In this paper, To improve the effectiveness of security enforcement, the first contribution in this work is that we present a clustered heterogeneous WSN(Wareless Sensor Network) architecture, composed of not only resource constrained sensor nodes, but also a number of more powerful high-end devices acting as cluster heads. Compared to sensor nodes, a high-end cluster head has higher computation capability, larger storage, longer power supply, and longer radio transmission range, and it thus does not suffer from the resource scarceness problem as much as a sensor node does. A distinct feature of our heterogeneous architecture is that cluster heads are equipped with TC(trusted computing) technology, and in particular a TCG(Trusted Computing Group) compliant TPM (Trusted Platform Module) is embedded into each cluster head. According the TCG specifications, TPM is a tamper-resistant, self-contained secure coprocessor, capable of performing cryptographic functions. A TPM attached to a host establishes a trusted computing platform that provides sealed storage, and measures and reports the integrity state of the platform.

Ruth accepts Sylvie as a substitute mother. Lucille leaves the house voluntarily and go to her Home Economics teacher, Miss Royce, pursuing the ideal mother of symbolic society. Sylvie and Ruth has the more intimate bond, with their trip to the deserted house in the valley. Ruth meditates on the non-solidity of house and the resurrection of her family. Leaving their house to escape from the town people's legal enforcement, Sylvie and Ruth become transients. Although their history is completed by the drown-death publicly, they always want to visit Lucille's well kept house in Fingerbone. Therefore the method for making Ruth and Sylvie as the existences of ecological imagination return to the real world is to accept the reconciliation of nature and society. This novel is not limited as the binary opposition of vagrance/stability and transience/durability. The significant element of fluid identity can be composed of the interactions with transience and stability.

In some practical circumstances, the ability of a signer should be restricted. In group signature schemes, a group member of a group may be allowed to generate signatures up to a certain number of times according to his/her position in the group. In proxy signature schemes, an original signer may want to allow a proxy signer to generate a certain number of signatures on behalf of the original signer. In the paper, we present signature schemes, called c-times signature schemes, that restrict the signing ability of a signer up to c times for pre-defined value c at set-up. The notion of c-times signature schemes are formally defined, and generic transformation from a signature scheme to a c-times signature scheme is suggested. The proposed scheme has a self-enforcement property such that if a signer generates c+1 or more signatures, his/her signature is forged. As a specific example, we present a secure c-times signature scheme $^c$DSA based on the DSA (Digital Signature Algorithm) by using a threshold scheme. Our transformation can be applied to other ElGamal-like signature schemes as well.
The Economic Gab-Jil, where the stronger are forcing the weaker to sacrifice, is not only a serious social problem, but also it exhausts the vitality of the national economy. Especially, the issue of 'cost reduction (CR) of delivery price' in automobile industry, and the issue of 'tolls' and 'retaliating' in the franchise business are becoming more controversial. This paper suggests some measures to rectify the problems by an analysis using a game-theoretic model. One of the ways to change the 'bad equilibrium', where economic Gab-Jil is prevalent, to the 'good equiblium' is to strengthen the bargaining power of the weak by legal and institutional measures. It is also a more market-friendly system that is self-enforcing, where the regulation is automatically enforced by the incentives of the participants, without relying solely on the enforcement power of regulatory or supervisory bodies
This study sought to examine the effects of current single-parent family policies on the psychological adaptation of family members in single-parent homes, while also confirming that visitation and child support are indeed in the best interests of children in such cases. An online survey was conducted in 2021 for divorced single mothers and their children (aged 11 to 19) living in metropolitan regions (Seoul, Kyunggi, and Incheon). A total of 171 dyads, comprised of single mothers and their adolescent children, participated in this study. Using the collected data, descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modeling were performed. The major results of this study are as follows. First, visitation with fathers was not significantly associated with self-esteem, aggression, or life satisfaction among the participating adolescent children. On the other hand, when child support was paid, aggression among adolescents was lower than when child support was not paid. Second, neither visitation nor child support was significantly associated with single mothers' levels of depression and life satisfaction. The enforcement of child support guarantees the welfare of children and conforms to the principle of promoting the best interests of minor children. Therefore, child support should be continuously encouraged and supported by agencies in accordance with current law. In order for the implementation of visitation to be in the best interest of the child, the amount and quality of visitation should be secured so that the child can still recognize their non-custodial parents as "caregivers."
