텍스트네트워크분석을 적용하여 탐색한 국내 시뮬레이션간호교육 연구주제 동향 (Simulation Nursing Education Research Topics Trends Using Text Network Analysis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the topic trend of domestic simulation nursing education research using text network analysis(TNA). Methods: This study was conducted in four steps. TNA was performed using the NetMiner (version 4.4.1) program. Firstly, 245 articles from 4 databases (RISS, KCI, KISS, DBpia) published from 2008 to 2018, were collected. Secondly, keyword-forms were unified and representative words were selected. Thirdly, co-occurrence matrices of keywords with a frequency of 2 or higher were generated. Finally, social network-related measures-indices of degree centrality and betweenness centrality-were obtained. The topic trend over time was visualized as a sociogram and presented. Results: 178 author keywords were extracted. Keywords with high degree centrality were "Nursing student", "Clinical competency", "Knowledge", "Critical thinking", "Communication", and "Problem-solving ability." Keywords with high betweenness centrality were "CPR", "Knowledge", "Attitude", "Self-efficacy", "Performance ability", and "Nurse." Over time, the topic trends on simulation nursing education have diversified. For example, topics such as "Neonatal nursing", "Obstetric nursing", "Pediatric nursing", "Blood transfusion", "Community visit nursing", and "Core basic nursing skill" appeared. The core-topics that emerged only recently (2017-2018) were "High-fidelity", "Heart arrest", "Clinical judgment", "Reflection", "Core basic nursing skill." Conclusion: Although simulation nursing education research has been increasing, it is necessary to continue studies on integrated simulation learning designs based on various nursing settings. Additionally, in simulation nursing education, research is required not only on learner-centered educational outcomes, but also factors that influence educational outcomes from the perspective of the instructors.

Effects of auditory feedback and task difficulty on the cognitive load and virtual presence in a virtual reality dental simulation

  • This research examined the difference in cognitive load and the virtual presence depending on auditory feedback and task difficulty in haptic-based dental simulation. In the field of dental education, practice-centered training using handpiece has been crucial because a practitioner's psychomotor experience has a significant impact on the mastery of treatment skills. For the novice, it is necessary to reduce errors in dental treatment to enhancing skill acquisition in the haptic practice. In the training process, the force-feedback is crucial to elaborate subtle movement to guide what to do and how it should be hard or soft. However, It is not easy to add force-feedback to generate kinetic experience training. As an alternative method, we examined that auditory feedback can help learners' skill training. In this study, we analyzed how the presence/absence of auditory feedback at the different levels of task difficulty impacts learners' psychological demand and virtual presence in the virtual reality simulation. For this study, 29 dental college students participated in a dental simulation. The participants were grouped into two conditions that are with and without auditory feedback. Additionally, two consecutive tooth preparation tasks with different levels of difficulty were used in the simulation. The auditory feedback condition gives alarms to a learner when he treats a non-targeted tooth with a virtual handpiece. The user's cognitive load and virtual presence were measured to examine the effects of auditory feedback. The results revealed that the main effect was found in cognitive loads. Also, a significant interaction effect was shown in the virtual presence. We discussed the effective design methods for the virtual reality-based dental simulation through the result of this study.

전문심장소생술 시뮬레이션 실습교육 경험 만족도에 관한 연구 -응급구조학과 학생대상- (Study about the satisfaction with simulation practice course experience on ACLS of paramedic students)

  • 본 연구는 응급구조학과 학생대상 한국판 시뮬레이션 경험 만족도 측정도구 분석을 목적으로 응급구조학과 학생 총 111명을 대상으로 ACLS시뮬레이션 실습교육 후 학생들이 느끼는 만족도를 측정 후 분석하였다. 또한 시뮬레이션 교육에 대한 호감도, 필요성, 전문심장소생술 이론 성적이 시뮬레이션 실습교육 만족도에 미치는 영향 및 상관관계를 확인하고자 한다. 측정된 만족도는 일원배치분산분석을 통하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과 대부분의 학생들이 높은 만족도를 나타냈다. 시뮬레이션 교육에 대한 호감도 및 필요도가 높을수록 만족도 측정도구의 세 가지 요인 모두에서 높게 나타났으나, ACLS이론 성적과 만족도의 상관관계는 성립되지 않았다. 향후 ACSL 시뮬레이션을 통한 교육법은 유지되어야 하며 지속적으로 발전해야 한다.

