수박씨 기름의 triglyceride 분자종에 관한 연구 (Molecular Species of Triglycerides in Watermelon Seed Oil)

  • 수박씨기름의 triglyceride에서 산정(算定)가능한 분자종(分子種)은 26종류였으며 주요분자종(主要分子種)은 $C_{18:1}{\cdot}C_{18:2}{\cdot}C_{18:1}$ OLO 6.4%, $C_{18:0}{\cdot}C_{18:2}{\cdot}C_{18:2}$ SLL 7.1%, $C_{18:1}{\cdot}C_{18:2}{\cdot}C_{18:2}$ OLL 16.6%, $C_{16:0}{\cdot}C_{18:2}{\cdot}C_{18:2}$ PLL 19.6% 및 $C_{18:2}{\cdot}C_{18:2}{\cdot}C_{18:2}$ LLL 27.6%의 5종류였으며, 77.3%를 차지하였다.

동적 건물에너지 시뮬레이션을 이용한 G-SEED 에너지성능 평가지침 도입 방안에 관한 기초연구 (A Study on Development of New Assessment Method for the Energy Performance in G-SEED using Dynamic Building Energy Simulation Programs)

  • In this paper, a fundamental study for developing and introducing a new assessment method of the 'Energy Performance' in G-SEED that uses dynamic building energy simulations was conducted by comparing and analyzing the corresponding issues of domestic and foreign green building certification systems. The most significant part of the new assessment method to be developed was a development of a modeling guideline for a reference building using dynamic building energy simulations. In this paper, the composition and detailed contents of the guideline was created to comply with domestic energy codes. In addition, one of the most influential part of the result in the simulations, the 24-hour building operation schedule for a reference building, was created considering the equity with the ECO2 program that is the evaluation tool of one of the current assessment methods in the "Energy Performance". In order to improve the completeness of this guideline, it is necessary to continue the process of supplementation in the future, however, this paper is expected to be of great significance as the beginning of the research.

견과류의 지방산, 트리아실글리세롤, 토코페롤 및 파이토스테롤의 조성 연구 (Studies on the Content of Triacylglycerol Species, Tocopherols, and Phytosterols from the Selected Nuts)

  • 견과류 중 sunflower seed, cashew nut, walnut, pistachio, pumpkin seed, ginkgo, hazel nut, pecan을 원료로 하여 지방산 조성 분석 및 sn-2 position 분석, triacylglycerol species의 분석, tocopherol, phytosterol 함량을 분석하였다. 조지방 함량은 hazel nut에서 약 39.60 wt%로 가장 높았으며, walnut 35.25 wt%, pistachio 30.22 wt% 등의 순이었다. GC에 의한 sn-2 위치의 지방산 조성 분석 결과, oleic acid의 함량이 많은 견과류는 cashew nut, pistachio, hazel nut, pecan 이였으며, 특히 ginkgo의 경우 특이적으로 oleic acid의 이성체인 vaccenic acid가 10.72 wt% 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면, linoleic acid 등이 높은 견과류는 sunflower seed, walnut, pumpkin seed 이었다. 견과류들의 TAG species의 PN값은 40∼52 사이에 존재하였다. Tocopherol의 함량은 ginkgo, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed 등에서 각각 48.57, 38.35, 31.43 mg/100 g 순으로 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 또한 총 phytosterol의 경우 88.60∼947.20 mg/100 g 사이에 함량을 나타내었다.

