Outcomes of Laparoscopic Abdominoperineal Resection in Low Rectal Cancer Using Different Pelvic Drainages

  • Background: The aim of this study was to establish the feasibility and efficiency of different pelvic drainage routes after laparoscopic abdominoperineal resection (LAPR) for rectal cancer by assessing short-term outcomes. Materials and Methods: Clinicopathological data of 76 patients undergoing LAPR for very low rectal cancer were reviewed retrospectively between June 2005 and June 2014. Outcomes were evaluated considering short-term results. Results: Of 76 relevant patients at our institution in the period of study, trans-perineal drainage of the pelvic cavity was performed in 17 cases. Compared with the trans-perineal group, the length of hospital stay was shorter in the trans-abdominal group, while the duration of drainage and the infection rates of the perineal wounds between two groups showed no significant differences. Conclusions: The outcomes of this study suggest that trans-abdominal drainage of pelvic cavity is a reliable and feasible procedure, the duration of drainage, infection rates and the healing rates of the perineal wounds being acceptable. Trans-abdominal drainage has a more satisfactory effect after laparoscopic abdominoperineal resection for rectal carcinoma.

오행침(五行鍼)을 응용한 육기침(六氣鍼)에 관한 연구 (A Comparative Study on Sa-Am's Ohaeng-acupuncture and Liuqi-acupuncture)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare Sa-Am's Ohaeng-acupuncture(舍巖五行鍼法) with Linqi-aupuncture(六氣鍼法)-the transforms of Sa-Am's Ohaeng-acupuncture. Methods : Zheng Ge(正格), Sheng(勝格), Han Ge(寒格), Re Ge(熱格) of Sa-Am's Ohaeng-acupuncture compared with Liuqi-acupuncture(六氣鍼法)-therapy form invigoration and purgation of five zang-fu's wind. heat, dapness, dryness and cold(風熱濕燥寒). Results: 1. Liuqi-acupuncture used five-su points(五兪穴) and Zi-Ta Jing Bu Xie(自他經補瀉). 2. Liuqi-acupuncture is reinforced or reduced itself-point of itself-meridian(自經自穴) in therapy for invigoration and purgation. 3. Liuqi-acupuncture is therapy for invigoration and purgation of five zang-fu's wind, hear, dampness, dryness and cold(風熱濕燥寒). 4. Zheng Ge is similar to Bu-fa, Sheng Ge is similar to Xie-fa in Qu-xue of Ta-jing. The Qu-xue of interrestraining relations is the same, but that of interdependent relation is the difference in Qu-xure of Zi-jing. 5. Han Ge and Re Ge is similar to Re Bu Xie fa in Qu-xue fo Zi-jing but is different to in Ta-zing. For example, Han Ge is Shaofu(Bu), Yingu(Xie) but Re Ge is Shaofu(Xie), Yingu(Bu).

Corn Straw as Substrate for Producing Ethanol by Solid-State-Fermentation

  • The technology of Solid-State-Fermentation (SSF) with corn straw by Pichia ohmeri T021 was studied in this article. After being crushed, the corn straw powder was added into vitriol solutions to hydrolysis, which the quality proportion of corn straw: water: vitriol (98%) is 20:80:1. The mixtures was incubated at 120$^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour, and the hydrolysis rate reached 19%. Following, the mixture was adjusted to pH 4.5 by sodium carbonate and added cellulase (25IFPU/g). The hydrolysis rate reached 15% after the mixture was incubated at 50$^{\circ}C$ for 25h. The mixture which hydrolysed by vitriol was inoculated by Pichia ohmeri T021 (5${\times}10^7$cell/g) and added cellulase (25 IFPU/g) at the same time. The ethanol yield reached 2.99g per 100 gram substrate after the fermenting grains was incubated at 33$^{\circ}C$, pH 4.5 for 5 days.

단전주선(丹田住禪)에 나타난 심신수행론 (Study on the Theory of Mind and Body Practice in Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine the theory of mind and body practice in Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon from the point of views of Taoism, Buddhism, and Oriental medicine. Methods : An ideological background and development of Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon was first examined. Then, the definition of, other descriptions of, and various locations of, Dan-Jeon were investigated. In addition, the theory of Qi movement of Shui Sheng Huo Jiang (ascent of water Chi and descent of fire Chi) in Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon was taken into consideration from perspectives on the thought of Taoist Nei Dan (internal alchemy) and Oriental medicine. Finally, the characteristics of mind and body practice in Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon. Results & Conclusions : Dan-Jeon in Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon consists of three parts, upper, middle, and lower Dan-Jeon, which is related to Jing (sperm, essence) Qi (breath, eneregy) Shen (spirit, intellect) of our body. Jing Qi Shen is a crucial part in our mind and body, mind and body are connected by energy, and the energy flow is possible by ascent of water Chi and descent of fire Chi. Ultimately, Dan-Jeon-Ju-Seon is a method of practice to keep one's mind and body healthy, and its purpose is to do timeless meditation in our daily lives regardless of time and place.

