The purpose of this paper is to find an answer why employees in organization violate the organizational information security policy. To do this, this study is rooted in the moral disengagment theory. This study found that moral belief and perceived sanction have an effect on security policy violation. However, if moral disengagement is involved in the research model, perceived sanction is not significant. Finally, SETA, moral belief, and perceived sanction have a negative effect on moral disengagement, which in turn moral disengagement influences positively the security policy violation. The conclusions and implications are discussed.
Two species of the minuta-subgroup within the oncaeid copepod genus Triconia $B{\ddot{o}}ttger$-Schnack, 1999 collected in the equatorial Pacific Ocean are newly recorded. A female T. minuta (Giesbrecht, 1893 ["1892"]) and both male and female T. umerus ($B{\ddot{o}}ttger$-Schnack and Boxshall, 1990) from the northeast equatorial Pacific are redescribed with the comparison of its morphological details, which differs from previous studies, in terms of the larger body size, the length to width ratio of the genital double-somite, the relative length of the outer basal seta on P5, and the ornamentation of the appendages. The characters, which are used for identification, such as the length ratio of the outer subdistal and outer spine versus the distal spine on P3-P4, and the outer spine length of the middle exopodal segment on P3 and P4 are reported for the first time. Information on the variations in the endopodal spine lengths of swimming legs 2-4 is also provided for T. minuta and T. umerus, with the summary of the wide zoogeographical distribution of these two species.
The first zoeal stage of Palaemon ortmanni (Rathbun, 1902) is re-described and illustrated in detail from laboratory-hatched material. The first zoeas of Palaemon are more closely related to those of Palaemonetes than to Macrobrachium, Leptocarpus, Leander, Leanderites, and Brachycarpus by having the endopod of maxillule with terminal seta and the endopod of maxilla with 2+1 setae. A provisional key to the zoeas between three genera Palaemon, Macrobrachium, and Periclimenes known from Korean waters is included.
Two new species of the genus Orecturus are described os associates of octocorals in Cheju Island, Korea. Orecturus longicaudatus n. sp. associated with a gorgonacean coral differs from its congeners by having a large body and a long anal somite. Orecturus similis n. sp., associated with an alcyonacean coral, is similar to O. excavatus but can be distinguished from it by possessing a single seta on the second segment of maxilla, the terminal claw of maxilliped which is evenly tapering, and the different ornamentation in legs 1 and 4.
Fourteen new species and A. coreana Morimoto, 1970 of Allobathynella Morimoto and Miura, 1957 are (re-)described and illustrated from the Korean Penninsula. Comparison of the external morphology of these species and two previously known species, A. japonica Morimoto and Miura, 1957 and A. shinjongieei Park and Cho, 2008 enables us to amend the generic diagnosis. A 7-segmented antennule turns out to be inconsistent character due to A. wonjuensis sp. nov., which has a 6-segmented antennule. On the other hand, the exopodal distal segment of thoracopods I-VII with a tiny terminal knob and with outer seta covered by long and strong barbs is proved to be a autapomorphic character of the genus. The 14 new species belong to the mirabilis-group and display more or less similar morphology. However, they differ from A. coreana, A. japonica and A. shinjongieei and from each other not only in quantitative but also in qualitative characters. These differences are summarized in tables. The species inhabit hyporheic zones of rivers and each appears to be highly endemic to a given tributary, having a range limit less than 100 km.
A new monstrilloid species belonging to the genus $Cymbasoma$ is described as a preliminary result from nocturnal surveys using a light trap on the east and south coasts of South Korea. Monstrilloid copepods are first recorded in South Korea. $Cymbasoma$$striifrons$ n. sp. resembles $C.$$striatum$ (Isaac, 1974) and $C.$$tumorifrons$ Isaac, 1975 in sharing the character combination of transverse striations on forehead, somewhat small body (generally slightly less or longer than 1 mm), single lobed leg 5 bearing a short medial seta in female, and smooth lateral margin of anal somite without notch and wrinkles. However, $C.$$striifrons$ n. sp. differs from $C.$$striatum$ by relatively short and swollen cephalothorax, and rather strongly wrinkled genital somite. $Cymbasoma$$striifrons$ n. sp. is also distinguished from $C.$$tumorifrons$ in lacking a rounded protuberance on anterior margin of ventral surface and by relatively short cephalothorax and the number of ventral nipple-like processes on cephalothorax. Herein the new species is described and illustrated, with some comments on the morphological comparison with its allied species.
