All are organizations embedded, here in after, Em-organizaion that confronts the ever-growing complexity. It is important to know Em-organization through Individual Mastery. The complexity must be decreased, and clarified in order to derive to get our ontology from the influence of others. The opportunity to learn in practice is embedded in processes that the community developed. Driving strategic innovation is achieving breakthrough performance throughout the value chain. We used to express complex unit on matrix which includes only the federal statutes because the role of information technology should be a source of competitive advantages each other. Therefore, we got the idea that integrated both kinds of knowledge to create differentiation by ourselves. This practice is situated the learning of Strategic CoP in e-class seminar of our graduate school. We suggest theoretically two things. One is matrix-based decision. Another is creating new context through systems thinking.

This talk provides an overview of current work in my research group on the syntactic annotation of the T bingen corpus of spoken German and of the German Reference Corpus (Deutsches Referenzkorpus: DEREKO) of written texts. Morpho-syntactic and syntactic annotation as well as annotation of function-argument structure for these corpora is performed automatically by a hybrid architecture that combines robust symbolic parsing with finite-state methods ("chunk parsing" in the sense Abney) with memory-based parsing (in the sense of Daelemans). The resulting robust annotations can be used by theoretical linguists, who lire interested in large-scale, empirical data, and by computational linguists, who are in need of training material for a wide range of language technology applications. To aid retrieval of annotated trees from the treebank, a query tool VIQTORYA with a graphical user interface and a logic-based query language has been developed. VIQTORYA allows users to query the treebanks for linguistic structures at the word level, at the level of individual phrases, and at the clausal level.

컴퓨터와 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인해 원격교육(Distance Learning)에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 지금까지 대부분의 원격교육 시스템은 웹 기반의(Web-Based) 비동기(asynchronous) 형태로써 피교육자가 이미 제작된 컨텐츠를 다운로드하여 보는 단순한 형태의 교육방식이다. 따라서, 전통적인 면대면(Face-to-Face) 교육방식을 대체할수 있는 원격교육이 되기 위해서는 교육자와 피교육자, 피교육자와 피교육자간에 인지(awareness) 및 상호작용(interaction)이 가능한 원격교육의 기능이 지원되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 및 오디오 컨퍼런싱(video and audio conferencing), 텍스트 기반 대화(text-based chat), 선 밀 텍스트 애노테이션이 가능한 슬라이드(slide with line and text annotation)를 제공하고 피교육자에 대한 인지정보(awareness information)를 공유하는 동기식 세미나용 원격교육 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

Purpose : The objective of this study was conducted to find out the treatment of joint problems. Methods : This is a literature study with books, seminar note and international course books. Results : Passive oscillation and distraction movement therapy is only joint mobilization and pain control. In the joint therapy need muscle strengthening, training of eccentrical control and neurophysiological therapy for joint mobility, stability, stability of mobility and skill. Conclusion : Joint therapy is not only joint mobility but also strengthening of soft tissue. Need the neurophysiological therapy those are use of ventromedial motor nucleus and dorsolateral motor nucleus, reciprocal inhibition, eccentrical muscle contraction training, proprioceptors and exteroceptor for structures and functional activities. For the pain control, reduce swelling, keeping GAGs and functional activities need direct and indirect therapy.

Development of internet formed new broadcasting form of internet broadcasting in harmony of communications division broadcasting. By development of internet, the practical use extent is magnifiec as well as internet broadcast. By internet broadcast is utilized actively in electronic commerce, persuasive power about goods or service is rising, and it is utilized in education or medical treatment service and healthcare, seminar etc..and the consumer is increasing. The history of internet broadcast was not old and is step that develop at present, Therefore, wished to recognize practical use degree about internet broadcast contents to twenties-thirties that is main user class of internet.

Inorganic III-V light emitting diodes (LEDs) have superior characteristics, such as long-term stability, high efficiency, and strong brightness compared to conventional incandescent lamps and OLED. However, due to the brittle property of bulk inorganic semiconductor materials, III-V LED limits its applications in the field of high performance flexible electronics. This seminar introduces the first flexible and implantable GaN LED on plastic substrates that is transferred from bulk GaN on Si substrates. The superb properties of the flexible GaN thin film in terms of its wide band gap and high efficiency enable the dramatic extension of not only consumer electronic applications but also the biosensing scale. The flexible white LEDs are demonstrated for the feasibility of using a white light source for future flexible BLU devices. Finally a water-resist and a biocompatible PTFE-coated flexible LED biosensor can detect PSA at a detection limit of 1 ng/mL. These results show that the nitride-based flexible LED can be used as a type of implantable LED biosensor and as a therapy tool.

We diagnosed a patient with chronic dry mouth for 3 years as definite Sjogren's syndrome by the criteria for diagnosis of Sjogren's syndorne proposed by the 1st international seminar on Sjogren's syndrome. The clinical immunologic , hematologic, scintigraphic, and histologic examinations were performed. The patient showed severe xeorstomia, keratoconjunctiva sicca, severe infiltration of lymphocytes in minor salivary glands, and evidences of autoantibodies. The patient's history and clinical findings excluded preexisting lymphoma, graft-versus-host disease, acquired immunodeficiency disease, and sarcoidosis.

This study attempts to find out the spatial characteristics of the converging technology laboratory. For this, the understanding of the nature of converging technology and its necessary system requirements are crucial. The foremost concern lies in the 'flexibility' of the laboratory space, i.e. 'open-lab system', because of the multi-disciplinary spatial arrangement which is supposed to be open to a number of different research fields in the same building cluster. From the case analysis, this study reveals that in order to maximize the adjustability, the module based space unit plan should be considered at the earliest stage. In addition, it is also found from the analysis that the linkage of the communication spaces such as seminar room, auditorium, lounge, rest room, dining room, and corridors should be dealt with a higher degree of sophistication, since these facilitate the interaction of information at the behavioral level.

This study is concerned with a tentative plan on an arrangement and a model of university library building which is the 2nd (branch) library of J. National University in North Jeonla province. At first, it is necessary to have built new library building for undergraduate student in J. National University. Secondary, I studied on the site problems, a model, size and an arrangement planning in this campus. Finally, at least, to install modernized facilities for this library have to require as follows: 1. General Reading Room 2. Reference Room 3. Basic Reading Room 4. Free Reading Room 5. Reserved Room 6. Periodical Room 7. Seminar and Group Study Room 8. Brousing Room 9. Smoking Room 10. Display Hall.

Inspire of increasing importance of entrepreneurs for successful new venture creation, structured educational programs for entrepreneur development are very limited in Korea. Based on the survey of existing academic programs and interviews with entrepreneurs, this study presents a new education system for entrepreneurial management and new venture creation. Specifically, seven venture educational programs are suggested. As degree programs, ⅰ) new venture interdisciplinary program and ⅱ) venture MBA program are presented. Also, ⅲ) advanced venture management program, ⅳ) venture capitalist training program, and ⅴ) potential entrepreneur training program are suggested as non-degree programs. In addition, special and supporting programs such as ⅵ) technological entrepreneurship seminar and vii) new venture forum are explained. Finally, some examples of typical entrepreneurial management courses are presented and policy implications are suggested.
