요양보호사의 마음건강, 관점수용, 노인 돌봄태도 및 정량 뇌파 분석 연구 (A Study on Analysis of Mental Fitness, Perspective Taking, Attitude toward the Elderly, and Quantitative Encephalogram among Caregivers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mental fitness, perspective taking, attitude toward the elderly, and quantitative encephalogram among caregivers. Methods: In this mixed method research, 14 female caregivers at an elderly care facility in Y city were participated from December 1st to December 31st, 2019. Structured questionnaires were applied to measure general characteristics, mental fitness, perspective taking, and attitude toward the elderly. Brain waves were measured by quantitative encephalogram in the prefrontal lobe. High frequency and high level of care tasks were analyzed using content analysis. Results: According to analysis of brain waves, caregivers experienced high level of physical strain & stress and psychological distraction & stress. Mental fitness (p<.05) and perspective taking (p<.001) were associated with attitude toward the elderly. Moreover, physical strain & stress was associated with psychological distraction & stress (p<.05, p<.001). High frequency and high level tasks were excretion and position change & movement care related tasks, respectively. Conclusion: These findings should be consider as an evidence for supporting care tasks based on concrete and objective understanding of caregivers using self-reported index as well as neurophysiological indicators including brain waves.

수중운동 프로그램이 골관절염 환자의 체력, 통증 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Water Exercise Program on Physical Fitness, Pain and Quality of Life in Patients with Osteoarthritis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of water exercise program on physical fitness, pain and quality of life(QoL) in patients with osteoarthritis. Methods: Thirty-four old women were divided into the exercise(EG, n=18) and control groups(CG, n=16) after 6-week self-help education program. The EG carried out 6-week supervised water exercise program(60min/day, 2days/wk). Physical fitness, pain, and QoL were assessed by Senior Fitness Test Manual(Rikli & Jones, 2005), Pain rating scale(0-10) and World Health Organization QoL BREF(Min et al., 2000), respectively. Results: Both EG and CG increased upper and lower-body strength(all, p<.05), which were measured by arm curl and chair stand, respectively. For flexibility test, the EG increased upper and lower body(all, p<.05). Balance of the EG increased(p<.05), but not in the CG. Pain significantly decreased in the EG post training(p=.000). However, both EG and CG did not significantly improve for QoL. Conclusion: Six weeks of water exercise program did induce significant improvement in physical fitness and pain control in patients with osteoarthritis.

탄성밴드운동이 간호대학생의 체성분, 체력과 건강증진행위에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Resistance Band Exercise on Body Composition, Physical Fitness and Health Promoting Behavior in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a resistance band training program on body composition, physical fitness, and health promotion behavior in nursing students. Method: This study has a one-group pretest-posttest design to examine the change in body composition, physical fitness, and health-promoting lifestyle profile after participation in the resistance band training program. Training consisted of hands-based exercises using an elastic resistance band for ten weeks. Participants performed the resistance band training two days per week with a sports trainer, and 30 minutes self-training three days per week. The participants were 21 freshmen in nursing. Results: Mean age of the participants was 20.9 years, and 61.9% were not satisfied with their body shape. After the training program, muscle mass, muscular endurance, and balance of the body were significantly improved. In health promoting lifestyle profile, categories of physical activity, health responsibility, and stress management showed a significant increase. Conclusion: Results of this study suggested that exercising with a resistance band improved body composition, physical fitness, and health promoting behavior in the nursing students. We propose that resistance band training should be suitable for those who have the environment with limitation of time and space.

수중운동 프로그램이 도시주변부 여성의 체력, 체구성과 보행특성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of an Aquatic Exercise Program on Physical Fitness, Body Composition, and Gait Characteristics in Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of an aquatic exercise program on physical fitness, body composition, and gait characteristics using trunk and pelvic angle in women living in urban fringe area. Methods: An aquatic exercise program consists of exercise in a swimming pool and self-help group activity with 16 women living in urban fringe (mean age: 63 years) for 8 weeks (twice a week for 2 hours). Physical fitness, body composition, trunk and pelvic angle using 2D video motion analyzer, and a questionnaire including socio-demographic variables were measured from July to August, 2013. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: At the end of 8 weeks intervention, there were significant decreases on body weight (p=.025), body fat (p=.030) and BMI (p=.011). There were significant increases on muscle strength (p=.001) and flexibility (p=.015). Trunk angle was significantly improved, which means participants less moved their body from side to side when they walked (p=.001). Conclusion: From this results, the aquatic exercise program could be an effective nursing intervention to improve physical fitness, body composition, and gait ability for women living in urban fringe area.