In this study, a new species, $Dimorphostylis$$breviplicata$ n. sp. is described and illustrated on the basis of specimens collected from the shallow Korean waters. This new species is similar to $Dimorphostylis$$brevicaudata$ (Zimmer, 1903), $Dimorphostylis$$acroplicata$ Harada, 1960 and $Dimorphostylis$$valida$ Gam$\hat{o}$, 1962 in that the carapace has three pairs of oblique ridges on the surface. However, the new species is distinguished by the combination of the following features: the middle oblique ridge is short and not joined to the other oblique ridges; the transverse ridge is absent on the frontal lobe; the dorso-median process on the pereonite 5 is only barely visible; the male telson has no short stout seta on the both lateral margins; the length ratio of the first to remaining articles combined on the male uropod is 1 : 0.7. A key to the Korean $Dimorphostylis$ species is provided. Also, $Diastylis$$alaskensis$ Calman, 1912 is redescribed as a new recorded species of the Korean fauna.
Acrobeles ciliatus (von Linstow, 1877) and Plectus parietinus (Bastian, 1865) are newly collected from Korea. Acrobeles is similar to those nematode belongs to Rhabditidae and Panagrolaimidae by having terminal bulb without medium bulb but different by having complex, vines shaped labial attachment. A. ciliatus differed from other Acrobeles species by lateral fields with two incisures, primary axils U-shaped, and secondary axils V-shaped. Head region set off with the neck, three high labial probolae present, each having 5 tines at inner margins and 5-7 at outer margins, and two elongate apical tines. Also, it differs from the longer female body. Plectus parietinus is distinguished from all other species of Plectus by the prominent hypodermal glands, the relatively small amphid, the distinct and well set-off lips and by the subdorsal distal caudal seta on the left side of the tail. Stoma without stylet. Oesophagus about 1/4 of total body length with terminal bulb. Anus ca. $100{\mu}m$ from posterior extremity. Vulva is at middle of body. Have spinneret on tail tip.

We developed a telescope control system called ASTROS for the VST1 and VST2, which are specially designed radio telescopes to make a survey and have a 60-cm main dish. ASTROS is designed on the distributed intelligence concept and structurized programming. The hardware of the system is composed of several intelligent devices connected with de facto standard interfaces and main control unit is PC. The program is coded in the C language and its structure is object oriented in order to make easy to replace the component devices. ASTROS is now running on two twin telescopes, VST1 and VST2. VST1 is installed at Nobeyama in Japan and VST2 is installed at La Silla in Chile. They are making a galactic plane survey in CO (J=2-1) with 9 arcmin beam semi-automatically.

In February 2010, dermatitis characterized by scale and self-trauma due to puritis was recognized in a group of 22 four-toed hedgehogs (Atelerix albiventris Wagner, 1841) from a local pet shop in Gwangju, Korea. Microscopic examinations of skin scraping samples showed numerous mites of all developmental stages. Morphologically, pedicels of adult mites were short and unjointed. Tarsal caruncles were bell-shaped on all legs of males while they were absent on legs III and IV of females. Three long setae on the third pair of legs in both sexes were present. Adult males had posterior end of the abdomen with trilobate projection on each side, each lobe with a long seta. Based on these features, the mites were identified as Caparinia tripilis. This is the first report of caparinic mite infestation in hedgehogs from Korea. Identification keys for the family Psoroptidae and the genus Caparinia are provided.
