전자연동장치의 연동검사시스템 개발 (A Study on Development of Interlocking Inspection System for Electronic Interlocking System)

  • The purpose of interlocking system was to prevent the route for a train being set up and its protecting signal cleared if there was already another, conflicting route set up and the protecting signal for that route cleared. This paper proposed Interlocking Inspection System(IIS) consisting of interlocking simulator and field simulator to operate interlocking test of computer based Electronic Interlocking System(EIS) in this paper. Interlocking simulator consists of Design Edit System(DES), Logical Database Management Tool(LDMT) and real-time confirming system, field simulator is a equipment to simulate a control object of EIS and constitutes configuration operated in 19 inch standard rack. As a result of test to prove capacity of this IIS, the efficiency was shown as excellent. Therefore by using inspection system, we obtain every advantages. It has the functions for test data generation and automatic test execution based on personal computer. Time and cost for test work can be reduced more efficiently by using this developed inspection system

  • The automated scanning laser Doppler vibrometer (LDV) has been designed, and built to measure in-plane displacements associated with waves propagating on vibrating structures. Use of optical fibers allows the compact design of a laser probe head which can be scanned over the vibrating structures. An algorithm for automated self-alignment of the laser probe is developed. The system is completely automated for scanning over the structures, focusing two laser beams at each data point until the detected vibration signal is stable, and for recording and transferring the data to a system computer. The automated system allows one to get extensive data of the vibration field over the structures. The system is tested by scanning a piezoelectric cylindrical shell and a plate excited by a continuous signal and by a pulse signal, respectively. Results show that the automated scanning LDV system can be a useful tool to measure the in-plane vibration field and to detect the elastic waves propagating on the vibrating structures.

  • Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receivers are becoming increasingly sophisticated, equipped with advanced features and precise specifications, thus demanding efficient and high-performance hardware platforms. This paper presents the design and implementation of a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)-based GNSS receiver development platform for multi-band signal processing. This platform utilizes a FPGA to provide a flexible and re-configurable hardware environment, enabling real-time signal processing, position determination, and handling of large-scale data. Integrated signal processing of L/S bands enhances the performance and functionality of GNSS receivers. Key components such as the RF frontend, signal processing modules, and power management are designed to ensure optimal signal reception and processing, supporting multiple GNSS. The developed hardware platform enables real-time signal processing and position determination, supporting multiple GNSS systems, thereby contributing to the advancement of GNSS development and research.

Multi-mode Radar Signal Sorting by Means of Spatial Data Mining

  • For multi-mode radar signals in complex electromagnetic environment, different modes of one emitter tend to be deinterleaved into several emitters, called as "extension", when processing received signals by use of existing sorting methods. The "extension" problem inevitably deteriorates the sorting performance of multi-mode radar signals. In this paper, a novel method based on spatial data mining is presented to address above challenge. Based on theories of data field, we describe the distribution information of feature parameters using potential field, and makes partition clustering of parameter samples according to revealed distribution features. Additionally, an evaluation criterion based on cloud model membership is established to measure the relevance between different cluster-classes, which provides important spatial knowledge for the solution of the "extension" problem. It is shown through numerical simulations that the proposed method is effective on solving the "extension" problem in multi-mode radar signal sorting, and can achieve higher correct sorting rate.

Flow Field Change before Onset of Flow Separation

  • Jets issuing through small holes in a wall into a freestream has proven effective in the control of flow separation. This technique is known as the vortex generator jet (VGJs) method. If a precursor signal of separation is found, the separation control system using VGJs can be operated just before the onset of separation and the flow field with no separation is always attained. In this study, we measured the flow field and the wall static pressure in a two-dimensional diffuser to find a precursor signal of flow separation. The streamwise velocity measurements were carried out in the separated shear layer and spectral analysis was applied to the velocity fluctuations at some angles with respect to the diffuser. The pattern of peaks in the spectral analysis changes as the divergence angle increases over the angle of which the whole separation occurs. This change in the spectral pattern is related to the enhancement of the growth of shear layer vortices and appears just before the onset of separation. Therefore, the growth of shear layer vortices can be regarded as a precursor signal to flow separation.

