This paper identified the source of inspiration to cooperatively design a fashion collection from US undergraduate clothing design students and addressed how to implement team-based learning strategy to conceptual clothing design in class. Data was collected from the total of 51 students in a senior clothing design course at a large 4-year university in the US. The assigned project for this class was to develop a group collection under a same theme. Each student worked with his/her team member(s) to create an outfit and the entire class worked as a group to create a cohesive collection. The study showed that the sources of inspiration for the themes/concepts came from 11categories: historic era/old Hollywood glamour, shape/line/structure/architectural, fairy tales movies, nature/abstract, circus/mysterious, occasion/place, object, designer/artist, futuristic, culture, and various movies. To implement cooperative learning strategies in the clothing design class, a total of five class presentation/discussion sessions were held for theme/concept decision, fabric decision, design decision, test garment evaluation and design modification, and final products. Throughout the design process, team-based learning strategy promoted students' engagement and participation and inspired their critical thinking skills for making decisions within a team.

Recently, social technologies have been created to solve problems from businesses for the establishment of generational solidarity ecosystem in terms of employment, residential space, network and social capital, age, cognitive and environmental aspects. This is senior-friendly healthcare business system aimed at meeting the senior needs for health life to enjoy active consumption culture life even after retirement, becoming a catalyst for minimizing generational conflicts, preventing the cognitive and physical deterioration of seniority in the areas of life healthcare, fitness and well-aging, and expanding into systems necessary for seniority self-reliance. We would like to draw up the development and requirements of the concept of the service platform for the study of collective characteristics for generation solidarity with senior class and the establishment of a customized senior health life system for generation solidarity. This system is characterized by a platform that can prevent the decline of seniors' cognitive and physical functions and enhance emotional stability. It is significant in providing feedback on the risk perception index, fall index, and prevention training index information to the child through the analysis and extraction of the senior health index for risk perception, fall probability, and fall prevention.

The purpose of this study was 1) to analyze the attitudes of people in their 50s about housing problems, and, 2) to study their intention to move into senior congregate housing. The survey was conducted from October to November, 2003 in the Seoul Metropolitan area.'rho data L4·Pre collected from m people using a questionnaire. The results were as follows: First, respondents listed 'friends' as the most important element of their later life. Next, in general, they preferred to live in mainstream family housing. Respondents thought 'family and government' had a responsibility to solve senior citizens 'housing problem. Second, a majority of the participants showed an intention to eventually move into a senior congregate housing. However, the group who did not Intend to live in senior congregate housing had a higher income and greater property assets. The appropriate time for the move to senior congregate housing was keyed to a desire to avoid loneliness. On the other hand, a high degree of satisfaction with current housing was the primary reason given for not wanting to move to senior congregate housing. In conclusion, senior congregate housing should be developed as a model for the middle class and might be successful when combined with a high quality social and health program.

The purpose of this study is (1) to present a model for Capstone design class in English education, and (2) to recognize students' performance and perceptions about Capstone design class in English education. The participants were senior students majoring in English education. The Capstone design class model was developed, applied, and evaluated after changing 'English-American Culture' subject to 'Capstone Design for English-American Culture Education.' In this study, the class design, performance procedures, derived topics, and examples of performance outcomes were presented. The classes were also evaluated through an understanding evaluation of English-American culture, task performance and final outcome evaluation, a descriptive satisfaction assessment of students, a lecture evaluation, and a teacher's self-reflection assessment. As the result, the average score of a class that applies Capstone design was higher than that of a class that does not apply the Capstone design. There were many positive opinions regarding the Capstone design class. In addition, the teacher's self-reflection indicated that students should be exposed to such design from the beginning.

I examine the relationship between values and security designs of MBS(mortgage-backed securities), using four different types of them. To this end I consider a pass-through and three different kinds of CMOs(collateralized mortgage obligations). It turns out that the pass-through has the lowest value and that, among CMOs, that of a senior-mezzanine-subordinate design has the highest value. This implies that CMOs of a simple and extreme design, like that of a senior-subordinate design, are not likely to be the best CMOs for risk averse buyers. Another critical finding is that the optimal security design of CMOs or MBS does exist in the form of an interior solution. This indicates that MBS issuers could charge higher prices of MBS given their underlying mortgages by tailoring MBS security designs to the needs or utilities of MBS buyers, usually by removing and combining risks of component tranches of MBS. Accordingly a thorough study of realistic utility functions of MBA buyers could enhance the values or prices of MBS to be issued.

