To explore the impact of restaurant service quality for foreigners in South Korea on customer satisfaction, customer trust, and loyalty from three dimensions: quality of physical environment, food quality, and service quality and the influence of perceived price on satisfaction and loyalty, a survey was conducted by collecting 202 valid questionnaires and Amos 23 was used to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that the quality of physical environment, food quality, and service quality have significant positive effects on customer trust, but only food quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty and all three have no significant effects on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, but the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty has not been verified in this study. At the same time, perceived price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, but no significant effect on customer loyalty. Then the study examined the moderating effect of gender by using the SEM multi-group analysis method, founding that there are no significant differences between male and female on the impact of the three dimensions of restaurant service quality on customer satisfaction, and no significant differences between male and female on the impact of perceived price on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on loyalty, meaning that gender's moderating effects are not valid. These conclusions of this study are useful for restaurant operators to improve the quality of the physical environment, food quality and service quality, effectively improve customer trust, and thus customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This study aimed to explore the mediating effect of user satisfaction on the association between military telemedicine service's quality and customer loyalty. Methods: The research data comprised the results of a satisfaction survey on 1,116 military telemedicine satisfaction surveys conducted from November 1 to November 31, 2021. T-tests and ANOVA were analyzed to confirm the difference in satisfaction and loyalty according to the general characteristics of the study subjects. User satisfaction, customer loyalty, and mediating effects were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results: Among the study subjects, 458 were affiliated with the Army, 68 with the Navy, and 36 with the Air Force. Among the quality of telemedicine service, tangibility, reliability, and empathy affected user satisfaction while reliability and empathy affected customer loyalty. Since the standardized coefficient beta of empathy was 0.150 (P=0.018), it was confirmed that it significantly affected customer loyalty by mediating user satisfaction. Conclusion: The telemedicine service's quality affects users' satisfaction and customer loyalty. Moreover, there was the mediating effect of user satisfaction on the association between telemedicine service and customer loyalty. Therefore, the reliability and reliability of the current telemedicine service can be improved through the replacement of outdated equipment and performance improvement, expansion of medicines in telemedicine units, and improvement of medical services through periodic CS education to increase the customers' satisfaction and loyalty.

In recent years, there have been several studies on service quality in higher education, however, research on service quality and sustainable activities affecting student loyalty has been largely ignored in previous studies. This paper investigates the role of service quality in creating student loyalty, and how university sustainability practices and student satisfaction mediate the relationship between service quality and student loyalty. The paper draws attention to university sustainability practices and understanding its impact on student satisfaction and loyalty in Vietnamese public universities. A quantitative methodology is explored, and data was collected through an online structured questionnaire. Responses are gathered from 278 students of public universities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Structural equation modeling is used to examine the associations between the constructs by using the PLS-SEM approach. The results show that service quality has a significant effect on university sustainability practices, student satisfaction, and student loyalty. In addition, university sustainability practices and student satisfaction also mediate the relationship between service quality and student loyalty. The author's findings may guide the key decision-makers in universities to incorporate service quality and universities' sustainability practices in their strategy and thereby improve student satisfaction and student loyalty.

Customer retention is more emphasized for internet business than off-line shopping-malls. The loyals not only purchase a lot but also recommend the mall to new customers quickly using internet media, and there have been many studies on this subject. In this study, customer satisfaction and trust are suggested as preceding variables that have an influence on customer loyalty, and switching gains are suggested as a moderating variable between customer satisfaction & trust and customer loyalty. Many people think it would be easier to change business connection and customer loyalty for internet shopping-malls would be very low. This study, however, concluded that customer satisfaction and trust had a significant influence on customer loyalty even in internet shopping-mall, and that switching gains had moderating effect between satisfaction-attitudinal loyalty and trust-behavioral loyalty. These results are meaningful in that customer satisfaction or trust should be emphasized even on internet business and that switching gains can be strategic focus in building up customer loyalty and retention.
