진성리더십의 효과성 분석: 공공조직과 사조직에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 (The Effectiveness of Authentic Leadership on Public and Private Organizations)

  • 최근 리더십 연구에서 리더의 진정성이 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 리더십 발휘에 있어서 리더의 진정성 여부는 조직구성원들의 행동, 태도 및 성과에 큰 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 진성리더십이 조직몰입, 조직시민행동 및 직무성과에 어떠한 효과가 있는지 살펴보고, 진성리더십의 효과성은 공공조직과 사조직에 모두 유효한지를 실증적으로 분석해 보고자 한다. 국내 다양한 조직에 종사하는 조직구성원들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 회수된 설문지 444부(공공기업 243부, 민간기업 201부)가 분석에 사용되었고, 통계분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0과 STATA 14.0 통계패키지를 사용하여 요인분석 및 회귀분석으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면, 진성리더십은 공공조직과 사조직에 대해 조직몰입, 조직시민행동, 직무성과 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 요컨대, 진성리더십은 리더가 조직을 보다 효과적으로 이끌어 가는데 긍정적인 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 이러한 관계는 공공조직이나 사조직에 모두 유의미한 효과를 가지는 것으로 보인다.

교사 전문성 향상 방안 연구 -한국의 학습 커뮤니티 사례- (Developing Teachers' Professionalism -Focusing on Korean Cases-)

  • 이 연구는 한국 사회의 두 전문 학습 커뮤니티인 '전국역사교사모임'과 '초등학급경영연구회'의 구조 및 운영체제를 검토하고, 그 장·단점을 분석한 연구이다. 이러한 사례를 분석하기 위해 로비(Robey)의 조직 변화 모델을 이론적 틀로 활용하였다. 이 연구에는 주로 문헌 검토와 현장 인터뷰라는 두 가지 연구방법이 채택되었다. 분석 결과, 여러 가지 장점(교사의 진취성과 자율적 의지에 의해 주도되는 쉬운 접근성, 풍부하고 실용적인 교육 해결책)과 약점(재정적 부담, 이론적 배경의 결여, 산발적인 참여자)이 발견되었다. 결론에서 이 연구는 교사의 전문성 함양에 중요한 역할을 하는 교육 리더 그룹이 되기 위한 세 가지 전략을 제시한다. 1) 교사의 학습 동기를 자극하기 위한 제도적 노력을 기울인다. 2) 교사라는 직업 자문을 위해 대학교수 및 다른 전문가들로 구성된 강한 네트워크를 구축한다. 3) 종합적이고 탄탄한 통합 시스템을 구축한다.

  • This study presents the aspects and changing process of the habiliment from the National Liberation up to now by analyzing the articles of costume found in$\ulcorner$Maeil Shinmun$\lrcorner$from Jan. 1. 1946 to Dec. 31. 1996. In the period of 1946~1959, the political and economic conditions through the National Liberation and Korean war deteriorated and the interest in costumes were weakened. But the economic recovery and social stability in the middle of the 50's made the lost interest in costumes increase. From 1960 to 1969, the high economic growth was achieved by“Five year plans for Economic Development”and the progress of mass media, transportation, communication and education brought western culture to our society. It spread rapidly and changed the way of life and the sence of value. These phenomenon led to a great transition on the Korean costume culture in the 60's In 1970~1979, the articless of costume made a change from the 60's, which focused on women's wear, and tuned to one including general costumes not only women's wear but also men's wear due to the women's social roles, the unisexmode and diverse costume. In 1980~1989, the growth of the consumption, the banning of the school uniform, Asian Games(1986) and Olympic games(1988) caused the high qualification, personalization and diversification in the fashion industry. Further more, the traditional-oriented trend with korean culture was emphasized. It pursued the modernization of the traditional Korean Costume, Hanbok, to introduce the unique Korean Beauty. From 1990 to 1996, in the era of international-ization and open door policy, the competition of nations became intense and the comprehention about environmental destruction highlingted the concerns on ecology. The recognition of environmental protection and recycling were reflected in the fashion. It prevailed that the pursuit of personalization,. diverse style, practicality and the fashion leader called generation appeared.