CORDEX 동아시아 지역에서 HadGEM2-AO를 경계조건으로 처방한 RegCM4의 상세 지역기후 모의성능 (Simulation Skills of RegCM4 for Regional Climate over CORDEX East Asia driven by HadGEM2-AO)

  • 본 연구에서는 HadGEM2-AO 자료를 처방한 RegCM4를 이용하여 CORDEX 동아시아 영역에 대한 27년(1979-2005)간의 장기적분을 수행하였고, 기온과 강수에 대한 모의성능을 분석하였다. RegCM4는 전반적으로 기온의 공간분포, 계절 및 경년변동을 현실성 있게 잘 모의한 반면, 강수의 경우 시 공간 분포를 적절히 모의하지 못하였다. 특히, RegCM4는 동아시아 여름몬순에 의한 강수대를 위도 $30^{\circ}N$ 이하에서 정체하게 모의하면서 여름철 남한의 강수를 매우 과소하게 모의하였다. HadGEM2-AO를 적용한 RegCM4는 기온모의에서는 재분석자료를 처방한 경우와 유사한 모의성능을 보이지만, 강수모의에서는 현저히 낮은 모의성능을 보였다. 이는 여름철 남서풍을 상대적으로 저위도에 치우치게 모의하는 HadGEM2-AO의 특성이 RegCM4에 영향을 주어 동아시아 여름몬순 강수대의 발달-쇠퇴과정을 RegCM4가 적절히 모의하지 못하면서 나타난 결과로 판단된다.

  • Current educational interventions and training courses in microsurgery are often predicated on theories of skill acquisition and development that follow a 'practice makes perfect' model. Given the changing landscape of surgical training and advances in educational theories related to skill development, research is needed to assess current training tools in microsurgery education and devise alternative methods that would enhance training. Simulation is an increasingly important tool for educators because, whilst facilitating improved technical proficiency, it provides a way to reduce risks to both trainees and patients. The International Microsurgery Simulation Society has been founded in 2012 in order to consolidate the global effort in promoting excellence in microsurgical training. The society's aim to achieve standarisation of microsurgical training worldwide could be realised through the development of evidence based educational interventions and sharing best practices.

  • 소방선 훈련시스템은 실선을 모사하여 제작된 소방선 훈련 시뮬레이터이다. 훈련원은 교관의 제시에 따라 다양한 훈련 시나리오를 수행하며 상황 대처 능력과 운항 및 소방 기술을 습득할 수 있다. 이러한 과정에서 훈련원에 대한 객관적이고 적절한 평가는 필수적이므로 이를 위한 훈련원 평가시스템을 개발하였다.

표준화 환자 시뮬레이션 실습교육에서 동영상을 활용한 동료학습의 효과: 수술 전후 간호를 중심으로 (The Effects of Video-based Peer assisted Learning in Standardized Patients Simulation: Pre and Post Operative Care)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of peer assisted learning (PAL) using video recordings in standardized patients (SP) simulation. Methods: A mixed-method approach was adopted, in which quantitative data were supplemented with qualitative data. Research participants consisted of 49 nursing students, 24 of whom were assigned to the experimental group, and 25 to the control group. The 12 item instrument was used to measure perioperative care knowledge, while performance confidence was assessed with the 10 item questionnaire, and clinical critical thinking skills with the Clinical Critical Thinking Skill Test (CCTS). Qualitative data were collected using a reflective journaling and in-depth interviews. Results: Participants in the experimental group exhibited significantly higher levels of knowledge than those in the control group (t=5.43, p<.001), and were significantly more confident in their performances (F=52.33, p<.001). However, no significant differences were found between the experimental and the control groups with regard to CCTS (t=0.72, p=.477). A qualitative content analysis was conducted using the interview and reflective journaling data, in which six major themes were elicited from three codes. Conclusion: PAL employing video recordings is expected to be utilized as a teaching and learning strategy in simulation-based nursing practicum with greater frequency and longer period, given the positive effects observed in this study.

선박제도에 영향을 미치는 인간 및 정보요인에 관한 시뮬레이션 연구 (A Study on Simulation of the Human and Informational Effect of Ship's controllability)

  • The safety of the ship manoeuver is dependent not only on the inherent characteristics of the ship itself and environmental conditions, but also on the skill and experience of the ship operator. As the ship operator's judgement is related to his experience and skill, based on outside information, piloted controllability also depends upon the effectiveness, accuracy and reliability of various information which is obtainable from navigational equipments and aids to navigation that are available to the ship ope-rator. Although these factors, human factors and informational factors, have been pointed out as major factors which affect the controllability of a ship, there was no a comprehensive examination on the effect of these two factors. In this thesis, therefore, an attempt was made to examine whether or not there is clear indication that these two factors affect the controllability of a ship in reality. Experiments were conducted using the port design simulator of the Korea Maritime University.

지하매설물 탐지시스템의 제어 및 표시장치 (Control and Display Device of Underground Object Detect system)

  • 지하매설물을 탐지하는 기술에는 매설물의 송신기(transmitter)를 이용하여 전자기장을 가하여 매설물을 자화시켜 땅위의 상부에서 자속을 감지하여 매설물의 위치를 찾아내는 기술로 현재 가장 널리 사용되는 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 땅속에 일정 자계를 형성하여 그 자속 변화를 감지해 매설물 유무를 판단하는 방식과 지하매설물의 탐지시스템의 제어 및 표시 장치의 설계와 구성에 대하여 제안하였다. 또한 지하매설물의 탐지시스템의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 지하매설물의 판단 유무를 측정할 수 있음을 보였다.
