As the world has implemented social distancing and telecommuting due to the spread of COVID-19, real-time streaming sessions based on routing protocols have increased dependence on the Internet due to the activation of video and voice-related content services and cloud computing. BGP is the most widely used routing protocol, and although many studies continue to improve security, there is a lack of visual analysis to determine the real-time nature of analysis and the mis-detection of algorithms. In this paper, we analyze BGP data, which are powdered as normal and abnormal, on a real-world basis, using an anomaly detection algorithm that combines statistical and post-processing statistical techniques with Rule-based techniques. In addition, we present an interactive spatio-temporal analysis plan as an intuitive visualization plan and analysis result of the algorithm with a map and Sankey Chart-based visualization technique.
Currently, patrol officers dispatched are required to work in pairs, and are assigned individual duties. However, despite these rules, there are still inappropriate combat education centered around dangerous weapons and arresting technique training being taught in the police system. The human rights problems resulting from excessive responses, the damages done to the patrol officers due to insufficient responses, and the judicial issues that many officers who have justly arrested face, reveal the ultimate problem of the decrease in reliability of the police. Considering this problem, there is a need for change in the current training system. Specifically, in the current dispatch rule, assignment of individual duties, and training methods, realistic improvements must be made. Having understood the arrest technique training problem and reviewed case studies of the police training in South Korea and other countries, I plan to analyze the effects of implementing a realistic and professional training system, and propose a systemic solution according to the results. By effectively discussing the various issues of the proposed training and police education, I intend to propose a realistic teamwork training for paired patrol officers, enabling them to work well together in practice and theory, hence increasing the effectiveness in crime situation.

As IoT devices are widely used at home, IoT automation system that is integrate IoT devices for users' demand are gaining populrity. There is automation rule in IoT automation system that is collecting event and command action. But attacker delay the packet and make time that real state is inconsistent with state recongnized by the system. During the time, the system does not work correctly by predefined automation rule. There is proposed some detection method for delay attack, they have limitations for application to IoT systems that are sensitive to traffic volume and battery consumption. This paper proposes a practical packet delay attack detection technique that can be applied to IoT systems. The proposal scheme in this paper can recognize that, for example, when a sensor transmits an message, an broadcast packet notifying the transmission of a message is sent to the Server recognized that event has occurred. For evaluation purposes, an IoT system implemented using Raspberry Pi was configured, and it was demonstrated that the system can detect packet delay attacks within an average of 2.2 sec. The experimental results showed a power consumption Overhead of an average of 2.5 mA per second and a traffic Overhead of 15%. We demonstrate that our method can detect delay attack efficiently compared to preciously proposed method.
This study concerns possible measures to prevent separatists' terrorist acts against overseas Korean businessmen. Of late, many Korean enterprises are helping a number of foreign countries develop their economy, by building factories and manning regional offices in those countries. But recent development of terrorism especially against Korean businessmen is alarming. This report discusses the need for Korean enterprises heading overseas to prepare themselves with awareness of terrorism and possible protective measures against it, besides their routine pursuance of profits; and for the government and prospective enterprises to refrain from investing in those countries having active separatist movements. If an investment has become inevitable, a careful survey of the region in conflict should be conducted and self-protective measures should be put in place through security information exchange, emergency coordination and training of personnel, etc. This study will first review the past terrorist incidents involving employees of overseas Korean enterprises, and then will focuss on seeking effective measures on the basis of the reported incidents. In carrying out the study, related literature from both home and abroad have been used along with the preliminary materials reported and known on the Internet from recent incidents. 1. The separatist movements of minority groups Lately, minority separatist groups are increasingly resorting to terrorism to draw international attention with the political aim of gaining extended self rule or independence. 2. The state of terrorism against overseas Korean enterprises and Koreans Korean enterprises are now operating businesses, and having their own personnel stationed, in 85 countries including those in South East Asia and Middle East regions. In Sri Lanka, where a Korean enterprise recently became a target of terrorist bombing, there are 75 business firms from Korea and some 700 Korean employees are stationed as of August 1996. A total of 19 different terrorist incidents have taken place against Koreans abroad since 1990. 