The recent development of embodiment technology of the medical images makes most medical institutions introduce PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System) in haste. However lots of PACS solutions, currently developed and distributed, haven't been able to serve the convenience of users and to satisfy user's demand because of economic limitations and administrator-oriented considerations in the process of development. So we have developed MIH(Medical Image History), by which we can search and refer to the patient's medical images and information with few restrictions of time and space for diagnosis and treatment. This program will contribute to the improvement in the medical environment and meet the clients' need. We'll make more effort to develop the application which insures the better quality of medical images. MIH manages the patient's image files and medical records like film chart in connection with time. This trial will contribute to the reduction of the economical loss caused by unnecessary references and improve the quality in the medical services. The demand on the development or the program which refers to the medical +ata quickly and keeps them stable will be continued by the medical institute. This will satisfy the client's demand and improve the service to the patients in that tile program will be modified from the standpoint of the users. MIH is trying to keep user-oriented policy and to apply the benefit of the analog system to the digital environment. It is necessary to lead the public to the better understanding that the systematic management and referring of the medical images is as important as the quality of the images.
Digitalization of public administration information shall be accelerated more. When information exists both in the form of electronic and paper record, even the disclosure of paper record make it possible the access to public administration information itself, but there may some needs for the disclosure of electronic record in applicant's situation. Similarly, when only electronic record exists, there may be some problem about whether to disclose the record as print-out or as being electronic format itself. Thus, the method and format of disclose are very sensitive issues, and it is very important to clarify who has the competence to decide the method and format of disclosure, applicant or the public agency. In making any record available to an applicant under the EFOIA in America, the public agency shall provide the record in any form or format requested by the applicant, if the record is readily reproducible by the agency in that form or format. And for the convenience of the applicant with sensory disability, the AIA in Canada also permits the right to access to information in an alternative format. It is desirable also in our country that disclosure of information is done by public agencies in the format that applicant wants, as possible. In the meantime, we should consider the costs and technological restrictions corresponding to the change of format of information to the format that applicant specifies. In the case of electronic record, efforts required for searching cause some hard problems. Information disclosure system requires disclosure of record that exists at the demand point, and creation of new record that does not exist at that them is not required on the public agency. For the search of electronic information, we need some code or program. So, if we evaluate that act of coding or programming as creation of new record, demand on disclosure of electronic record becomes impossible, in fact. Therefore, when we include electronic record as the object of information disclosure system, we need to clarify the degree of reasonable efforts for searching the information included in that record, as long as possible, although it is very difficult problem. Also, we should consider the way to make it permitted to demand the disclosure of electronic record by FAX or E-mail. Disclosure of electronic record itself by E-mail is not generalized yet, even in America or Canada. There are many technological and legal problems to solve, before permitting or enforcing the disclosure of electronic record by E-mail. But, it is desirable to expand the method of disclosure to including disclosure by E-mail in possible spheres. Also, as well as disclosure on demands, we need to expand electronic access to information, so far as possible, in the process of information offer.
Language is an important medium for communication among the members of society and a mirror that reflects society as a whole. As society and culture change and develop over centuries, language follows suit. To keep up with the changes in the new era and express new concepts, countless new neologisms continue to appear. Recently, the use of neologisms is getting increasingly focused on social networking service and other Internet communication sites, which then spread rapidly through various media. If you look at the popular neologisms on the Internet, it implicitly reflects conflicts between the eras and the generations, people's psychology and ideology, and social phenomena such as culture. The function of neologisms is not solely for the entertainment element of communication but also for criticizing social problems and their vital use as a search keyword. This study focuses on the meaning and importance of gathering information and analyzing records about neologisms that reflect the social phenomenon in a certain period, and this will be labeled as "neologism archiving." This study proposes a direction for the construction of a neologism archive by comparing the currently existing neologism archiving system with the existing dictionary concept. In addition, this study serves as a reminder of the convenience and the contemporary social phenomena, such as smooth communication between generations, and the dissemination of inequality of information sharing. Lastly, this study aims to support experts with their research on neologisms for the social phenomenon.

Storage racks have suffered huge losses due to earthquakes, but related research and regulations are relatively insufficient non-structural elements compared to the structural elements. In this study, we tried to experimentally analyze the behavioral characteristics of storage racks due to external force according to the fixing conditions of the column-foundations connection of storage racks. In general, the column-foundations connection of storage racks is installed according to the user's convenience without installation standards and regulations. For this reason, this study conducted a behavior analysis test on four full-scale storage racks with the condition of column-foundations connection of four typical storage racks. The behavior characteristics analysis test was performed by two-direction of the shake table with El-Centro seismic wave. To confirm the behavior characteristics according to the magnitude of the seismic load, 50% ~ 150% of the seismic waves were increased by 50% for each test. In addition, a resonance search test was conducted to confirm the natural frequency of each storage racks foundations fixing condition. Among the data obtained through the test, the displacement of the top layer and the permanent displacement after the test were compared for each condition to analyze the behavior characteristics of the column-foundations fixed conditions of the storage racks. As a result, the change of natural frequency was small in storage racks due to the change of the conditions of the foundations, and the behavior characteristics were changed due to the difference of the restoring force due to the change of the storage racks foundations condition rather than the influence of the natural frequency of the input load.

