This study was conducted to investigate the quality characteristics of sun-dried salt prepared with added Cheongyang hot pepper juice(CPJ). The moisture, crude protein, crude lipid, and crude ash contents of the CPJ were 84.36%, 2.27%, 1.41%, and 0.67% respectively. The moisture content, yellowness, capsaicin, and dihydrocapsaicin of sun-dried salt increased according to the level of added CPJ, whereas the NaCl, pH, lightness, and redness value increased. The sensory evaluation results showed that preferences for the sun-dried salt increased as CPJ, approached their optimum value and decreased as they exceeded optimum levels. Consequently, the proposed optimum level in the ingredient formulation for manufacture of the standard sun-dried salt was 30% CPJ, as based on analyses. Ultimately, this study was expected to contribute to the commercialization of sun-dried salt of high quality.

This study investigated how the contents of biology domains that were dealt with in the 7th national elementary-school science curriculum were in turn dealt with in the other subject matter areas. Through this, it was hoped that the place and identity of biology as a subject could be more clearly established and defined and additionally, more basic data for developing the new national science curriculum could be acquired at the same time. Subject matter areas that overlapped with biology in the 7th national elementary-school curriculum were practical arts, social studies and physical education. The structure and composition of specific components that were dealt with by these subject matter areas were very different from those of science, and the analysis showed that they failed to correspond across grades. Moreover, topics such as 'natural calamities and the environment' and 'human reproduction' that were dealt with by other subject matter areas, but not in science must be included for developing the new national science curriculum. Accordingly, when it comes to composing the contents of each subject matter area during creation of the new national curriculum, the relevant experts in related subject matter areas should be mobilized to conduct in-depth analysis of the following areas: viability, the most appropriate level of difficulty, and appropriateness of any hierarchy of relative importance between subjects. Additionally, efforts to reflect any improvements in the way the new national curriculum is developed which come about through this research are needed.

In this paper, we introduce and study the concept of hyperbolic type convexity functions and their some algebraic properties. We obtain Hermite-Hadamard type inequalities for this class of functions. In addition, we obtain some refinements of the Hermite-Hadamard inequality for functions whose first derivative in absolute value, raised to a certain power which is greater than one, respectively at least one, is hyperbolic convexity. Moreover, we compare the results obtained with both Hölder, Hölder-İşcan inequalities and power-mean, improved-power-mean integral inequalities.

The results of hotel management have revealed a lot of problems in regard to the suitable placement of kitchen facilities, equipment and utensils, appropriate positioning of kitchen workers, and management of kitchen supplies. To solve these problems, this study examined the relationships among kitchen equipment, layouts, job satisfaction, a sense of self-competence, and production efficiency, proposing the efficient management measures of a reasonable kitchen system. The following are the results. Kitchen facilities had a significant effect on job satisfaction, not on a sense of self-competence. Hotel cooks' awareness of kitchen utensils as well as kitchen layouts had significant influence on both job satisfaction and a sense of self-competence whereas hotel cooks' job satisfaction and their sense of self-competence had great influence on production efficiency.

Let T ${\in}$ $\mathcal{L}$(X), S ${\in}$ $\mathcal{L}$(Y ), A ${\in}$ $\mathcal{L}$(X, Y ) and B ${\in}$ $\mathcal{L}$(Y,X) such that SA = AT, TB = BS, AB = S and BA = T. Then S and T shares that same local spectral properties SVEP, property (${\beta}$), property $({\beta})_{\epsilon}$, property (${\delta}$) and decomposability. From these common local spectral properties, we give some results related with Aluthge transforms and subscalar operators.

The urban wetland park is an indispensable part of an ecological city. It has aroused widespread attention and even quickly planning and construction around the country. But, in terms of the nature of the urban wetland park, there is a contradiction between the protection of urban wetland resources and the openness of the urban park for public. This article starts with the necessity for construction of urban wetland park, more over expound the existent problems between the protection and openness of the urban wetland park and to propose appropriate measures through the case study on Nanhu National Urban Wetland Park, Tangshan.

The furan-2-ylidene acetates (3a-d), obtained from the furan-2,3-diones (1a-b) and methyl/ethyl (triphenylphosphoranylidene)-acetates (2a-b), were converted via the Michael type reactions with 2,3-diaminopyridine and its derivatives (4a-c) into the corresponding pyrrol-2-ylidene-acetates (5a-j) in moderate yields (45-94%). Structures of these compounds were determined by the IR, NMR, elemental analysis, and X-ray diffraction method.

Incorporation of CuO nanoparticles during the polymerization of aniline in the presence of ammonium peroxydisulphate as an oxidizing agent and sodium salt of dodecylbenzene sulphonic acid as dopant as well as surfactant yielded water soluble CuO-PANI composite. Comparison of recorded spectra like FTIR, XRD and SEM with reported one confirm the formation of the composite. Analysis by gravimetric method exposes that the synthesized composite is having resistivity against corrosion, with slight variation in efficiency on extending the time duration up to eight hours in strong acidic condition. OCP measurement, potentiodynamic polarization and EIS studies also confirms the suppression ability of composite against corrosion. Riskless working environment could be provided by the synthesized composite during industrial cleaning process.