3. Terrorism preventive measures Terrorism preventive measures are discussed in two ways: measures by the government and by the enterprises. ${\blacktriangleleft}$ Measures by the government - Possible measures at governmental level can include collection and dissemination of terrorist activity information. Emphasis should be given to the information on North Korean activities in particular. ${\blacktriangleleft}$ Measures by individual enterprises - Organizational security plan must be established by individual enterprises and there should also be an increase of security budget. A reason for reluctant effort toward positive security plan is the perception that the security budget is not immediately linked to an increment of profit gain. Ensuring safety for overseas personnel is a fundamental obligation of an enterprise. Consultation and information exchange on security plan, and an emergency support system at a threat to security must be sought after and implemented. 4. Conclusion Today's terrorism varies widely depending on reasons and causes, and its means has become increasingly informationalized and scientific as well while its method is becoming more clandestine and violent. Terrorist organizations are increasingly aiming at enterprises for acquisition of budgets needed for their activities. Korean enterprises have extended their business realm to foreign countries since 1970, exposing themselves to terrorism. Enterprises and their employees, therefore, should establish their own security measures on the one hand while the government must provide general measures, on the other, for the protection of the life and property of Korean residents abroad from terrorist attacks. In this regard, set-up of a counter terrorist organization that coordinates the efforts of government authorities in various levels in planning and executing counter terrorist measures is desired. Since 1965, when the hostile North Korea began to step up its terrorist activities against South Koreans, there have been 7 different occasions of assassination attempt on South Korean presidents and some 500 cases of various kidnappings and attempted kidnappings. North Korea, nervous over the continued economic growth and social stabilization of South Korea, is now concentrating its efforts in the destruction and deterioration of the national power of South Korea for its earlier realization of reunification by force. The possibility of North Korean terrorism can be divided into external terrorist acts and internal terrorist acts depending on the nationality of the terrorists it uses. The external terrorist acts include those committed directly by North Korean agents in South Korea and abroad and those committed by dissident Koreans, hired Korean residents, or international professionals or independent international terrorists bought or instigated by North Korea. To protect the life and property of Korean enterprises and their employees abroad from the threat of terrorism, the government's administrative support and the organizational efforts of enterprises should necessarily be directed toward the planning of proper security measures and training of employees. Also, proper actions should be taken against possible terrorist acts toward Korean business employees abroad as long as there are ongoing hostilities from minority groups against their governments.

Various security devices are used to protect internal networks and valuable information from rapidly evolving cyber attacks. Firewall, which is the most commonly used security device, tries to prevent malicious attacks based on a text-based filtering rule (i.e., access control policy), by allowing or blocking access to communicate between inside and outside environments. However, in order to protect a valuable internal network from large networks, it has no choice but to increase the number of access control policy. Moreover, the text-based policy requires time-consuming and labor cost to analyze various types of vulnerabilities in firewall. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a 3D-based hierarchical visualization method, for intuitive analysis and management of access control policy. In particular, by providing a drill-down user interface through hierarchical architecture, Can support the access policy analysis for not only comprehensive understanding of large-scale networks, but also sophisticated investigation of anomalies. Finally, we implement the proposed system architecture's to verify the practicality and validity of the hierarchical visualization methodology, and then attempt to identify the applicability of firewall data analysis in the real-world network environment.

XML has weakness problems on document modulation and elimination of data Because of the XML gives priority to present data format, XML electrical signature, XML cryptography, or XML access control is provided to overcome those weakness problems. However, structured XML efficiency contravention problem occurred from XML encryption and absence of protection from DTD attack are still remains unsolved. In this paper, we provide XML scheme that satisfies both efficiency and encryption. DTD is unnecessary because XML scheme supports formatting(Well-Formed XML) XML documents and it also include meta information. Because of the XML scheme has possibility to generate each XML document dynamically and self efficiency investigator rule, it has an advantage on extendability of DID based encryption of XML documents.