The importance of the digital architecture is increasing more ever. Currently, CAD and 3D programs are used as design fields, but the BIM (building information modeling) is gradually interested. BIM is mandatory on the project more than 50 billion won ordered by the government since 2012, it will be expanded to a total of government orders by 2016. University needs to evaluate teaching methods and computer-aided design environments such as CAD and BIM. In this paper, we surveyed computer-aided design environments and teaching methods for 73 students at the J University of Department of architectural engineering. Main results are as follows: 1. Hardlock is uncomfortable but necessary program for the computer management. 2. The desk placement considering the behavior of the design students results in higher satisfaction. 3. Because a CAD subject was a difficult course content and progress is fast, students thought it is difficult to follow. Especially, first-year students answered it is difficult to learn program and understand the structure of the building at the same time. 4. First-year students want to learn CAD more. Second-, third-, fourth-year students want to learn Photoshop more. Supplement for these classes is required. 5. Students answered that a teaching method of a CAD subject would be good to their own practice after the professor demonstrates for students. The senior's assistance is also a high effective way in the class. 6. During class, students' activities such surfing the web and Kakao Talk on a smartphone disrupt the class, there is a need to regulate by a rule such as disconnect computers from a network and against using smartphone. Although the Internet with the popularization of smartphones confers a benefit on modern life, it causes damage to us. This is a hard part for a salaried workers as well as students studying equally. The self management is required and a professor needs to control and restraint in a university classroom. The professor's continuing interest to students can increase the effectiveness of learning.

Design and management of information and industrial engineering (DMIIE) is a project-oriented junior/senior class that integrates the methodologies of industrial and information engineering in order to solve real-world problems. It examines social issues, engineering approaches to solve the problems and business models that can generate sustainable value for society. This course help students use their engineering knowledge to assess and solve the problems faced by local community. By conducting real-world projects, students get an opportunity to refine their oral and written communication skills. In this paper, the experience of DMIIE course is presented. The effects of the community-based learning for a senior design course are discussed. The possibility of using this blended type of design course to meet the ABEEK outcomes is also stated.

The purpose of this study is to examine the modern men's fashion coordination to see the image in the center of TV dramas in terms of Habitu that is formed within hierarchy and class. The subjects range is included fashion style, color, accessories, hairstyle and appearance. 950 pictures used in the analysis sheet. In research methods, content analysis and basic statistics were used. The results of this study were as follows. First, the hierarchy image formed by Habitus is significant difference. The upper layer is coordinating elite luxurious and prestigious image of the fashion styles. The middle layer is coordinating neat and capable image. The lower layer does not care about the appearance and image appearing weary life is coordinating. Second, the class image formed by Habitus, CEO often interests in fashion image coordination. Senior executive is represented clean and luxurious image. General white color dresses in a suite such as office look. Blue color does not care about the fashion coordination and is expressed an easy dress for labor. Architects of the unstructured free-spirited image is represented. Physician and resident physician dress in shirts, no pattern tie, pants, robe. And they is coordinating neat and tidy attire to represent professional and reliable image.

This research is a survey study on students' attitude toward a class employing small group discussion and presentation by the method of free-listing. Participants in this study were students who registered in the course of Mathematical Logics and Writing during 2011 and 2014. Senior students who took the course of theory of mathematics education previously usually registered the course. The class for this course used to be designed as a class adopting group discussion and presentation. Main theme of this research is not to demonstrate some theories or hypothesis on teaching and learning, but rather to inquire students' attitude toward a class employing the constituents first and then through analyzing the results of this study to find practical ideas and strategy for design and implementation of a class which brings cultivation of students' understanding, communication and moreover writing in mathematics. Since the survey was given in the $8^{th}$ week of this class, participants of this research could be expected to have more concrete idea for positive or negative aspects of the classes employing these constituents. We compared both research results of 2011 and 2014 to view any changes in students' attitude. Research results are follows. Students began to think that group discussions and presentation bring out better learning to them. Not to give students psychological burden of discussion and presentation, instructors need to provide comfortable atmosphere through arranging suitable grouping and enough time for discussion. Moreover, simple evaluations criteria for group discussions and presentation should be well structured and more concrete guides for them are required to make students to feel comfortable and to concentrate on the given subject for discussion.

To enhance the university-industry collaboration, a novel program named as Internship & Capstone Design Integrated program (ICIP) is developed by Dongguk University. Senior students must take one Capstone design class for graduation. By participating in summer Internship and one-year Capstone Design work, practical problems given by businesses are solved. The ICIP is a Project and Internship-based course. By participating in summer internship and one-year Capstone Design work, practical problems given by businesses are solved. The internship course requires students to work in teams under mentors who work in the partner company proposed project themes. Students apply their academic experiences in constructing real projects at work under the supervision of their site mentors and academic advisor. In this regard, this study attempts to present a case study on the assessment of program outcomes using the Internship.
