The plasma surface modification of natural rubber vulcanizate was carried out using chlorodifluoromethane in a radio-frequency (13.56 MHz) electrodeless bell type plasma reactor. The modification was qualitatively assessed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The frictional force of the plasma-treated surface was found to decrease with the time of plasma treatment. An increase in the surface polarity, as evidenced by the decrease in contact angle of a sessile drop of water and ethylene glycol on the natural rubber vulcanizate surface, was noted with the plasma modification. In the case of similar plasma treatment of glass surface, only a reduction in the polarity was observed. The use of geometric and harmonic mean methods was found to be useful to evaluate the London dispersive and specific components of surface free energy. Irrespective of the method used for evaluation, an increasing trend in the surface free energy was noted with increasing plasma treatment time. However, the harmonic mean method yielded comparatively higher values of surface free energy than the geometric mean method. The plasma surface modification was found to vary the frictional coefficient by influencing the interfacial, hysteresis and viscous components of friction in opposing dual manners.

In a laser-plasma wakefield accelerator, the ponderomotive force of an ultrashort high intensity laser pulse excites a longitudinal wave or plasma bubble in a way similar to the excitation of a wake wave behind a boat as it propagates on the water surface. Electric fields inside the plasma bubble can be several orders of magnitude higher than those available in conventional RF-based particle accelerator facilities which are limited by material breakdown. Therefore, if an electron bunch is properly phase-locked with the bubble's acceleration field, it can gain relativistic energies within an extremely short distance. Here, in the bubble regime we show the generation of stable and reproducible sub GeV, and GeV-class electron beams. Supported by three-dimensional particle-in-cell simulations, our experimental results show the highest acceleration gradients produced so far. Simulations suggested that the plasma bubble elongation should be minimized in order to achieve higher electron beam energies.

Most of the sulfur is obtained from desulfurization of natural gas and crude oil. In Korea, more than 120 tons of sulfur are produced by refinery, and about 50 % of the produced sulfur is used as a raw material for the production of fertilizer and sulfuric acid. Modified sulfur is manufactured from excessive sulfur that could be used to improve concrete properties, and this study evaluated concrete strength and durability that contains modified sulfur. Flexural and compressive strengths of concrete with sulfur modified polymer were comparable to those of OPC concrete with mixing water at similar temperatures, while the strengths increased a little as mixing water temperature increased. It was also confirmed that the resistance to freeze-thaw damage was more dependent on entrained air characteristics obtained by a proper use of air entraining agent than on the use of sulfur modified polymer. When concrete was immersed in 5 % sulfuric acid, the rate of reduction in compressive strength of OPC concrete was less than 1/4 of the strength reduction of concrete with sulfur modified polymer. Also, the resistance of concrete with sulfur modified polymer to scaling due to the use of de-icing salt was evaluated as Class 1, while that of OPC concrete was evaluated as Class 4, as aggregates were exposed. Accordingly, it is believed that sulfur modified polymer could be effectively used for bridge deck concrete since sulfur modified polymer improves the durability of concrete.

Demand for cosmetics with functionality and eco-friendliness has increased dramatically due to recent aging, well-being trends, and increased interest in beauty. Cosmetics production in 2014 was 8,970.4 billion won, an increase of about 50% compared to 6,014.6 billion won in 2010. In the midst of this, similar companies in intense competition are pursuing differentiated strategies and innovation activities to solve quality, price and delivery problems. In particular, cosmetics packaging work is getting more difficult due to the increasing bill of materials (BOM) and difficult assembly methods. Therefore, in this study, the following problems were identified and suggestions for the improvement of the packaging Many research laboratories such as biotechnology, chemistry, and pharmaceuticals, which are undergoing various studies, are equipped with ready-made laboratory safety equipments such as bio-safety workbenches, aseptic bases, and exhaust workbenches. However, most researchers are disadvantaged in using existing safety equipment. This is because existing safety equipment can not take into account all of the unique characteristics of the research. For this reason, researchers are demanding the development of customized safety equipment that is well suited to their research needs. process of Company C, which is facing difficult situation to respond to the customer 's delivery due to the 52 - hour work week. First, we used the stopwatch to find the difficulty process in the packaging process and show ways to improve it. Second, to improve the efficiency of line balancing in the packaging process, we integrate processes, improve work methods, and perform simple automation. As a result, the prepare loss for replacement was reduced by 1 minute from 5 minutes, resulting in a 23% increase in productivity from 112 ea./hour to 137ea./ hour per person. At this time, the LOB of the packaging process was improved from 70% to 82% by operating one more production line through one person per line, total 9 people saving.

