3차원 인체 형상을 이용한 20대 여성의 하반신 전개패턴에 관한 연구 (2D Lower Body Flat Pattern of the Women in Their Twenties Using 3D Scan Data)

  • Recently, Basic patterns with excellent body fitness and automation availability are required to be developed in order to automate the patterns of women's clothes. In this study, this reference points, reference lines and segments were fixed onto 3D scan data for the lower body the women in their twenties, they were directly spread out to be 2D flat pattern to facilitate development into the design of slacks adhered closely to the human body such as special and highly-functional clothes, and then slacks 2D pattern was developed for the purpose of seeking scientific approach to the development into basic form slacks and 3d emotional pattern. For conversion of 3D pattern into 2D flat pattern, reference points and segments were created by using Rapid Form of 3D shape analysis software, and triangle mesh of the body surface of the created shape was developed with Auto CAD 2005. The correspondence between slacks and human body was examined by the fixation of major reference lines. Specially, the wearing characteristics of slacks were considered by the fixation of side lines in consideration of posture. As a result of using the way of development to constantly maintain the length while 3D triangle mesh is converted into 2D flat mesh, the shape was shown to be excellently reproduced, and the area of flat pattern was increased compared to the shape of parting plane. Also, the sunk-in curve like the brief line of front crotch length needed a cutting line when it was closely adhered, when mesh was overlapped, and the pattern area was smaller compared to the actual shape.

  • As children's apparel industry expands, there are many researches on purchasing and wearing children's clothing and optimal sizes, but researches on purchasing and wearing children's clothing and the appropriateness of sizes comparing average body shape and obese children are still inadequate. Therefore, in this research Late Elementary Schoolgirls ranging in age from 12 to 13 are categorized into the average or the obese body type, and by comparing and analyzing purchasing and wearing children's clothing and the appropriateness of its sizes between these groups, the problems in the size system of children's apparel are realized and the basic information about designing children's clothing for average body shape and non-average body shape(out-size)children are presented. The survey questions were composed of topics about general personal information, the purchasing practice and wearing practice, the appropriateness of its size when wearing children's clothing and the practice of mending apparel according to the satisfaction level of children's clothing sizes. Because subjects are often too big to wear children's clothing, and in the case of obese children the deviation of a body type is amplified, therefore in buying and wearing children's clothing, they demonstrate different forms of purchasing and wearing characteristics than adults. Considering the practice of increasing obesity in children due to westernized eating habits and decreased physical activities, along with developing programs for improving obesity, the development of an optimal size system in response to various body types will become an important challenge.

장갑의 적합성 향상을 위한 손부의 2차원 및 3차원 계측정보 DB구축에 관한 연구 -손의 유형분석 및 3차원 입체형상 분석을 중심으로- (The Database Development of 2-D and 3-D Hands Measurement for Improving Fitness of Gloves - Focused on the Classification of Hand Type and Analysis of 3-D Hand Shape -)

  • The aim of this study was to provide the 2 and 3 dimensional statistics requisite in the sizing system and design of gloves. The 64 2-dimensional static measurements were selected to provide information about hands. Participants in the study were 824 adults, aged between 18 and 64. To summarize the information from the measurement values, a Factor Analysis and a Cluster Analysis among multivariate analyses were performed. 3-D scanner was used for visual results of hand shape of each cluster. The results were as follows. Twenty-two items were used for the factor and cluster analysis in order to classify the adult hand shape. The variable quantities that are explained by a total of 3 factors amounted to under 79.37% of the variable quantities. The definition results of the factors related to the hands are as follows: Factor 1 is the horizontal dimension, the thickness of hand factor; Factor 2 is the height of the crotch; and Factor 3 is the vertical dimension of the hand. The adults' group hand was divided into 2 clusters according to a cluster analysis using factor scores. The characteristics according to hand type were as follows: Cluster 1 referred to high horizontal dimensions and thickness, rather small vertical dimensions and crotch height; and Cluster 2 represented the rather smaller horizontal dimensions and thickness but longer hand length than Type 1. To provide specific shape data of each cluster, 3-D scanner measurement was performed. 3-dimensional data base was developed for each cluster type and visual information was provided.

