This paper presents the business model and system functionalities of a B2B e-marketplace solution that not only can overcome some problems of the public e-marketplace, but also can be applicable to both public and private types of e-marketplaces. This solution is different from the most of the public e-marketplace solutions that their main sources of revenue are transaction commissions or transaction fees through the third-party intermediation. Instead, this solution provides an ASP (Application Service Provider) functionality for direct, disintermediated purchasing and sales-related transactions between suppliers and buyers. With this functionality, suppliers and buyers electronically commerce with each other without the disclosure of their transactions as well as transaction commissions.

Big Data services is composed of Big Data user, Big Data service provider, and Big Data application provider. And it is possible to extend the service to interplay-reciprocal actions among three subjects such as providing, being provided, connecting, being connected, and so on. In this paper, we propose an ecosystems of Big Data and a framework of its service.

When users access to use the computing resources in the cloud, they expect specific quality of service (QoS) which should be guaranteed by the service provider. Meanwhile, the service provider should adopt proper schemes to enhance the resource utilization. In this thesis, we propose the MapChem-Broker which aims to satisfy users' QoS requirements as well as enhance the resource utilization by controlling the provision of VM resources in the cloud. On the experimental cloud testbed, we compare the proposed scheme with an existing one for VM resource provisioning. Results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing one.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly using ERP systems to connect and manage all their functions, whether internally between the different departments, or externally with customers in electronic commerce. However, the selection of the right ERP system is usually an issue, due to the complexities of identifying the criteria, weighting them, and selecting the best system and provider. Because cost is usually important for SMEs, ERP systems based on Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) has been adopted by many SMEs. However, SMEs face an issue of selecting the right system. Therefore, this paper proposes a fuzziness ranking engine system in order to match the SMEs requirements with the most suitable service provider. The extensive experimental result shows that our approach has better result compared with traditional approaches.

최근 국내외에서 체험형 교육서비스의 도입과 활용이 활발해지고 있다. 체험형 교육서비스가 제대로 관리됨으로써 효과적인 체험형 교육서비스가 제공될 경우 다양한 체험형 교육서비스 제공자와 이용자 사이의 사회적, 경제적 교환의 기회가 지속적으로 확대될 개연성이 존재한다. 이를 위해 필요한 선결과제 중 하나가 바로 '성과 측정 수단'인데, 문제는 새로운 체험형 교육서비스 성과 측정에 적합한 성과 측정 수단이 마땅치 않다는 점이다. 이와 같은 상황에서 우선적으로 고려해볼 수 있는 연구화두는 다음과 같다: 창의적 체험활동과 같은 체험형 교육 서비스 품질을 어떻게 측정할 것인가. 본 연구에서는 바로 이 화두에 대한 답을 모색하기 위해 체험형 교육 서비스 중 하나인 창의적 체험활동 교육 서비스 품질 측정 문항을 개발하여 체험형 교육서비스 품질 측정 도구화 하는 것을 목적으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 체험형 교육 서비스 품질 평가를 위한 척도를 개발하기 위해 창의적 체험활동에 초점을 맞추어 이론적 배경으로부터 실무 전문가의 검토 조정을 거쳐 평가 척도 후보군을 개발하고, 실증적 정제 과정을 통해 최종 척도 항목을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 도출한 체험형 교육 서비스 품질 측정 항목은 (체험형 교육) 결과 품질 (EE-outcome), (체험형 교육) 공감 품질 (EE-empathy), (체험형 교육) 신뢰 품질 (EE-reliability), (체험형 교육) 물리적환경 품질 (EE-scape) 등 4차원으로 구성되며, 전반적인 신뢰성과 타당성이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 체험형 교육 서비스 품질 측정 도구는 운용 주체에게 기획 포인트를 제공하고 '교육용' 세분시장을 추구하는 서비스 제공 주체에게는 관리 포인트를 제공한다는 점에서 유용한 지침이 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 무선 통신 사업자 간에 휴대폰에서 제공되는 휴대폰 벨소리 사운드의 음질차이가 있는지, 있다면 어느 요소에서 발생하는지를 조사하는 것이었다. 선두 무선 통신 사업자나 휴대폰 제조사가 가지는 브랜드의 영향 요소를 배재하고 음질의 차이가 생기는 요소들을 찾아내기 위한 일련의 실험이 계획되었다. 무선 통신 사업자, 휴대폰 제조사, 휴대폰 모델, 특정 장르, 음원 콘텐츠 제작자 등 음질의 차이가 발생 할 수 있는 요소들을 테스트 하였다. 연구결과 휴대폰을 통해 제공되는 벨소리 사운드는 무선 통신 사업자별로 음질 차이가 존재하는 것으로 조사되었다. 음질의 차이는 콘텐츠 및 휴대폰의 차이에서 발생하며, 동일휴대폰 모델의 경우에도 무선 통신 사업자 모델별로 음질의 차이가 발생하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 콘텐츠를 제공하는 음원 제작사 별 음질의 차이도 있는 것으로 나타났다. 음악 장르에 대한 음질의 차이는 명확하게 나타나지 않았다. 제한된 샘플을 이용한 실험의 한계를 보완하기 위하여 휴대폰 제조업체의 사운드 전문가를 통한 인터뷰가 시행되었다. 인터뷰 결과 제품 가격의 차이에서 오는 스피커 단품 및 미디, 앰프 등 하드웨어적 차이가 음질에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 조사되었고, 부품 및 기구의 튜닝 또한 중요도를 갖는 것으로 조사되었다.

