임상병리과 학생들의 임상실습에 관한 의식조사 연구 (A Survey Study on Clinical Practice of Clinical Laboratory Science Students)

  • This study was conducted to investigate an attitude related to clinical laboratory science students' clinical practice. Data for this analysis was gathered from March to May, 2004 by the questionnaires of 348 students who are in their third year in 5 colleges and have experienced clinical practice. The students were satisfied with the term of clinical practice (70.4%) and the first factor influencing them in clinical practice was sincerity (45.1%), and the second was basic knowledge (19.8%). In the contents of clinical practice, 53.2% were satisfied but 43.3% of them showed negative responses because their practice was limited and they were simply assistants. 74.1% were satisfied after experiencing clinical practice and the first factor was improvement of understanding and interest in their major (65.9%) and the second was the gain of confidence (20.1%). Among anxieties in the clinical practice, a shortage of self-confidence (47.7%) was the highest. 81.3% of them wanted to maintain medical technologist's life continuously. It appeared that the more satisfied with their major, the more satisfied with the clinical practice (p<0.05). As a result, the students were satisfied with the clinical practice and fresh experience generally. But they were relatively unsatisfied with the practicality, and connection with the lecture. As a part of efforts to formulate an effective system for clinical practice, it is necessary to establish concrete goals and detail check lists to guide these students among professors, trainers and students.

방사선(학)과 학생들의 임상실습만족도에 관한 연구 (Study on Clinical Practice Satisfaction by Students in Department of Radiologic Science)

  • 급변하는 의료환경에 적응할 수 있는 현장실무형 인재양성을 위해 방사선(학)과 학생들을 대상으로 임상 실습교육의 만족도를 조사하였다. 조사 대상자는 학제에 따라 3년제와 4년제 학생 302명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC+ Win 13 버전을 사용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 일반적 특성 분포와 임상 실습 특성은 빈도분석, 둘째, 변인에 따른 임상실습 만족도 차이는 일원분산분석, 셋째, 변인 간 관계는 단순 적률상관관계로 분석하였다. 임상실습교육과 관련하여 실습과목의 도움, 지도자의 전문성, 실습내용, 실습환경, 실습시간, 실습 후 평가, 그리고 실습 전반에 대한 만족도 분석 결과, 실습 전반에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았고, 임상실습 내용, 시간 순이었다. 그리고 임상실습교육 만족도 관련 요인들은 높은 상관관계를 지니는 것으로 분석되었다.

문헌정보학 전공 현장실습에 대한 실습지도자의 인식 연구 (A Study of Practical Instructors' Recognition on the Field Practice Program in Library and Information Science)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 현장실습 전반에 대해 실습지도자의 인식을 진단하여 문헌정보학 현장실습의 유용성 및 효과성을 제고할 수 있는 운영방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 현장실습기관 실습지도자에 대한 설문조사를 통해 현장실습에 대한 현황조사 및 인식도 측정을 실시하여, 인식도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하고 그 영향관계를 고찰하였다. 실습지도자의 일반적 특성, 도서관 관련 업무 특성, 실습기관의 현장실습 현황 등 요인 중에서 현장실습 인식도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 조사한 결과, '현장실습 운영 책무성'이 유의한 영향을 끼치는 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 현장실습 인식도를 구성하는 6가지 구성요인별로 실습지도자의 전반적 현장실습 인식도에 미치는 영향관계는 어떠한지 분석한 결과, '실습환경', '실습 지도방법' 요인이 유의한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 파악되었다.

교사학습공동체 교사들의 과학 실천 기반 수업을 위한 PCK 구성 (Pedagogical Content Knowledge for Science Practice-Based Instruction Developed by Science Teachers in a Teacher Learning Community)

