대학생의 취업역량 중요도 인식이 취업태도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of University Students' Perception of Job Competence on Job-seeking Attitude)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 취업역량 중요도 인식이 취업태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 취업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 취업역량인식 요소는 자격증(p<.05, ${\beta}=.247$)과 취업관련경험(p<.1, ${\beta}=.240$)이었으며 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 취업역량인식 요소 또한 자격증(p<.01, ${\beta}=.349$), 취업관련경험(p<.1, ${\beta}=.227$) 순으로 나타났다. 이는 대학생의 취업태도를 향상시키기 위해서는 학력이나 성적보다는 자격증 획득과 취업관련 경험을 쌓도록 강조하여 구직의욕을 북돋아주는 것이 효과적임을 시사한다. 또한 대학 내 취업지원센터에서 이력서 작성법 등 취업교육을 받았던 경우 취업관련 경험에 대한 중요도 인식과 취업의지가 높았고, 취업 준비자의 자기계발 수준이 그렇지 않은 집단보다 더 높았다. 본 연구는 대학생의 취업역량 중요도 인식이 취업태도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 취업역량 중 취업태도 향상에 효과적인 요인의 중요도를 판별하고 그 효과성을 검증한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

  • In this paper we propose verifiable self-certified identification and key distribution protocols which has advantages of certificate-based scheme and Girault's self-certified public key. The security of the proposed protocols is based on ${\gamma}$\ulcorner-residuosity problem and discrete logarithm problem.

신변보호사 자격취득 학생들의 자격활용 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Utilizing Certificate Awareness for Student Certificate Holders of Private Security Guard)

  • 2005년 안황권 교수의 도입제안에 따라 경비협회가 시작한 신변보호사 자격제도는 지금까지 7회를 실시하여 국가로 부터 공인을 받았다. 신변보호사 자격제도는 시민생활안전을 충족시키고 아울러 자격 검증을 통해 전문 직능을 보유한 신변보호 전문가를 확보하고자 함이다. 그러나 7회에 걸쳐 신변보호사 자격 검정을 통해 배출된 많은 수의 자격 취득자들은 산업 현장에서의 우선적 채용 인적자원 또는 가산점 부여 등과 같은 혜택을 받지 못하고 있다. 또한 실제 자격을 취득하였음에도 대부분 활용되고 있지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구자는 신변보호사 제도와 자격증을 취득한 학생들을 대상으로 활용 실태와 인식에 대하여 탐구하여 문제점을 살펴보고 향후 발전 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

상이한 도메인에서 검증 가능한 자체 인증 공개키 (Inter-Domain Verifiable Self-certified public keys)

  • 자체 인증 공개키는 공개키 생성시 사용자와 신뢰기관이 함께 참여하기 때문에 다른 사용자가 검증하는 데에 있어서 별도의 인증서를 필요로 하지 않는다. 이에 공개키를 서명 등의 어플리케이션에 사용하여 서명이 제대로 검증되지 않은 경우 서명 과정에 문제가 있는지 사용자의 공개키에 문제가 있는지 확인할 수 있는 검증 가능한 자체 인증 공개키가 제안되었으며, 이러한 공개키의 검증 과정에는 사용자가 신뢰하는 키 발급 기관(KGC : Key Generation Center)의 공개키가 사용된다. 공개키 검증시 사용자들이 동일한 키 발급 기관을 신뢰하는 경우에는 간단하게 상대방의 공개키를 검증할 수 있지만, 상이한 도메인 내의 사용자간에는 키 발급 기관간 신뢰 관계가 구축되어야만 상대방의 공개키를 검증할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 상호 신뢰 관계가 구축된 두 키 발급 기관하의 사용자간 인증서의 사용 없이 상대방 공개키의 정당성을 검증할 수 있는 자체 인증 공개키를 제안한다. 또한, 서로 다른 공개키 파라미터를 사용하는 키 발급 기관 하의 사용자간 서명 생성ㆍ검증과 키 분배를 수행하는 과정에 대하여 알아본다.

어린이집 교사의 평가인증 경험과 동기부여적 자아개념 (Caregivers' Accreditation Experience and Their Motivational Self-concept)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of caregivers' accreditation experience and their motivational self-concept. Questionnaire were gathered from caregivers who work in Seoul, Incheon, and Kyunggi areas. Data were analysed by t-test, MCA, and multiply regression analysis. The result showed that caregivers who experienced accreditation at child are centers had higher scores in their motivational self-concept than caregivers who inexperienced accreditation procedure yet had. This tendency was clear in caregiver groups who work at unsupported child care centers, and who got certificate from institutions except college. With controlling individual background variables which influence on caregivers' motivational self-concept, independent effect of caregivers' accreditation experience on their motivational self-concept was still significant especially at the caregiver group who work in unsupported child care centers.

A Novel Electronic Voting Mechanism Based on Blockchain Technology

  • With the development of networking technology, it has become common to use various types of network services to replace physical ones. Among all such services, electronic voting is one example that tends to be popularized in many countries. However, due to certain concerns regarding information security, traditional paper voting mechanisms are still widely adopted in large-scale elections. This study utilizes blockchain technology to design a novel electronic voting mechanism. Relying on the transparency, decentralization, and verifiability of the blockchain, it becomes possible to remove the reliance on trusted third parties and also to enhance the level of trust of voters in the mechanism. Besides, the mechanism of blind signature with its complexity as difficult as solving an elliptic curve discrete logarithmic problem is adopted to strengthen the features related to the security of electronic voting. Last but not least, the mechanism of self-certification is incorporated to substitute the centralized certificate authority. Therefore, the voters can generate the public/private keys by themselves to mitigate the possible risks of impersonation by the certificate authority (i.e., a trusted third party). The BAN logic analysis and the investigation for several key security features are conducted to verify that such a design is sufficiently secure. Since it is expected to raise the level of trust of voters in electronic voting, extra costs for re-verifying the results due to distrust will therefore be reduced.