In this paper, we identify the code vulnerabilities that can be automatically detected through Visual Studio (VS) compiler and code analyzer based on a secure coding rule set which is optimized for development of battlefield information system. Then we describe a weak point item that can be dealt with at the implementation stage without depending on the understanding or ability of the individual programmer's secure coding through the implementation of the secure coding library. Using VS compiler and the code analyzer, the developers can detect only about 38% of security weaknesses. But with the help of the proposed secure coding library, about 48% of security weaknesses can be detected and prevented in the proactive diagnosis in the development stage.
This article deals with military thought in general. First I tried to distinguish 'thought' from 'theory', 'philosophy', and 'principle'. Thought means the act of thinking about or considering something, an idea or opinion, or a set of ideas about a particular subject, e.g. military affairs in the present discussion. Theory means a formal statement of the rules on which a subject of study is based or of ideas which are suggested to explain a fact or event or, more generally, an opinion or explanation. Philosophy means the use of reason in understanding such things as the nature of reality and existence, the use and limits of knowledge. Principle means a basic idea or rule that explains or controls how something happens or works. Chapter 3 summarized the characteristics of military thoughts into five points', (i) it is closely related with concrete experiences of a nation; (ii) it includes philosophical and logical arguments; (iii) it relies heavily on the political thought of a nation; (iv) it includes necessarily value-judgments; (v) it contains visions of a nation which are not only descriptions or explanations of military affairs, but also evaluations and advocacies. Chapter 4 considers the relation of international political thoughts to military thought. Throughout the history of the modem states system there have been three competing traditions of thought: the Hobbesian or realist tradition, which views international politics as a state of war; the Kantian or universalist tradition, which sees at work in international politics a potential community of mankind; and the Grotian or internationalist tradition, which views international politics as taking place within an international society. Chapter 5 considers the law of war, which is a body of law concerning acceptable justifications to engage in war (jus ad bellum) and the limits to acceptable wartime conduct (jus in bello). Among other issues, modem laws of war address declarations of war, acceptance of surrender and the treatment of prisoners of war, military necessity along with distinction and proportionality, and the prohibition of certain weapons that may cause unnecessary suffering.

In this paper, we implemented an optical information security system using computer generated hologram based on the principle of interference and BaTiO$_3$that is photorefractive material. First of all, we would generate binary phase hologram which can reconstruct the original image perfectly, and regard this hologram as the image to be encrypted. And then applying the interference rule to the hologram, encrypted and reference (fkey information) images are generated. In the decrypting process, we can get an interference intensity by interfering the reference image and the encrypted image in the Mach-Zehnder interferometer. and transforming interference intensity information into phase information using LCD(liquid crystal display) and finally recover original image by inverse Fourier transforming the phase information. In this process, the Intensity information generated by interference of two images is very sensitive to external vibrations. So, we get a stable interference using the characteristic of SPPCM(self pumped phase conjugate mirror) of BaTiO$_3$that is photorefractive material. The proposed method has an advantage of double image encryption by encrypting the hologram of the image instead of original image.
This paper describes a hardware implementation of a true random number generator (TRNG) for information security applications. A new approach for TRNG design was proposed by adopting random transition rules in cellular automata and applying different transition rules at every time step. The TRNG circuit was implemented on Spartan-6 FPGA device, and its hardware operation generating random data with 100 MHz clock frequency was verified. For the random data of 2×107 bits extracted from the TRNG circuit implemented in FPGA device, the randomness characteristics of the generated random data was evaluated by the NIST SP 800-22 test suite, and all of the fifteen test items were found to meet the criteria. The TRNG in this paper was implemented with 139 slices of Spartan-6 FPGA device, and it offers 600 Mbps of the true random number generation with 100 MHz clock frequency.