  • 본 연구에서는 과학 실천 수업을 위한 교사학습공동체를 형성한 5명의 중학교 과학 교사들이 1년간의 교사학습공동체 활동을 통해 과학 실천 수업에 관한 어떠한 PCK를 구성하였는지 분석하였다. 교사학습공동체에서 교사들은 협력적인 수업 설계, 수업 실행 공유 및 성찰을 반복하였다. 본 연구에서는 사전·사후 설문과 면담을 시행하고, 교사학습공동체 모임에 참여 관찰 및 녹음을 하고, 수업계획안, 과학 실천 수업 녹화 영상, 수업 일기 등의 자료를 수집하였다. PCK 이론적 틀에 기반하여 연역적으로 분석하고 다시 귀납적 분석을 통해 그 범주를 정교화하고 수정하여 본 연구의 교사들이 과학 실천 교육과정, 과학 실천 교수 전략, 학생의 과학 실천 학습, 과학 실천 학습평가의 네 가지 PCK 요소에 포함된 총 11개 하위 요소의 PCK를 구성한 것을 밝혔다. 본 연구의 교사들은 과학 실천 교육과정에 관한 지식으로 과학 실천 교육과정 자료에 관한 지식, 핵심 개념 선정 및 교육과정 구조화에 관한 지식을 구성하였고, 과학 실천 교수 전략에 관한 지식으로 과학 실천 특이적 전략, 과학 실천 활동 선정 및 구조화 전략, 과학 실천 학습 가이드 전략에 관한 지식을 구성하였다. 학생의 과학 실천 학습에 관한 지식으로 과학 실천 선지식, 과학 실천 수행 어려움, 과학 실천 동기, 과학 실천 수행 다양성에 관한 지식을 구성하였고, 과학 실천 학습 평가에 관한 지식으로 과학 실천 학습 평가내용, 과학 실천 학습 평가 방법에 관한 지식을 구성하였다. 본 연구의 교사들이 구성한 과학 실천 수업 PCK는 학생들의 과학 실천을 통한 핵심 개념 학습을 위해 고도로 구조화된 지식으로 사료된다.

보건학전공 대학생의 현장실습이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Field Practice on Career Attitude Maturity in Health Science Majors)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the field practice of health science majors on their career attitude maturity in our country in an effort to determine influential factors. Methods: The subjects in this study were 220 selected health science majors in three different colleges located in North Gyeongsang Province and South Chungcheong Province. A survey was conducted with structured questionnaires from September 1 to 10, 2016. As for statistical analysis. a statistical package SPSS 20.0 was used. Results: The factors of the field practice of the health science majors that affected their career attitude maturity were the career of people in charge(${\beta}=.145$, p-.034) and the content of field practice(${\beta}=.233$, p=.015), which were the factors of the institution for field practice, and the relationship between people in charge and trainees(${\beta}=.299$, p=.008) and satisfaction with field placement(${\beta}=-.262$, p=.013) that were the factors of field practice tasks were also influential. The influence of these factors were statistically significant. Conclusions: Institutions that provide health science majors with the opportunity of field practice should try to improve the competencies of people in charge, to ensure the substantiality of field practice in content and to develop standardized manuals for field practice. In schools, professors who are in charge of field practice should offer intensive guidance and feedback on problems with field practice. These efforts are expected to elevate the career attitude maturity of students.

적극적 스트레스 대처매개 중재가 임상실습 스트레스와 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Aggressive Stress Response Mediation on Clinical Practice Stress and Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to determine the mediating effects of aggressive stress response on the association between clinical practice stress and clinical practice satisfaction in ophthalmic optics majors and provide basic data that could help form opticians' professionalism and make clinical practice more effective. Methods: This study was conducted in 236 sophomores and juniors in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province who had finished clinical practice. Hierarchical regression analysis and mediating effect testing were performed to determine the associations among clinical practice stress, clinical practice satisfaction, and aggressive stress response and determine the mediating effects of aggressive stress response on the association between clinical practice stress and clinical practice satisfaction. Results: Clinical practice stress was significantly negatively correlated with clinical practice satisfaction and aggressive stress response (p<0.01), and aggressive stress response was significantly positively correlated with clinical practice satisfaction (p<0.01). The association between clinical practice stress and clinical practice satisfaction was more likely to be explained by the addition of clinical practice stress than by being aggressive stress response controlled, which statistically significantly met the criteria for mediating effects (p<0.001). Conclusions: It is necessary to pay more attention to program development and teaching methods within the department of ophthalmic optics so that ophthalmic optics majors can utilize aggressive stress response to overcome clinical practice stress effectively and improve clinical practice satisfaction.

초등 과학 수업의 실제에 대한 교사와 학생의 인식 (Perception of Teacher and Student on the Practice of Elementary Science Class)

  • This study examined the perception of teachers and students on the practice of elementary science class. For this study, an examination tool was made by extracting characteristics of good science class through precedent study investigation and revising it in a questionnaire form of a Likert scale, and conducted to 194 elementary teachers and 320 elementary students. As a result of the study, teachers generally perceived science class positively and teachers with career more than 6 years thought it more positively than them with career less than 5 years. Consequently students have a substantially positive perception level about the practice of the elementary science class, and students of 3th and 4th grade perceived science class positively than 5th and 6th grade in all domains. Finally when analyzing perception difference between teachers and students about the practice of the elementary science class, it appeared that students perceived science class more positively than teachers in most questions.