This study aims to improve the accessibility of websites that can search for online e-journals and check the original text, and the accessibility of web contents in the form of article papers. In order to publish online e-journals in Korea, article contribution management system is used, and services are provided through public or private academic DB companies. There was no content related to accessibility in the publishing and editing stage of online e-journals. In the case of foreign countries, objective to comply with Level AA of WCAG 2.1 to improve accessibility of websites and web content. In addition, the level of accessibility of academic journals is guided through VPAT. In order to improve access to web content in online journals, Accessibility matters are added to the academic society's editorial and publication regulations. Accessibility education should be provided to journal editors. Accessibility checklists should be developed and researchers should verify themselves. To improve the accessibility of online e-journals to websites, For equal use, various convenience functions should be provided when using the website. It guides the accessibility function to the article contribution management system. Each academic and academic DB company should be required to submit a Korean VPAT.

In the wake of COVID-19, more consumers prefer non-face-to-face services and the explosion in the use of delivery apps is shaping a new delivery culture. Meanwhile, in order to solve social problems such as platform monopoly of private delivery apps and increased brokerage fees, many municipalities are launching public delivery apps from 2020 onwards. However, consumers who are used for the existing private delivery apps are not aware of the public delivery apps and the utilization rate is low. In this study, we will look at the impact of sense of community and service quality (information quality, delivery quality) on the intend to use public delivery apps. Studies have shown that SOC and information quality have a significant impact on the attitude of using public delivery apps, but not delivery quality. In addition, the attitude of using public delivery apps has been shown to have a mediating effect on the relationship between SOC, information quality and public delivery app use intentions respectively. Therefore, to activate the public delivery apps, it was found that it is necessary not only to promote, but also to improve user convenience, such as product search and user review inquiry to improve information quality, along with efforts to strengthen the sense of local community.
Fashion is a field in which personal taste acts as the first criterion for purchase, and it is being refined as an important strategy to increase purchase conversion on mobile. Although related studies have been conducted, there are insufficient studies to confirm this according to the detailed purchasing journey of consumers. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the evaluation of user experience factors of personalized recommendation service differs by purchase journey, and to reveal whether it affects purchase intention and satisfaction. Variety, reliability, and convenience showed a significant difference at the level of 0.001% and usefulness at the level of 0.05%. Satisfaction levels were different for each stage, such as novelty and usefulness in the cognitive and interest stage, and high reliability and diversity in the search stage. It has theoretical significance in that it enhances the understanding of the purchase journey by revealing that there is a difference in user evaluation of the personalized recommendation service, and it has practical significance in that it suggests the direction of improvement of the personalized recommendation service strategy. If research on effectiveness is conducted in the future, it will be able to contribute to an advanced strategy.

In order to improve ScienceON as a customized portal for MZ generation, this study investigated the characteristics of MZ generation's use of information portals and the demand for ScienceON to derive ways to improve ScienceON. To this end, a survey was conducted on Generation MZ who had experience using ScienceON, and the direction of improvement of ScienceON was derived. The ScienceON improvement plan proposed in this study is as follows. First, it is necessary to derive a plan to be familiar with the MZ generation for the MZ generation seeking familiarity and convenience. Second, it is necessary to improve the portal, such as arranging intuitive menus and providing convenient information, and various ways such as improving design and UI and reorganizing functions provided by ScienceON are needed. Third, it is necessary to promote the spread of Science ON by providing content through various platforms such as SNS and YouTube. In the future, as interest in the MZ generation continues to increase, analysis studies on the characteristics and demand of the MZ generation are expected to increase. Therefore, this study can be used as basic data for research on MZ generation, and it is expected that it can be used as a reference for the demand for information search and services of MZ generation.

Objectives: This study aimed to assess the status of the Journal of the Korean Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (JKACAP) and propose measures for its growth and development. Methods: The study was conducted using a questionnaire survey targeting members of the Korean Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The six key elements analyzed were Access to the journal, Convenience following conversion to English, Recognition as an international journal and institutional achievements, Author perspectives on manuscript submission, Transition to an online-only journal, and Content and identity of the journal. Results: The survey revealed that email notification was highly effective for Journal Accessibility, with the website and search engines also frequently being used by members. Conversion to English in 2018 initially impacted readability and submission rates, but these concerns have decreased over time. However, the Recognition of JKACAP as an international academic journal was still not on par with SCIE journals, highlighting the need for further efforts towards SCIE inclusion. Despite these challenges and limited research opportunities, there was an active intention among members to submit manuscripts. Respondents showed a notable preference for the Transition to an online-only journal. Regarding content and identity of the JKACAP, members predominantly favored review articles and perceived the journal as a research and communication platform for Korean child and adolescent psychiatrists. Conclusion: The results indicate the need for JKACAP to enhance its digital accessibility, provide more support for domestic and international authors, and actively seek SCIE indexing. Addressing the varied content preferences of its members, improving the submission process, and transitioning to an online-only format could further its growth and solidify its position as an internationally recognized academic journal in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry.

This study aims to understand the everyday information-seeking behaviors of Alpha-generation elementary school students. A survey was conducted among 4th to 6th grade students to investigate their information needs in daily life, the sources they use to fulfill these needs and the reasons for their choices, the barriers they encounter during the information search process, and their satisfaction and trust in the information obtained. The results indicate that Alpha generation elementary students most frequently use video platforms and have the highest information needs related to hobbies and leisure activities. The main reasons for choosing information sources were familiarity and convenience. Differences based on demographic characteristics and media literacy education were also analyzed. There were significant differences in information-seeking behavior based on gender. Also, students who had received media literacy education experienced fewer difficulties in the information acquisition process compared to those who had not. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable data for developing information services and media literacy education directions for the Alpha generation in school settings.