피트니스센터 트레이너의 긍정심리자본이 감정노동, 직무능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Positive Psychological Capital of Fitness Center Trainers on Emotional Labor and Job Ability)

  • 본 연구는 피트니스센터 트레이너의 긍정심리자본이 감정노동 및 직무능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 편의표집방법으로 수도권 소재 피트니스센터를 직접 방문하여 265부의 설문을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 문항분석, 타당도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 중회귀분석을 적용하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 먼저 긍정심리자본과 감정노동의 관계에 있어 심층연기, 표면연기에 있어 희망과 낙관주의에서 의미있는 영향력을 행사하였다. 다음으로 긍정심리자본과 직무능력의 관계에 있어 지도능력은 자기효능감, 희망, 관리능력은 낙관주의, 희망, 상담능력은 희망, 낙관주의, 자기효능감, 홍보능력에서는 자기효능감, 낙관주의, 프로그램운영능력에서는 낙관주의, 탄력성에서 의미있는 영향력을 행사하였다. 감정노동과 직무능력의 관계에 있어 상담능력은 심층연기에서만 유의미한 영향력을 행사하였으며, 지도능력, 관리능력, 홍보능력, 프로그램운영능력에서는 심층연기, 표면연기에서 의미있는 영향력을 행사하였다. 본 연구의 결과 긍정심리자본, 감정노동, 직무능력의 관계에서 의미 있는 관계를 나타냈다. 향후 트레이너의 감정노동으로서의 특성과 속성 연구와 함께 개선 방안에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다.

과학영재 학생들과 일반학생들의 신체조성, 체력 및 신체적 자아개념 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Body Composition, Physical Fitness, and Physical Self-Concept between Gifted Students in Math and Science and Non-Gifted Students)

  • 본 연구는 수학 과학 영재학생들로 구성된 Korea Science Academy 학생들의 신체 조성과 체력 및 신체적 자아개념 형성을 일반계 고등학교 학생들과 비교 분석하였다. KSA학생들은 3단계로 진행되는 창의적 문제해결력과 영재성판별 과정 및 과학캠프를 통과하여 2009학년도에 입학한 117명의 남학생들로 구성되었다. 비교그룹으로 참여한 일반 학생들은 서울, 경기를 포함한 전국 5개시도 지역에서 무선 추출 되었다. 2년간 사전 사후 측정 방식에 의한 공변량분석 결과 신장(p<.05)은 영재학생들이 일반학생들에 비해 유의하게 큰 반면, BMI(p<.05)와 PBF(p<.001)에서는 유의하게 낮았다. 신체적 자아개념 하위영역 중 외모(p<.05)와 근력(p<.05)자아개념은 영재학생들이 일반학생들에 비해 유의하게 낮았으며, 이러한 결과는 내적참조준거 모델과 Big fish Litter Fond Effect(BFLFE) 이론을 지지하는 것이다. 지구력 자아개념 요인에서는 영재학생들이 일반학생들보다 높았는데(p<.01), 이것이 높은 과제 집착력을 나타내는 영재들의 특성에기인한 것인지에 대해서는 미래 연구과제로 남아있다.

어머니의 양육효능감 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구 : 취학 전 아동을 중심으로 (The Development and Validation of the Parenting Self-Efficacy Scale for Mothers of Preschool Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a Parenting Self-Efficacy Scale for mothers of 5- to 7-year -old preschool children. After 43 items of the preliminary scale were analyzed for their fitness of structure based on the chi-square test and Cramer's V coefficients, and 27 were selected as the final set for the questionnaire. Further factor analysis on these 27 items confirmed the selection of 26 of the 27 items with a four-factor structure : communication, teaching, general parenting self-efficacy, and control. The internal reliability was evaluated to show a confidence level of .92 for the overall items and a range of .70 to .86 for each individual factor.

