The current cloud system is not compatible as low interoperability between cloud systems because they build up cloud environments with their own way. For example, users who are using Google's cloud system, it will not be able to use the cloud system of MS (Microsoft). To solve these problems, CSB (Cloud Service Broker) technology appeared, but solves interoperability problems between cloud systems require circumstances to develop and still much research. In this study, in the CSB, which has appeared as a service intermediary technology of heterogeneous distributed cloud environment (Cloud Service Broker) technology, to study authentication system, which is a fundamental problem to be solved of the interoperability of the cloud user.

Current Internet services do not consider the service level interoperability because each service is developed with its own interface, which is not compatible with other services. This means that characteristics of Internet services are autonomous and heterogeneous. Moreover each service has its own access method, data representation, and data structure. This will make it difficult for NGN services to be converged. For the convergence scenarios of NGN services, interoperability among different applications shall be supported in service layers in various network environments. In order to realize this, integration function in applications is necessary. And, it is also required that NGN services shall consider to adopt the conventional E-business framework such as ebXML in order to create value added services.

Since 2006, the Korean government has introduced a series of policies to create social service related jobs. Facing the new social risk of Jobless Growth, the newly launched Moon Jae-In administration had no choice but to include job creation in the social service sector as one of the 100 National Tasks for the next five years. The primary purpose of this study is to provide based on the last 10 years' experience a critical analysis of the new government's social service job creation policies. It has been proven that containing budget growth and creating jobs are not compatible goals. The government's control over social service prices has been persistent for the last 10 years serving the purpose of containing social service budget. The author argues that low quality jobs and depressed social service market are the results of such policy. The current problems created by the past policies and a number of new problems that the new government's plan to establish so-called Social Service Corporation might create are discussed, and a set of policy tasks including a social insurance for social services are suggested as alternative solutions for the old and new problems.

While the international standards bodies recommend the dual leaky buckets for the traffic specification for VBR service, video traffic shows burstiness in multiple time-scales. In order to fill this gap between the current standards and real traffic characteristics, we present a standard-compatible traffic parameter selection method based on the notion of a critical time scale (CTS). Since the defined algorithm minimizes the required link capacity under a maximum delay constraint, it could be used as a benchmark even when it can not be implemented easily. Simulation results with compressed video traces demonstrate the efficiency of the defined traffic parameter selection algorithm in resource allocation.

The pre-generated web contents or various devices have to be used in order to execute UMA(UMA:Universal Multimedia Access). However, an HTLM web page for PC is not very compatible with wireless internet because of its unnecessary advertisements, high resolution, and various multimedia data. This is because the main focus when creating it was on high speed. In this paper indicates with the RSS channel, converted from the main part of the HTML web page, which users show interest in, a wireless compatible internet page can easily be created. Consequently, web administrators could create a wireless page easily and quickly, and wireless users would be able to find information in the same manner.

Four Korean commercial rice wines of diverse sensory properties were hedonically rated by 41 consumers. Each rice wine was paired with the selection from six widely popular compatible foods such as kimchi-jjigae, dotori-muk muchim, tteok-galbi, beoseot-jeongol, satae pyeonyuk, and haemul pajeon, and consumers were asked to rate the ideal match of each pair of four rice wines and six compatible foods by using a structured, 12-cm 'just right' line scale. Hedonic ratings of wines were additionally measured after intake of the food-wine pairs. Flavor matches of rice wines with strong ginseng, medicinal, and earthy flavor (JK) or with intense grain and sweet flavor (HS) were significantly higher compared to wines with fruity (SS) or mild-balanced (BS) flavor. The preference for HS wine, which ideally matched satae pyeonyuk, increased most significantly after intake of satae pyeonyuk, while the SS wine that matched ideally with kimchi jjigae did not show any significant increase in preference after intake of kimchi jjigae. Matching wines with food does not negatively affect the preference for the wine; rather, intake of a wine-food pairing increases the overall preference for rice wine.

최근 클라우드 기술이 확산되면서 여러 기업이 자신만의 클라우드를 다양하게 제공하고 있으며 세계 각지에 흩어져 있는 다양한 클라우드 공급자들과 여러 프라이빗 클라우드를 연결하여 하나의 서비스를 제공하는 클라우드 서비스 브로커리지(Cloud Services Brokerage) 기술이 등장하게 되었다. 하지만 현재의 CSB 기술은 가상 자원 관리, 가상 머신 라이프 사이클 관리에 초점이 맞추어져 있으며 CSB에서 제공되는 모니터링 요소는 사용자의 복잡한 요구를 만족하기에는 부족한 실정이다. 또한 추가 모니터링 도구를 사용하는 경우도 CSB의 데이터와의 일관성을 만족하지 않는 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이종 CSB와 연동이 가능한 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 모니터링 기술은 Scalr 및 CompatibleOne을 사용하여 주기적으로 메타데이터 동기화를 진행하며 데이터 일관성을 충족시키고 다양한 모니터링 데이터를 실시간으로 수집하여 사용자에게 제공한다.

The purpose of this research is to suggest how to develop the internet homepage of the general hospital. The research was operated with 72 general hospitals which were titled 'general hospital' by subject in internet web search engine. The contents of general hospital homepage was studied by internet screen. On the other hand, It was surveyed for homepage operation by mail questionaire. The contents was mainly composed with (1) introduction of hospital (2) medical examination and the treatment-related information (3) the information & communication (4) the general medicare service, specialist & employee service. In order to operate homepage effectively, inquiry system, reservation system, consulting, information search, phone number, etc, web database shall be established inside of hospital homepage which will link compatible with computer database in hospital. Human resources employment & purchasing order system used by a enterprise shall be in consideration of adopting, since it has various merits in light of hospital management.

Although the data service of the digital broadcasting has been regarded as the representative service of the broadcasting and communication convergence, it, however, has failed to gain the popularity with the viewers due to the viewer's viewing modality of focusing only on the TV programs. Based on the experts' opinions that the data service should step up so that using a data service while watching a TV program creates a synergy effect, the paper proposes a method for allowing a data service to utilize the information of a TV program. The method has a tool for describing the information of a TV program's content, which changes as time goes on and provides a mechanism for transmitting the information in the way compatible to the digital broadcasting standard. As an application of the method, with a domestic data service developing company, we have developed a ticker data service that shows the information (e.g., actors, places, sponsors, etc.) of a drama.
