비동기회로 설계기술을 이용한 DPA(차분전력분석공격) 방어방법에 관한 연구 (Study on DPA countermeasure method using self-timed circuit techniques)

  • Differential Power Analysis(DPA) is powerful attack method for smart card. Self-timed circuit has several advantages resisting to DPA. In that reason, DPA countermeasure using self-timed circuit is thought as one of good solution for DPA prevention. In this paper, we examine what self-timed features are good against DPA, and how much we can get benefit from it. Also we test several self-timed circuit implementation style in order to compare DPA resistance factor. Simulation results show that self-timed circuit is more resistant to DPA than conventional synchronous circuit, and can be used for designing cryptographic hardware for smart-card.

아동의 불안과 우울증상 및 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 개인 및 사회적 변인 (Effects of Individual and Social Factors on Children's Affective Problems and Self-Worth)

  • This paper examined individual and social factors associated with children's anxiety, depressive symptoms, and self-worth. Seven hundred and thirty-eight 5th and 6th graders completed measures of affective problems, self-worth, styles of attribution, daily hassles, parenting, and social support. Regression analyses revealed that maladaptive styles of attribution and daily hassles were significantly associated with anxiety, depressive symptoms, and low self-worth. Results also indicated that social support played an important role in explaining depressive symptoms, emphasizing the role of social support of friends in preventing affective problems and enhancing self-worth. Results were discussed in terms of their implications for prevention and intervention.

  • 본 연구는 충남지역 일부 초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 제공된 휠체어 장애인과 함께하는 장애예방 교육이 연구대상자의 안전에 대한 자기효능감과 심리적 변화에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도된 단일군 전후 설계에 의한 유사실험 연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 충남지역 초등학생 1,167명이며 수집된 자료 중 자기효능감의 변화는 SPSS Windows 22.0 program을 사용하여 분석하였고, 심리적 변화는 주관식 문항을 질적 분석하였다. 연구결과, 연구 대상자의 안전에 대한 자기효능감은 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었고(Z=-26.109, p<.01), 안전 행동으로 실천하고자 하는 의지와 신념을 형성할 뿐 아니라 장애인 강사를 통해 장애인에 대한 인식이 개선됨을 넘어 감사 존경 등의 긍정적인 심리적 변화를 경험하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 장애인 강사가 진행하는 장애예방교육은 안전문화 확립과 장애인에 대한 인식개선을 위해 더욱 활성화 되어야 할 것이다.

Health-promoting Lifestyle Behaviour for Cancer Prevention: a Survey of Turkish University Students

  • Background: Health risks associated with unhealthy behaviours in adolescent and university students contribute to the development of health problems in later life. During the past twenty years, there has been a dramatic increase in public, private, and professional interest in preventing disability and death through changes in lifestyle and participation in screening programs. The aim of the study was to evaluate university students' health-promoting lifestyle behaviour for cancer prevention. Method: This study was carried out on university students who had education in sports, health and social areas in Celal Bayar University, Manisa, Turkey. The health-promoting lifestyles of university students were measured with the "health-promoting lifestyle profile (HPLP)" The survey was conducted from March 2011 to July 2011 and the study sample consisted of 1007 university students. T-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analyses were used for statistical analyses. Results: In the univariate analyses, the overall HPLP score was significantly related to students' school, sex, age, school grades, their status of received health education lessons, place of birth, longest place of residence, current place of residence, health insurance, family income, alcohol use, their status in sports, and self-perceived health status. Healthier behaviour was found in those students whose parents had higher secondary degrees, and in students who had no siblings. In the multiple regression model, healthier behaviour was observed in Physical Education and Sports students, fourth-year students, those who exercised regularly, had a good self-perceived health status, who lived with their family, and who had received health education lessons. Conclusion: In general, in order to ensure cancer prevention and a healthy life style, social, cultural and sportive activities should be encouraged and educational programmes supporting these goals should be designed and applied in all stages of life from childhood through adulthood.

미래형 재난에 대비한 국토방재 지능화 정책대안 고찰 연구 (A Study on the Policy Alternatives for Intelligent National Territorial Disaster Prevention in Preparation for Future Disaster)

  • 국토‧도시 공간 및 사회환경 변화, 기후변화로 인한 극한 기상현황, 자연재난에 따른 국가기반시설 마비 등으로 인해 초대형 재난 발생 가능성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미래 새로운 환경변화 상에 발생하는 미래형 재난에 대한 국토방재 전략의 체계적 수립을 지원하기 위하여, 미래형 재난에 대비한 국토방재 지능화 정책대안을 고찰하였다. 미래형 재난 관련한 국토환경 변화, 국토방재 관련 국내외 선행연구 및 정책동향, 국토 재난관리 시스템 관련 연구 등을 조사하고 제도적‧기술적 정책대안을 도출하였다. 제도적으로 미래형 재난에 대한 자기적응적 국토 조성을 체계화하고, 이를 기술적으로 지능형 의사결정 지원체계를 통해 지속적으로 지원해야 함을 정책적 대안으로 제시하였다.

