사이드스커트와 보트테일을 이용한 대형화물차량의 연비개선 효과 및 온실가스 감축량 추정 (Estimation of GHG Emissions Reduction and Fuel Economy Improvement of Heavy-Duty Trucks by Using Side Skirt and Boat Tail)

  • Recently, the need for technology development of commercial vehicle fuel consumption has emerged. Fuel economy improvement of transport equipment and transportation efficiency, and increasing attention to the logistics cost reduction measures. Increasing attention to the logistics cost reduction measures by fuel economy improvement of transport equipment and transportation efficiency. In this study, we have installed aerodynamic reduction device (side skirt, boat tail) to 14.5 ton cargo trucks and 45 ft tractor-trailers. And the fuel consumption was compared installed before and after. Fuel economy assessment for the aerodynamic reduction value device was tested by modifying the SAE J1321 Joint TMC/SAE Fuel Consumption Test Procedure - Type II test in according domestic situation. Greenhouse gas reductions were calculated in accordance with the scenario, including fuel consumption test results. When the 14.5 ton cargo trucks has been equipped with side skirts and boat tail, it confirmed the improvement in fuel efficiency of 4.72%. One Heavy-duty truck's the annual greenhouse gas reductions value are $6.86ton\;CO_2\;eq$. And if applying the technology to more than 50% of registered 15 ton trucks, greenhouse gas reductions are calculated as $686,826ton\;CO_2\;eq./yr$.

  • 180 bar 이상의 최대 폭발압과 높은 열부하를 가진 박용 디젤엔진의 분리형 피스톤은 크라운과 스커트를 각각 고강도 합금강과 연성주철을 사용한다. 피스톤의 피로설계를 위해서는 작용 하중, 표면조도 뿐만 아니라 온도영향에 의한 강도 저하를 고려해야 하며, 실린더 내부의 폭발력이 크라운을 거쳐 스커트에 전달되는 하중의 분율도 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 노치부의 피로강도 증분을 응력구배방법을 사용하여 고려하였으며, 열전달해석과 그에 따른 온도영향을 고려하였다. 하중 분율과 접촉압력은 공차해석을 통해 최적화하였으며, 프로타입 엔진에 대한 실차 시험을 통해 냉각 및 내구설계를 검증하였다.

  • This study has the purpose of classifying the types of decoration techniques applied to the Korean traditional costume of modern style which are shown in relevant monthly magazines and analyzing the characteristics of the techniques. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. The types of decoration techniques applied to the Korean traditional costume are classified into single and composite types according to decorative components. In the traditional costume of the former type, a quite many of gold and silver foils and embroideries are found. While, in that of the latter type, a combination of two different decorations, gold and silver foils and embroideries, embroideries and seonchigi or embroideries and stitches is usually used. These decoration techniques are usually applied to some parts of the costume like git, kkeutdong or cuffs, somae or sleeves, jacket or jeogori, the lower hem of the skirt and between joined parts in the skirt. More notably, Korean traditional costumes for women shown in monthly magazines released during the period as mentioned above were investigated to find that a part of the women's clothes, that is, skirt was in most cases decorated with brilliant embroideries. Used together with the techniques, patterns are usually applied onto embroideries and gold or silver foils. Most of the patterns are flower in shape. The main material of the Korean traditional costume is fabrics that have brilliant patterns on the surface and are commercially available irrespective of season. Consequently, since 2010, flower motive patterns which are important in modern fashion trend will be used in embroideries, gold and silver foils. Additionally, embroideries such as seakdong, applique, drawing made with modern style will be the main stream of new HanBok style.

고등학교 여학생의 교복 디자인에 따른 교복 만족도 및 맞음새 연구 (A study on students' satisfaction with and perceived fit of high school girls' uniform designs)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate students' satisfaction with, perceived ease of movement of, and perceived fit of high school girls' uniforms according to the uniform design. "P" high school, with a one-piece dress-type uniform, and "H" high school, with a two-piece type uniform, were selected for this study. Sixty-five female students from each school participated in the study. The questionnaire was composed of 21 questions about the school uniforms' purchase behavior, design, fit, ease of movement, and modification and participants' demographic information. Students from both schools were generally satisfied with the uniform design. However, in the open-ended response section, many "P" high school students responded that the fact that the one-piece dress pulled up when sitting or raising the hand made it uncomfortable. On the other hand, "H" high school students responded that the skirt was uncomfortable, because it left the body or underwear exposed when the wind blew due to the many pleats in the skirt. In the assessment of the ease of movement, "P" high school students were more likely to describe the uniform as uncomfortable than "H" high school students. Many students responded that they modified their school uniforms, and the length of the skirt and one-piece dress was the main part that was modified. This study suggests that growing female high school students are unsatisfied with the school uniforms' design and fit. Additionally, the perceived fit and satisfaction levels depend on the uniform design.

