Recently, interval-valued fuzzy graph is a growing research topic as it is the generalization of fuzzy graphs. The interval-valued fuzzy graphs are more flexible and compatible than fuzzy graphs due to the fact that they allowed the degree of membership of a vertex to an edge to be represented by interval values in [0.1] rather than the crisp values between 0 and 1. In this paper, we introduce the concepts of regular and totally regular interval-valued fuzzy graphs and discusses some properties of the ${\mu}$-complement of interval-valued fuzzy graph. Self ${\mu}$-complementary interval-valued fuzzy graphs and self-weak ${\mu}$-complementary interval-valued fuzzy graphs are defined and a necessary condition for an interval valued fuzzy graph to be self ${\mu}$-complementary is discussed. We define busy vertices and free vertices in interval valued fuzzy graph and study their image under an isomorphism.

Every iteration of interior-point methods of large scale optimization requires computing at least one orthogonal projection. In the practice, symmetric variants of the Gaussian elimination such as Cholesky factorization are accepted as the most efficient and sufficiently stable method. In this paper several specific implementation issues of the symmetric factorization that can be applied for solving such equations are discussed. The code called McSML being the result of this work is shown to produce comparably sparse factors as another implementations in the $MATLAB^{***}$ environment. It has been used for computing projections in an efficient implementation of self-regular based interior-point methods, McIPM. Although primary aim of developing McSML was to embed it into an interior-point methods optimizer, the code may equally well be used to solve general large sparse systems arising in different applications.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the factors associated with regular exercise in office workers based on the health belief model such as health belief, self efficacy and barrier among office workers. For the study, we surveyed 253 office workers and analysed using SAS package program. That results obtained were as follows; 1. There were significant differences in sex, age, marriage status. 2. Exercise showed a significant association according to 5-6 days/week exercise, used to fitness center in company, exercise before the attendances. 3. The health belief showed a significant association according to 20-29 years old, unmarried and non exerciser. 4. The self efficacy showed a significant association according to female, nondrinker, nonsmoker, regular exerciser, motivation of exercise is maintain health and weak exerciser. 5. The barrier of exercise was high in non exerciser. 6. A negative correlation was observed between the health belief, the self efficacy and the barrier of exercise. In conclusion, this study suggests that the effective exercise program to reinforce the factors based on health belief and self efficacy, have to be developed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the affecting factors on self-efficacy of walking exercise. The subjects were 413 working men. Whose data and material were collected through an organized questionnaire from October, 1999 to May 2000. The major results of this were as follows； 1. 61.1％ of the subjects' major affecting factor was deep sleep, 65.0％ of the subjects' majo affecting facto was regular physical screening, 51.1％ of the subjects' regular exercise, 18.7％ of the subjects' walking exercise. 2. stages of change related to walking exercise of the subjects were as follows, 15.8％ of the subjects were in the precontemplation stage, 51.1％ of the subjects were in the precontemplation stage. 3. The average self-efficacy concerning walking exercise was 3.16 points. 4. With stepwise multiple regression, the most significant factor on self-efficacy related to walking exercise in stages of change was the preparation stage. According to the results of this study, a concrete practice program is needed to promote self-efficacy related walking exercise.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors of intrinsic motivation that affect regular breast cancer screening and contribute to development of a program for strategies to improve effective breast cancer screening. Subjects were residing in South Korea Gangwon-Province and were female over 40 and under 69 years of age. For the investigation, the Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI) was modified to the situation of cancer screening and was used to survey 905 inhabitants. Multinominal logistic regression analyses were conducted for regular breast cancer screening (RS), one-time breast cancer screening (OS) and non-breast cancer screening (NS). For statistical analysis, IBM SPSS 20.0 was utilized. The determinant factors between RS and NS were "perceived effort and choice" and "stress and strain" - internal motivations related to regular breast cancer screening. Also, determinant factors between RS and OS are "age" and "perceived effort and choice" for internal motivation related to cancer screening. To increase regular screening, strategies that address individual perceived effort and choice are recommended.

