  • Finding the factors to affect the success of the business web sites is critical to enhance their competitiveness. This paper categorizes these factors into 4 quality measures: system, information, service and entertainment. The success is measured via user's satisfaction and loyalty. It surveys 474 Internet users to explore the effect of the quality measures on web site success. We confirm the causal effect of quality factors on users' satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, a comparative study is performed for web site types, such as finance, e-commerce(shopping mall), and entertainment. We note that the effect differs in web site types.

  • As the mobile Internet spreads around the globe, a cross-national difference in the use of mobile services has become an important issue. The goal of this study is to propose and verity cross-national differences in the effect of each value-type on user satisfaction with the mobile Internet. We propose an analytic framework of four different types of value and apply this model to the value structures of mobile Internet users in two different countries. Large-scale online surveys were conducted in Korea and Hong Kong simultaneously with the same questionnaire. • This Study aims to evaluate the interior atmospheres of atrium by glass colours. For the purpose, the 1/50 scale model of one-sided atrium was made and images of interior atmospheres were pictured under clear sky conditions. And then, questionnaire surveys were conducted on K university students in department architecture engineering. The survey results were analyzed by SPSS program. Frequency and correlation analysis were performed. As results, clear glass is chosen as the most preferred glass colour in any seasons. And, green and blue glasses are preferred in the order. And then, it is revealed that the main variables affecting satisfaction of interior atmospheres are a little changed by thermal senses of seasons. These variables are "bright", "neat", "warm", "comfort", "stable", "active", "static", "elegant" and "cool" through correlation analysis.

The colors were then selected and the woven fabrics were dyed with the selected colors. Using these, the designs of working clothes were planned from the construction and design aspects and four winter clothes and four spring and fall clothes were produced. Afterwards, the workers dressed in these clothes and workers and managers evaluated them in terms of appearance, color satisfaction, design satisfaction, and safety mind harmony on a five point scale. This study found that the new working clothes offered better functionality, design, and safety compared to existing working clothes.

Also, differences in symptoms were found for workers'with different satisfaction levels for office environment (temperature, humidity, noise levels, quality of air, lighting) and work environment (location of monitors, area and display of office space, chairs and desks). ANOVA shows the differences between groups of subjects classified by the experience of work-absences and treatments or pain complaints. Conclusion and Application: Relationship between workers' satisfaction levels with the office and work environment and their musculoskeletal symptoms is expected to be served as essential data for systematic management of the workplace.
