With the change of family type and diversify of life style, residents need various unit plan in quality. A rate of economically productive women has increased, and generally double-income households will continuously increase in the future. So a research is requested to consider the double-income households's satisfaction for a unit plan based on their life characteristics. The purpose of this study is to find out double-income households's lifestyles, and to search and analyze users' needs for spatial composition according to their lifestyles, and then, embody spatial composition of Apartment Unit plans. The findings are as follows. (1) Housing lifestyles of users living in apartment arc categorized into 5 types: pursuing the trend and personality, pursuing the convenience and leisure, pursuing being domestic, making a livelihood and practicality, the type of unspecification. (2) The type of pursing the trend and individuality requests new plan and a shower bath, the type of pursing the convenience and leisure requests facility with home appliances and likes traveling and sports, the type of making a hearth and home wants a talk with their family and discuss some problem, the type of making a livelihood and practicality requests storage space, the type of unspecification wants a comfortable master bedroom zone. Consequently factors of residental space plan are need for double-income households.

The WiMedia Alliance has specified a Distributed Medium Access Control (D-MAC) protocol based on UWB for high speed wireless home networks and WPANs. In this paper, firstly, the fair SoQ-based Distributed Reservation Protocol (DRP) for D-MAC is analyzed. And a novel SoQ-based relay transmission protocol is proposed to overcome DRP conflicts fast. In the proposed protocol, each device executes the Satisfaction of QoS (SoQ) time slot allocation algorithm independently. And, in order to give the loser device due to DRP conflicts another chance to maintain QoS resources, the proposed relay transmission protocol helps the device reserve another indirect link maintaining the required QoS resources via a relay node.

As the number of smart phone user is increasing, the on-line shopping malls are actively taking part in mobile market, and accelerating the competition of mobile shopping market. This is a reflection of mobile shopping market growing as huge market. This thesis deals with the growth of mobile market and mobile shopping mall application regarding the clothings which occupy high ratio in mobile market. This study aims to improve customer satisfaction based on more specific customer information, and to increase the satisfaction of both company and customer by lowering the return rate.

For the last decade, some leading groups of corporations in Korea have integrated and managed their Information Systems(IS) functions. Each group established a separate System Management(SM) company to manage the IS and tried to get a synergy effect from the integration. These attempts, however, were not initiated by any one company. Rather they were group efforts. Moreover, the previous measuring tools evaluated IS with the scope of technical performance or quantitative user satisfaction using an absolute scale. Obscure criteria were used in an attempt to present improvements in IS function which were qualitatively weak. This study evaluates whether integration has been efficient and successful. For this purpose, we evaluate the performance efficiency of IS functions with Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) methodology. In comparison with prior methods, DEA presents the rate of relative efficiency, the efficiency frontier for improving inefficiency, the degree of improvement(slack), and the guideline to construct any benchmark(reference set). For our DEA evaluation, this study selected a leading group of 23 companies in Korea. Our experimental results are as follows. First, efficiency was rated low on average. It also demonstrates that the motivation of performance efficiency of IS functions is deficient. Second, the result of the test to find the existence of economy of scale and scope shows that the growth of an organization and industrial characteristics do not affect IS performance efficiency from the perspective of user satisfaction. Finally, the comparison with other evaluation approaches informs us that DEA can be a complementary evaluation method which supports other measuring tools.

The purpose of this study is to implement 3D Face Model, which resembles a user, using 3D Graphic techniques. The implemented 3D Face model is used to further study and implement 3D Facial Aesthetic Surgery System, that can be used to increase the satisfaction rate of patient by comparing before and after facial aesthetic surgery. For designing and implementing 3D Facial Aesthetic Surgery System, 3D Modeling, Texture Mapping for skin, Database system for facial data are studied and implemented independently. The Detailed Adjustment System is, also, implemented for reflecting the minute description of face. The implemented 3D Facial Aesthetic Surgery System for this paper shows more accuacy, convenience, and satisfaction in compare with the existing system.