동태적 역량을 기반으로 한 나노기술 기업의 유형 분류 및 분석 모델 개발 (An Exploratory Study on the Classification of Nano-tech Companies from the Dynamic Capabilities Perspective)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 내부역량(Internal Capability)과 외부지식(External knowledge)을 통해 기업의 동태적 역량을 측정할 수 있으며, 동태적 역량이라는 틀에서 보면 기업의 행위를 진화적 관점의 적합도(Fitness)와 렌트(Rent)로 설명할 수 있다는 점에서 착안하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 동태적 역량을 기반으로 나노기술 기업의 유형분류 및 분석 모델을 제시하고자함이며, 이를 위해 나노기술 분야와 관련된 제품생산 활동을 하고 있는 국내 359개 기업에 대한 설문조사를 바탕으로 기업의 유형을 어떻게 분류하고, 성과를 측정하게 되는지를 실증적으로 분석하고 있다. 기업의 내부역량(Internal Capability)과 외부지식(External knowledge)이 기업의 성과에 영향을 주는가를 분석하였다. 또한 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 내부역량과 외부지식을 나타내는 4개 변수들을 주성분 분석(Principal Component Analysis)하여 2개의 새로운 변수들을 도출하였다. 내부역량과 외부지식의 상대적 정도를 기준으로 4개의 기업군을 분류하고, 유형별 재무적 성과를 비교한 결과 내부역량과 외부지식이 높은 기업이 낮은 기업보다 평균적으로 재무적 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 기술수준 분석의 결과도 내부역량과 외부지식 수준이 높은 기업이 상대적으로 높은 기술수준을 보였다. 그러나 4가지 유형의 재무적 성과차이를 분석한 결과는 기술적 적합도와 진화적 적합도의 상호작용에 의해 재무적 성과가 결정될 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

유전 알고리즘을 이용한 퍼지 패턴 매칭 분류기의 설계와 응용 (A design of fuzzy pattern matching classifier using genetic algorithms and its applications)

  • 본 논문에서는 새로운 퍼지 패턴 매칭 분류기(fuzzy pattern matching classifier) 설계 방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 퍼지 패턴 매칭 분류기를 설계함에 있어 분류기의 성능에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 소속 함수 (membership functions)의 모양과 개수에 대한 정확한 정보를 알 수 없었다. 따라서 소속 함수를 구하기 위하여 시행 착오(trial-error)법 혹은 경험에 의존하는(heuristic) 방법이 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 다양한 종류의 패턴에 대하여 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 유전 알고리즘을 사용하여 분류 에러를 최소로 줄이는 소속 함수의 적절한 모양과 개수를 찾기 위한 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 유전 알고리즘(genetic algorithms)은 진화라는 생물학적 모델을 기초로한 통계적 알고리즘의 한 부류이다. 이는 여러 함수 최적화 문제에 적용되어 최적 혹은 최적 근처의 해를 찾아 준다. 본 논문에서 유전 알고리즘은 분류 에러에 반비례하는 적합도 함수(fitness function)를 기본으로 소속 함수의 모양과 개수를 결정하는데 쓰인다. 유전 알고리즘에 있어서의 스트링은 소속 함수를 결정하게 되며 인식 결과는 다음 세대의 재생(reproduction) 연산에 영향을 미치게 된다. 제안되는 방법을 타이어 접지면 패턴과 필기체 영문자 인식에 적용하여 보았다. 실험 결과는 본 방법이 유용함을 보여준다.

3D virtual clothing simulation을 활용한 국가별 브래지어 패턴 비교 - 인체 형상 단면도와 실루엣 변화 분석을 중심으로 - (Comparative Pattern Analysis and the Fitness Evaluation of Brassieres using 3D virtual clothing simulation - Focusing on Cross Section of Human Body Shape & Changing of Silhouette -)

  • Countries have different brassiere patterns, and this study produced and compared 3/4 brassiere patterns from different countries to determine the difference in patterns, and to investigate the stress distribution and shape of cross section while wearing brassieres using 3D virtual fitting system. Despite the growing interest in underwear, there is a lack of related books and research on brassiere patterns, which causes the difference in sizes and pattern drafting methods by countries. Thus, research on this is needed. 3D virtual fitting system has been introduced to compare patterns, thereby improving visible effects and reducing the loss in cost caused by underwear pattern fitting test. According to the result of pattern analysis, The Secoli type exhibited the least breast cover rate (14.9 cm), while the largest cover rate was shown in Christina and ESMOD types (17.7 cm). It is believed that the difference in pattern drafting causes the difference in the total length of a brassiere. Furthermore, the Secoli, Moda Burgo, and ESMOD brassieres drafted from basic bodice pattern were found to be longer than the Christina and Han Sunmi brassieres attained from direct pattern drafting. Moreover, the darts' volume of upper and lower cups in Christina and Han Sunmi types was similar in shape. The shapes of cradle drafted from basic bodice pattern were a straight line, while those from direct drafting formed a curved shape. In fitting multiple cross sections, the Secoli, Moda Burgo, and ESMOD brassieres had gaps between the brassieres and the body. Among these, the largest number of gaps was observed in the ESMOD type pattern. This study aimed at performing comparative analysis of various brassieres' pattern drafting types as a basic research for developing a brassiere pattern drafting type.