The System of City Planning and Development in North Korea: Focused on Development of Kaesong Industrial Complex (KIC)

  • South and North Korea, the divided nations on the Korean peninsula, began with the same modern city planning system, but following the adoption of different national ideologies-capitalism and socialism-, they established their own city planning system and developed their cities accordingly. However, the process of planning and developing a joint city of Kaesong Industrial Complex (KIC) led to the recognition about the need to bridge the differences and prepare for future joint development. This study examines North Korea's city planning system by comparing the two Koreas' systems, and identify the characteristics of North Korea's city planning system through a case analysis of the KIC. By comparing two cases, we found two distinct characteristics of North Korea's. The one is a tool for realizing ideologies and maintaining national system. The other one is that it is ideology-oriented system for the supreme leader and party while South Korea has control-oriented system for the public. We analyze the KIC case based on four pillars: planning system, development system and procedure, master plan, and use behaviors. Result of analysis shows that in KIC there are many socialistic features as we mentioned above in terms of planning system, urban design & structure, and use behavior even though a private enterprise-Hyundai Asan, in South Korea led the whole process. This study is meaningful in that it identifies the specific characteristics of North Korea's city planning focusing on the KIC and is expected to serve as a baseline material to set the future direction for North Korea's development.

In vitro and in vivo pharmacokinetic characterization of LMT-28 as a novel small molecular interleukin-6 inhibitor

  • Objective: Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a T cell-derived B cell stimulating factor which plays an important role in inflammatory diseases. In this study, the pharmacokinetic properties of LMT-28 including physicochemical property, in vitro liver microsomal stability and an in vivo pharmacokinetic study using BALB/c mice were characterized. Methods: LMT-28 has been synthesized and is being developed as a novel therapeutic IL-6 inhibitor. The physicochemical properties and in vitro pharmacokinetic profiles such as liver microsomal stability and Madin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) cell permeability assay were examined. For in vivo pharmacokinetic studies, pharmacokinetic parameters using BALB/c mice were calculated. Results: The logarithm of the partition coefficient value (LogP; 3.65) and the apparent permeability coefficient values (Papp; 9.7×10-6 cm/s) showed that LMT-28 possesses a moderate-high cell permeability property across MDCK cell monolayers. The plasma protein binding rate of LMT-28 was 92.4% and mostly bound to serum albumin. The metabolic half-life (t1/2) values of LMT-28 were 15.3 min for rat and 21.9 min for human at the concentration 1 μM. The area under the plasma drug concentration-time curve and Cmax after oral administration (5 mg/kg) of LMT-28 were 302±209 h·ng/mL and 137±100 ng/mL, respectively. Conclusion: These data suggest that LMT-28 may have good physicochemical and pharmacokinetic properties and may be a novel oral drug candidate as the first synthetic IL-6 inhibitor to ameliorate mammalian inflammation.

일반농산어촌개발사업이 지도자의 영성리더십, 마을의 사회적 자본, 주민의 주관적 복지에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of General Rural Development Project on Spiritual Leadership, Social Capital and Subjective Well-being)

  • Korea's general rural development projects, which has shifted its paradigm to a bottom-up approach, should be promoted in the direction of focusing on the subjective well-being of the residents in rural areas. This study analyzed the effect that a general rural development project impact on the subjective well-being of the residents and the village leader in the relationship the spirituality of leadership, the village's social capital to analyze the impact any general rural areas, attributed the success of development projects with diversified.. The results are as follows: First, the basic living-based projects among general agricultural fishing village development projects have positive effects on the subjective welfare of the residents. Second, it was found that the basic living-based projects and regional income raising projects in general agricultural fishing village development projects had a positive effect on the altruistic behaviors and beliefs of spiritual leadership. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of the level of general farming and fishing village development on social capital, regional income raising projects have a positive effect on the formation of social capital such as trust and network. Finally, as a result of analyzing the influence of social capital on subjective well-being, it was found that social capital such as trust and network has a positive effect on the subjective well-being of rural residents. In future research, it is required to select more extended research subjects not limited to residents of limited areas, and conduct repeated studies, with expanding the model to include the important variables that affect the subjective well-being of the residents.

대학생들의 레크리에이션에 관한 인식 조사 (Research on University Students' Recognition of Recreation)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 레크리에이션 인식에 대한 조사로 D광역시 대학교에 재학 중인 학생 188명을 대상으로 레크리에이션 수업(강습)을 참여한 그룹과 그렇지 않은 그룹을 설문하여 SPSS 12.0 통계분석프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 카이제곱검정을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별은 수업(강습) 경험과 유의하지 않으나 계열은 유의한 결과가 나왔고, 레크리에이션 인식은 수업(강습) 유무와 상관없이 오락이라 하였다. 여가와 레크리에이션 관계는 여가에 레크리에이션이 포함된다고 답하였다. 둘째, 대학생들의 레크리에이션 활동에 대한 인식으로 대학MT나 OT, 축제, 체육대회, 수련회 등과 같은 내용을 레크리에이션 활동이라고 기재하였으며, 프로그램의 일부라고 생각하는 대학생도 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 레크리에이션 지도자에 관해서는 결과는 진행자나 사회자라는 칭호를 선호하는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구 결과는 우리나라에서 레크리에이션의 개념은 예년에 비해 이해도가 높아졌으나 아직까지도 협소한 내용으로 인지되고 있어 보다 적극적인 교과 내용 개발과 지도자 양성이 필요하다.

