The mobile advertisement has varied on lifestyle of people, who live aninformation-oriented society with portable equipment such as web phone and PDA(Personal Digital Assistant). Also, the advertising has expended mobile techniques and its application field unpredictably. The intrinsic characteristic of misdistribution, reach, and convenience in mobile advertisement add up the capacity of a location, information and individualize. This market condition leads the basic audio focused formal mobile advertisement to the new mobile Internet environment with an additional able of data communication. Moreover, the type of SMS (Short Message Service), Graphic, Wep Push, and ridchmedia, which based on music, basic graphic, voice, and letters transfer by mobile terminal and the mobile character is present inevitably correlation with pixel art and animation in 2D(Two Dimensions) techniques. Thus, this research appoints the importance and its role of mobile advertisement that is core of the business marketing in new media era. To activate mobile market, the mobile companies classify the characteristic of consumers with developed commercial use of mobile character and research their behavior to meet optimal mobile character in business.

ATM is the effective information transmission method which multiply statistical and can accept effective the traffic of the various transmission rate. However, it can happen excessive cell loss probability and cell delay when it have temporarily overload. Therefore, it is required the effective traffic control and network resource management for which guarantee QoS(Quality of Service) in terms of users and bandwidth utilization maximization in terms of networks. In this paper, we proposed POBP(PushOut BP) scheme which mixed pushout scheme with BP(Back Pressure), reactive control scheme recommended at the ATM Forum, to guarantee QoS in two stages ATM switch networks. In proposed method, we have to understand exactly using bandwidth information in real-time and become traffic shaping. Thorough these processes, we can not only use effectively unused bandwidth, but also guarantee the fair bandwidth utilization and then can improve cell-loss possibility happened by congestion states in two stage ATM networks.

Modern society is developing rapidly due to the convergence of industry and IT technology. In that case, the role of construction work that provides basic infrastructure can be very large. Recently, as construction work becomes more complicated, larger, and more advanced, the importance of management, such as system improvement for quality improvement, has become even more important. However, when a quality control problem occurs at a construction site, much time is required to solve the problem. In order for a construction project to be successful, various systems need to be organically connected and able to manage optimal decisions. In this paper, provide a quality control model using GCM push alarm service based on RESTful_API. The proposed model is a model that can be used by construction company quality control rooms and project managers for decision making. When applied to construction site project management, it is expected that more efficient and safe construction management will be possible.

본 논문에서는 다수의 모바일 장치가 협업을 할 수 있는 환경을 제안하고, 이를 기반으로 헬스케어 응용 서비스에 적용함을 보였다. 제안한 협업 환경은 센서와 모바일 장치, 모바일 장치와 모바일 장치, 모바일 장치와 홈 서버의 상호작용을 3가지 타입으로 정의 하였다. 또한 이들간의 정보 교환은 Push와 Pull방식으로 구분하였으며, 다수의 센서로부터 수집된 정보는 보안 정책에 따라 모바일 장치간 정보를 교환하거나 홈 서버에게 전달한다. 보안 정책은 개인 의료 처방과 예방을 위한 개인 정보와 주변 환경에 관련된 공개 정보로 나누어 관리하여 협업 환경에 적용하였다. 이는 개인 사용자마다 상이한 서비스를 제공하는데 기반이 된다. 이를 위한 구현 기술로는 적시성을 보장하는 TMO 스킴을 이용하여 컴포넌트를 설계 및 구현하였으며, 이들간의 상호작용은 TMOSM을 사용하였다.

음성통화 위주의 통신 시장이 무선 인터넷 중심으로 변함에 따라 스마트디바이스의 생태계가 진화하고 있다. 일반 데스크탑 환경에서 보여지는 웹을 바탕으로 모바일 디바이스에서도 데스크탑 퀄리티의 환경을 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 UI를 비롯하여 사용자 중심의 각종 서비스들이 개발되고 있으며 향후, 2016년까지 전 세계 모바일 데이터 트래픽이 현재의 10배 수준으로 증가할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 모바일디바이스를 활용한 주문 시스템의 단점과 한계를 APNs방식을 사용하여 모바일 데이터사용량을 최소화함으로써 모바일 데이터 트래픽의 낭비가 심한 문제점을 보완하였다. 또한 TLS peer-to-peer방식을 사용하여 신뢰성 있는 접속환경을 만듦으로써 보완성을 높였다. 전송에 대한 반응과 보완성을 높여 기존 방식에 비하여 더욱 안정적인 환경을 구축하였다.