Statement of problem Metal-ceramic restorations have been used extensively by dental clinicians for nearly 40 years. Strength an functional ability of metal-ceramic restorations are proved to be satisfying, However esthetics and biocompatibility of metal alloy which is used in metal-ceramic restoration is not ideal. Using pure gold as an alternative, have advantage of esthetics, biocompatibility over conventional metal alloy. But there had been little article which studied on the color effect of pure gold on fual porcelain color. Purpose The purpose of this study was to spectrophotometrically evaluate the difference between color of metal alloy(Au-Pt, Ni-Cr) and pure gold, during color masking procedure with opaque porcelain and to analyze the differences, Material and Methods Three types of metal - base metal(Ni-Cr), high gold alloy(Au-Pt), pure gold(GES) - specimen were fabricated 1cm in diameter. Four steps were established - after finishing, after pre-coditioning, after application of first opaque porcelain(0.08mm in thickness), after application of second opaque porcelain(0.15mm in thickness)- and tested color with spectrophotometer every each steps and analyzed with $CIEL^*a^*b^*$ color order system. One-Way ANOVA test was used to and out if there were significant differences between groups tested and Shaffe multiple comparison was used to identify where the differences were. Results 1. After finishing and pre-conditioning, pure gold(GES) group showed most high values in $L^*,a^*,b^*$. 2. After application of first opaque porcelain(0.08mm in thickness), after application of second opaque porcelain(0.15mm in thickness), pure gold(GES) group showed the least difference in $L^*,a^*,b^*$ values and the lowest ${\Delta}E$ value(${\Delta}E$=0.63). 3. After application of first opaque porcelain and after application of second opaque porcelain differences that were significant (P<0.05) between groups were found only in $a^*$ values. 4. Base metal alloy group showed the lowest $a^*$ value in test after application of first opaque porcelain and the highest value in test after application of first opaque porcelain Conclusion Pure gold group and high gold group showed higher $a^*$ values than base metal group when tested after 0.08mm thickness of opaque porcelain was applied and pure gold group showed much similar $L^*,a^*,b^*$ values between 0.08mm thickness and 0.15mm thickness of opaque porcelain. This meant that pure gold was more easily masked by opaque porcelain than the other two groups.