패드식 피스톤의 특성 해석에 관한 연구 (Analysis of the Characteristics of the Low Friction Pad Type Piston)

  • Using the finite element method, the film pressure, the transverse force and the firction torque which are distributed over the pad surface of low-friction piston skirt are calculated in order to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the piston. The results indicate that the frictional torque for the low-friction piston pad may increase 3% efficiency in comparison th the conventional one.

판매원의 유니폼과 체형에 따른 이미지가 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of images of saleswomen on customer satisfaction and revisiting intention by uniform and body type)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify images of saleswomen by uniform and body type and to determine if the images have an effect on customer satisfaction and revisiting intention. This study was conducted between February 10th and February 23rd 2015, using a questionnaire to collect data from 608 adults from Seoul, Deajeon, and Chungnam Province. A $2{\times}2$ (body $type{\times}clothes$) factorial experimental design was used. Frequency, factor, and reliability analysis, analysis of variance, one-way ANOVA, Tukey test, and multiple regression analysis methods were used to analyze data. The study results were as follows: First, images of saleswomen with different uniform and body types were classified based on the following three factors: professionalism, kindness and attractiveness. Second, the saleswomen's uniforms had significant impact on perceived attractiveness, with women who wore skirt suits being identified as more attractive than women with pant suits. The saleswomen's body types had significant effect on professionalism, kindness and attractiveness. Women with average body types were perceived positively in terms of professionalism and attractiveness, whilst women with large body types were perceived positively in terms of kindness. Third, the combination of uniform and body type had a significant effect on perceived professionalism. Women with average body types wearing pant suits were perceived to have high degree of professionalism and women with large body types wearing skirt suits were evaluated to have high professionalism. Fourth, the images described as attractive and kind for both uniform and body type had a positive influences on customer satisfaction and revisiting intention.

  • The Purpose of this study is to enhance the efficiency of clothing-making units in the textbook of Home Economics for the high school students. I handed out a research paper with several questions to 75 teachers and 87 students to find out the realities of the education. There are several problems of making clothes at class: lack of time, appropriate equipment and efficient learning material. To solve these problems. I made a half-sized skirt kit utilizing OPTI Tex. a type of CAD in fashion design and copied it by silkscreen. and let the students use it. Both of the teachers and students showed positive response to the newly made kit of my own. saying that \"it is very handy to prepare and it\`s very helpful to figure out how to make skirt. \" Using the kit. we could reduce the time to make clothes by about 60 % and do well in the classroom without any sewing machines.

  • 본고에서는 type B 독립구형 MRV 방식 LNG탱크의 극저온에 대한 구조안전성 평가기법을 연구 하였다. 여기에는 다음과 같은 3가지의 검토과정이 포함된다. 1) 탱크판을 관통하는 균열의 진전과정에서 누설되는 LNG의 양을 추정하고, 이에 따른 선체구조의 안전성을 보장하기 위하여 2차방벽의 설치범위를 결정한다. 2) 구형 LNG탱크시스템에 대한 정상상태 열전달해석 모형을 이용하여 화물창 및 스커트에 대한 온도분포해석을 수행하였다. 3) (2)항의 해석결과 가장 급격한 온도변화를 보이는 탱크와 스커트시스템의 연결부에 대한 열응력의 분포를 해석하였다.

리듬 체조 경기 의상의 디자인 분석 (An Analysis on the Costume Design in Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition)

  • The analysis in this work is about costumes among the rhythmic gymnasts in competition, which is intended to develop designs about rhythmic gymnastics costume and provide the basic material from the results. In its research method and range, the general information on rhythmic gymnastics was reviewed in literature and the case analysis was followed about costumes of world high rankers in competition during 2012~2015 seasons. Research showed the following results. First, leotard took a shape of skirt-added one-piece type, where a combination with long tight sleeve, round neck line, and stand-up collar had a relatively higher percentage in design. With regard to a bottom line of skirt, an amorphous type was most common that highlights rhythmical beauty without any particular form. This design exposed shoulders and waists on both sides, expressing the feminine beauty. Second, in color used mainly, white appeared most frequently. In its combination, more than three were employed. Third, transparent mesh was applied as basic, where lace and chiffon were used. Abstract pattern took the highest portion in pattern. Particularly, crystal bead or gradation coloring was used to maximize the visually splendid image, giving an effect of optical illusion as if neckless clothing, choker, bracelet, or glove were worn. Fourth, it appeared that the costume for each event was changed in every season, when only music was substituted but the same earlier costume was put on for the different event.
