  • In this research, we study the impact of the factors that predict consumer loyalty of mobile payments and mobile wallets usage in Thailand. We developed a research model based upon previous findings where we propose and examine four constructs of personal innovativeness, consumer attitudes, consumer satisfaction and loyalty. In general, all of the hypotheses were supported by variables related to consumer loyalty with mobile wallet usage. Personal innovativeness analyzed due to its potential mediation effect on loyalty, both from attitudes and from satisfaction. It was found that personal innovativeness was a mediator construct in predicting consumer loyalty. The overall model provides value to the mobile payment and mobile wallet application providers in term of improving service efficiency and business strategies to secure Thai consumer loyalty.

This study places significance in establishing corporate marketing strategy via analyzing and understanding purchasing by Korean and Chinese customer, especially those for service store, who serve as the core in marketing activities. To objectives of this study are to investigate which antecedent variables have significant effects on consumer perceived satisfaction or loyalty and to examine whether these factors have differences between Korean and Chinese customer. To test the hypotheses, such antecedent variables as the product quality, service quality, store reputation, store image. All variables are significant factors in both Korean and Chinese customer. Under the current increasingly rapid competitive market, product/service quality, store reputation/image can provide customer satisfaction and loyalty, can generate continual customer expansion of current customer through the reuse intention and can contribute to the expansion of new customers.

This study was conducted by means of survey questionnaire of festival visitors with 348 responses. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the exploratory factor analysis with principal component method of the 19 service quality items identified four underlying domains. These dimensions were labelled: (1) 'program', (2) 'informational service', (3) 'festival area', and (4) 'food'. Second, service quality has a significantly positive effect on perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty. Third, Perceived value has a significantly positive effect on satisfaction. Fourth, both perceived value and satisfaction have significantly positive effects on loyalty. Fifth, Although the direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty was evident, it was also found that the indirect effects of service quality through perceived value and/or overall satisfaction were stronger. The results of a structural equation model (SEM) using AMOS and LISREL include: First, hypothesis that Internet environment characteristics in outside factors has a positive effect on satisfaction, trust and commitment is partially supported. However, mutual communication to satisfaction, community to commitment and open-ubiquity to trust did not reveal a positive effect. Second, hypothesis that Internet showing mall environment has a positive effect on satisfaction is partially supported. However, transaction to commitment and transaction to trust did not reveal a positive effect. Third, hypothesis that relational benefits has a positive effect on both satisfaction and commitment is partially supported. However, confident honest to commitment and economic honest to trust did not reveal a positive effect. Forth, satisfaction trust and commitment have a strong effect upon loyalty. Fifth, satisfaction has a positive effect on trust and commitment. However, trust did not show a positive effect on commitment.
