The purpose of this study was to find out the relationships among the eating behavior, the nutrition knowledge & the physical growth, and factors influencing each of them in middle school students. Eight hundred three boys and girls, who were sampled from the third graders of 6 middle schools located in Taejeon and Ahnmyeondo, were asked to fill out the questionaire. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Oneway, Crosstabs, Chi-square($X^2$), t-test, Pearson Correlation, Regression, and Path analyses. The results are summarized as follows: I. The asked students showed the significant difference in frequency intaking food and the eating attitude depending on sexual distinction and area. The girls got higher frequency score(intaking food) than the boys did and the students in Taejeon got better eating attitude score than those in Ahnmyeondo. Also, the girls got higher nutrition knowledge score than the boys did and the students in Taejeon got higher nutrition knowledge than those in Ahnmyeondo. 2. The higher the economic level was, the higher the frequency score(intaking food) was. Also, the students whose father had the occupation involved in the tertiary industry and better school ing made higher nutrition knowledge, eating attitude, and frequency intaking food than others. The students whose father had the occupation involved in the tertiary industry and better schooling were taller and heavier than others. 3. The variables influencing on the frequency intaking food were father's school ing, father's occupation, economic level, sexual distinction, eating attitude. The variables influencing on eating attitude significantly was only the birth order. The variables influencing on the height were sexual distinction, residential area, eating attitude, frequency intaking food, father's schooling. Also, the variables affecting the weight were sexual distinction, father's schooling, eating attitude, frequency intaking food.

All of the commercial silkworm races spread to farmhouses are hybrid of first generation, therefore distinction of sex of parent races is essential. But the existing sexual method which distinguish sex by outer sexual characteristics have many problems such as need of skilled worker and excessive efforts for distinction of sex. So more simple and accurate method fur distinction of sex is needed. (omitted)

This study analyzes how social environment influenced underclothes and characteristic which underclothes have is associated with the outer garment and the underclothes in the Middle Ages. As a result, 1 can get the next conclusion First, throughout the Middle Ages, body was involved with the sense of same and sin influenced by the religious austerity. This mentality was applied to the underclothes. As underclothes are not generally revealed, it is recognized to be not important but inefficient. Second, in the late Middle Ages, as the outer garment reveal the body line, the underclothes are affected by it. So men's and women's distinction in the outer garment is applied to the underclothes. In the second quarter of the 14C, class distinction and sexual attraction certainly present on the outer garment but are not applied to the underclothes. The conceptions that underclothes might express the spirit of the changing times, in sympathy with the outer garment, did not enter the medieval mind. Third, the function to protect the body is emphasized the underclothing in the Middle Ages, whereas it was important to identify rank sign in the history of underclothes. Throughout the Middle Ages the underclothing of both sexes is emphasized utilitarian in (unction rather than class distinction and sexual attraction. But women exposed their body line in thin chemise to represent sexual attraction in the late Middle Ages.

The purpose of this study as a research of experience of sexual offenders who are in confinement in prisons and forensic facilities is to theoretically investigate fundamental structures of their experiences and to practically construct basic data to present intervention programs of sexual offenders. This study was conducted by hermeneutical and phenomenological methods invoked of the analytic framework of Van-Manen (1990) about seven sexual offenders. The data were collected through in-depth interviews, and the results of the interpretation are shown as perception that they were victims of public opinion, the mark of Cain, loss of opportunity of examination caused by show window, collective differentiation through distinction, expression of metaphysical being that wants to slip out of the skin, counterplot of scientific management techniques, undifferentiation from the Imaginary, sexual acts shown as inverted communication, discovering dominant domain as forming reaction to being controlled, not being free from capitalistic attributes in which even children's sex is commercialized, distortion in socialization of sexual identity, paternity stamped as embodiment of suppressed desire, recovery of lost virginity of mother through children, and family as a name broken to pieces.

The purpose of this study was examine and clarify the recognition according to gender of sexual harassment in the office. The samples were consisted of 250 employees in a seoul headquarter and 13 branches of S bank. the data were analyzed using percentage, frequency, mean, 1-test, F-test and ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows; 1) female workers recognized sexual harassment as severe problem, but male workers as minor and trivial things. 2) workers recognized the cause of sexual harassment as female low position in the office and sexual distinction 3) workers recognized sexual harassment type as visual, verbal and physical harassment. 4) workers recognized the main assaulters of sexual harassment as male senior workers and co-workers. 5) worker recognized place of harassment as times of workers' dining together. 6) worker recognized the victim of sexual harassment was apt to experience anger, hurt of self-respect, shame and embarrassment. 7) female workers recognized necessity of sexual education but male workers none of it.