관상동맥 중재술 후 심질환 재발장지를 위한 통합적 증상관리 프로그램의 개발 및 효과검증 (The Development and Effects of an Integrated Symptom Management Program for Prevention of Recurrent Cardiac Events after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and to determine the effects of an integrated symptom management program for prevention of recurrent cardiac events after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods: Subjects consisted of 58 CAD patients (experimental group: 30, control group: 28). The experimental group participated in an integrated symptom management program for 6 months which was composed of tailored education, stress management, exercise, diet, deep breathing, music therapy, periodical telephone monitoring and a daily log. The control group received the usual care. Results: The experimental group significantly decreased symptom experiences and the level of LDL compared to the control group. The experimental group significantly increased self care activity and quality of life compared to the control group. Although no significant difference was found in cardiac recurrence, the experimental group had fewer recurrences. Conclusion: These results suggest that an integrated symptom management program for prevention of recurrent cardiac events after percutaneous coronary intervention can improve symptom aggravation, recurrent rate, self care activity and quality of life. Nursing interventions are needed to maintain and further enhance the quality of life of these patients and the interventions should be implemented in the overall transition period.

뇌졸중 재발예방을 위한 생활양식조절 코칭 프로그램의 효과 (The Lifestyle Modification Coaching Program for Secondary Stroke Prevention)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the lifestyle modification coaching program on self efficacy, lifestyle and physiologic indexes related to the recurrence of stroke in patients with stroke. Methods: Sixty-one patients with stroke registered with a stroke center participated in this study. Of the participants, 32 were assigned to the experimental group and 29 to the control group. Self efficacy, alcohol drinking, smoking, physical activity, BMI (body mass index), WHR (waist-hip ratio), blood lipid level, and blood pressure were measured both for the baseline, as well as after intervention. The lifestyle modification coaching program consisted of an 8-week telecoaching session following face-to-face education. The control group received only the face-to-face education. Results: There were significant differences in physical activities, WHR, blood pressure within and between groups after intervention. The lifestyle modification coaching program had significant influences on blood pressure even after gender, age, and physical activity had been adjusted. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that lifestyle modification coaching program is effective for physical activity, abdominal obesity and blood pressure. Therefore it can be used by nurses in hospitals and communities as one of the secondary stroke prevention programs for patients with stroke.

  • 이 연구는 자살예방 공익광고 메시지가 프레이밍 유형 (긍정/부정)과 소구유형 (개인/사회)에 따라 수용자의 태도와 인식에 미치는 영향을 검증했다. 광고 메시지 효과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 개인특성 변인으로는 인지적 정서조절, 자존감과 자기검색도를 설정했다. 메시지 프레이밍 유형에서는 부정적인 메시지보다 긍정적인 메시지가 사람들의 생명존중 태도와 자살에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 소구유형 (개인/사회)에 있어서는 사회적 소구가 개인적 소구보다 생명존중에 태도에 미치는 영향이 더 높았다. 개인의 특성 변인 중 인지적 정서조절 수준은 생명존중 태도와 자살에 대한 태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

청소년의 휴대전화 중독 예방에 대한 교육 요구 (Educational Needs for Prevention of Cell Phone Addiction in Korean Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study was done to develop an educational needs scale for the prevention of cell phone addiction and to investigate the educational needs for prevention of cell phone addiction in Korean adolescents. Methods: The participants were 609 adolescents in one middle school and two high schools. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires, and analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: Twenty items regarding the educational needs for prevention of cell phone addiction were selected for the final scale, and categorized into 3 factors (diagnosis and management, properties, and definition and actual condition) which explained 61.09% of the total variance. The educational needs for the prevention of cell phone addiction in adolescents were moderate, with items related to diagnosis and management ranked as most important. The educational needs for prevention of cell phone addiction varied by gender, grade, academic achievement, perception of health status, satisfaction with school, and text messaging participants. Conclusion: The findings indicate that educational needs for diagnosis and management of cell phone addiction ranked as most important in adolescents. Therefore, programs related to the prevention and management of cell phone addiction based on the educational needs of adolescents should be provided.

집단따돌림에 대한 교사의 인식 및 예방교육 이행 정도 (Perception about bullying and education for bullying prevention among teachers)

  • Purpose: This study is to investigate teachers' perception about bullying and education for bullying prevention. Methods: The subjects were 196 teachers who worked middle or high school in Seoul and Kyonggi province in 2008. We used self-administered questionnaires for bullying assessment that modified by the investigator. Chi-square and ANOVA test were performed to analyze the perception and education for bullying prevention. Results: The perception about bullying and education for bullying prevention of the teachers was examined in three domains; the perception about bullying's situation, cause, and solution. Teachers did not perceive bullying seriously but perceived that the main cause of bullying is personal characteristics. They recognized the solution of bullying is a responsibility for students, parent, teachers and society. The performance rate of education for bullying prevention was higher among teachers who perceived bullying seriously than the others. Conclusion: The teachers could recognize origin of bullying between students and also could solve this origin. So, teachers' role is very important than everything else to prevent bullying. Various education programs for bullying prevention should be developed.