  • We have known that $\ll$Zhen Jiu Da Cheng, 鍼灸大成$\gg$ had been written by Yang Ji Zhou(楊繼洲) in Ming(明) dynasty. And it had been the only textbook of acupuncture & moxibustion for over 300years. This book is composed of 10 chapters dealing almost all the medical theories of that times. This book is so enormous that it is hard to understand essential ideas of the author. But, Yang Ji Zhou revealed his ideas and medical theories in some parts of this book. This part is named that composed of 4 small subjects. These are , , and In this study, I analyze the relation of $\ll$Zhen Jiu Da Cheng, 鍼灸大成$\gg$ and $\ll$Wei Sheng Zhen Jiu Xuan Ji Bi Yao, 衛生鍼灸玄機秘要$\gg$ and then I study further by comparing with other parts of $\ll$Zhen Jiu Da Cheng, 鍼灸大成$\gg$ and other important oriental medical textbooks.

중국 한국문학사 2종의 한국고전문학사 인식과 서술 양상: 남북한문학사와 자국문학사의 수용과 변용을 중심으로 (Recognition and Narrative Aspects of the History of Korean Classic Literature from Two Korean Literature History Works Written in China)

  • 이 논문은 중국에서 중국어로 집필된 한국문학사 가운데 조선족 학자인 이암(李岩)(외)의 "조선문학통사"(2010)와 한족 학자인 위욱승(韋旭昇)의 "조선문학사"(1988, 2008)의 서술시각을 남북한문학사와 비교하여 그 특징을 밝히고자 하였다. 주요 검토 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조동일의 "한국문학통사"와 북한 15권본에서는 시대구분 방식, 장르의 개념, 개별 작품에 대해 논의를 세밀하게 전개하면서 이를 문학사 서술에서 적극 활용한 바 있다. 그러나 위욱승(韋旭昇)과 이암(李岩)의 한국문학사에서는 남북한의 이러한 이론적 논의 과정에 거의 주목하지 않았다. 이암(李岩)의 "조선문학통사"는 2010년에 출간되었고, 위욱승(韋旭昇)의 "조선문학사"는 1986년 초판을, 2000년과 2008년에 개정판을 출간했다. 두 문학사의 출간 시점으로 보면, 한국쪽에서 이루어진 여러 논의들을 참조하는 것이 당연한 일일 터인데 그렇지 못하다. 자국문학사의 서술 전통에 더 많은 영향을 받았기 때문이라 생각된다. 둘째, 두 텍스트는 정치 사회 경제 문화 등 문학 외부적 요인을 중시하며 각 시대마다 '개술'에서 이를 따로 언급하고 있고, 본문에서도 인민성 현실성 민족성 등 '정치 표준'에 의거한 평가가 중시된다. 이는 사회주의 체제에서의 문학사 서술에서 자주 쓰이는 방식이며, 북한 15권본도 비슷한 형식을 보인다. 셋째, 두 문학사는 중국학자가 쓴 한국문학사이기 때문에 중국문학과 한국문학의 연관성에 주목하는 부분이 많다. 하지만 소품(小品) 낙부(樂府) 우언(寓言) 설창(說唱) 사전(史傳) 등 장르 용어는 중국문학 용어를 많이 활용하였다. 그러나 중국에서 사용되는 이러한 장르 용어로 한국문학을 설명할 때, 본래의 의미와 변화된 의미 사이의 차이를 세밀하게 검토하지 않은 경우가 많았다. 향후 작업에서 반드시 고려되어야 할 점이라 생각한다.

