A bond-based peridynamic model has been reported dynamic fracture characteristic of brittle materials through a simple constitutive model. In the model, each bond is assumed to be a simple spring operating independently. As a result, this simple bond interaction modeling restricts the material behavior having a fixed Poisson's ratio of 1/4 and not being capable of expressing shear deformation. We consider a state-based peridynamics as a generalized peridynamic model. Constitutive models in the state-based peridynamics are corresponding to those in continuum theory. In state-based peridynamics, thus, the response of a material particle depends collectively on deformation of all bonds connected to other particles. So, a state-based peridynamic theory can represent the volume and shear changes of the material. In this paper, the perfect plasticity is considered to express plastic deformation of material by the state-based peridynamic constitutive model with perfect plastic flow rule. The elastic-plastic behavior of the material is verified through the stress-strain curves of the flat plate example. Furthermore, we simulate the high-speed impact on 3D granite model with a nonlocal contact modeling. It is observed that the damage patterns obtained by peridynamics are similar to experimental observations.
This study aimed to investigate the use of music and imagery (MI) as a method for promoting mindfulness. A total of 11 music therapy interns participated in an MI group over 8 weeks. Statements from participants during the program were transcribed and analyzed using the method of modified grounded theory. The results showed that the participants' statements fell into three categories: awareness, acceptance, and distancing. For each category, subcategories were identified. For the category of awareness, the subcategories were emotion, sensation, and thoughts. For the acceptance category, the subcategories were facing and broadening viewpoints. For the distancing category, the subcategories were dissociation from emotions. Each subcategory was further analyzed. The results showed that the participants' experiences were similar to one another in terms of type but differed in terms of dimension varied. These results support the use of MI for increasing mindfulness and reducing burnout in music therapy interns. Further studies are recommended to investigate the factors for the experience of mindfulness induced by MI processes.

Chinese Tibetan Opera is a highly comprehensive drama type, which combines the educational aesthetic characteristics of the realism of Western drama and the freehand of Chinese opera, including mask play, square play, ritual play and religious play. Tibetan opera, as a kind of local drama, has high research value, which is determined by its educational aesthetic characteristics. The world's three major dramas include Sanskrit dramas in India, tragic-comedies in ancient Greece and Chinese dramas, which have different forms of expression and educational aesthetic characteristics. Because of the particularity of its birthplace, Tibetan Opera inherits some of the three forms of the above three dramas. Ancient Greek tragedies originate from the sacrificial ritual of the god of wine. In the early ceremonial action performances, the actors were all men and needed to wear masks to perform. In Tibetan opera, men also play a role in masks, which are originated from the folk totem dance and religious pantomime music and dance. Due to the long history of Indian Sanskrit drama, except for the relevant records in dance theory, the specific performance form can not be verified. However, according to the relevant records in dance theory, the three characters "Wenba", "Jialu" and "Lamu" in the opening play of Tibetan opera are similar to the "concept character play" in Sanskrit opera. Tibetan Opera is a very important part of traditional Chinese opera, which inherits the educational aesthetic characteristics of Chinese opera.
Struggle refers to the process of overcoming various difficulties for a goal. The spirit of struggle is a positive attitude and reaction reflected in the process of struggle. Cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students is the call of the new era. In essence, the cultivation of the spirit of struggle is a process of learning, which is in line with Bandura's Observation Learning Theory(Bandura, 1977):Attention, Maintenance, Reproduction and Motivation. The cultivation of College Students' spirit of struggle in the new era is also a learning process of enriched experience. It is necessary to cultivate the spirit of struggle into the soul of college students and make it become a habit of students. Moreover, it is crucial to carry out adaptive transformation of Bandura's observation learning theory. By studying the mechanism of the spirit of struggle of college students, taking innovation and entrepreneurship education as a means, and aiming at cultivating the connotation of President Xi's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, this paper constructs the AIST model for cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era. This model includes online learning acceptance platform(Acceptance), classroom experience stimulation platform(Inspiration), iterative training solidified platform (Solidification), and competition practice transfer platform(Transfer). The purpose of this model is to provide a practical way for universities to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors. The number of students using the online learning acceptance platform ranked the first among that of the similar courses in China; The classroom experience stimulation platform and the iterative training solidified platform support each other, with an effective rate of 97%; The competition practice transfer platform has realized the continuous growth of the number of awards won in competitions for three years. The direction of future efforts is to establish the external mechanism of the spirit of struggle, to ensure the effectiveness of classroom experience and iterative training, to cultivate teachers with coaching skills, and to accurately measure the transformation point of external and endogenous motivation.
