In this paper, a simulation model for scope and filter parameters in CMIS/CMIP, OSI management protocol, has been discussed and the suitable scope type was represented by analyzing optimal polling time in network management system, queue size and response time. Scope and filter parameters in MGet, M-Set, M-Action, and =M-Delete services provide a scheme to select some managed objects, and the results are largely varied according to a scope type requested and the outcome of filtering. It has been simulated each scope type and all scope type mixed in a network by varying the offered load and a polling time. On the same time, the response time, queue size of the managing system and a delay time have been measured. As a results, the suitable scope type and polling time enhancing the network performance on the OSI network management is proposed.

연구목적:국내 사업장의 온실가스 배출량 공개 현황과 기타 간접 배출량이 총 배출량의 연관성을 파악하여 공개의 필요성을 촉구하고자 한다. 연구방법: 탄소정보공개프로젝트(CDP)에 공개된 2021년 배출량 자료로 업종 및 배출 항목별로 수집하여 비교분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과: Scope 3 내 각 Category별 배출량을 산정하고 공개한 기업일수록 배출량 공개 외 다른 평가요인에 대한 응답 또는 공개에 적극적이고 해당 기업들은 CDP 및 ESG 평가에서 높은 등급을 얻을 수 있었으며 배출량이 많은 기업일수록 Scope 3 산정 및 공개 수가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 업종별 Scope 3 공개 수와 전체 중 각 Scope별 차지하는 비중의 상관관계는 일부 제조업종에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 결론: Scope 3 공개 수와 기업 등급, 총 배출량은 비례함에 따라 Scope 3 공개 수 및 GHG 배출량이 많은 기업일수록 Scope 3 관리 수준이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. Scope 3 배출량 산정 및 공개를 토대로 효과적인 배출량 관리 및 감축 활동이 필요하다.

기업 가치사슬에서 발행하는 온실가스 평가란 원료 구매, 제품의 생산, 판매 단계 등 기업 활동 전반에 걸쳐 기업 활동이 기후변화에 미치는 영향을 온실가스 배출량으로 산정하는 것을 말한다. 온실가스 배출원을 기업의 활동 경계를 기준으로 하여 Scope1, Scope2, Scope3으로 나누어진다. 이중 Scope3는 기업이 직접 배출하지 않더라도 기업 가치사슬에서 간접적으로 배출되는 온실가스에 연관된 영역이다. Scope3의 영역은 기업이 직접 관리할 수 없어 본질적으로 감축이 어렵다. 하지만 앞으로 국가 수준보다는 기업 수준에서 배출량을 제한하는 규제가 더욱 강화될 전망이며, 이에 따라 기업이 Scope3도 산정에 포함해야 하는 시점이 다가오고 있다.

The first thing to be prioritized is to set the scope of the management system when establishing an information security management system for systematic and effective information security management. It is important to set the scope for an organization's information security goals due to the scope affects the organization's overall information security activities. If the scope is set incorrectly, it might become impossible to protect important services and therefore, the scope of the management system should be determined in consideration of the core business services of the organization. We propose a core service selection model based on the organization's mission-critical service and high risk service in order to determine the effective information security management system scope in this paper. Core service selection criteria include the type of service, contribution to sales, socio-economic impact, and linkage with other services.

Background and Objectives Scope classification is designed to classify acute epiglottitis according to laryngoscopic findings. There is no report about the utility of classification; the difference between the diagnosis and the prognosis by the Scope classification was not found. The aim of this study was to evaluate the utility of Scope classification in patients with acute epiglottitis. Subject and Method 127 patients who had been admitted to our hospital were diagnosed with acute epiglottitis. The patients were classified by the Scope classification. We compared demographic characteristics, clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory findings, and clinical course among the patient groups and divided the results according to the Scope classification. Results There are no significant differences among the groups in demographic characteristics, clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory findings, and clinical course. Conclusion The Scope classification of acute epiglottitis does not seem to be a method to evaluate the severity of acute epiglottitis. Thus, we need to develop multidisciplinary approaches for acute epiglottitis.

