Signal peptides of secretary proteins interact with various membranes and non-membrane components during the translocation. We investigated the interaction of signal peptides of ribose binding protein (RBP) with Escherichia coli (E.coli) signal recognition particle (SRP), SecA and lipid bilayer. Previous studies showed that the functional signal peptides inhibit the GTPase activity of E.coli SRP which consisted of F로 and 4.5S RNA.(omitted)

China has integrated maritime safety system which positively and effectively ensures safe navigation and environmental protection. This paper gives brief account on maritime safety rules and regulations, adminstrations and management mechanism, navigation aids and facilities, maritime communication and GMDSS etc. China is a developing country with fast economical growth. With a long coastline of 18,000 kilometers, and 5,000 more islands, China has a fairly developed shipping industry. China also sits in IMO Council as A member. In China , there are over 200 ports with an annual hadnling capacity of over 10,000 tons of cargo ; there are over 4,000 coasters and ocean-going ships with more than 3 million seafarers of which 1/3 being officers ; there are an aggregate gross tonnage 17 million gt for merchant ships. China ranks No.5 shipping country in the world as shown by Lloyd's Maritime Information Services Ltd. 1995. The Chinese shipping industry plays an important role in both domestic transportation and foreign trade. The Chinese government always attaches great importance to maritime safety . Since 1949, and from the adoption of reform-opening policy, China has gradually formed an integrated maritime safety system.

Recently, as the IoT(Internet of Things) and AI(Artificial Intelligence) technologies have developed, smart toys that can understand and act on the language of human beings are being studied. In this paper, we study voice learning using CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) by applying artificial intelligence based voice secretary technology to smart toy. When a human voice command gives, Smart Toy recognizes human voice, converts it into text, analyzes the morpheme, and conducts tagging and voice learning. As a result of test for the simulator program implemented using Python, no malfunction occurred in a single command. And satisfactory results were obtained within the selected simulation condition range.

Investigation of foodservices was carried out in 7 different day care centers in Gyeongnam area and no trition survey of their 481 children were undertaken between October 5 and November 3, 1994. The results were summarized as follows: Conditions of most equipments and facilities used in the kitchen were very defective especially in dishwashing and sterilizing step. Number of cooks and assistant cooks in foodservices was 1 or 2. Purchasing of foods and planning of menu were mainly done by the manager or the secretary. Menu was cycled weekly. None of the day care centers has empolyed a dietitian. Mean values of height and weight of children showed slightly over the standard of Korean children. Mean intakes of energy and all the nutrients from the lunch, which was served by day care centers, were below 30% of the Korean RDAs. Mean value of protein, thiamine and niacin were above 25％ of the RDAs. Intakes of Ca, Fe and Riboflavin were lower than the ones of other nutrients. It is suggested that dietitians should be empolyed to take care of meal services and nutrition education for the children.

최근 AI, 음성인식, 빅데이터, IoT의 발달에 의해 홈 스마트 비서에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이에 맞추어 국내외 대기업들은 청각 중심의 다양한 스마트 비서 제품을 출시하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 단점을 보완한 스마트-홈 비서 시스템을 제안한다. 스마트-홈 비서 시스템은 전방 상황 및 사용자의 행동을 인식할 수 있게 하는 영상 처리부, 카메라에서 획득한 정보에 따라 상황에 맞추어 Pseudo-Hologram 콘텐츠를 재생하는 영상 표출부로 구성되어 있다. Pseudo-Hologram을 활용하여 표출함으로써 사용자 UI/UX에 실감성을 더한 시각적인 스마트-홈 비서 시스템을 구현하였다.

Recently, individuals are interested in a variety of products and services based on artificial intelligence. Among those products and services, an intelligent personal assistants are attracting many attention from IT companies as a next generation platform. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate effects of intelligent personal assistant's benefits on user's value formation and adoption behavior based on Value-based Adoption Model. In addition, the moderating effect of personal innovativeness is examined through empirical analysis. Based on the analysis with the data from actual users, the results show that usefulness, enjoyment, technicality and cost advantage have significant influences on perceived value and correspondingly have an effect on intention to adopt. Personal innovativeness is related to the relationship between perceived value and intention to adopt. These findings may provide important insights to the relevant field regarding the use and spread of intelligent personal assistants.

In the present study, type A influenza live virus, NC-22-8, which is a combination of a cold-adapted attenuated donor virus (HTCA-A101) and a wild type virus (A/New Caledonia/20/99), was constructed and the efficacy of this new virus was assessed by immunogenicity and protection tests in the mouse model. NC-22-8 (1'$10^7, 1'10^5, 1'10^3$ pfu/mouse) was intranasally administered to mice. Four weeks later, the titers of specific IgG and haemagglutinin inhibiton (HI) were measured from blood and the titer of secretary IgA (sIgA) was also detected from boncho alveolar lavage (BAL) and mucosal fluid. This study aims to analysis and measure on the curriculum of security programs in Korean university as the private security system. Civil security demand social safety life by the police protection and private security system. The private security or the civil guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. But the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. Then the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyze current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For that, we examine in 'Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards'? And, 'What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards'? and 'What the qualifications of the trainers'? Then, 'What are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities'? 'Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities'? etc.. Conclusion, the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analysis of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim. Then we have to a standard curriculum for the successful training education system to provide social security.

As AI technology develops, its application has been extended to diverse fields. In particular, AI-enabled Chatbot services have garnered growing attention and such services are more important as a tool of communication in mobile shopping. However, research on chatbots is in its early stage and the understanding of chatbots in the context of mobile commerce is very limited. The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate consumer responses to a shopping chatbot with a focus on the effects of chatbot agent types and message types. Specifically, a $2{\times}2$ between-subjects experimental design, with the agent type (secretary/friend) and the message type (factual/evaluative) as the independent variables, was employed. The results show that although main effects of chatbot agent and message types are not found, interaction effects between chatbot agents and message types on consumer responses are significant. Specifically, when the agent type was a secretary, consumer responses to product recommendation with a factual message were more positive. On the other hand, in the case of the friend agent, the evaluative message led to more positive responses. The findings suggest that communication elements are important in the understanding of consumer responses to chatbots in mobile shopping and effective strategies for utilizing chatbots for mobile commerce should be considered.

In the Republic of Korea, which has adopted a strong president-centered system as a political system, comprehensive personnel verification of work ability, reputation, and misconduct for positions where the president has personnel rights is not only fundamental to the administration of the country, but is also very important for maintaining the democratic system. As the records containing the personnel verification process produced during this process also has a wide range of data on important people in the country, they themselves are very important national-level information, and there is a great possibility that they will be used as useful materials for studying current national management in future generations. Therefore, it is assumed that after the enactment of the "Act on the Management of Presidential Records" in 2007, Senior Secretary for Civil Affairs of the Office of the President, which were responsible for the personnel verification, designated a wide range of personnel verification records as presidential designated records and transferred them to the Presidential Archives. However, with the launch of the 20th government, the agency responsible for personnel verification changed from Senior Secretary for Civil Affairs of the Office of the President to the "Personnel Information Management Team" of the Ministry of Justice from June 2022, a major change occurred in the personnel verification process that had been maintained and the preservation of related records. This paper examined what personnel verification records are and how they have been preserved and managed, and proposed what issues have arisen at the record management level due to this change in the agency in charge of personnel verification, and how those issues should be resolved on a practical and institutional level.