Purpose: How to build the attitude on brand is very important, because it affects the positive word of mouth and revisit intention. Brand attachment, brand name, and image congruence play important role on consumer behavior in terms of reinforcing consumers' perception of food service companies and differentiating them from competing brands. Following the planned behavior theory, this paper examines the effect of linking brand attitude to word-of-mouth and revisit intentions in the restaurant sector. Research design, data, and methodology: This paper examines the structural relationship among brand attachment, brand name, image congruence, brand attitude, WOM, and revisit intention. In order to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. The questionnaire items were modified and used according to the content of this study based on previous studies. All constructs were measured by multiple items tested and developed in the previous research. The study is based on the quantitative method and considered 519 questionnaires fulfilled by customers of restaurants. The data were explored employing the partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Frequency analysis was conducted to identify the general characteristics of the survey subjects. To measure the reliability and validity of the measurement tools, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. Structural model analysis was conducted to verify the research model. Result: The findings demonstrate that brand attachment and brand name had positive effects on attitude while image congruence did not have. Also, attitude had positive effect on WOM and revisit intention. Conclusions: This study expands the literature about WOM and revisit intentions. This study expands prior research in a similar field to which the theory of planned behavior (TPB) is applied, and reveals that brand attachment, brand name, and brand image congruence play an important role in developing brand attitude that affect revisit intention and WOM. And provide guidelines on how to enhance competitiveness in the restaurant sector based on understanding of linking brand attitude to customer loyalty and repeat business. By putting into practice these suggestions in the restaurant industry, brands can easily build up their attitude and boost a positive WOM and the intention to revisit.

Idol music, which began to gain huge popularity in the domestic music market in the mid-1990s, has become one of the major global contents thanks to the global popularity of K-POP. As a result, the Korean music market continues to grow, forming the world's sixth-largest music market, and domestic music agencies are focusing more on fostering idol groups and producing idol music. The global success of idol music is surprising, but this has resulted in the domestic music market being biased toward idol music. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that there are several problems with the phenomenon of being biased toward similar types of musicians and music content. First, just as trend-oriented cultural contents face the problem of life expectancy all the time, the "Korean Wave" is also forced to think in terms of identity and sustainability. Second, it was observed that only consumers of a certain age may cause cultural alienation of other age groups, and thirdly, various problems such as shrinking creative paths due to the size of the cost required for idol group production and the lifespan of idol musicians' art activities. This paper derives the reality of the domestic idol bias phenomenon through comparative analysis of the English-American music market and the domestic music market, which have had a profound influence on the global music market in popular music history, and verified the theory and results through an expert survey using the Likert scale. In addition, the problems caused by the idol bias phenomenon were considered based on the theory of cultural diversity, and improvement directions were also suggested to solve this problem.
Religion is not fixed and permanent and is constantly transforming and changing phenomenon. But in some religions, religious culture happens that emphasize the original and authentic teaching of the founder and removes the other accumulations among the accumulated religious tradition. So some religious communities advocate the original teaching of the founder and insist that they are the orthodox and the others are heresy and make the theory of true transmission etc. Jongtonglon(宗統論) of Daesoonjinrihoe(大巡眞理會) looks similar to the theory of true transmission on the surface. The aim of this paper is the contribution to the understanding of Daesoon thought and the religious culture of Daesoonjinrihoe by studying the characteristics of Jongtonglon. I want to highlight on the characteristics of Jongtonglon by comparing it to Bubmaeklon(法脈論) of Korean Buddhism. Bubmaek(法脈) of Korean Buddhism is well showed in the constitution of Jogaejong(曺溪宗) that represents Korean Buddhism. The constitution says that Jogaejong considers SakyaMuni the main Buddha and Doyi (道義) the founder of Jogaejong and BojoJinul(普照知訥)·TaegoBou (太古普愚) the restorer of tradition and also says that Jogaejong succeedes Cheongheo(淸虛) and Buhyu(浮休). Between SakyaMuni and Doyi, there are several monks of Seocheon(西天)-28Choseol (祖說) and China-6Choseol(祖說). Jinul is highly praised for enhancing the atmosphere of performance of Jogaejong and Bou was regarded as the founder of Jogaejong since late Joseon dynasty. In modern times there were conflicts between Bojojongjoseol(普照宗祖說) and Taegojongjoseol(太古宗祖說), but today's Bubmaek(法脈) of Korean Buddhism was erected after the conflicts was controled. Jongtong of Daesoonjinrihoe was erected by Jo Jengsan(趙鼎山) Doju(道主) who was received Heaven's will through divine revelation. Dojeon(都典) succeeded Jongtong by Doju's will and he didn't say a word when he went to Heaven. So the succession of Jongtong is ended. The first characteristic of Jongtonglon of Daesoonjinrihoe is that the succession of Jongtong was decided by Heaven and has been expected from long ago. The second, Jongtonglon has the sacred characteristic which is not shown in Bubmaeklon. The third, the distinction between Yeonwun(淵源) and Yeonun(緣運) is not appeared in Bubmaeklon. The fourth, Jongtonglon has more anti-syncretic feature than Bubmaeklon. The fifth, Yeonun(緣運) and Bubmaeklon are different in that feature. As Jongtonglon occupies a prominent place in Daesoonjinrihoe, the understanding of it can contribute to grasp the doctrine and culture of Daesoonjinrihoe.