The coke oven plant on a steel works has not, in the past, been regarded as a prime user of modern instrument technology. The reason for this perception may be due to the fact that the basic design of the coke battery has been changed little over the years. The recording and analysis of oven pushing force on a routine basis is seen as a means of monitoring plant operation. A torque sensor is set up at the shaft of the rotor for measuring pushing force. Pushing force data which is communicated form torque sensor to staor by telemetry method are shown on MMI(Man-Machine Interface) screen and stored in the database automatically. Perhaps the most important feature is that is allows a problem oven to be identified at an early stage and for corrective action to be taken before it develops into a refusal to push. In this way the mechanical loads imposed on the battery structlure can be held to a necessary minimum, so helping to prolong its service life.

This paper proposes a new operation algorithm for elevator by considering both better service for passengers and minimization of energy consumption for elevator operation. The main idea of the proposed operation algorithm is based on the assumption that passengers push the numbered buttons indicating their destination, one of the main differences of proposed operation mode from the conventional one is that the elevator may move to the opposite direction for a few floors according to the rescheduled operational pattern determined by some factors. Some examples by computer simulation show the efficiency of the proposed operation algorithm.

The Republic of Korea (ROK) has been putting much effort to deal with diabetes which is being increasingly found in all age groups due to inadequate diet. Diabetes is closely related to one's eating habits and lifestyle that often cause hyperglycemia so that it is essential for the diabetic patients to change them to improve or control the major symptoms of diabetes. This study introduces a software engineering solution to support these patients. The software designed for the solution lets the patients to easily recognize their sugar levels and current treatment schemes and then advises a more effective approach along with the essential information through the embedded push service. The major goal of this study is to support diabetes patients by providing a convenient but effective means to prevent or improve diabetic symptoms by patients themselves who will in turn change their lifestyles in a positive manner.

현존하는 국내외 인터넷 경매시스템은 경매하고자하는 상품을 게시하고 그 상품에 대해 경매 입찰자들이 입찰(bid)을 제시함으로 해서 최종적으로 경매 시간 내에 가장 높은 입찰가를 제시하는 경매 입찰자에게 거래가 낙찰되는 형식이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 인터페이스 부분에 있어서 사용자의 편의성을 고려하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 경매 참여자에게 지속적인 입찰제시와 확인 등의 여러 가지의 사용자 행위를 요구하므로 전자상거래의 고객 편의를 위한 One-step processing을 만족시키지 못하고 있으며 사용자의 행위를 대신하여주는 에이전트를 이용한 자동 처리 부분은 거의 고려하지 않은 시스템이므로 사용자의 편의성 면에서 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자동적으로 사용자를 위해 입찰 행위를 대신하여 주는 사용자 입찰 가격 전략 알고리즘을 제안하여 기존에 사용되었던 일반적인 경매 시스템의 단점을 보완하여 효율적인 입찰 가격 정책을 이용하며 또한, 모든 일련의 경매에 대한 사용자 행위를 MIME(Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) 프로토콜을 이용한 메일 양식에 응답만으로 모든 경매 서비스를 받을 수 있는 인터넷 경매 시\ulcorner템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다.

This paper is designed to look for a specialized strategies by drawing the special features of Busan New Port from both a comparative analysis of major factors of harbor competitiveness and a SWOT analysis of Yangshan Port, one of the biggest competitive ports in Northeast Asia, so that Busan New Port may preoccupy a status as the hub port of the area. The researcher would like to suggest the following measures to make Busan New Port serve as the central port of Northeast Asia on the basis of the findings; Korea should push ahead with creating a railroad transportation linking with Eurasia Contient, secure the amount of goods and resources with the help of the early development of the surrounding complex of the port, make a considerable progress in the level of port service, come up with a differentiation strategies for harbor marketing activities and improve its productivity.