원자력발전소 특수경비원의 직무분석과 체력에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Analysis and Physical Fitness of Special Security Guard in Nuclear Power Plant)

  • 원자력발전소 특수경비원은 의도하지 않은 내외부의 위협으로부터 원자력발전소를 안전하게 운영 관리하는 인적방호의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이러한 특수경비원의 체력관리는 인적방호수준의 향상 및 유지를 위한 가장 핵심적 요소 중 하나이다. 이에 본 연구는 특수 경비원의 직무분석을 통해 임무완수에 필요한 체력요인과 체력수준을 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내 원자력발전소 특수경비원은 크게 7개의 직무, 26개의 책무, 159개의 과업을 수행하고 있었으며, 임무완수를 위해서는 손, 상지, 하지, 코어의 근력 및 근지구력, 순발력, 민첩성, 심폐지구력이 필요하였다. 또한 책무수행에 필요한 체력요구 수준은 체포 및 호신술 수행하기, 비 군사적 방어 대책 수행하기, 반자동 소총으로 숙련도 입증하기, 보호장비 사용하기, 비상대책 대응과 방어전략 수행하기, 초소근무하기, 출입자 보안 검색하기, 물품수색하기, 출입 차량 통제하기, 화재대응하기, 테러대응요령 숙지하기, 보안 순찰하기, 응급처치하기, 3등급 방호구역 외부인 출입자 통제하기, 2등급 방호구역 및 핵심구역에 대한 내 외부인 출입자 통제하기, 차량 및 자재 이동 경호 기능 수행하기 순으로 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 특수경비원의 체력자격기준 및 훈련에 관한 지침마련에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고, 나아가 원자력발전소 인적방호 강화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

3D 패턴 디자인 시스템에 의한 노년 여성의 재킷바디스패턴 연구 (Development of Jacket Bodice Pattern for Elderly Women Using 3D Pattern Design System)

  • This study was conducted to suggest an appropriate jacket bodice pattern for elderly women by comparing the developed pattern with existing ready-made jacket pattern. The developed jacket bodice pattern was produced from the basic sloper in which elderly women's somatotype was fully reflected, by using the newly developed 3D pattern design system. Subjects were 6 elderly women aged from 60 to 69 who have average somatotype in their age group. This study carried out pattern analysis and self-sensory test with three ready-made jackets(national brands) and suggested a developed jacket pattern based on the results. According to the self sensory test results of ready-made jacket, wearing fitness among brands was significantly different even though those brands were same B91 size. The results of ready-made jackets' pattern analysis, size differences among patterns have influenced wearing fitness. The basic numerical formula for the jacket pattern considered elderly women's somatotype were as follows; $B/4+2{\pm}0.2{\sim}0.5$(difference of front and back), $W/4+2{\pm}0.2{\sim}0.5$(difference of front and back), H/4+2~7(ease amount), armhole depth B/4, chest width B/6+1, back width B/6+3 and back neck width B/12+0.5. According to the results of the developed jacket's appearance evaluation, it earned higher scores in silhouette and ease amount, confirming that the developed jacket is appropriate for the elderly women. Also, in the evaluation on space length, the developed jacket pattern was evaluated to allow proper space length in all around of measurement parts.

일 지역 근로자의 건강증진행위 예측모형 (Prediction Model for Health Promotion Behaviors of the Workers in an Area)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to confirm a structural model for health promotion for industrial workers. Methods: Data was collected by questionnaires from 294 industrial workers at a food manufacturing factory. The data collected were analyzed through SAS 8.1 and Window LISREL 8.12a. Results: 1. The result of the test showed that the measurement of fitness was $x^2$=(삭제) 443.35, $x^2$/df 5.3415, GFI .86, AGFI .75, RMR .060, NFI .95, NNFI .93, CN 77.58, and those other than NFI and NNFI did not well fit into the practical data. 2. 15 out of 29 paths in a constructed model were statistically significant. 3. The measurements for total fitness in the modified model were $x^2$= (삭제) 146.51, $x^2$/df 1.8546, GFI .95, AGFI .91, RMR .042, NFI .98, NNFI .99, CN 223.44, all of which showed fitness in good shape to the practical data. 4. The result of the study for the modified model indicated that perceived self efficacy had the most significant direct effect on health promotion behaviors, and self esteem, perceived benefits of action, interpersonal influences, commitment to a plan of action were important factors having influences on them. Conclusion: The derived model in this study is considered appropriate in explaining and predicting health promoting behavior of industrial workers. Therefore, it can effectively be used as a reference model for further studies and suggested implication in nursing practice.