침 연구에 대한 한의사의 인식과 연구방향에 대한 조사 (Study for Clinicians' Perception on the Acupuncture Research and Ways to Symbiosis between Basic Research and Clinical Practice)

  • Objectives : From mechanism studies using animal models to high-level evidence based research such as randomized controlled trials or systematic reviews, various acupuncture studies have been performed. Nevertheless, the current research appears insufficient to satisfy clinicians' needs. We aimed at investigating clinicians' perception on the translational research and suggesting ways of symbiosis between basic research and clinical practice. Methods : Data were collected using a web-based questionnaire made available to Korean medicine doctors who were informed through social networking service or e-mail. The survey participants indicated their awareness of acupuncture research and their thoughts on the applicability of research in practice. Results : Forty-seven clinicians completed the survey. While most respondents agreed that acupuncture research is very important, only 40% of them answered that the results of acupuncture research are useful to their own practice. In more than half of those who responded to the survey, the current acupuncture research is not viewed as reflecting clinical practice very much. Respondents agreed that acupuncture research should be based on clinical practice, and they recognized the need to collect valid clinical data from real-world practice. Also, as many as 77% of clinicians had no scruple to participate in research programs. Conclusions : There is no doubt among practitioners that acupuncture research is necessary. More importantly, practice-based research remains essential in order to feed-back research outcomes to clinical practice. Communications and academic exchanges between clinicians and researchers can mutually benefit research and practice with better information, resulting in symbiosis.

중학교 과학 교사들의 과학 탐구 교수 효능감에 대한 인식 (Middle School Science Teachers' Perception on Science Inquiry Teaching Efficacy)

  • 본 연구에서는 과학 탐구 수업을 1년간 수행한 중학교 과학 교사들이 과학 탐구 수업을 하기 위해 필요하다고 하는 효능감이 무엇인지 개별 면담 자료 분석을 통해 밝히고자 한다. 본 연구 참여 교사들이 과학 탐구 수업을 하기 위해서 필요하다고 하는 과학 탐구 교수 효능감은 과학 탐구 수업 계획 단계와 수행 단계에서 다르게 나타났고, 각 단계에서의 효능감은 수업 관리 효능감, 교수 전략 효능감, 교과지식 효능감으로 분류할 수 있었다. 과학 탐구 수업 계획 단계에서의 수업 관리 효능감에는 '과학 탐구 수업을 위한 교육 과정 운영 효능감'이 포함되었고, 교수 전략 효능감에는 '과학 탐구 수업 개요 설정 효능감', '과학 실천 간 논리적 조직 효능감', '과학 실천 별 적절한 발문 계획 효능감', '과학 실천을 하는 학생에 대한 이해 효능감'이 포함되었으며, 교과 지식 효능감에는 '교과 지식 및 과학 실천 이해 효능감', '핵심 개념 설정 효능감'이 포함되었다. 과학 탐구 수업 수행단계에서의 수업 관리 효능감에는 '과학 실천 별 시간 배분 효능감', '과학 실천 교실 문화 정착 효능감'이 포함되었고, 교수 전략 효능감에는 '과학 실천 동기 부여 효능감', '과학 실천 적응적 교수 효능감', '능동적 사고 기회 제공 효능감', '과학 실천 별 논의 참여 독려 효능감', '과학 실천 별 참여도 평가 효능감'이 포함되었다. 본 연구의 참여 교사들은 과학 탐구 수업 수행을 위하여 필요한 효능감으로 교과 지식 효능감은 언급하지 않았다.

정신 연습의 기전과 적용 방법 (Mechanism and Application Methodology of Mental Practice)

  • The purpose of this study was to review of mechanism and application methodology about mental practice. The mental practice is symbolic rehearsal of physical activity in the absence of any gross muscular movements. Human have the ability to generate mental correlates of perceptual and motor events without any triggering external stimulus, a function known as imagery, Practice produces both internal and external sensory consequences which are thought to be essential for learning to occur, It is for this reason that mental practice, rehearsal of skill in imagination rather than by overt physical activity, has intrigued theorists, especially those interested in cognitive process. Several studies in sport psychology have shown that mental practice can be effective in optimizing the execution of movements in athletes and help novice learner in the incremental acquisition of new skilled behaviors. There are many theories of mental practice for explaining the positive effect In skill learning and performance. Most tenable theories are symbolic learning theory, psyconeuromuscular theory, Paivio's theory, regional cerebral blood flow theory, motivation theory, modeling theory, mental and muscle movement nodes theory, insight theory, selective attention theory, and attention-arousal set theory etc.. The factors for influencing to effects of mental practice are application form, application period, time for length of the mental practice, number of repetition, existence of physical practice.