Metaverse is one of the most frequently used words recently, with digitalization accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic that started in 2019 and the development of information and communication technology. It is expected to bring a new revolution in our life as a whole in user experience. In particular, as telecommuting was adopted in the business area, interest in virtual office services such as digital video conferencing and remote offices, which are similar to the metaverse, has also increased. In this study, a study on the intention to use the metaverse service used in the work environment was applied to the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2(UTAUT2). External variables for metaverse characteristics, such as self-presentation, telepresence, and technostress, were analyzed and discussed. In this study, PC-based Gather.town and VR-based Facebook Horizon, currently the most well-known and considered usable in work environments, were introduced to potential users and conducted a survey. This study has academic implications in that the research has examined the factors that affect the technology acceptance intention of users who want to apply the metaverse as a work environment based on the UTAUT2 model, unlike previous studies that have been mainly researched on the general metaverse. In practice, it may be helpful to suggest factors that should be considered when firms adopt the metaverse for business purposes.

As part of the research on cultural factors that determine international tourism demand, this study was conducted based on regional interest and the need for understanding religion. The purpose of this study is to empirically test how religious factors affect tourism demand in Korea to find out that religious factors are important considerations in establishing tourism policies and strategies. To achieve the purpose of this study, the research target areas were selected as Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, which have relatively many tourists visiting Korea among Southeast Asian countries and are well known for their religious characteristics. GDP and nominal exchange rate, which are economic factors, were selected as explanatory variables. And religious diversity was selected as a characteristic factor variable of the tourism demand model based on the characteristic theory. An empirical analysis was conducted through a gravity model. As a result of the estimation, it was found that GDP has a positive effect on tourism demand in Korea. Nominal exchange rate variables and religious diversity variables were found to have a negative effect on tourism demand in Korea. We have confirmed that religion is an important factor in choosing tourist destinations for Filipino, Thai, and Malaysian tourists visiting Korea, and they choose religiously similar destinations.
This study investigates the symbolism and meaning of the bead design, its relationship with the Silla culture, and the conditions of glass bead manufacturing to verify the theory of Silla's production of Silla face-inlaid glass beads with excellent artistry and technology. The research method includes investigating the design analysis, ancient documents, myths, relics, glass, and metal production techniques. Moreover, Hongshan cultural relics and other cases of inlaid glass beads were collected. There are records in the literature that the people of Makhan, Buyeo and Silla of ancient Korea people considered beads as treasures and used them for accessories. It was confirmed that all the design elements of the bead-patterned hair topknot, golden crown, birds, and flower trees were closely related to the myth of Kim Al-ji of Silla, the oviparous tales and the sacred birds and divine beasts of the north. Moreover, the pattern and arrangements were found to be similar in other Silla relics. The origin of beads and face pendants was Hongsan culture, and a stone cast for beads was discovered in Bukpyo of Gojoseon, the lower-level culture of Hajiajeom. In addition, excavating inlaid glass beads from Sik-ri tombs of Korea and a face-inlaid glass bead from Toganmori tombs in Japan confirms the theory of Silla's production. The fact that the Baekje people of ancient Korea had a glass bead manufacturing office in Japan in the fifth centuries suggests that the Silla people also had a manufacturing plant in Java, Indonesia, because this place was a crossroads of Silla's Sea Silk Road and a source of raw materials and labors with a close relationship to Silla. Therefore, the face-inlaid glass bead was indeed self-made by Silla, who possessed the tradition of bead myths and hair topknot, and the high-level skills such as gold crowns and metal inlays.