Statement of problem : Fiber-reinforced posts have lower modulus of elasticity than titanium post or cast post-core. With this similar elasticity to that of dentin, fiber-reinforced posts have been known to have a tendency to reduce the risk of root fracture. However, there were few studies on the teeth restored with fiber-reinforced posts under the condition of reduced periodontal support. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the fracture strength and failure mode of endodontically treated teeth restored with fiber-reinforced posts and titanium posts under the condition of reduced periodontal support. Material and method : Extracted human maxillary incisor roots were divided into 3 groups (group 1 carbon fiber post, group 2 : glass fiber post, and group 3 : titanium alloy post). After coronectomy and endodontic treatment, teeth were restored with each post systems and resin core according to the manufacturer's recommendation. Then, teeth with simulated periodontal ligament were embedded in the acrylic resin blocks at the level of 4 mm below the cemento-enamel junction. Each specimen was exposed to $10^5$ load cycles with average 30 N force in $36.5^{\circ}C$ water using a computer-controlled chewing simulator. Loads were applied at $45^{\circ}$ angle to the long axis of the teeth. After cyclic loading, teeth were subjected a compressive load until failure at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min. Fracture strength (N) and failure mode were examined. The fracture strength was analyzed with one-way ANOVA and the Scheffe adjustment at the 95% significance level. Results and conclusion : The results were as follows. 1. There was no statistically significant difference in the mean fracture strength among the groups (P<.05). 2. Carbon fiber post and glass fiber post group showed less root fracture tendency than control group. 3. All specimens with root fractures showed fracture lines above the level of acrylic resin block, except for only one specimen in group 3.
Statement of problem : Implant screw loosening remains a problem in implant prosthodontics. Some abutment screws with treated surfaces were introduced to prevent screw loosening and to increase preload. DLC(Diamond Like Carbon) film has similar properties on hardness, wear resistance, chemical stability, biocompatibility as real diamond materials. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of lubricant layer on abutment screw and to discriminate more effective method between soft lubricant and hard lubricant to prevent screw loosening. Material and method : In this study, $1{\mu}m$ thickness DLC was used as protective, lubricating layer of titanium screws and 3 times removal torque was measured on the abutment screws to investigate the difference in 10 coated and 10 non-coated abutment screws. Results : The results indicated that the implants with DLC coating group were not more resistant to the applied force in screw loosening. At 32Ncm, the 3 times removal torque in DLC group were $27.75{\pm}2.89,\;25.85{\pm}2.35$ and $26.2{\pm}2.57$. The removal torque in no-coated abutment screws were $27.85{\pm}4.23,\;27.35{\pm}2.81$ and $27.9{\pm}2.31$, respectively. Conclusion : The lubricant layer used in this study was Diamond Like Carbon(DLC) and it have a properties of hard and stable layer. The DLC coating layer was hard enough to prevent distortion of screws in the repeated unscrewing procedure in clinical situation. The reduced friction coefficient in hard DLC layer was not effective to prevent screw loosening.
Statement of problem : Ceramic and composite resin have been used to fulfill the demand for esthetic prosthesis. However, ceramic is easy to break and wears off the opposite natural teeth. Conventional composite resin also has low abrasive resistance and color stability. Ceramic Optimized Polymer (ceromer) was developed in mid-1990s to overcome the shortfalls of ceramic and composite resin. Ceromer has similar abrasiveness with the natural tooth and has relatively high strength. Color stability affects esthetics and long-term prognosis of the prosthesis. Purpose The purpose of this study was to compare color stability of ceromers(2 types : $Artglass^{(R)}$. $Targis^{(R)}$) with ceramics ($Vintage^{(R)}$-polishing, $Vintage^{(R)}$-glazing). Material and Method : The color difference(${\Delta}E^*$) was measured by spectrophotometer with different immersion time. Twenty disks, 3mm in thickness and 10mm in diameter, were fabricated for each specimen in shade A2(Vita Lumin shade guide), Specimens (5 samples in each group) were immersed in the food colorants (Red no.3. Yellow no.4, Blue no.1, Distilled water) for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours respectively. $L^*,\;a^*$ and $b^*$ value were measured with spectrophotometer (CM 503i : Minolta Co., Japan) and mean ${\Delta}E^*$ value was calculated for statistical analysis Results : The results of this study were obtained as follows. 1. The ${\Delta}E^*$ values of all test samples increased with the time of immersion. 2. The ${\Delta}E^*$ values of all materials increased in order of Distilled Water, Yellow no.4, Blue no.1 and fed no.3. There was significant difference between Red no.3 and the other food colorants(p<0.05). 3. The ${\Delta}E^*$ values increased in order of $Vintage^{(R)}$-glazing, $Vintage^{(R)}$-polishing. $Artglass^{(R)}$ and $Targis^{(R)}$. There was significant difference between $Vintage^{(R)}$-glazing and the other materials (p<0.05). Conclusion : By means of the above results, immersion time was found to be a critical factor for color stability of ceromer. For the long-term color stability of prosthesis it is recommended patients having ceromer prosthesis ($Artglass^{(R)},\;Targis^{(R)}$) to reduce the habitual intake of Red no.3 colorants con taming foods.
Statement of problem: The increasing demand for esthetic restorations has been required developing new materials for tooth colored restoration. Ceromer(Ceramic Optimized Polymer) has some advantages over porcelain, and has gained increasing popularity in restorative dentistry. However, there is little information on the dimensional changes in a clinical restoration in moist conditions. Purpose: This study examined the dimensional changes in Ceromer restorations with a clinical crown shape that were fabricated in a clinical manner. Material and methods: The crowns for the maxillary central incisor were fabricated with two Ceromers($BelleGlass^{(R)}$ and $Targis^{(R)}$) using a similar clinical restoration manufacturing technique. A total of twenty specimens were prepared and immersed in distilled water at room temperature to allow for water absorption. The weight, height and width were measured at 24, 72 and 168 hours. The accumulated ratios of the changes were calculated and evaluated using a paired t-test and an independent independent t-test. Results: The dimensions and weight increased with increasing soaking time. $Targis^{(R)}$ showed significant differences in height and weight between 24 hours and the other times(P<.05). $BelleGlass^{(R)}$ showed significant differences in width and weight between 24 hours and the other times. The two materials showed different changing patterns of the dimensions but there were no statistically significant differences between them. Conclusion: The dimensions and weight of the Ceromer restorations were changed by water absorption. The clinical crown shaped specimen showed more complicated dimensional changes than the simplified specimens.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to compare and quantify the expression of $PGE_2$, MMP-14 and TIMP-1 in the gingival tissues of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and healthy adults of chronic periodontitis with alveolar bone resorption. Material and methods: Gingival tissue samples were obtained during periodontal surgery or tooth extraction. According to the patient's systemic condition & clinical criteria of gingiva, each gingival sample was devided into three groups. Group 1 (n=8) is clinically healthy gingiva without bleeding and no evidence of bone resorption or periodontal pockets, obtained from systemically healthy 8 patients. Group 2 (n=8) is inflammed gingiva from patients of chronic periodontitis with alveolar bone resorption. Group 3(n=8) is inflammed gingiva from patients of chronic periodontitis with alveolar bone resorption associated with type 2 diabetes. Tissue samples were prepared and analyzed by Western blotting. The quantification of $PGE_2$ MMP-14 and TIMP-1 were performed using a densitometer and statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey test. Results: The expressions of MMP-14 and TIMP-1 were showed increasing tendency in group 2 & 3 compared to group 1. The expressions of $PGE_2$, MMP-14 were showed increasing tendency in group 3 compared to group 1 and group 2. According to MMP-14 levels were increasing, $PGE_2$ showed increasing tendency in group 3, and although $PGE_2$, MMP-14 levels were increasing, TIMP-1 levels were similar expressed comparing to group 2. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study demonstrated that the expression levels of MMP-14 and TIMP-1 had increasing tendency in inflammed tissue. It can be assumed that $PGE_2$ and MMP-14 may be partly involved in alveolar bone resorptive process and the progression of periodontal inflammation associated to type 2 DM.

제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
