This paper addresses the results of HAUSAT-2 radiation environment and effect analyses, including TID and SEE analyses. Trapped proton and electron, solar proton, galactic cosmic ray models were considered for HAUSAT-2 TID radiation environment analysis. TID was analyzed through total dose-depth curve and the radiation tolerance of TID for HAUSAT-2 components was verified by using DMBP method and sectoring analysis. HAUSAT-2 LET spectrum for heavy ion and proton were also analyzed for SEE investigation. SEE(SEU, SEL) analyses were accomplished for MPC860T2B microprocessor and K6X8008T2B memory. It was estimated that several SEUs may occur without SEL during the HAUSAT-2 mission life(2 years). Software Hamming Code EDAC has been implemented to detect and correct the SEU. In this study, all radiation analyses were conducted by using SPENVIS software.

The Museum of Chosen General Government(MCGG) was a supreme organ to take charge of business affairs of historical remains Japanese imperial rule. The MCGG was established in Kyongbok Palace in 1915. The MCGG was changed the reorganization of the Chosen General Government(CGG) setups, the MCGG was to maintain the cultural assets, to excavate the ruins and to put on display the remains. However, the Japanese colonist took advantage of the MCGG for political purposes. They didn't use the MCGG to promote the research of Korea culture. Therefore, the MCGG was an organization to belong to the Department of Education of the CGG. In this reason, the MCGG produced the amount of public document to business affairs. Now, This document left in the Museum of Korea. We have seen the document to study the cultural policies and the cultural assets of the CGG. This document includes the abundant information for the historical remains and ruins at that time. Accordingly, this document will help to survey the archaeological research and historical research. In addition, this document will help to manage the cultural assets. What then is the advantage of this document? The first is to see the cultural policies of the CGG through this document. The Japanese colonist took advantage of Korea history, which was low-grade culture, to justify rule of the colony. Therefore, they needed collect Korean assets to verity their theory. The second is to see the administration system of the MCGG. Indeed, this document includes information of organization of the MCGG, the policies and the process of the MCGG. In substance, we can see the systemic proceedings of the MCGG. The third is to provide historical materials to the historian. This document has the persons to plan the colonial culture policy of the MCGG, and events to rule the Korea culture. Moreover, the document of the MCGG would help to inquire into the truthfulness of history and to get the national identity.

Furthermore, Helen Keller's narrative often reminds us of the importance of gratitude for gifts and opportunities that are often taken for granted. Her longing for the simplest things, like sight, teaches us to cherish the abilities and privileges we currently possess. When facing contemporary challenges and uncertainties, her story conveys a profound message of unwavering hope and steadfast faith. She encourages us to seize the present moment, value the gifts we have, and embark on the journey of life with patience and hope, even when the path appears difficult. In this paper, we explore the life of Helen Keller and her literary work, emphasizing the importance of patience and hope in the difficult times faced by Koreans today, and we aim to present our attitude towards contributing to the nation's development. We seek to provide methods for preparing for a better and more hopeful future. We assert that we must carry hope and determination for the future and strive for new optimism and hope in Korean society.

Impact properties of glass/Kevlar hybrid composites which have 3-D braided structures were studied. Results were compared to those of composites made of only glass fibers where the same epoxy resin were used as matrix. Absorbed impact energies evaluated through the combination of the data from the impact tester and high speed camera were compared to each other. In order to see the difference between the damaged area distribution CCD camera captures were performed.

This article dealt with two approaches, algebraic and geometric approaches in terms of Pythagoreans theorem. As mathematics evolves, many theorems had been developed beginning with geometric approaches. However, the algebraic techniques that survive these days are so powerful and generalized in school curriculum. So, if students have more chances to see mathematical properties in geometrical ways, they can experience how beautiful and meaningful they are through the process of the advent of them. Also, it was to try to develop an insight into their applications to other problems.

It Is not uncommon to see some reports that livestock wastes are discharged into land, streams or seas without any treatment in the protective area of water resource. This study reports the development of the technique of protecting water resources through making use of treated livestock in organic farming after the procedures of collecting livestock wastes in 100% water tight PDF tanks, mixing Pedac, etc and fermenting. This techinque makes organic farming products possible without experiencing soil acidification caused by chemical fertilizer.

Most organization are using E-mail(electronic mail) currently, but we seldom see the organizational success from the E-mail utilization strategically. There are many research which are focusing on the selection and usage of E-mail as a electronic communication media based on Information Richness Theory and Critical Social Theory. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects by using E-mail through providing the model of perceived impacts. This model considers the moderate factors such as top management supports, organizational usage, and organizational pressure based on CST. Also it provides the guideline how to use E-mail strategically.

The purpose of this article is to analyse the policy-making process concerning the selection of providers for IMT-2000, the global roaming communication services in Korea by adopting the new institutional approach. It is supposed to contribute to understanding the characteristic of the policy process in the field of information and communication. We can see the durability of institution through the process that the government lost its policy credibility by using the intervention instrument rather than letting go in the market place.

For a ring R of imaginary quadratic integers, using a concept of a unitary number system in place of the Motzkin's universal side divisor, we show that the following statements are equivalent: (1) R is Euclidean. (2) R has a unitary number system. (3) R is norm-Euclidean. Through an application of the above theorem we see that R admits binary or ternary number systems if and only if R is Euclidean.