  • 겨울철 온실의 기본적인 열에너지원인 일사를 최대한 확보하도록 하는 은실의 지붕형상을 결정하기 위해 유전알고리즘 및 광투과율 전산모델을 이용한 최적화기법을 이용하여 설치지역, 피복재료특성, 온실의 기본치수등이 주어졌을 때 지붕경사각, 경간폭비의 최적조합을 결정할 수 있도록 하는 최적설계를 수행하였다. 수원지방에 위치한 경간폭 6m의 2연동 동서동 온실 및 단동 온실을 가정하여 최적화를 수행한 결과 경사각, 폭비 순으로 2연동, 단동 온실에 대해 각각 40.861≒40 $_。 / , 0.4806≒0.5, 37.490≒37 $_。 / , 0.7748≒0.78의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 광투과율 문제를 예로 적용해 본 결과 직접 전산모델을 호출하여 최적화를 수행하는 유전알고리즘의 기법은 온실환경의 해석을 위해 연구되어온 다양한 분야의 전산모델들을 종합적인 온실의 최적설계에 활용하도록 하는데 유용한 기법이 될 것으로 판단되었다.판단되었다.

3차원 인체 계측 방법에 의한 상반신 체형을 고려한 브래지어 패턴 설계 - 30대를 대상으로 - (Brassiere Pattern Development Based on 3D Measurements of Upper Body - Focused on Women in Their 30's -)

  • The purpose of this study presents bra pattern using the 3D measurements of the upper body subject to women in their 30's. Brassieres available in the market are mostly designed for straight body shape and many women seem to have experienced bearing discomfort in a great extent as they grow older. Brassieres should be designed to cover diverse body types and the accurate measurement of body type and breast shape is needed to accomplish that. As for the study method, 3D human body types were analyzed with RapidForm 2006, and the upper-body types and breast shapes were statistically classified through technical statistics analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, variance analysis, and cross analysis. The wearing tests went through the comparison of the brassieres of three makers in the market and the experiment brassieres(first and second) and then the evaluations were made by the subjects, the outer appearance assessment by experts, and 3D measurements. The results of this study showed that the evaluation of experiment brassieres was excellent in every item, and the significant difference was found out particularly in the items of pressure, rear center, front center, breast underneath, adequate level by wing, and adequate level by armhole. According to the results of 3D evaluation, experiment brassieres had a highest point in fitness with no physical pressure at the wing part and no overall deviation at the cup part.

중년 여성용 아크릴 니트 재킷에 적합한 조직에 관한 연구 (A Study on Texture Suited for the Acryl Knitted Jacket of Women in the Middle Age)

  • The purpose of this study was to find texture which suitable for the acryl knitted jacket of women in the middle age. The study was carried out 2 parts. The first part was to choose the pattern fitted in the body shape of women in the middle age, and the second part was wearing test with 3 different textured acryl knitted jacket(half milano, milano, jacquard). The usable data of the test were coded for further statistical analysis including descriptive statistics (frequency and one way-ANOVA test, Student-Newman-Keuls Multiple Range Test) by using SPSSWIN 12.0. The results were as follows: It was found that first evaluation for the appearance test on fitness, pattern B(Brand: Morado) were better than the rest of them(pattern A: Trieste, pattern C: Escalier). It was found that second evaluation for the test, jacket with jacquard were better than the rest of them. Acryl knitted Jacket of women in the middle age should made of jacquard. Therefore it should be designed as possible as considering the physical characteristics of knitted materials. It was found that third evaluation for the test, it was opposite results that a general knitted fabric pattern was made smaller than a woven jacket. So, it was necessary that the acryl knitted jacket of women in the middle age follow a similar site tolerance such as a woven jacket. This result was due to a radical change of a middle age women's body shape.

  • In creating an avatar, consumers can find out for themselves their own sizes to be entered. Also, putting in a face creation main-page menu option enables clients to make up their faces and match them to their bodies. Through this process when purchasing clothes through the internet consumers can enter their own body sizes and create avatars that are identical to their body shape. The uniqueness of developed prototype is that it creates an avatar similar to one's body shape according to body size inputs and demonstrates visually to customers the on-line comfort test which was only available off-line traditionally. The avatar follows the movement of mouse from left to right which enables 3 dimensional visualization. Through maximizing the visual effect this research focuses on enabling consumers to feel subjective parts as if they are off-line. This study seeks to provide a type of prototype of an online shopping mall that meets the demand of the consumers using the 3D avatar.