사과가공품의 인지도 및 중요도-만족도 분석 (Recognition and Importance-Satisfaction of Apple Processed Products)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer recognition, perceived importance, and satisfaction to create a new apple processed product and to promote its consumption. Data were collected from 527 men and women living throughout Korea through a self-administrated questionnaire. Frequencies, one-way analysis of variance, and Duncan's multiple range were conducted using SPSS v. 17.0 software. Recognition of juice and drinks, milk and dairy products, apple jam, and seasoning was high, while that of the other products was low. Consumer perceived importance of products was higher than consumer satisfaction of products. Quality preservation attributes were sanitation, taste, flavor, place of origin, and convenience of purchase. Attributes for improved consumer post-purchase satisfaction after purchasing were content of apple, quality of apple, price, and certificate of quality. The attributes of content of apple and certificate of quality were statistically different by consumer age.

전국 아동병원 영양사의 식품알레르기 관련 인식도 및 수행도: 임상영양사 자격증 유무에 따른 비교 (Food Allergy-related Awareness and Performance of Dietitians at Children's Hospitals in Korea: Comparison of Certificate Possession among Clinical Dietitians)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the food allergy-related knowledge, awareness, and performance of dietitians at children's hospitals, depending on whether or not they have a clinical dietitian certificate. Methods: A questionnaire survey was administered to 41 dieticians at children's hospitals registered as a part of the Korean Hospital Association. The survey consisted of questionnaires examining general characteristics, nutritional counseling-related characteristics, and food allergy-related characteristics (food allergy-related knowledge, awareness, and performance). We examined differences according to the status of clinical dietitian certification. Results: The proportion of subjects who were holders of clinical dietitian certificates was 48.8%. There were differences between holders of clinical dietitian certificates and non-holders as follows. Regarding nutritional awareness and performance, 'needs to provide nutrition counseling in children's hospitals', 'providing nutrition counseling services in working hospitals', and 'whether there is a nutrition counseling room' scored higher among holders of clinical dietitian certificates than non-holders. Holders of clinical dietitian certificates showed higher scores for knowledge of food allergy symptoms and food allergy management than non-holders. For food allergy awareness and performance, 'self-assessment of food allergy knowledge understanding level', 'awareness of open oral food challenge (OFC)', 'recognition of the need for education and counseling on food allergy for patients / guardians', and 'food allergy related educational experience' scored higher among holders of clinical dietitians certificates than in non-holders. Conclusions: Children's hospital dietitians with a clinical dietitian certificate showed high knowledge, awareness, and performance related to food allergies. It is thus necessary to employ a clinical dietitian for food allergy management in children's hospitals. In addition, training and conservative education are necessary for the management of food allergies for children's hospital dietitians.

한국 프랜차이즈 지속가능경영을 위한 자생적 동반성장 모형 (Self Sustainable Win-Win Growth Model for Korea Franchise Corporate Sustainability)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to establish self sustainable win-win growth model for Korea franchise corporate sustainability and to suggest theoretical and practical implications for franchise management. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is based on literature review methodology. Result - The study suggested the ways of self sustainable win-win growth model for Korea franchise corporate sustainability. First, franchiors should strengthen requisite & specify in the contract, share information & strengthen transparency, and establish win-win management support system for control & autonomy balance. Second, franchises should develop CEO management competency & employee work competency, and establish recognition for Intellectual Property Rights Use. Third, franchisors and franchises should implement contract sincerely, strengthen Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and solve moral laxity. Forth, franchisors and franchises should establish trust and value with communication to make Creating Social Value. Fifth, franchisors and franchises should realize self sustainable social value for corporation and social community. To make this, franchsors and franchise should establish self sustainable win-win growth ecosystem with people, system, culture, innovation. Conclusions - First, Franchisors and franchises should distribute 'Self sustainable win-win growth 2025 for Korea franchise corporate sustainability' and 'Self sustainable win-win growth model for Korea franchise corporate sustainability'. Second, Franchisors and franchises should change their perspective about franchise industry. Third, Franchisors and franchises should develop various training and development plans for franchise industry. Fourth, Franchisors and franchises should establish franchise performance certificate system.

The Effects of Education Service Quality on Learning Outcome in the Culinary Education Facility: Application of IPA

  • This article examines the effects of education service quality of culinary education facility on the learning outcome. For this, items for figuring out the relation between education service quality and the learning outcomes has been deducted through IPA regarding education service quality. Further, the factors of education service, which is for verifying the effects of relevant experiences (culinary certificate) have been examined according to advanced studies. Self administered questionnaires have been prepared by 231 samples in total and the collected data have been analyzed through frequency, factor, reliability and regression analyzing methods by using SPSS 18.0. The results from paired t-test performed on the importance and performance of culinary education service quality indicate that expertise, level of knowledge, education method of instructor and additional convenience facilities (locker and lounge etc) are the most important factors respectively. The results from IPA analysis show that the quadrant 1 includes knowledge level, education method, kindness of instructor. The quadrant 2 contains awareness of instructor while the third one includes culinary facility, tool structure and convenience facility. In addition the quadrant 4 includes hygiene of learning place. According to the results from hypothesis test, education service quality affects learning outcome and the experience (certificate) of learner from culinary education facility results in difference in education service quality and awareness of learning outcome therefore the hypothesis is partially verified.