The purpose of this study is to examine causality closely about the mediating effect of management entity's self-checking between effects that not only mobilization for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency, but also checking for Preventive Safety Guidance have on fire correspondence. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, not only mobilization for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency, but also preventive safety guidance all together have been revealed to have an positive effect on management entity's self-checking. Results of these analysis have been revealed that the more not only the number of mobilization for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency, but also the numbers of preventive safety guidance and fire fighting safety supervisor's self-checking are many, the more capability of not only management entity, but also fire fighting safety supervisor's self checking heighten. Second, not only mobilization for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency, but also checking investigation for preventive safety guidance have been revealed to have an positive effect on fire correspondence. Results of these analysis have been revealed that the more not only the number for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency, but also the number of fire fighting safety supervisor's checking times for preventive safety guidance are many, the more fire correspondence for the apartment house are being fulfilled much better. Finally, it has been found that both mobilization for regular patrol of the relevant administrative agency and management entity's self-checking have an effect on fire correspondence. Therefore, the effect that the relevant administrative agency's mobilization for regular patrols and preventive safety guidance, and management entity's self-checking have on fire correspondence was analyzed into what the relevant administrative agency's mobilization for regular patrols and preventive safety guidance is not only significant to do self-checking of management entity at the first stage, but also the relevant administrative agency's mobilization for regular patrols, and preventive safety guidance, and management entity's self-checking have an mediating effect in the relation between influences that have on fire correspondence.

((5) remains valid if 《continuous》 is replaced by 《self-injective》 and 《cyclic》 is replaced by 《finitely generated》. Finally, we have the following two equivalent properties for A to be von Neumann regula. : (a) A is left non-singular such that every finitely generated left ideal is the left annihilator of an element of A and every principal right ideal of A is the right annihilator of an element of A ; (b) Change 《left non-singular》 into 《right non-singular》in (a).(a).

Objective : We proposed fundmental rules of prospective on legal and institutional position and role of Korean medicine doctors working at public health center. Methods : By the result of this research on the current situation, the grade and allowance given to the Korean medicine doctors working at public health center were different every self-governing body. Results : The reason the Korean Medicine Doctor can't serve as a regular order of 5th grade is that the 'The Enforcement Regulation about Administrative Organization and the Standard of Pixed Number of person of Self-Governing Body(지방자치단체의 행정기구와 정원기준등에 관한 규정 시행규칙)' prescribes the number of regular order of 5th grade is regulated within 7% among the number of regular order officials. But not appointing to office as the regular order of 5th grade infringes on the Constitution, the highest law. The reason the Korean Medicine Doctors can't be appointed to office as the regular order officials by the self-governing body is that 'The Enforcement Order of the Law of Preservation of good health of Local Area(지역보건법시행령)' prescribes the Korean Medicine Doctors are not indispensable to Public Health Center. But in fact, the Korean Medicine Doctors can execute many kinds of work such as medical examination or instructing house nursing. Conclusion : The Korean Medicine Doctors working at Public Health Center serve at low positions as daily use or common use, not receiving a regular order. All laws including the Constitution(헌법), the Medical Services Law(의료법), the Law of Preservation of good health of Local Area(지역보건법), the National Public Service Law(국가공무원법), the Local Public Service Law(지방공무원법) and the Law of Higher Education Law(고등교육법) describe that the Korean Medicine Doctors and the Western Medicine Doctors are equal to their position and right.

This study examined the effects of household head’s worker status change type on household income and household head’s income using a total combined sample of 2,578 households from Korea surveyed in 1998 and 2002 KLIPS(Korean Labor and Income Panel Study). Binary logit regression results showed that household incomes were likely to decrease significantly when household head’s changed worker status from a regular employee, a temporary employee or a daily worker, or an employer or a self-employed to no job status, or from a regular employee to a temporary employee or a daily worker, an employer or a self-employed, or from an employer or a self-employed to a regular employee compared to a regular employee status maintenance. In contrast, household head’s incomes were likely to increase significantly when household head’s changed worker status from a temporary to a regular employee compared to a regular employee status maintenance. Women household heads were significantly associated with the likelihood of the decrease of household head’s income compared to men household heads. Household heads beyond their forties were significantly associated with the likelihood of the decrease of household head’s income compared to household heads in their thirties age-group counterparts. Household heads with education level beyond high school graduation were significantly associated with the likelihood of the increase of household head’s income compared to household heads with the education level of high school graduation. This study shows that a more comprehesive labor policy is needed for achieving sustainable household income inflow.

In this paper, by extending the previously developed self- and mutual-radiation impedance calculation method for a regular-square vibrating surface by using numerical series, we proposed a method to obtain the self-radiation impedance of a rectangular transducer with an arbitrary integer ratio of the length to width. The proposed method exhibits high accuracy and a short computation time. After investigating the accuracy and computation time as the number of elements changes, we have calculated the self-radiation impedance of several rectangular transducers, and compared the results with those in the literature.
