출산에 따른 30대 여성의 하반신 형태 연구 (Lower Body Type of Women in their Thirties after Childbirth)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the lower body size and forms of married women in their thirties who have experienced pregnancy and parturition. Their measurements derived from the direct anthropometry and indirect photographic measures were compared to those of 20's. Improving consumer satisfaction for missy brand, especially in fitness of skirt and pants, some lower body classification were presented. The results were as follows : 1. The characteristics of lower body showed many differences by individuals especially in depth, girth, length and angle measures rather than height and breadth measures. Many items including index, calculations and angles revealed significant differences compared to those of 20's. Several breadth items, crotch length had distinct increase than those of women in twenties. Flattened buttocks side silhouette from waist to hip, buttocks drooping and decrease of inclination implied the influence of pregnancy, parturition and aging. 2. We hardly find out sizing system differences between missy brand and miss brand. Based on waist and hip girth measurements of subjects, sizing system of missy apparel wasn't suitable for their body size. Excessive drop(hip girth-waist girth) of missy brands, 25~30 cm, was almost the same to the drop of miss brands. 3. To improve the size satisfaction of missy women, we classified the lower body into 5 types according to drop, buttocks angle and hip length. Type 1 was small waist with large buttocks projection, and hip length was close to an average. Type 2 was small waist with medium buttocks projection, and the hip length was close to an average. Type 3 was medium waist, with average projection of the buttocks and hip length. Type 4 was large waist, projection of the buttocks and the hip length were close to an average. Type 5 was large waist, projection of the buttocks was small and the hip length was close to an average.

  • This study analyzes current self-nail tips and nail-tip satisfaction. The study method selected from 3 domestic and 3 overseas companies analyzed current self-nail tips based on brand recognition and sales rate. A questionnaire was conducted on 261 adult women in their 20s and 50s about the satisfaction of nail care and self-nail tips. The results are as follows. As a result to analyze the current nail tips, there were products that did not contain the type of nail tip or the composition and ingredients of the glue. An online survey of the sizes of the current nail tips indicated differences in the sizing system method and that the presented sizes are different. The response rate was the highest for the survey results on why self-nail tips were preferred for respondents who prefer self-nail tips because the price was cheap. The reason why they did not prefer self-nail tips was that the degree of completeness was lower and the fitness was not good. In addition, it showed a high response rate in that the adhesive strength was poor and the size did not fit the nails. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a size for nail types by ergonomic design and develop a self-nail tip that can reduce nail damage.

겨드랑이 무의 크기에 따른 상의의 운동기능성과 외관 평가 (Evaluation of Mobility and Appearance According to Gusset Size of Bodice and Sleeve Pattern)

  • This study used a three-dimensional-analysis method to quantitatively analyze the change of clothing appearance according to a gusset added to bodice and sleeve patterns for men in their twenties. Comparing six different patterns, the study found that patterns P1 and P2 with little gusset did not have a large difference in the strain map, and pattern P6 had no gusset in the motion of raising the arm $28^{\circ}$ to the side (M1). When the arm was raised $45^{\circ}$ to the side (M2), the P1 pattern had the smallest deformation, and only the P5 pattern had a large deformation from the neck to the armhole area. In contrast, except for in the P3 pattern, large wrinkles formed in the front and back when the arm was raised above $158^{\circ}$ (M3) from the side of the waist to the armpit. In addition, P3 had the smallest change in the hem of the bodice and sleeves. However, the appearance of P2, P3, and P5 was excellent when the arm was moved forward (M4), and the P2 and P5 patterns were the smallest at the bodice and sleeve hem. The P6 pattern showed the least fitness in terms of function. In the case of raising the arm, there was a strong correlation between gusset size and motion function, but when the motion of the arm changed, the motion function did not improved just by changing the ease size.

