This paper covers that modem performance test is effected by traffic and analysis of the result in TETRA network. The SDS is a method of the between PEIs transmission. And only SDS message type-4 is used to test. The range of the SDS message data length is from 10 to 140 bytes with an increment of 10 bytes. For each length transmitted 1000 times for each delay of inter-transmissions 0.5 second, 1.0 second and 1.5 second. The modem used in the test is the Unimo MU-1000MD by UNIMO Corp.

The WBAN technology means a short distance wireless network which provides each device's interactive communication by connecting devices inside and outside of body located within 3 meters. Standardization on the physical layer, data link layer, network layer and application layer is in progress by IEEE 802.15.6 TG BAN. It is necessary to develop the WBAN core technology that sensor node device, WBAN middleware and WBAN application service for WBAN environment. In this paper we designed the medical message structure and implemented medical application for purpose of vital information reliability. The message structure was proposed for WBAN environment and application can be check biometric information from BN on smart device through WBAN gateway.

As the use of Internet and information communication technology is being generalized, the SSL protocol is essential in Internet because the important data should be transferred securely. While the SSL protocol is designed to defend from active attack such as message forgery and message alteration, the cipher suite setting can be easily modified. If the attacker draw on a malfunction of the client system and modify the cipher suite setting to the symmetric key algorithm which has short key length, he should eavesdrop and cryptanalysis the encrypt data. In this paper, we examine the domestic web site whether they generate the security session in the symmetric key algorithm which has short key length and propose the solution of the cipher suite setting problem.

위치 기반 광고란 휴대폰, PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), 노트북 PC 등 위치 획득이 가능한 단말의 위치 정보를 이용하여 광고를 하는 것으로 위치 추적이 가능한 단말의 위치 정보를 활용하여 부가정보를 서비스하는 위치 기반 서비스 (LBS, Location Based Services)의 한 종류이다. 최근의 이동 통신 기술의 발달과 휴대폰, PDA 등 모바일 단말의 급속한 확산으로 인하여 LBS 는 유무선 인터넷의 응용 및 그를 이용한 부가 가치 창출에 있어 핵심적인 역할을 할 것이며, 특히 위치 기반 광고는 LBS 시장의 상당 부분을 차지할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이러한 위치 기반 광고는 광고를 저장하고 관리하는 광고 ASP (Application Service Provider) 플랫폼에서 단말의 위치 정보를 저장 및 관리하는 LBS 플랫폼을 참조하여 위치 및 시간에 따라 광고의 대상이 되는 사용자 목록을 얻고, 해당 사용자에 대하여 단문 메시지 또는 멀티미디어 광고를 제공함으로써 이루어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 단문 메시지 서비스 (SMS, Short Message Services)를 사용하여 위치 기반 광고를 제공할 수 있는 광고 ASP 플랫폼을 설계한다. 이를 위해 광고 ASP 플랫폼이 제공하여야 하는 기능과 위치 기반 광고의 처리 흐름을 분석한다.

IIn this paper, we developed e-Leaning system based on open source software. We selected the Moodle that after compared the open source learning management systems. Moodle is APM(Apache, PHP, MySQL) based learning management system(LMS) support SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model), a software package designed to help educators create quality online courses. One of the main advantages of Moodle over other systems is a strong grounding in social constructionist pedagogy. Also we integrated Moodle and legacy systems such as streaming service, webhard service, and short message service. Therefore this research showed that open source based e-Learning system include learning management system is stable and possible.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the maternal health effects of internet-based education interventions on parturients during the postpartum period through a systematic review of randomized controlled trials. Methods: An electronic literature search of the Cochrane Library, CINAHL, EMBASE, Eric, PsycINFO, PubMed, RISS, and KISS databases was performed, using the combination of keywords such as 'parenthood education', '*natal education', '*birth intervention', 'internet-based intervention', 'randomized controlled trial'. The inclusion criteria were peer-reviewed papers in English regarding randomized controlled trials of internet-based postnatal education interventions. Educational interventions were delivered through any web, mobile, eHealth, mHealth, virtual reality, short message service, or social networking service platform. Quality appraisal was performed using the Risk of Bias 2 (RoB 2) for randomized controlled trials. Nine articles were yielded, and the intervention effects were analyzed. Results: Internet-based education interventions during the postpartum period affect maternal self-efficacy, postpartum depression, and successive breastfeeding; however, they do not affect maternal satisfaction and parenting confidence. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that internet-based education interventions affect maternal health status in terms of psychological, emotional, and physical wellness. Therefore, maternal health care professionals can utilize remote education using the internet or mobile-based interventions during the postpartum period.

