having somewhat insightful and significant implications for the further studies in these issues, could be drawn from my exploration. Viewing from the historical perspective of thoughts, at first, the legend of Ancient Dynasty's Succession before Yao-Shun Era in the Rongchengshi had some interactions directly and closely with Zhangzi莊子, Muzi墨子, Guanzi管子, Xunzi荀子 and Tangyu zhi dao. Also in doing search for the unification in a transitional epoch from the late to the end of the Warring States period, the political stand of Shi士 and Ke客 was reflected in it as well as in the Tangyu zhi dao because they actively wanted to suggest the most appropriate model of the Emperor or the idealistic succession process and political realms.

텅스텐 할로겐 램프를 사용하는 ZMR공정의 매개변수 최적화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Optimization of Process Parameters in Zone Melting Recrystallization Using Tungsten Halogen Lamp)

  • ZMR공정에서 발생하기 쉬운 폴리실리콘의 엉김현상(agglomeration), 슬림, 그리고 실리콘기판이 국부적으로 녹는 현상 등을 방지하기 위한 방법과 재결정화된 박막의 질을 향상시키기 위하여 폴리실리콘과 보호 산화막(capping oxide)두계를 변화시킨 실험 결과를 서술한다. 폴리실리콘의 엉김현상은 폴리실리콘과 보호 산화막 그리고 폴리실리콘과 매몰 산화막(buried oxide)의 계면에서의 wetting각과 관계되는데, 엉김현상을 방지하기 위해서는 암모니아 가스 분위기에서 $1100^{\circ}$C, 3시간 동안 열처리하여 폴리실리콘과 보호 산화막 그리고 폴리실리콘과 매몰 산화막의 계면에 질소를 주입시키면 된다. 실리콘 기판의 뒷면이 국부적으로 녹아 SOI구조가 파괴되는 현상과 슬립은 실리콘 기판의 뒷면을 모래타격(sandblast)하여 약 $20{\mu}m$의 거칠기를 가지도록 했을때 방지할 수 있었다. 재결정화된 폴리실리콘의 두께가 두꺼워짐에 따라 재결정화된 박막에서 subboundary의 간격은 넓어지고, 재결정화된 실리콘 두께의 균일성은 보호 산화막이 두꺼울수록 향상된다. 폴리실리콘의 두께를 $1{\mu}m$로 하였을때 subboundary의 간격은 약 $70-120{\mu}m$정도였고 폴리실리콘의 두께가 $1{\mu}m$이고 보호산화막의 두께가 $2.5{\mu}m$일때, 재결정화 후 실리콘의 두게 균일도는 약 ${\pm}200{\AA}$정도였다.

LED 광질에 따른 고구마의 묘소질 및 괴근 수량성 (Growth and Tuber Yield of Sweet Potato Slips Grown under Different Light-Emitting Diodes)

  • 몇가지 LED 광질이 고구마 바이러스 무병묘의 생장과 포장생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. '신황미', '연황미', '맛나미' 등 3품종의 바이러스 무병묘를 20일간 담액수경 재배하여, 자연광하에서 10일간 순화시켜 30cm 크기의 삽수를 $75{\times}25cm$로 6월 10일 정식하여 흑색비닐로 멀칭재배하였다. LED 광질은 형광등(40W)을 대조구로 하여 적색(660nm), 청색(460nm), 적+청 8:2 및 적+청 7:3 혼합광을 사용하였다. 묘소질은 적+청(7:3) 혼합 LED에서 줄기신장, 줄기두께, 잎수 및 뿌리발달 등이 양호하여 건묘육성에 가장 효과적이었다. 정식 30일후, 포장 생존율은 적:청(7:3) 혼합 LED에서 형광등과 적색 LED보다 유의하게 높았으며, 품종간 차이는 없었다. 줄기길이, 줄기두께, 마디수 등의 지상부 생육특성도 LED 광질 및 품종간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 정식 120일후 지상부 생육특성에서도 줄기길이, 줄기두께, 마디수, 곁가지수, 생체중 등에서 LED 광질에 따른 유의성은 인정되지 않았으며, 줄기길이, 마디수, 줄기두께, 생체중 등에서 품종간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 주당평균중, 평균괴근중 및 수량 등은 LED 광질에 따른 차이가 없었으며, 품종간에는 유의한 차이를 보였다. 품종간 수량은 '맛나미'와 '연황미'에서 '신황미'보다 유의하게 높았다.