This study, which focuses on a masquerade, starts from the concept that all men exist as visual objects as well as visual subjects before discussing an issue of sexuality to inquire into masquerade characteristics of fashion photography. Masquerade is a concept that can describe various and multidimensional attributes of humans in social norms prescribed separately for men and women till now, and the concept has not yet been introduced in the field of fashion. However, it is considered a measure to analyze contemporary expressions of sexuality, on which a need for this research is raised. This study looks into the basic concept of the object and the ego through a psychoanalysis-related literature review. This study, then inquires into Jacques Lacan's notion of gaze and Roger Caillois's theory of mimicry through related specialty publications. This study reinterprets the concept of masquerade from Lacan's perspective and carries out an empirical analysis of masquerade characteristics in contemporary fashion photography based on the result drawn in parallel. Sexual masquerade shown in fashion photography based on the concept of masquerade is as follows: first, it appears as normative sexual description, divided into male and female by social norms; second, sexual ambiguity, obscuring the distinction between the sexes through playful and bombastic forms; and lastly, sexual subversion, disguising as the opposite sex through putting on clothes of the opposite sex.

In western clothing, woman's body was port-rayed sexually as the distinction of sex was appeared, and the parts of body contain some kind of symbol of sex. Woman's body was diversly accentuated according to the divers ideal beauty concepts pursuits in the different periods. Today, in a Post-industrial Society whose social structure is very divers and complicated, the interpretation of woman's body reveals so various as the complex social structure. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the various interpretations of woman's body in the contemporary clothing. The concrete purposes of this study is as follows. First, this study is to define the concept of natural body and built body by differentiating the parts of body and searching for the sexual symbols accentuated in the western clothing. Second this study aims to review, the histori-cal process of prejudged distinction of sex in the western clothing, and to analyse the con-temporary sociocultural which forced to change this prejudged distinction of sex. Third, on the bases of this analses, this study also aims to present various interpretation on divers aspects of woman's body portrayed in the contemporary clothing. The interpretation of woman's body in the contemporary clothing were as follow. First, it is a body interpreted as a natural and neutral body which is based not so much on prejudged division of sex as on the expression of the body structure. And, it is a decomposed and recomposed body which is based on plastic principles. This body is portrayed by a layer-ing and wrapping which interrogated such traditional symbols of western clothing as collar, sleeve or trousers, skirt, etc. Second, it is a sexually symbolized body. This body is display-ed by exposure or sexual accentuation in the clothing. To conclude, a body interpreted in the contemporary clothing is no more a body accentuated by division of sex, but a body which per-mits indefinite hypotheses and interpretations under synthetic imagination.

This paper presents a new approach on genetic on genetic algorithm to economic dispatch problem for valve point discontinuities. Proposed approach in this paper on genetic algorithms improves the performance to solve economic dispatch problem for valve point discontivuities through improved death penalty method, generation-apart elitism, atavism and sexual selection with sexual distinction. Numerical results on a test system consisting of 13 thermal units show that the proposed approach is faster, more robust and powerful than conventional genetic algorithms.

Seasonal variation in size and number of floral structures was examined in two massachusetts populations of chelidonium major, a self-compatible herb. All floral charcters except for anther number per flower declind significantly during a 3 week period. However, temporal patterns were not identical among characters or between popolations. The result indicate that floral characters varied in conjunction with flower diameter,but that the pattern of changes in floral characters in response to environments may not be easy to predict. Principal components analysis was conducted to environments may not be easy to predict. principal compenents analysis was conducted tl identify the functional relationship among floral male function, and female function, respectively, perhaps reflecting the functional distinction of floral characters. Based on this pattern, the relative allocation to sexual structures within flowers was examined: male allocation was relatively greater than female allocation eary or in the middle of flowering season, depending upon populations. Temporalvariation in relative allocation within flowers was not independent of seed tield components:; different combinations of the size and number of floral characters were correlated with different seed yield components, for example, either seed size or number per fruit, during a season. in particular, allocations to attractive and male structures were highly correlated with mean seed weight only earlier in the season. These result provide some evidence that flowering phenolgy is an important comportant to be considered in the study of sexual allocation.

In this paper we discuss the corelation be-tween feminism and fashion and examine its influnce on mordern fashion. And we also try to infer what the fashion design will be like in the future by understanding the value of modern fashion from a new viewpoint. The Early Feminism which advocated the similarity between man and women held the thought that women could be equal to men only when they behaved in the same way as men did, In 1970s when the pendulum of the Early Feminism movement reached its highest point a manish look began to flourish. The manish look introduced the items once employed only for men such as trench costs tidy tailored suits shirts and ties to women clothes. It has taken root deeply in women's life and is still employed in various ways by many designers. From the late 1970s the pendulum of feminism movement began to swing toward the Essentialist Feminism which emphasized the differences between men and women. It focused not on the negative image of women seen from male-oriented viewpoints but on their positive image and stressed women's sexual characteristic to make distinction between two genders. in fashion the Essentialist Feminism played a role in bringing about a sexy look which stressed the erotic silhouette of woman's body. The latest feminism is the socio-cultural one. It sees the distinction between men and women as sexual discrimination and introduces the androgynous human which carries the characteristic of two sexes. it leads to ambiguity of sex roles and at the same time serves to make androgynous social atmosphere by admitting the coexistence of two genders. The androgynous idea in fashion is expressed as a new trend which crosses men and women's own beauty while keeping their own identity intact. As we have briefly reviewed feminism in fashion has been presented in various ways with regard to expressing the nature of men and women. And it has continuously indicated the ultimate message of the salvation of mankind such as the respect for humanity and recovery of humanism.