성인여성용 브래지어 원형 개발연구(제2보) -패턴그레이딩을 중심으로- (A Study on the Development of Basic Brassiere Pattern for Adult Women(Part II)-Focusing on Pattern Grading-)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop grading method of the basic brassiere patterns therewith, provide for 12 size's brassiere patterns and prove fitness of their's and shape. The collected data were statistically processed using the SAS 6.12 for Means, Standard Deviation, etc. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The basic sizes adopted at the first design stage (see fig.1-2) were 75AA, 75A and 75B each of which was designed as upper foundation basic pattern in reference to the cup size. At the second stage, each of the upper body foundation basic pattern was used to design lower cup, upper up, front panel and wing in their order(see fig.3-6). At the third stage, the other sizes were graded in reference to the three brassiere patterns (75AA, 75A and 75B) to produce 12 brassiere sizes(see Tab. 7-8). In order to develop the basic patterns of adult women's brassieres, 33 women were selected per 11 size combination(3 women per size combination), and then, their brassiere fitting was teated. As a result, the fronts of the basic patterns were found to have such problems as undone front center, poor levelling of upper cup's bottom line or lower cup's top line, poor shape of upper cup's outside top line and shoulder strip position. On the other hand, on the rear side of the basic patterns, the central part of the wing was slightly lifted, while the wing width and straps'interval did not befit the ful1-cup brassiere. The result of this first brassiere fitting test showed that the functionality and aesthetics of the basic pattern brassieres were more or less satisfactory, and thus, the problems were addressed for the second teat. In the second test, the aesthetics, breast-shaping effect and functionality of the basic pattern brassieres were much improved. 2. We were to present the final brassiere sizing system to extend the interior length of breast and the exterior length of breast on the basis of fitting test. Thereby, 75B$.$80A$.$80B$.$85A$.$85B's the interior lengths of breast were enlarged to 0.7cm, the rest size was enlarged to 0.5cm and the exterior length of breast was enlarged to 0.5cm regardless of sizes. 3. 20대 한국과 미국 여성의 자세에 따른 하반신 치수변화 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Changes in Size of Lower Body for Different Postures between Korean and American Women in their Twenties)

  • U.S. apparel brands are being imported to Korea more than any other country's apparel brands. Against this backdrop, this study intends to verify the fitness of U.S. apparels for Korean people in terms of size. To this end, the authors selected 25 American and 25 Korean women in their twenties and studied the differences of these two groups with regard to the size of their lower body parts. In addition, the authors analyzed how the size of each part of the lower body changes according to different postures. All the study subjects were required to be able to wear medium-sized pants of the U.S. apparel. The results of the present study are shown below. The American women were bigger than the Korean counterparts in leg length, hip circumference, thigh circumference, and all height-related sizes. However, the Koreans were bigger than their peers in lengths from waist to crotch; crotch length, body rise and the length from front waist point to hip line. Standing posture was used as a yardstick, when the changes in size according to the different postures were examined. The results indicate that hip and knee circumferences increased in the sitting posture. In particular, hip circumference significantly increased in the American women group. Regarding length-related sizes, increases and decreases in sizes for different lower body parts differed according to the posture. For a walking posture with ordinary strides, the front crotch length decreased while the back crotch length increased. This tendency was more notably observed for Korean women. The American woman clearly showed a decrease in outside leg length for all postures. The Korean women obviously presented an increase in the front center leg length for the sitting posture and for the posture where the knees were bent at $120^{\circ}$. The length from the front waist point to the hip line significantly declined in the Korean woman for the sitting posture and for the walking posture with ordinary strides.

Development of Rashguard Swimwear Size System and Pattern for Middle-aged Women in Breast Cancer Patients

  • 본 연구에서는 유방암 환자를 위한 중년여성용 래쉬가드 수영복의 치수체계와 패턴을 제안하였다. 첫째, 유방암 환자가 선호하는 수영복 디자인을 선정하기 위해서 37명의 유방암 환자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 가슴이 두드러지지 않고 노출이 적은 래쉬가드의 수영복이 디자인되었으며, 이는 캡이 삽입되기 쉽고 캡이 고정되는 주머니 형태를 갖고 있다. 둘째는, 유방암 환자용 수영복을 위한 치수체계를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 대표사이즈를 젖가슴둘레, 엉덩이둘레, 몸통세로둘레로 정하고, 30~69세의 여성 1625명에 대한 사이즈 코리아의 직접 측정 데이터를 사용하여 교차분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 3차원 각 셀의 출현율을 기반으로 유방암 환자 수영복을 위한 17개의 사이즈를 설정하였으며, 중심사이즈를 젖가슴둘레 90cm-엉덩이둘레 95cm-몸통 세로둘레 150cm로 정하였다. 셋째는, 유방암 환자용 수영복 중심사이즈 패턴 개발을 하였다, 이를 위해 먼저 1차 중심사이즈 패턴을 제작하고, 그 후 2차, 3차 수정을 거쳐 패턴을 완성하였다. 각 패턴제작 단계마다 실험의를 제작하여 착용피트성 및 동작적합성 평가를 실시함으로써 최적의 패턴제작을 위한 각 치수항목의 축소율을 구했으며, 이를 반영하여 유방암 환자용 래쉬가드 수영복 패턴을 개발하였다.