간호사와 의사 간의 협력에 관한 이론적 고찰 (Literature Review with Collaboration Between doctors and nurses)

  • Twenty-first century coming of health care in our country is in a situation of much conflict because the relationship between nurses and doctors is seen in terms of a traditional and vertical structure. Accordingly. it is very difficult to find collaboration amongst individuals of these two professions. Now nursing is trying to find independence and autonomy by carrying out independent professional skills. This study on collaboration and the obstacles hindering its pursuit. The strategies of collaboration to give better health care quality are as follows; First, a program for professionals should be developed to enhance professional knowledge and technology and train nursing professionals so that nursing can be acknowledged as a profession with a power to carry out on independent job. Second, collaboration reduces expenses and results in satisfactory performances of duty, high productivity, low incidence of medical accident, and higher satisfaction of the patient. Therefore the leader in the higher position should take positive stance for collaboration and help create a cooperative situation through the development of practical orders for collaboration. opening cooperative wards, and meeting for collaboration. Third, a collaboration model should be introduced into the courses of the nursing and medical school curriculum, which would influence job atmosphere after graduation. Fourth, nurses should have pride in their jobs as professionals and have confidence in their professional skill, knowledge and ability. Nurses should make an effort to share responsibility and have independence and autonomy. Fifth, common people as well as doctors know little about professional practice and the role of nurses, so a publicity campaign is also required.

종합병원에 근무하는 간호인력의 감성리더십과 조직성과 간의 관계 (The relationship between emotional intelligence in leadership and organizational performance of nurses in general hospitals)

  • In order to effectively attain the objectives of an organization, it is important for the leader to provide an environment where members can co-exist and mutually advance, and also to have an emotional impact on them. This study examines the structural relationship among emotional intelligence in leadership, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, turnover intention, and organizational performance effects of emotional leadership in the nursing profession of a general hospital. A structured questionnaire was sent to 550 nurses in 11 general hospitals in Seoul Metropolitan City, among which 350 responses were used in the analysis. The independent variable, emotional intelligence in leadership, was measured by 18 items, including self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness and relationship management. The dependent variable, organizational effectiveness, consisted of 46 items, including 15 items regarding organizational commitment, 20 items on job satisfaction, 3 items on turnover intention and 8 items on organizational performance. The structural equation modeling technique was used to identify the impact of emotional intelligence in leadership on organizational effectiveness. The results of the analysis show that the emotional intelligence in leadership of superior nurses has a significant impact on the nurses'organizational commitment and job satisfaction. While the direct effect on turnover intention and organizational performance was not significantly high, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were parameters in low turnover intention and high job performance. In conclusion, emotional intelligence in leadership is critical as nursing services in hospitals are based on interpersonal relationships. Therefore, by developing appropriate programs and training, hospitals can anticipate improved self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness and relationship management of nurses, and further improve the effectiveness of the nursing profession.

국내 제3자 물류업(3PL)의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Way of Activating Plan of the Third Party Logistics in Domestic Area)

  • 물류서비스는 경제주체간의 원활한 상품 수송을 도모하여 구매, 소비를 뒷받침하는 효율적 경제 및 시장의 필수조건이다. 특히 기업의 물류활동은 소비자에게 전달하고자하는 제품 및 서비스의 생산과 유통을 책임지는 필수 기업활동이자 기업 경쟁력의 원천이다. 그러나 국내 물류기업의 영세성 및 낮은 생산성, 물류산업체계의 비효율성, 2자 물류기업 중심으로 성장하면서 비롯된 전문 제3자 물류 전문시장의 성장 한계, 물류기업의 해외진출 미흡, 물류 전문인력 부족 등이 해결해야 할 과제이다. 따라서 본 연구는 제3자 물류업의 개념과 발전과정을 살펴보고, 국내 제3자 물류업 시장 현황을 분석하여 이를 근거로 수요측면 즉 기업측면, 공급측면, 정부의 정책적 지원측면으로 구분하여 국내 제3자 물류업의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.
