복수의 프로그램 속성 값 지정을 통한 EPG User Interface (EPG User Interface Via Multiple Programmable Attribute Values Specified)

  • With the start of digital broadcasting, TV screen, there is provided a new broadcast service is called EPG (Electronic Program Guide) that can be retrieved directly to a channel or program. However, a study considering the EPG of the user interface on the viewer position is so far insufficient. TV is because everyone watching the media, rather than a specific layer is necessary in order to find easy, intuitive user interface for the program to the viewer. That is, it is possible to quickly find the program to select the attributes that the TV viewer can be easily understood by using the EPG. To this end, this paper first genres which are representative of the properties that distinguish a TV program, time, rating, etc. were systematically classified. So viewers the values of the properties but to specify organized by the EPG, the order of attributes that specify the value we design a user interface that can be selected as having easy. And compare the superiority of the function evaluation of the two through the EPG in the EPG Usability Test proposed by the EPG with the existing commercial paper.

서울市 一部地域 主婦들의 食用油 使用管理에 관한 연구조사 (A Study on Use and Care of Cooking Oil of Housewives in Seoul)

  • The survey was made on the use and care of cooking oil during a period from March 1st to April 30th in 1984to attribute for the later studies on the betterment of dietary conditions. 849 housewives in Seoul were selected randomly for the survey. The results obtained are as followes : Among 849 respondents, age of thirties consisted of 52.5% and 32.6% of for the fourties. For the levels of education, 26.1% of housewives was the graduates of university and 35.1% was of highschool. 38.2% of the respondents earned more than 600, 000won monthly, but 46.8% were on less than 600, 000won. 1. 67.8% of 370 housewives purchased soybean oil once a month, and 17.0% did once every three month. 2. In the method of placing the oil, 41.0% of housewives kept it at a cool place where no direct sunlight reaches, and the rest 51.8% kept the oil under the sink. 3. For the kind of container to keep the oil, 30.3% of them used glass and 24.3% used the plastic. 4. For the period of keeping the cooking oil for the reuse, 58.5% of the housewives kept the used oil for one month whereas 13.2% kept for two months. 5. 39.9% of housewives reused the same cooking oil twice before discarding it but 27.9% reused three times. 6. 27.0% of them dump rancid oil in drains, and 37.0% dump in dustbins.

  • 특징 선택은 기계 학습 및 패턴 인식 분야에서 중요한 이슈 중 하나로, 분류 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 원본 데이터가 주어졌을 때 가장 좋은 성능을 보여줄 수 있는 데이터의 부분집합을 찾아내는 방법이다. 즉, 분류기의 분류 목적에 가장 밀접하게 연관되어 있는 특징들만을 추출하여 새로운 데이터를 생성하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 재사용의 성공 요인과 실패 요인에 대한 분류 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 특징 부분 집합을 찾는 실험을 하였다. 그리고 기존 연구들과 비교 분석한 결과 본 논문에서 찾은 특징 부분 집합으로 분류했을 때 가장 좋은 분류 정확도를 보임을 확인하였다.

개념 설계 단계에서 인공 신경망과 통계적 분석을 이용한 제품군의 근사적 전과정 평가 (Approximate Life Cycle Assessment of Classified Products using Artificial Neural Network and Statistical Analysis in Conceptual Product Design)

  • In the early phases of the product life cycle, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is recently used to support the decision-making fer the conceptual product design and the best alternative can be selected based on its estimated LCA and its benefits. Both the lack of detailed information and time for a full LCA fur a various range of design concepts need the new approach fer the environmental analysis. This paper suggests a novel approximate LCA methodology for the conceptual design stage by grouping products according to their environmental characteristics and by mapping product attributes into impact driver index. The relationship is statistically verified by exploring the correlation between total impact indicator and energy impact category. Then a neural network approach is developed to predict an approximate LCA of grouping products in conceptual design. Trained learning algorithms for the known characteristics of existing products will quickly give the result of LCA for new design products. The training is generalized by using product attributes for an ID in a group as well as another product attributes for another IDs in other groups. The neural network model with back propagation algorithm is used and the results are compared with those of multiple regression analysis. The proposed approach does not replace the full LCA but it would give some useful guidelines fer the design of environmentally conscious products in conceptual design phase.

속성이 부여된 2차원 엔터티 그룹을 이용한 로터의 3차원 모델 및 도면 생성 (Generation of 3D Model and Drawing of Rotor Using 2D Entity Groups with Attributes)

  • A method for generating 3D solid models and drawings for a rotor in the steam turbine is proposed. One of the most important design steps is generating the drawing for manufacturing it. This step is a very routine and time-consuming job because each drawing is composed of several kinds of views and many dimensions. To achieve automation for this activity, rotor profiles are composed of 2D entity groups with attributes. Based on this, the improved design process is developed as follows. First, the rotor profiles can be selected by searching for 2D entity groups using the related attributes. Second, the profiles are connected sequentially so that an entire rotor profile is determined. The completed profile is used to generate 2D drawings automatically, especially views, dimensions, and 3D models. The proposed method is implemented using a commercial CAD/CAM system, Unigraphics, and API functions written in C-language and applied to the rotor of steam turbines. Some illustrative examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