마이크로 채널 내부의 Micro-LIF 측정을 위한 마이크로 레이저 평면빔과 혼합용매의 적용 (Application of Micro-Thin Laser sheet and Mixed Solvent for Micro-LIF Measurement in a Microchannel)

  • One most feasible way to measure the concentration field in the micro-channel is using micro-LIF(Laser Induced Fluorescence) method. However, an accurate concentration field at a given cross plane in a micro-channel has not been successfully achieved so far due to various limitations in the light illumination and fluorescence signal detection. The present study demonstrates a novel method to provide an ultra thin laser sheet beam having five(5) microns thickness by use of a micro focus laser line generator. The laser sheet beam illuminates an exact plane of concentration measurement field to increase the signal to noise ratio and considerably reduce the depth uncertainty. Nile Blue A was used as fluorescent dye for the present LIF measurement. The enhancement of the fluorescent intensity signals was performed by a solvent mixture of water $(95\%)$ and ethanol (EtOH)/methanol (MeOH) $(5\%)$ mixture. To reduce the rms errors resulted from the CCD electronic noise and other sources, an expansion of grid size was attempted from $1\times1$ to 3(3 or 5(5 pixel data windows and the pertinent signal-to-noise level has been noticeably increased accordingly.

간섭성 반스톡스 라만 산란 현미경 후방 신호지 방사패턴에 관한 이론계산 연구 (Theoretical Calculation on Radiation Patterns of Epi-signal in CARS Microscopy)

  • 높은 수치구경의 대물렌즈를 사용하는 간섭성 반스톡스 라만 산란 현미경(coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering microscopy)에서 폴리스틸렌구에서 발생한 신호의 먼거리장 방사패턴에 대한 이론적 계산 연구를 수행하였다. 극초점 조건에서 입사 레이저 광의 전기장 분포를 계산하였고, CARS 신호 생성원인인 비선형 분극(헤르치안 쌍극자) 방사의 간섭성 합을 통하여 먼거리장 방사 패턴을 계산하였다. 폴리스틸렌구의 크기에 따른 후방 방사패턴을 계산하였고, 1100 nm 직경을 가진 폴리스틸렌구와 폴리스틸렌 구껍질의 방사패턴을 비교하였다. 또한, 극초점으로부터 폴리스틸렌구의 중심이 이동함에 따른 방사패턴의 변화를 보였다.

  • 인체 전자기장 신호를 검출하여 동작 인식에 이용하는 비접촉방식의 방법은 시간과 공간의 제약이 기존의 시스템보다 덜하므로 관련 연구들이 진행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 비접촉방식의 인체전기장 신호를 검출할 수 있는 하드웨어를 구현하여 이를 디지털 파형화 하여 인식률을 높일 수 있는 회로시스템을 설계하였다. 차동 증폭회로의 구현과 비교기를 연동한 디지털 파형화를 위한 회로 시스템을 시뮬레이션과 결합하여 PCB화한 후/ 설계된 전체 회로 시스템에 대한 특성평가를 수행하였다.

  • Perfusion magnetic resonance image of biological mechanism are independent of magnetic field strength in hyper acute ischemic stroke. 3.0 T magnetic field, however, does affect the SNRs (signal to noise ratio) and artifacts of PMRI (perfusion magnetic resonance image), which basically will influence the quantitative of PMRI. In this study, the effects of field strength on PMRI are analyzed. The effects of the diseases also are discussed. PMRI in WM(white matter), GM (gray matter), hyper acute ischemic stroke were companied with 1.5 T and 3.0 T on SNR. PMRI also was compared to the SI difference after setting ROI(region of interest) in left and right side of the brain. In conclusion, the SNRs and SI of the 3.0 T PMRI showed higher than those at 1.5 T. In summary, PMRI studies at 3.0 T is provided significantly improved perfusion evaluation when comparing with 1.5 T.