Control of Distributed Micro Air Vehicles for Varying Topologies and Teams Sizes

  • This paper focuses on the study of simulation and evolution of Micro Air Vehicles. Micro Air Vehicles or MAVs are small flying robots that are used for surveillance, search and rescue, and other missions. The simulated robots are designed based on realistic characteristics and the brains (controllers) of the robots are generated using genetic algorithms, i .e., simulated evolution. The objective for the experiments is to investigate the effects of robot team size and topology (simulation environment) on the evolution of simulated robots. The testing of team sizes deals with finding an ideal number of robots to be deployed for a given mission. The goal of the topology experiments is to see if there is an ideal topology (environment) to evolve the robots in order to increase their utility in most environments. We compare the results of the various experiments by evaluating the fitness values of the robots i .e., performance measure. In addition, evolved robot teams are tested in different situation in order to determine if the results can be generalized, and statistical analysis is performed to evaluate the evolved results.

남성복(男性服)의 치수규격을 위한 체형분류(I) - 직접계측자료에 의한 동체부의 분류 - (Classification of Bodytype on Adult Male for the Apparel Sizing System (I) - Bodytype of Trunk from the Anthropometric Data -)

  • Concept of the comfort and fitness becomes a major concern in the basic function of the ready-made clothes. Accordingly a more sophiscated classification of the human morphological characteristics is strongly required for the effective clothing construction. This research was performed to classify and characterize Korean adult males anthropometrically. Sample size was 1290 subjects and their age range was from 19 to 54 years old. Sampling was carried out by the stratified sampling method. Data were collected by the direct anthropometric measurement. 75 variables in total were applied to classify the bodytypes. Data were analyzed by the multivariate method, especially factor and cluster analysis. The high factor loading items extracted by factor analysis were based to determine the variables of the cluster analysis for the similar bodytypes respectively. In the part of the trunk, 19 variables from the data were applied to classify the bodytypes of trunk by Ward's minimum variance method. The groups forming a cluster were subdivided into 5 sets by cross-tabulation extracted by the hierarchical culster analysis. Type 3 and 4 in trunk were composed of the majority of 55.6% of the subjects. The Korean adult males had relatively well-balanced bodytypes in trunk.

공공도서관 직원배치기준 개정안 연구 (A Study on the Revision of Staffing Standards for Korean Public Libraries)

  • 어느 국가를 불문하고 모든 공공도서관은 시설, 장서, 예산을 필요로 하지만 그 성공의 여부는 지역사회에 최고 수준의 서비스를 제공하는 직원에 의해 결정된다. 그러므로 공공도서관은 적정수의 상근직원을 확보해야 한다. 이러한 노동력을 보증하기 위하여 본 연구는 국내 공공도서관의 직원배치에 관한 법적 및 권장기준의 법리적 정당성, 논리적 타당성, 현실적 적합성과 유용성을 분석하고, 직원배치를 위한 결정변수로서의 건물면적과 장서, 법적 봉사대상인구의 구간, 기본인력 배치수준, 봉사대상인구를 감안한 증원인력을 중심으로 직원기준의 개선안을 제시하였다.

A Genetic Algorithm Based Task Scheduling for Cloud Computing with Fuzzy logic

  • Cloud computing technology has been developing at an increasing expansion rate. Today most of firms are using this technology, making improving the quality of service one of the most important issues. To achieve this, the system must operate efficiently with less idle time and without deteriorating the customer satisfaction. This paper focuses on enhancing the efficiency of a conventional Genetic Algorithm (GA) for task scheduling in cloud computing using Fuzzy Logic (FL). This study collected a group of task schedules and assessed the quality of each task schedule with the user expectation. The work iterates the best scheduling order genetic operations to make the optimal task schedule. General GA takes considerable time to find the correct scheduling order when all the fitness function parameters are the same. GA is an intuitive approach for solving problems because it covers all possible aspects of the problem. When this approach is combined with fuzzy logic (FL), it behaves like a human brain as a problem solver from an existing database (Memory). The present scheme compares GA with and without FL. Using FL, the proposed system at a 100, 400 and 1000 sample size*5 gave 70%, 57% and 47% better improvement in the task time compared to GA.