법령 온톨로지 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Legal Ontology Construction)

  • 본 논문에서는 법령 온톨로지 구축을 위해 법령의 구조적 특징과 요소 간의 관계에 대해 분석 정리하고 정리된 내용을 바탕으로 OWL DL 수준의 매핑 규칙을 제안한다. 제안하는 매핑 규칙은 국내 법령 관계의 상-하위 구조, 법령의 고유 속성, 법률 간의 참조 관계와 같은 구조적인 관계의 TBox를 구축하는 방법과 법률 문장을 분석하여 조문 규정 별로 나타나는 문장의 패턴 유형을 선별, ABox로 구축될 수 있는 요소를 표현한다. 제안된 매핑 규칙은 일반 텍스트로 설명되고 있는 국내의 법령을 컴퓨터가 이해 가능한 수준의 정보로 변환 되어 법령 지식 베이스로 활용 가능하다.

충북 지역 노인들의 삶의 질과 주관적 건강도의 선행요인에 대한 탐구 (Exploration of Antecedents of Quality of Life and Perceived Healthiness for Senior Citizen at Chungbuk Province)

  • Purpose - The purpose of current study is to investigate the determinants of quality of life in Chungbuk province using Korean longitudinal study aging data. Design/methodology/approach - This study used quality of life and perceived healthiness as the dependent variables. This study selected perceived healthiness, economic participation, annual travel frequency, religion, and fellowship as the independent variables to account for quality of life. For the data analysis, this study implemented econometric analysis, which includes ordinary least square, one-way fixed effect, and feasible generalized least square. Findings - Perceived healthiness positively affected quality of life. Also, quality of life is positively influenced by economic participation and annual travel frequency. However, religion and fellowship appeared as non-significant attribute to account for quality of life. The results also present that perceived healthiness is positively influenced by economic participation, annual travel frequency, and fellowship. Research implications or Originality - Given the results, this offers the implication for the senior citizen welfare policy. This study also produced policy implication for local community.

Study on Influence of Korea's Selection Attributes of HMR on Trust, Customer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention

  • Purpose - The current study conducted research on influential relationship of Korea's selected attributes of home replacement foods (HMR) with trust, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. Design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted on consumers in Seoul and the metropolitan area (Gyeonggi and Incheon) who have purchased home replacement foods (HMR). The survey was conducted for 30 days from March 1st, 2021 to March 30th, 2021. Among total of 300 surveys distributed, 250 surveys were collected, and 199 surveys, excluding ones with missing value and outliers (51 surveys), were used for analysis. Results - The results empirical analysis based on earlier studies are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing which variables of selection attribute factors of home replacement food (HMR) have an effect on trust, healthiness, reasonable price, and convenience had a positive effect, and quality of food and diversity did not have a significant effect. Second, as a result of analyzing whether trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, it was found that it had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, as a result of analyzing whether trust has a significant effect on repurchase intention, it was found to have a positive effect. Fourth, as a result of analyzing whether customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention, it was found that customer satisfaction had a positive effect. Conclusions - The current study aims to develop various new products of HMR and establish differentiated marketing techniques tailored to consumer needs.

M&S를 활용한 RAM-C 기반 최적 정비 개념 설정 방안 연구 (A Study on the Method for Setting the Optimal Maintenance Concept based on RAM-C Using Modeling & Simulation)

  • Recently, the R&D of weapon systems has been strengthened in terms of economic cost management throughout the entire life cycle from performance. This study proposes the method for setting the optimal maintenance concept based on RAM-C in weapon system acquisition stage by calculating the operation & maintenance cost as well as reliability, availability, and maintainability. First, we design a simulation model for analysis of weapon system logistic supportability. In addition, information such as weapon system Part Breakdown Structure, operation & maintenance system, cost, and etc for simulation analysis, is applied. Based on the obtained simulation results, the optimal plan is selected among alternatives designed with various maintenance concepts through normalization and weight setting. It is expected to be of technical help in the application of RAM-C in the weapon system acquisition stage.

감정 기반 키워드 속성값 산출에 따른 글꼴 추천 서비스 (Font Recommendation Service Based on Emotion Keyword Attribute Value Estimation)

  • The use of appropriate fonts is not only an aesthetic point of view, but also a factor influencing the reinforcement of meaning. However, it is a difficult process and wastes a lot of time for general users to choose a font that suits their needs and emotions. Therefore, in this study, keywords and fonts to be used in the experiment were selected for emotion-based font recommendation, and keyword values for each font were calculated through an experiment to check the correlation between keywords and fonts. Using the experimental results, a prototype of a keyword-based font recommendation system was designed and the possibility of the system was tested. As a result of the usability evaluation of the font recommendation system prototype, it received a positive evaluation compared to the existing font search system, but the number of fonts was limited and users had difficulties in the process of associating keywords suitable for their desired situation. Therefore, we plan to expand the number of fonts and conduct follow-up research to automatically recommend fonts suitable for the user's situation without selecting keywords.