본 연구는 2011년 CDP Korea 200과 Global 500에 포함되어 온실가스 관리 평가를 받은 기업 중 국내 온실가스 관리 우수기업과 CDLI 90점 이상을 획득한 Global 우수기업의 Scope 3 답변 자료를 토대로 제3자 검증 유무, 관리항목을 비교분석하여 국내외 기업의 Scope 3 관리 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 기업의 제3자 검증비율은 48%로 80%인 해외 기업에 비해 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. WRI/WBCSD 가 제시한 15개 Scope 3 항목 관리 현황을 분석한 결과, 국내 기업은 평균 1.6개를 관리하고 있는 반면, 해외 기업은 평균 2.7개를 관리하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 국내 기업 전체가 관리하고 있는 Scope 3 분야는 10개였으며, 해외 기업은 13개로 나타났다. 임대자산과 프렌차이즈 항목은 세계 어떤 기업도 관리하지 않고 있다. 국내 기업의 경우에는 출장, 임직원 출퇴근 등 전산시스템으로 확인 가능한 정보의 관리비율이 높았고, 해외 기업의 경우도 유사했으나, 제품의 사용 항목 등 제품 판매 또는 그 이후의 온실가스 배출을 관리하는 비율이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 Scope 3를 통한 기업간 그리고 국가간 규제가 높아질 가능성이 큰 만큼, 제품의 사용, 에너지 구매 등에 관련한 Scope 3 항목관리를 위한 국내 기업의 노력이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

Even though the success of the information system (IS) protect becomes a critical issue to an enterprise and there has been a lot of research about finding critical success factors of IS projects, the scope management for the success of IS protect has received little attention in the literature. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of the project scope management activities defined by PMI (Project Management Institute) on the performance of the information system project. The focus of this paper is on the project supplier's point of view. This study shows the priority of the scope management activities during the IS Project. The results show the different results depending on the types of the project clients and the project scale. This research reveals that the scope verification is important for the project supplier from the project process view, and that the scope planning/definition is important for the protect client from the project result view. It also shows different results comparing to the conventional recognition about project success. The research results show that the positive relationships between the project scale and the importance of scope management activities, and between the familiarity of suppliers and clients and the importance of the scope management activities. Through this research, we expect that the importance of the scope management in a project will be considered as an important issue, and that this research will lead to various detailed research about this issue.

Commercial video scope use CCD sensor and frame grabber for image capture and A/D interface but application limited by input resolution and high cost. In this paper we introduce portable video scope using CMOS sensor, USB pen and tuner card (low frame grabber) in place of commercial CCD sensor and frame grabber. Our video scope serves as an essential link between advancing commercial technology and research, providing cost effective solutions for educational, engineering and medical applications across an entire spectrum of needs. The software implementation is done using Direct Show in second version after initial trials using First version VFW (video for window), which gave very low frame rate. Our video scope operates on windows 98, ME, XP, 2000. The drawback of our video scope is crossover problem in output images caused due to interpolation, which has to be rectified for more efficient performance.

본 논문은 VOD 스트리밍 데이터에 대한 변형된 Scope Consistency 알고리즘 설계 방안을 제시한다. Consistency Model 은 주로 전자 계산에서 데이터 동기화에 적용될 수 있는 메커니즘이다. 그 중 Scope Consistency는 Memory Consistency Model의 한 종류로, Scope와 같은 lock을 사용하여 임계영역을 정의한다. Scope Consistency를 지원하는 시스템으로 JIAJIA가 있다. JIAJIA는 lock 기반 캐쉬 일관성을 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 JIAJIA에서 사용하는 동기화 메커니즘 중 barrier 메커니즘을 이용하여 일반적으로 전자 계산에서 사용되는 메커니즘을 VOD 스트리밍 데이터가 처리될 수 있는 변형된 Scope Consistency 알고리즘을 설계한다.

거짓 공유(flase sharing) 및 추가적인 통신으로 인한 성능 저하를 방비하기 위해서 소프트웨어 분산공유메모리 시스템을 위한 다양한 메모리 모델들이 제안되었다. Scope Consitency 모델은 Brazos, JIAJIA와 같은 최근 시스템에 채택된 모델로서, consistency scope 개념을 사용해서 데이터와 동기화 변수 간의 관계를 자동으로 인식한다. 본 논문에서는 Scope Consistency 프로토콜의 설계, 구현, 그리고 성능 측정 결과에 관해서 설명한다.