Mobile phones became important household appliance that cannot be without in our daily lives. And the short messaging service (SMS) in these mobile phones is 1.5 to 2 times more than the voice service. However, the spam filtering functions installed in mobile phones take a method to receive specific number patterns or words and recognize spam messages when those numbers or words are present. However, this method cannot properly filters various types of spam messages currently dispatched. This paper proposes a more powerful and more adaptive spam filtering system using SVM and thesaurus. The system went through a process of isolating words from sample data through pro-processing device and integrating meanings of isolated words using a thesaurus. Then it generated characteristics of integrated words through the chi-square statistics and studied the characteristics. The proposed system is realized in a Window environment and the performance is confirmed through experiments.

Recently, with the rapid development of mobile computing, wireless positioning technologies, and the generalization of wireless internet, LBS (Location Based Service) which utilizes location information of moving objects is serving in many fields. In order to serve LBS efficiently, the location data server that periodically stores location data of moving objects is required. Formerly, GIS servers have been used to store location data of moving objects. However, GIS servers are not suitable to store location data of moving objects because it was designed to store static data. Therefore, in this paper, we designed and implemented an extended SLDS(Short-term Location Data Subsystem) for real-time Location Based Services. The extended SLDS is extended from the SLDS which is a subsystem of the GALIS(Gracefully Aging Location Information System) architecture that was proposed as a cluster-based distributed computing system architecture for managing location data of moving objects. The extended SLDS guarantees real-time service capabilities using the TMO(Time-triggered Message-triggered Object) programming scheme and efficiently manages large volume of location data through distributing moving object data over multiple nodes. The extended SLDS also has a little search and update overhead because of managing location data in main memory. In addition, we proved that the extended SLDS stores location data and performs load distribution more efficiently than the original SLDS through the performance evaluation.

This study evaluated the short message service (SMS) and multimedia message service (MMS) usability of mobile phones and wireless internet services by performance failure rates and flowcharts that adopted the concept of state diagrams. Forty-eight participants who had an experience of using mobile phones were recruited by posting an advertisement on websites for the experiment. They carried out both SMS and MMS tasks with the mobile phones of LG Cyon and Samsung Anycall as well as the wireless internet services of LGT ez-i, KTF magicN, and SKT NATE. In general, Cyon had the lower performance failure rate than Anycall for SMS, and ez-i had the lowest performance failure rate than the other services for MMS. More specifically through the workflow analysis, most participants used hot keys to take 7-8 steps to send a SMS including a symbol and had a difficulty in typing the symbol. They also took 10-11 steps to send a MMS after taking and attaching two pictures. Anycall, magicN, and NATE had significantly large error and failure rates due to the limited option of the menu paths that users could take and poor compatibilities of menu names and between menu and navigation keys. This study showed the possibility of use of flowcharts for systematic and specific usability evaluation methods and found the causes of performance errors and failures with mobile phones and wireless internet services to provide insight into their design.

The number of wireless public network user is increasing rapidly. Security problem for user authentication has been increased on existing wireless network such as IEEE802.11 based Wireless LAN. As a solution, IEEE802.1x (EAP-MD5, EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS), X.509, protocol or security system was suggested as a new disposal plan on this problem. In this study, we overview main problem on existing EAP-MD5 authentication mechanism on Wireless LAN and propose a SMS(Short Message Service) based secure authentication and accounting mechanism for providing security enhanced wireless network transactions.