As the system of autonomous police that has been debated for long time is fixed to be introduced by the program of participatory government, this treatise intends to analyze main contents and review controversial items in order to present supplementary measures. The program of participatory government to introduce autonomous police in Korea focuses on converting the autonomous police of Korea from centralized police administration in order to provide 'customized security service' that is appropriate to the regional environment. Thus, if relevant city, county or district considers that it is required to introduce the system autonomous police, the assembly may enforce the decision by enacting ordinance. For enforcement, organization in the unit of section will be established in the line of mayor, county headman and district office. The main role will be security service that is closely related to the life of inhabitants such as crime prevention, patrol, traffic crackdown, etc. as well as public health, sanitation and environmental control which are being performed by autonomous organization at present. However some expected controversial items may be summarized in the following 3 points on the premise of accepting the program of government. First, the point at issue related to the basic function of police. The basic function of police is generally understood as order keeping function such as anterior and preventive job and law enforcing function such as posterior and suppressing job. By the way, the program of government does not endow the autonomous police with investigation right for general crime, thereby raising the controversy that our autonomous police is nothing but the assistant of police. Furthermore, the present national police also expresses its dissatisfaction to the transfer of authority. Second, the issue of balance of security service between self-governing bodies may be raised. The security environment is different between self-governing bodies and thus demand of security is different. Therefore, the security service of autonomous police will reveal difference in qualitative aspect for each self-governing body. Moreover, it can be easily anticipated that the quality of security service may be different as per the financial independence degree. Third, the point at issue anticipated with the operation funded by the budget of self-governing body. As autonomous police is operated by the budget of self-governing body, the following problems may be raised; (1) since police administration is subordinated to general administration, the concentration may be weakened (2) the cooperation between policy agencies may be impeded (3) owing to the difficult in possessing spare police, the mobility of police may be somewhat reduced.
Although organizations are given various benefits with information technologies, they sometimes have suffered fatal damages due to information security incidents now such as computer virus, hacking, counterfeiting, plagiarizing, etc. The fundamentalcauses of information security incidents are closely related to individuals who do not comply with information security policy or rules. The spontaneous self-control of individuals and monitoring for individuals could be the most essential solution for the ongoing observance of information security policy. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze effects of punishment and ethics training on compliance of information security policy of individuals in organizations, to determine individual divide among security propensity depending on organization types, and to find the more fundamental solution which leads change of organizational members’ behaviors and self-control. Regardless of the type of organizations, the results of the study suggest that there exist positive effects of punishment and ethics training in all types of organization on compliance of information security rules or regulations. A member of unitary form organization has higher cognition of punishment than a member's cognition of the multi-divisional form organization, while relatively lower awareness of ethics training. Also, a member of public organization has higher awareness of ethics training than a member’s awareness of private organization, while lower cognition of punishment. Finally, the result shows that punishment and ethics training may be major factors which affect information security. It also suggests that organizational security managers have to understand and consider organization member’s propensity relying on organization form and organization characteristics for establishment and enforcement of information security policy.
This study examines how anonymity between drivers affects aggressive driving and why, in an anonymous situation, some drive aggressively and others do not. Two surveys were conducted. The first survey covered 200 participants and found that people are more likely to drive aggressively in an anonymous situation than in a face-to-face situation. The second survey covered 384 participants with a history of aggressive driving and found that these aggressive drivers could be classified into three groups using a two-step cluster analysis. Drivers who often exhibit aggressive driving in anonymous situations were found in the second questionnaire to have a high tendency towards driving anger and towards ambivalence over emotional expressiveness. The tendency towards self-defensive ambivalence factor, one of the factors in the ambivalence over emotional expressiveness questionnaire, was also found to be high. Individuals who tended to drive aggressively in an anonymous situation were found to be susceptible to driving anger, usually faced ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, and typically were indecisive. The results of this study suggest that rather than intensifying the enforcement of traffic regulations, a better remedy for those who drive recklessly would be to have them undertake some candid self-reflection.