개인정보 유출은 프라이버시 침해뿐 아니라 유출 정보를 활용한 추가 공격으로 이어질 수 있어 매우 심각한 위협인데, 그 유출은 주로 개인정보를 수집하고 저장하는 기관의 서버 데이터베이스 해킹을 통해 발생한다. 본 논문에서는, 서비스 요청 고객이 자신의 개인정보를 신뢰성 있는 기관을 통해 서비스 제공자에게 안전하게 위임 제공하도록 하며, 데이터 기밀성을 보장하는 블록체인에 제공 내용을 저장하여 이를 해당 서비스의 두 당사자만이 조회할 수 있도록 하는 기법을 제안한다. 이를 통해 서비스 제공자가 자체 데이터베이스에 고객정보를 저장할 필요가 없어진다. 따라서 서비스 제공자가 고객의 회원가입이나 개인정보의 데이터베이스 내 보관 없이도 고객을 서비스할 수 있기에, 서버 데이터베이스를 통한 정보 유출을 전면적으로 차단할 수 있게 된다. 또한, 제안 기법은 고객 스마트폰에 소유자의 인증 비밀 값이나 개인정보의 저장을 요구하지 않기에, 스마트폰을 통한 정보 유출 및 그 정보를 이용한 후속 공격의 위험으로부터도 자유롭다.

LDAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) 디렉토리 서비스는 인터넷이나 인트라넷 등 네트워크 상에 있는 파일이나 장치들과 같은 자원의 위치를 찾을 수 있도록 정보를 제공한다. LDAP는 인터넷에서 표준 디렉토리 서비스 구조로 폭넓게 받아들여지고 있으므로, 다수의 LDAP 서버들 사이에 디렉토리 정보를 중복하여 유지함으로써 특정 서버와의 네트워크 단절(Partition)과 같은 결함이 발생되는 상황에서도 투명하고 지속적으로 서비스를 제공하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 JACE 그룹통신 시스템의 프로세스 그룹으로 동작하는 견고한 LDAP 서버 시스템과 자바 응용 프로그램에서 서비스를 사용할 수 있도록 그룹통신을 이용하는 LDAP 서비스 제공자의 설계와 구현에 대하여 기술한다.

Current Korean medical system is evaluated as inefficient and the government is planning a new medical development plan to provide guaranteed life-long medical service and more efficient medical system Korean medicine also needs to participate as the primary medical provider and strengthen public recognition. The needs for active participation are essential to prevent irrational medical policies and Korean medicine can exercise medical merits. When the doctors of Korean medicine are recognized as the primary medical provider, not only social rights are served but also provide medical service to less privileged sector of the society. This calls for the establishment of system for attending physician and public health doctor from Korean medicine. Another important issue is the establishment of public medical service at the government level. Doctors of Korean medicine should be posted at the national health center and other public hospitals. Revision of the current policies on Korean medicine must be made to yield concrete outcome of the public Korean medicine service as well as cooperation between the conventional allopathic medical community and the Korean medical community

In a cloud computing environment, a cryptographic service allows an information owner to encrypt the information and send it to a cloud server as well as to receive and decode encrypted data from the server which guarantees the confidentiality of shared information. However, if an attacker gains a coded data and has access to an encryption key via cloud server, then the server will be unable to prevent data leaks by a cloud service provider. In this paper, we proposed a key management server which does not allow an attacker to access to a coded key of the owners and prevents data leaks by a cloud service provider. A key management server provides a service where a server receives a coded public key of an information user from an owner and delivers a coded key to a user. Using a key management server proposed in this paper, we validated that the server can secure the confidentiality of an encryption key of data owners and efficiently distribute keys to data users.