비선형 광학 결정 $CsLiB_{6}O_{10}$ 육성에 관한 기초 연구 (Study on th growth of nonlinear optical crystal $CsLiB_{6}O_{10}$)

  • 새로운 비선형 광학결정으로 유망시되는 $CsLiB_{6}O_{10}$ 결정을 육성하기 위한 기초 조건을 조사하였다. 화학양론적으로 혼합된 $CsLiB_{6}O_{10}$ 조성으로부터 $600^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도에서 같은 조성의 결정이 형성되었고, 이 결정은 $800^{\circ}C$까지 상변화를 나타내지 않았으며, $850^{\circ}C$에서 합치용융하였다. $CsLiB_{6}O_{10}$ 조성을 용융시킨 뒤, 융액을 $1~150^{\circ}C/hr$의 냉각 속도로 냉각시키면, 냉각 속도에 관계없이 유리가 생성되었다. 그러나 융액중에 $CsLiB_{6}O_{10}$ 결정 seed가 존재하는 경우에는 융액으로부터 $CsLiB_{6}O_{10}$ 결정이 직접 석출되었다. Seed 결정을 이용하여 온도 구배가 $100^{\circ}C/cm$인 일방향 전기로에서 0.06 mm/hr의 응고 속도로 투명한 $CsLiB_{6}O_{10}$ 단결정을 육성하였다. 육성된 결정의 구조 해석 결과, 이결정은 noncentrosymmetric tetragonal space group 142d에 속하고, unit cell dimensions은 $a=10.467(1)\;{\AA},\;c=8.972(1)\;{\AA}과\;V=983.0(2)\;{\AA}^3$이었다. 이 결정의 광학적 특성은 180mm에서 absorption edge를 가지고 300 nm이상의 파장 영역에서 70%의 광투과율(두께 0.5 mm)을 나타내었다.

A Nutritional Evaluation on Whole Cottonseed Removed Germination Ability by Heat-treatment

  • In Korea, wide spread use of whole cottonseed, which is primarily a GMO plant imported from foreign countries and being fed to animals as raw state, has aroused concern that it may disturb the existing ecology of the country unless dispersion of the seed is under proper control. The objective of this study was to elucidate the changes in various nutritive parameters due to heat treatment and to determine the effective condition for removing germination ability of whole cottonseed (WCS). Of the various temperatures applied (76, 78, 80, 85, $100^{\circ}C$/30 min) $85^{\circ}C$ for 30 min was confirmed to be the lowest temperature treatment which resulted in a complete removal of the germination ability of WCS. Therefore, based on the determined temperature condition ($85^{\circ}C$ 30 min) we tried to examine the changes of various nutritional parameters, including nutrient composition, in vitro digestibilities and ruminal protein degradabilities, comparing raw whole cotton seed (RWCS) and heated whole cotton seed (HWCS). Some changes in amino acid composition were observed with heat treatment of WCS, but these were regarded to originate from the variation in plant quality and seed morphology, which are usually affected by different environmental factors during the vegetation period. As for fatty acid composition, no significant differences were observed to occur during heat treatment. However, WCS heated at $85^{\circ}C$ for 30 min in a circulating oven showed a significant decrease (p<0.05) of in situ rumen degradability in both dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP), as compared to raw WCS. Overall results obtained in the study indicate that the heating condition used in this study, which was proven to be the most appropriate and economic to remove germination ability of WCS, may also improve the nutritional value of the ruminant with regard to reducing its protein degradability within the rumen.

저장중(貯藏中) 참깨의 당지질(糖脂質) 및 인지질(燐脂質)의 지방산(脂肪酸) 조성변화(組成變化) (Changes in Fatty Acid Composition of Glycolipid and Phospholipid of Sesame Seed Lipid during Storage)

  • The change in fatty acid compositions of the glycolipid and phospholipid of sesame seed was analyzed during the storage for 4, 9, and 15 months at four different storage conditions, that is, storage under light with linen bag(LA), storage under light with polyethylene bag(LS), storage in dark with linen bag(DA), and storage in dark with polyethylene bag(DS). In the fatty acid composition of glycolipid, palmitic and stearic acid decreased during the storage but the linoleic acid increased significantly, particularly, between 4 to 9 months of storage. The content of palmitic and stearic acid in phospholipid decreased until 9 months, then increased until 15 months of storage, but reverse tendency was, observed in the content of oleic and linoleic acid. The ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acids in glycolipid increased during the storage of 15 months in all the storage conditions. The ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acids of phospholipid in DA and LA was slightly higher than that in DS and LS conditions during the storage for 15 months.