오행침법(五行鍼法)의 정립(定立)과정에 대한 사적(史的)연구 (A Clinical Study on the Formation of Ohaeng-Acupuncture)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is to research for the formation of Ohaeng-acupuncture. Methods : I refered to ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ (難經), ${\ll}$Ling Shu${\gg}$ (靈樞), ${\ll}$Zhen Jiu Ju Ying${\gg}$ (針灸聚英), ${\ll}$Yi Xue Ru Men${\gg}$ (醫學入門) and annotations were excerpted and record that notied the Ohaeng-acupuncture. Results : The results obtained as follows. 1. ${\ll}$Ling Shu${\gg}$ "Sheng Ze Xie Zhi, Xu Ze Bu Zhi"(盛則瀉之, 虛則補之) united with "Ying Sui Bu Xie"(迎隨補瀉), developed the principle of "Qu Xue" in ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$. 2. ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ explained the interdependent relations, interrestraining relations, the relations of subjugation and reverse restriction in illness condition between the five viscera according to the theory of generation, restriction, subjugation and reverse restriction in five elements. ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ united five shu points (五兪穴) with five elements. 3. Zi jing Bu xie according to Xiang Sheng theory is develped from ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ "Xu Ze Bu Qu Mu, Shi Ze Xie Qi Zi"(虛則補其母 實則瀉其子) to ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ , ${\ll}$Zhen Jiu Ju Ying${\gg}$. 4. Ta jing Bu xie according to Xiang Sheng theory is develped from ${\ll}$Tu Zhu Nan Jing${\gg}$ to ${\ll}$Yi Xue Ru Men${\gg}$. 5. The principle of treatment according to Zi-Ta jing Bu xie based Xiang Ke is develped from ${\ll}$The seventy fifth Difficulty Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ to Sa Am Do In(舍岩道人).

송대 '대나무' 도상의 상징에 대한 고찰 - 『성화집(聲畵集)』의 '대나무' 제화시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the symbols of bamboo icon in bamboo paintings - Focused on 'bamboo' Ti-hua-shi(題畵詩) in 『Sheng-hua-ji(聲畵集)』)

  • 본고는 그림에 제하거나 그림을 대상으로 한 제화시(題畵詩)의 특성에 비추어볼 때 묵죽(墨竹)의 형상성이나 형상 과정이 잘 묘사될 수 있다고 여겨, 송대(宋代) 제화시를 수록한 대표적 제화시집인 "성화집(聲畵集)"에 실린 '대나무' 제화시를 통해 북송대 이후 묵죽화의 발전 양상과 그것의 도상학적 의미를 살펴본다. 묵죽화 발전 양상과 그 유형을 살펴보면, 북송대에는 당시 어부(御府)에 148축의 묵죽화가 있었다고 전해질 정도로 묵죽화가 성행했다. 화면 속에 등장하는 묵죽의 모습, 즉 그림 속의 '도상'은 와룡처럼 누운 횡죽(橫竹)이나 교룡처럼 굽은 우죽(紆竹)이 많이 등장하고, 특히 많은 대나무가 겨울에 서리를 맞고 서 있는 모습으로 나타난다. 송대에 오면 '대나무' 도상에 대한 인식은 유가적 이상형인 군자라는 보편적 인식과 더불어, 대나무를 자기표현의 한 수단으로 여기고 문인 사대부 특유의 문인성을 표현할 수 있는 대상으로 보게 된다. 그 결과, 전업화가들이 단청(丹靑)과 형사(形似)에 몰두해 그린 대나무가 아니라 문인 사대부 즉 자신들이 '묵죽'을 창작하고 감상하는 것을 최고로 여겼다. 묵죽에 대한 송대 문인사대부의 애호와 관심에는, 유가적 이상형인 군자 외에 시련에도 불요불굴하는 의지의 구현자이자, 부귀와 공명이 아니라 사회를 위해 도덕적인 책임과 문화적 과제를 온전히 수행할 수 있는 진정한 '문인성'의 체현자라는 인식이 그 바탕에 깔려 있었다고 할 수 있다.

THE GENERALIZED WEIGHTED MOORE-PENROSE INVERSE

  • In this paper, we definite a generalized weighted Moore-Penrose inverse $A^{+}_{M,N}$ of a given matrix A, and give the necessary and sufficient conditions for its existence. We also prove its uniqueness and give a representation of it. In the end we point out this generalized inverse is also a prescribed rang T and null space S of {2}-(or outer) inverse of A.

  • In this paper, we established the general comparison principles for IVP of impulsive differential equations with time variables, which strictly extend and improve the precious comparison results obtained by V. Lakes. et.al . and S.K.Kaul([3]-[7]). Whit the general comparison results, we constructed the monotone iterative sequences of solution for IVP of such equations which converges the maximal and minimal and minimal solutions , respectively.
