  • In this paper, the methods of designing and implementing user interaction using jQuery in Web Application are suggested. While computing ability of smart devices grows up, web application technology is generalized. So JavaScript is one of noticeable web application technologies, and jQuery is the most popular JavaScript framework. We described basic grammar, scalability and plug-ins of jQuery. We categorized user interactions and animations and described methods to implement it.

  • The script of multimedia authoring tool must be able to define the basic events, represent the special function of an object and change the entire system dynamically. In this paper, we design and implement a script interpreter that defines the properties and events of various multimedia objects and executes them, and describe the analysis of script source, the management of execution table, and the method for storing the script information to the objects and executing it according to the user's events.

  • XSS is an attacker on the other party of the browser that is allowed to run the script. It is seized session of the users, or web site modulation, malicious content insertion, and phishing attack which is available. XSS attacks are stored XSS and reflected XSS. In that, two branch attacks. The form of XSS attacks are cookie sniffing, script encryption, bypass, the malignant cord diffusion, Key Logger, Mouse Sniffer, and addition of lie information addition. XSS attacks are target of attack by script language. Therefore, the countermeasure of XSS is presented and proposed to improve web security.

  • In this paper, we present the plan execution model for dynamic mobile computing environments, and then introduce the smart script system developed on these base models. The smart script system includes the smart script language, in which the task knowledge of a mobile personal assistant is represented, and the script execution engine, by which the scripts are dynamically executed in response to the given task goal and the environmental changes. In order to evaluate the utility and the performance of our system, we implement an application service called Smart Reservation and conduct some experiments.

  • Many JavaScript programs are event-driven in the sense that they heavily use event functions that take user inputs to manipulate program behaviors. Thus, in order to statically analyze event-driven JavaScript programs effectively and precisely, static analyzers should be able to understand and precisely analyze the behaviors of events in terms of how they are created and evaluated. In this paper, we describe several reasons why static analysis of event behaviors in JavaScript programs is particularly difficult, and present a new event modeling mechanism that can represent behaviors of events precisely and efficiently for effective analysis of event-based JavaScript programs.

  • Delegation model supports effective and highly reliable network management. It reduces traffic overhead caused by transmission of management informations. In this model, management scripts can be composed by the designers of managers, these are delegated to agents. Delegation models support effective distribution of management functions among managers and agents. Therefore, various functions are needed to create and delegate management scripts. In this paper, we design simple script language and implement script interpreter for efficient network management. And, we define script management functions and services. Moreover, we present manager/agent models and algorithms for script management. As an implementation environment, the ISODE services are ported. The methods employed for the implementation are also described.

  • In the simulation of underwater vehicles such as a submarine or a torpedo, various type of simulations like an engineering level simulation for predicting the performance precisely and an engagement level simulation for examining the effectiveness of a certain tactic is required. For this reason, a tactics manager which can change the behavior of a simulation model according to external tactics is needed. In this study the tactics manager supporting a script language and engine which can represent various tactics and can help users define external input tactics for the tactic manager easily is suggested. Python and Lua which are representative among script languages have been compared and analyzed from the viewpoint of a tactic manage, and the tactic manger using the script engines of those script languages was implemented. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the tactic manager, a target motion analysis simulation of the warfare between a submarine and a surface ship.

  • The recent deployment of RIA (Rich Internet Application) is often involved with the complex JavaScript code, which leads to the announcement of high performance JavaScript engines for its efficient execution. And the Sunspider benchmark is being widely used for the performance evaluation of these JavaScript engines. In this paper, we compare the execution methods of three high-performance JavaScript engines, Mozilla TraceMonkey, Google V8, and Apple SquirrelFish Extreme, and measure their performances using the SunSpider benchmark. We also evaluate the pros and cons of each engine, based on its execution method and the code characteristics of the SunSpider benchmarks.

  • Recently, many malicious users have attacked web browsers using JavaScript code that can execute dynamic actions within the browsers. By forcing the browser to execute malicious JavaScript code, the attackers can steal personal information stored in the system, allow malware program downloads in the client's system, and so on. In order to reduce damage, malicious web pages must be located prior to general users accessing the infected pages. In this paper, a novel framework (JsSandbox) that can monitor and analyze the behavior of malicious JavaScript code using internal function hooking (IFH) is proposed. IFH is defined as the hooking of all functions in the modules using the debug information and extracting the parameter values. The use of IFH enables the monitoring of functions that API hooking cannot. JsSandbox was implemented based on a debugger engine, and some features were applied to detect and analyze malicious JavaScript code: detection of obfuscation, deobfuscation of the obfuscated string, detection of URLs related to redirection, and detection of exploit codes. Then, the proposed framework was analyzed for specific features, and the results demonstrate that JsSandbox can be applied to the analysis of the behavior of malicious web pages.