Propofol is widely used for supportive sedation in local and regional anaesthesia in plastic surgical procedure. We studied comparative effect of propofol comparing fontanel and midazolam that was previously used. From April 2003 to July 2005, 118 patients were reviewed whom propofol was used intravenous sedation in various plastic surgical procedures. In some cases, midazolam were used initially then converted to propofol. Patients were questioned for their satisfaction in group of propofol alone and midazoline and propofol combination. Vital sign(Blood pressure, Respiration rate) and $O_2$ saturaion, sedation time, side effect and subjective satisfaction were evaluated. The result reveals that propofol is effective medicine for supplement intravenous sedative medicine for plastic surgeries especially when it was used with combination of midazolam.

Since aged water treatment facilities could threaten the sustainable water supply, asset management system has been adopted for their systematic management. Level of Service(LoS) is one of critical components of asset management and could be quantified through benchmark index(BMI). Water supplier could estimate consumer's satisfaction and their performance through BMI to improve the LoS. We developed BMI for water treatment facilities from customer's satisfaction survey. BMI, represented with the Total Service Score(TSS), was assessed with water quality, water pressure, taste and odor, water rate, and service quality with weighing factors. BMI could, further, be used to assist the analysis of the life cycle cost to increase the unit of LoS.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the actual wearing conditions, inconvenience and problems with cycle wear. To attain this purpose, a questionnaire was completed by direct observation and by interviewing bicyclists. The questionnaire was given to 273 bicyclists. The questionnaire consisted of items that are related to concerns with dressing appropriately and enhancement of physical performance through dress. Following are the results of this study. According to the survey, many of them purchased imported cycle wear rather than national cycle wear, and the satisfaction according with purchase rate was low. Bicyclists were uneasy with finding right size cycle wear especially for women. It turned out that the area of the knee and elbow are mostly the areas that they get hurt while riding. Even though the knee and elbow are the mostly hurt area, bicyclists do not prefer to wear appropriate protector for the knee and elbow to excel in their performance in cycling. In material related questions, lower dissatisfaction was indicated for the lints caused by fraction. Average satisfaction was indicated for the distortion after washing, changes in color, touch of the fabric, matters with static and sweat. With regard to the areas where the bicyclists felt discomfort was highly indicated with lower-body clothing. Discomfort was highly indicated with crotch area when riding long period of time. Also when riding a cycle, discomfort was indicated with the leggings cuffs when it comes upward with riding motion. Most of the bicyclists felt the tight fitting leggings were embarrassing.

Objectives : Using several waves of the Panel Study of Worker's Compensation Insurance(PSWCI), this study analyzed the effect of work hours on health and lifestyle of Korean workers in a sample from the 2013~2014 year (The first survey was completed in August-October 2013; the second survey was completed in August-October 2014). Methods : The research subjects were 1,312 men from among employees who responded to a 2013 PSWCI panel report. Statistical analyses were done with SAS version 9.3 (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA). Results : According to the results of the analysis, the male subjects had differences in economic activity and health conditions based on the length of working hours. There was a significant relationship among working hours and life satisfaction, and the correlation coefficients were statistically significant. The results show that workplace conditions has a direct positive effect on life satisfaction as we anticipated in the hypothesis. Conclusions : Management should focus on the factors identified in this study when developing employment interventions programs to improve the the promotion of healthy lifestyles for adults over the age of 40.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate on the Korean and Western medicine clinic quality to use IPA matrix and to establish a Korean medicine service management strategy. Methods : In order to achieve the research purpose, medical consumers who visited 3 Korean and Western medicine clinics were surveyed. frequency analysis, paired t-test were used for the statistical analysis, and the mean of each variable was used for IPA analysis. Results : The major results of analysis are as follows: It was confirmed that the skill and the kindness of the human resources were important in both the Korean medicine clinic and the Western medicine clinic. And it was confirmed the difference of the satisfaction rate and IPA between the Korean medicine clinic and the Western medicine clinic. Especially Medical devices and equipment, Easy booking, reception, payment procedure were different in IPA analysis. Conclusions : We confirmed the similarities and differences between Korean medicine clinics and Western medicine clinics in terms of importance, satisfaction, and IPA. On the basis of these results, Korean Medicine clinic could arrange a management strategy in consideration of consumers' choice attribute.