The Ministry of National Defense is pushing for the Defense Acquisition Program to build strong defense capabilities, and it spends more than 10 trillion won annually on defense improvement. As the Defense Acquisition Program is directly related to the security of the nation as well as the lives and property of the people, it must be carried out very transparently and efficiently by experts. However, the excessive diversification of laws and regulations related to the Defense Acquisition Program has made it challenging for many working-level officials to carry out the Defense Acquisition Program smoothly. It is even known that many people realize that there are related regulations that they were unaware of until they push ahead with their work. In addition, the statutory statements related to the Defense Acquisition Program have the tendency to cause serious issues even if only a single expression is wrong within the sentence. Despite this, efforts to establish a sentence comparison system to correct this issue in real time have been minimal. Therefore, this paper tries to propose a "Comparison System between the Statement of Military Reports and Related Laws" implementation plan that uses the Siamese Network-based artificial neural network, a model in the field of natural language processing (NLP), to observe the similarity between sentences that are likely to appear in the Defense Acquisition Program related documents and those from related statutory provisions to determine and classify the risk of illegality and to make users aware of the consequences. Various artificial neural network models (Bi-LSTM, Self-Attention, D_Bi-LSTM) were studied using 3,442 pairs of "Original Sentence"(described in actual statutes) and "Edited Sentence"(edited sentences derived from "Original Sentence"). Among many Defense Acquisition Program related statutes, DEFENSE ACQUISITION PROGRAM ACT, ENFORCEMENT RULE OF THE DEFENSE ACQUISITION PROGRAM ACT, and ENFORCEMENT DECREE OF THE DEFENSE ACQUISITION PROGRAM ACT were selected. Furthermore, "Original Sentence" has the 83 provisions that actually appear in the Act. "Original Sentence" has the main 83 clauses most accessible to working-level officials in their work. "Edited Sentence" is comprised of 30 to 50 similar sentences that are likely to appear modified in the county report for each clause("Original Sentence"). During the creation of the edited sentences, the original sentences were modified using 12 certain rules, and these sentences were produced in proportion to the number of such rules, as it was the case for the original sentences. After conducting 1 : 1 sentence similarity performance evaluation experiments, it was possible to classify each "Edited Sentence" as legal or illegal with considerable accuracy. In addition, the "Edited Sentence" dataset used to train the neural network models contains a variety of actual statutory statements("Original Sentence"), which are characterized by the 12 rules. On the other hand, the models are not able to effectively classify other sentences, which appear in actual military reports, when only the "Original Sentence" and "Edited Sentence" dataset have been fed to them. The dataset is not ample enough for the model to recognize other incoming new sentences. Hence, the performance of the model was reassessed by writing an additional 120 new sentences that have better resemblance to those in the actual military report and still have association with the original sentences. Thereafter, we were able to check that the models' performances surpassed a certain level even when they were trained merely with "Original Sentence" and "Edited Sentence" data. If sufficient model learning is achieved through the improvement and expansion of the full set of learning data with the addition of the actual report appearance sentences, the models will be able to better classify other sentences coming from military reports as legal or illegal. Based on the experimental results, this study confirms the possibility and value of building "Real-Time Automated Comparison System Between Military Documents and Related Laws". The research conducted in this experiment can verify which specific clause, of several that appear in related law clause is most similar to the sentence that appears in the Defense Acquisition Program-related military reports. This helps determine whether the contents in the military report sentences are at the risk of illegality when they are compared with those in the law clauses.
Jeju Special Self-Government Province adopted an autonomous police system for the first time since 60 years in Korean police. The purpose of autonomous police system is to offer a police service to be suitable in regional conditions. But Jeju autonomous police system for nearly one year after adoption is criticized to be established on the ground of political reason but not local decentralization. Of course, functional division has to be followed. National police performs managing all the assembly and demonstration by the management law on assembly and demonstration including the suppression against any large scale demonstration and disturbance, also the investigation on serious crimes just as international crimes and broaden area crimes including all the felony. Together national police performs the duty concerned to all the foreign affairs and national securities in along with the investigation on traffic accidents. On the other hand, autonomous police performs the function for citizen's life safety as crime prevention and the enforcement on the violation against police operation law, together the traffic management and the regulation on traffic violations. and the investigation on minor crime as simple violence or petty larceny including the management on local big events. Second, the budgetary of autonomous police is rationalized by the share of budgeting between Korean government and Jeju special self-government province. Third, urgent arrest authority on general crime and the rights of claims for the summary trial on minor crimes are given to autonomous police. Of course, this problem is resolved naturally in case of giving the investigation rights to autonomous police on minor crimes.
